I have dish tv connection and i did not see many free channels that why i called dishtv customer care but they did not responding. They always going to cut my call after sometime, they have not satisfy answer, i have also recording of customer care.

I have book a complaint regarding a set up box but 10 days passed no response from dish tv. And custumer care is saying next 24 hrs and so on. But its of no vain and today 24 july 2019 i called then again they said next 96 hrs and they said will be sort out soon

Regret to inform you that you have not been able to resolve the issue. Gist of issue is substandard set top box supplied & installed by you that gets overheated & switches off often causing disruption of services & damage to tv. The matter has been seen by your technician...

My dishtv with the vc number [protected] is not working. Still have balance in account, recharge done on 30/06/2019. Tv screen is displaying "102 low account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen i am not able to change channel.

I am getting non stop promotional calls from dish TV with different land line numbers . I blocked few but after an hour they call me from another number asking me to take new connection, I am not at all interested in your service please stop calling me, I told few assistant that don't call me but it doesn't work I am getting call once in every hour with different numbers . I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. For regarding my query is video only coming and audio not getting, he said technician will visit and he will resolved and they will charge 200rs, I said it's not my issue why I have to pay the money, because of this i asked him to disconnect my dish tv and revert recharge money, he is not responding and he said he won't take complaints. But again i asked him to take a complaint for disconnect my dish tv, he is silent and not talking with...

I m a dish tv customer from very long time.
But now i am started getting fed up with their service as i receive daily 8 to 10 calls from them for some non sense promotions. I have put their number on the block list but now they have started calling me from different - different numbers.
I really want them to stop calling for these non sense calls immediately.

My vc no-[protected], off date-25:04:2020. But dishtv intntnaly dactvatd my acnt frm last 3 days. When i ask to solve d isue thy r avoidng me n only telng to send teknician. N i hv to pay xtra rs 1300. I recharged for d2h omni hd pack costing rs 4999 in november 2018 which was including the marathi hd add on. But now videocon d2h has changed the pack without my consent or without informing me & removed free marathi hd add on. I am now not able to see any of the marathi regional channels even after paying for one complete year. On contacting videocon they are denying to activate free marathi hd add...

Dish tv executives took 3 months to resolve my complaint on activating my plan on packs. This forced me to pay more for monthly packs and dish tv deliberately delayed this. Now the executives are harassing by calling 15+ times to remind me of recharging my account. I have attached my call logs. I'm sick of their service and need dish tv to compensate for the mental harassment they do to their customers....

I have called to dish tv to upgrade my sd setup box to hd setup box, they are telling stock is not there and they will give me call back and i asked what about new hd connection, they immediately started explaining all the packages and saying within next 48 hrs they can install new hd connection,

Are we fools to believe if setup boxes are not available for upgrade, how come new connection they are giving setup boxes, this...

I keep getting unlimited calls from dish tv for offers on my registered mobile no. [protected]. Plz unregister my no. For my account vc no. [protected]. I am a student. And the calls disturb me very much even in the class. So, please strictly consider that problem. Otherwise i will change the connection. I'll appreciate the prompt action taken from dish tv....

I'm user of dish tv. My reg. No [protected], veerabhadra rao villa. My dish setup box is not working so i was given complaint about the issue but they are not taken action regarding my complaint. Almost last 40 days to till not solved my problems only they are says complaint is open/technical team call back/ close. So please tell me who can i solved my problems.

I am a dishtv customer from around 8-10 yrs. At the begining i was using sd box, thereafter they offered me an hd box with a life time warranty.. Now when my box is not working properly they are refusing to change the box under warranty.. They are saying that i need to pay for it... It's a total fraud by them..
Plz help me to change the box under warranty.

I am using Dish Tv for 2 years now..i disconnected it for 6 months and reconnected after Trai regulation...its a Fraud company...collects 30 days subcriber amount in 28 days..4 wks x 7 days is one month for them...You will get Recharge reminder in 21 days ...i simply say this company is just money making fraud ......

Its prepaid and i can pay and use it whenever i want. But dish tv charged illegal amount as a processing fee charge if i recharge late. I was out of station and why should i recharge it when no one is watching the tv.

Its prepaid they are not supposed to charge like this. Even without my permission they always extend it for 3 days but no one is at home then who will watch for these three days and they have also charged another...

I am using DishTv since 2015, and facing various problem like Account not recharged even after recharged .
Every year facing a new problem such as, viewing card damaged or insufficient Account Bal even after recharged or movement of Antenna .
Always they are trying to send paid technician to solve this man made problem.
Now most of the free channels are closed and showing due to bad weather, not only that one paid channel...
