Vc no [protected], ph no [protected]
channel no 356 named Rangamanch was added as 1 week free trial and then was continued further without permission at Rs 75/month . Accordingly the recharge date is advanced.
This channel isnot seen in our package on dishtv.in website. So it cannot be removed using website.

    Sir, my dish tv vc no.[protected] & my mob. No. [protected]. My problem is that the dish tv set up box is not working properly showing that your viewing card is faulty. I'm trying lots of time with full instructions but the showing again again faulty viewing card. I call the dish tv customer care service centre but they don't responsing & saying give me some time. Your problem will be resolve soon. So plz help me.

      From july 1st i have recharged for rs.300 again rs.300 again rs.200 and today again am getting a msg recharge to avoid disconnection. Complaints raised :[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protec... still no response. I got a plan for rs.265 south silver maxi, without my concern they have migrated for silver kannada combo and deducted rs.380 for the month of may, june and july. Also i raised a request for service issue and service charged rs.200 deducted from my balance so i again recharged for rs.300, but these people again deducted rs.200 and i raised a request for refund. Again i recharged rs.200 and now am getting a alert to recharge soon to avoid disconnection. Only in july i have paid rs.800 and still they are asking me to repay, none of the supervisors handled my calls since 20 days and disconnecting my call. Atlast a snr supervisor answered today mr. Muzzamil and enjoying laughing at my anger and pain and mentally harassed me saying i understand, am sorry and laughing at the back. Also he was telling ya i had my dinner when speaking with you i dont have any prob you speak as long as you want. How much am frustrated and suffered coz of my hard earn money spent. I want them to be penalized and take necessary action on the people disconnected my call and denied taking my call.

      Even i called the customer care today, still they provided me the comp laint number[protected] resolving time aug 11th by 6.32pm. If your unable to solve it, let me know the truth. Why to waste my time in calling videocon customer care for hours and hours and thy end up with an answer telling your call should be handled only by supervisor and thy disconnect the call. I am totally fed up and feeling sick of calling this people and waitng hours and hours and end up with no answer other than complaint nos for name sake. when i call next day for enquiring about the complaint no thy are saying its auto closed, let me register new one. Even today i recharged for Rs.200. nearly 1000Rs from July 1st to Aug 10th. Dont you feel its so high for dish? let me wait, whether there is any person willing to help the customer from this.
      My dad dishtv setopbox is not being changed. By dishtv service center sawai madhapur Rajasthan India .

          I am getting frequent calls from dish tv even after asking them do not to call again. I am completely fed up of this as multiple times am in a meeting and it is very disturbing that this guys keeps calling again and again. I am not interested in what offers they provide at all. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.

            I am narendra singh i am using dishtv sd box and choose hd pack from dishtv website and i don't know hd channel not support in sd box so i call customer care and tell my problem then i ask for process then customer care say that we don't provide u hd box because out of stock from company and then i say for new customers u are giving new hd box and for old customer hd box not available i am very disappointed from that reason now if my problem not solve in 2 days i am changing my dth provider and purchase new connection because i am not happy from dishtv very cheap company my vc no [protected] my mobile no [protected]..

              I charged my dish with with rs 3468/ for one year and displayed on my account that switch off date is 22/08/2020 but during channel surfing i saw that btvi was not coming in my tv which was free. So i called from my rmn to dish tv to subscribe this channel. Then it was coming in my tv after some time but switch off date changed to 15/08/2020. Why this happened? Why all free channels are not subscribed in first recharge. Why switch off date was prepone to one week earlier while it was free. Trai is not looking after these loot by broad casters

                How it is possible if we wear buddha locket, pratima, we give positive energy. This small, powerful locket, pratima give us positive thikness. Lord buddha also told that don't believe on any stachu, pratima.
                They only told that belief on madhyam marg and 5 ashtang marg.
                So i have to request to lord buddha tv channel stop this stupid things because buddha never said to wear any things like this locket, pratima. They only give us belief, ashtang marg, madhyam marg.

                        Service contact[protected] dt.16 may 19. & several verbal systematic complaints resting with service request no.[protected] dt 18/06/2019.
                        Regret to inform you that you have not been able to resolve the issue. Gist of issue is substandard set top box supplied & installed by you that gets overheated & switches off often causing disruption of services & damage to tv. The matter has been seen by your technician but you have neither bothered to replace or rectify, though matter is in warranty period. Now due to your gross negligence tv has stopped working. It has been reported by panasonic tv service engineer that the damage is due to defective substandard set top box. I shall now again finally request you to replace the set top box immediately. Further keep in abeyance payment of parent tv in abeyance till matter is sorted & keep alive child tv for which please intimate me the renewal charges due on 26 th instant.
                        The matter is extremely urgent & your negligence is viewed seriously.
                        I shall be happy to take steps as advised in the matter in case of further default & negligence on your part.
                        Please treat the matter extremely important.

                        Some one M/S Kiran from Dish TV called me showing no regrets for sub standard set top box installed causing damage & shut down of Panasonic TV .She is intrested only for sending mechanic to see the set top box provided i agree to pay Rs 200/- for his visit. The mechanic has visited few times & yet even though within warranty period he has not repaced set top box.

                          My dishtv with the vc number [protected] is not working. Still have balance in account, recharge done on 30/06/2019. Tv screen is displaying "102 low account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen i am not able to change channel.

                          Welcome channel and advertising channels are working at startup.

                          When calling dish tv customer care, suggesting to check with technician.

                          From customer care told they refreshed from there end and no issue found.

                          Suggested to check with technician with my cost.
                          What kind of resolution is this?

                          Welcome channel and dist tv channels are working properly and there is no signal related issues.
                          If any issues with account sync issue i cannot spend money. Kindly rectify the problem.

                              I am getting non stop promotional calls from dish TV with different land line numbers . I blocked few but after an hour they call me from another number asking me to take new connection, I am not at all interested in your service please stop calling me, I told few assistant that don't call me but it doesn't work I am getting call once in every hour with different numbers .                                 I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call log for yesterday n today is attached.

                                  For regarding my query is video only coming and audio not getting, he said technician will visit and he will resolved and they will charge 200rs, I said it's not my issue why I have to pay the money, because of this i asked him to disconnect my dish tv and revert recharge money, he is not responding and he said he won't take complaints. But again i asked him to take a complaint for disconnect my dish tv, he is silent and not talking with me, kept side.

                                  After 13 min He is telling thare colleges, customer is not disconnected call, i told him if not responding i will go for complaint then also no response, after that he disconnected my call.

                                  With out visiting technician, how this issue resolved.
                                  Last time also same i called to customer care for few channel are not coming, they said technician will come and resolved. But with out coming its resolved.

                                  It means Dish tv guys only creating problems, after calling some how they are rectifying.
                                  This also one type of business to making the money right?..

                                    I m a dish tv customer from very long time.
                                    But now i am started getting fed up with their service as i receive daily 8 to 10 calls from them for some non sense promotions. I have put their number on the block list but now they have started calling me from different - different numbers.
                                    I really want them to stop calling for these non sense calls immediately.

                                        Videocon d2h account no: 75257435.
                                        I recharged for d2h omni hd pack costing rs 4999 in november 2018 which was including the marathi hd add on. But now videocon d2h has changed the pack without my consent or without informing me & removed free marathi hd add on. I am now not able to see any of the marathi regional channels even after paying for one complete year. On contacting videocon they are denying to activate free marathi hd add on pack which is against the notification issued by trai.
