From july 1st i have recharged for rs.300 again rs.300 again rs.200 and today again am getting a msg recharge to avoid disconnection. Complaints raised :[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protec...⇄ still no response. I got a plan for rs.265 south silver maxi, without my concern they have migrated for silver kannada combo and deducted rs.380 for the month of may, june and july. Also i raised a request for service issue and service charged rs.200 deducted from my balance so i again recharged for rs.300, but these people again deducted rs.200 and i raised a request for refund. Again i recharged rs.200 and now am getting a alert to recharge soon to avoid disconnection. Only in july i have paid rs.800 and still they are asking me to repay, none of the supervisors handled my calls since 20 days and disconnecting my call. Atlast a snr supervisor answered today mr. Muzzamil and enjoying laughing at my anger and pain and mentally harassed me saying i understand, am sorry and laughing at the back. Also he was telling ya i had my dinner when speaking with you i dont have any prob you speak as long as you want. How much am frustrated and suffered coz of my hard earn money spent. I want them to be penalized and take necessary action on the people disconnected my call and denied taking my call.

Updated by Mohana Ganeshan Even i called the customer care today, still they provided me the comp laint number[protected] resolving time aug 11th by 6.32pm. If your unable to solve it, let me know the truth. Why to waste my time in calling videocon customer care for hours and hours and thy end up with an answer telling your call should be handled only by supervisor and thy disconnect the call. I am totally fed up and feeling sick of calling this people and waitng hours and hours and end up with no answer other than complaint nos for name sake. when i call next day for enquiring about the complaint no thy are saying its auto closed, let me register new one. Even today i recharged for Rs.200. nearly 1000Rs from July 1st to Aug 10th. Dont you feel its so high for dish? let me wait, whether there is any person willing to help the customer from this.
