My dishtv with the vc number [[protected]] parent connection is working but my child connection is not working since 01/08/2019. I recharged for 3 months in july 2019 i still have balance in my account and my next recharge is on 11/2019. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen i am not able to change my channels. I am now told that stb is faulty and technician will visit and charge his visit of rs.450/-. I dont understand what kind of a service they provide. 95% of times when i call customer care, their systems are aalways updating and we are told to call back after 20-25 mins. When i asked them to refund and disconnect they say ill not get the refund of the same back. This happens always when i get a recharge of more than 3 months done.

I really dont know what to do.. I am stuck.

    I recharged DishTv DTH on 07 Aug 2018 for INR361.00 debited on Credit Card XXXX on 07-Aug-19.Info:DISHTV.Avbl Lmt:xxxx.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 4009 to [protected].
    After recharge immediately we got a 102 error we contacted customer care and they send refresh command couple of times still not resolved and finally they told that they will arrange technician to realign the antenna by 8th Aug 2019. Nobody has come to sight to fix the issue. Daily amount is deducting and we have no solution.
    DishTv staff is not able to provide a technician in right time, why do they have customer service over phone. it is very hard to get any support from dish tv.

      I was repeatedly calling up dishtv customercare as my set top box is not working and need to be replaced. I am having problem since 5 days and till now nobody attended. I even tried to speak to supervisor and he promised to resolve it by evening. Everytime i call them up they say by evening service provider would come but nobody attented. Nobody is responding to my complaint and now i dont know whom to contact.

        I had been a customer to dishtv for long but a few months back i deactivated my account and switched to d2h. But on the morning of 26.07.2019, i did recharge to my dishtv account accidentally for rupees 1000. It was unintentional so i request you to please refund me the amount.
        I made multiple complaints @ customer care of dishtv. But i was given partial info multiple time because of which i suffered a lot. I am sharing the details along with.
        I found no solution at consumer care so i request you to resolve my issue otherwise i have to go to consumer dispute redressal center. As your executives provided me with partial information and manipulated me you are no more liable to ask me for any money further to resolve my issue.

          After registered complain nobody call me for when they r attending my complain, after that i call to there customer care no 5time, but every time they give assurance we will arrange call back with technician time with in 30, 20, 1hr etc., but till time i am nt finding any call back from dish tv, last one year before also i am finding this type response after 7days they r solve my issue .
          i already recharge for one year if possible please refund my amount, i want to choose other network due to service issue .
          please give solution as soon as possible

            Address: 5th cross halahalli Kerr mandya karnataka, Mandya, Karnataka, 571401

            This TV is shut down from 2 months but still no channels and also no refund so please refund us [protected], due satellite issue it has shut down and this Independent TV dish owner to paid bill to satellite so it has shut down but we are paid 500 through online payment and 1750 in cash with who came for installation, this is do 1 year subscription I taken connection on Dec 2018 but it has stopped suddenly from March so still we are waiting but no channels or refund so please resolve and refund with fine and interest.

              Today i give complain about signal issue, but nt finding any confirmation call for when technician visit to attend my complaint, then i call 5time to customer care every time different senior persons r saying with in 1hour, 30 minute, 20minute we call back u and give u actual time for our technician visit, but still nobody call me, i am totally harsh, due to this i am unable to go my duty., please suggest what can i do and what is the policy for money refund.

                My complaint is against the dishtv network, they can't fullfill their consumer end needs.in my cash my set top has been changed and some electronic part change in antenna as called mike, & technician said, your network is now working properly & there will be no issue with network & rather than the signal issue is not solved & i so many complaints to the dishtv network but they don't listen carefully & i request for the service to visit technician at my home but the technician didn't come & there's no message from the dishtv

                      I have 2 dth connections taken in 2018 from dish tv.
                      In august 2018, i made prepayment for annual plan (Rs - 2172 on 19/08/2018) as there has been a offer that can provide 1 month free validity if paid for 12 months.
                      My vc numbers are
                      [protected] and [protected].
                      I checked with the customer care for the validity period and found my switch off date reported to be 01/september-2019.

                      But as for my payment, i must be able to watch till mid of october, 2019 including 1 month free subscription.

                      I contacted the customer care and they were telling that, rules have been changed.

                      But as for i know from trai regulation, any dth operator cannot change the plan or charge of the long term pre paid customers till their plan ends.

                      This is clearly stated in consumer guide on dth/cable tv networks by trai regulations.

                      I have attached the screen shot and if you want to read it, pl go the below link and view it on page-11, question-12.

                      You cannot alter my package without my consent and approval in your own interest.

                      So i must get the validity of my dth connections for the above said registered mobile numbers as 18/10/2019 with out any alteration. So accordingly do the needful.

                      Being a media person, i know how and where to press you to get the things done in case if trai rule is violated by dish tv.
                      Hope that situation may not arise.

                            There are many hd boquets listed in sony website but in the dishtv
                            Platform those are not provided to the user even after 6 months.

                            Also, sony india english hd bouquet should consist of 3 channels, but in
                            Dishtv platform only 2 channels are provided even after paying the full amount for the pack (20rs).

                            Star premium hd packs are also not provided by dishtv. When i contacted the customer care they say they will update it as soon as possible, but even after 6 months no action has been taken to add the missing channels (Hbo hd, sony espn hd) in their platform. Stupid people ask me to take sd channels instead of hd channels. If i want to watch sd channels then why the hell will i buy an hd set top box?

                            Also, dishtv has different alignment for south and north india? Seriously? They can provide the channels in north but not in south. And after taking the money from us they can not even provide all the channels/broadcaster boquets properly.

                            This isn't ethical. I am very much dissatisfied with dishtv.

                            Dishtv is a failure compared to tatasky in making user friendly channel boquets. I dont want to continue with dishtv after my current subscription ends.

                            Taking the feedback is not the solution for the issue. You have to act on it as soon as possible to fecilitate Subscribers what they deserve. If you add more HD channels/HD Boquets after 1month/6month/1yr/10yr, Then No use of it. Slowly you will see your subscriber base getting reduced once Set top box portability comes into the picture.

                            So, can you please commit a date when you can add more HD bouquets in platform?

                                  It happens very frequently. The signal of TV goes off very frequently. It gives error "Faulty VC Error/Low Account Balance". When we call their Customer Care Executive, they start demanding charges for their Customer visit.

                                  On one side they are charging for giving services in form of Recharge. So, its their duty to provide services for which they are charging in form of "Recharge".

                                  If you cant provide proper service, just refund my balance and disconnect my connection.

                                  Its your business to earn extra in form of customer visit charges and making others fool.

                                  Very Strict Action must be taken against them.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I am really satisfy with dish tv connection i have in my one of the home. Hencee i requested the other connection in my other home. But sad to see the harrasment and hassle i have to go through. Ihad requested for the new connection in juneand its been now almost 2 monthsand no service yet.
                                    The worst part no one in your management team seems to be accountable and responsible to address the issue.
                                    It seems they dont have any control over your installation dealers.
                                    Disapointed after trying everything, wasting my time and effort.
                                    I forcefully i have to move to the competitor.
                                    If any body really care my business please reach back to me ot you can reach me via email as well.

                                    I recharged my dish tv account with 505 rs...they are not resolving regarding my tv connection..its been since 4 days i am calling them.similar case with one of my friend.dish tv company people making money by delaying telecast.

                                      Vc no [protected], ph no [protected]
                                      channel no 356 named Rangamanch was added as 1 week free trial and then was continued further without permission at Rs 75/month . Accordingly the recharge date is advanced.
                                      This channel isnot seen in our package on dishtv.in website. So it cannot be removed using website.

                                        Sir, my dish tv vc no.[protected] & my mob. No. [protected]. My problem is that the dish tv set up box is not working properly showing that your viewing card is faulty. I'm trying lots of time with full instructions but the showing again again faulty viewing card. I call the dish tv customer care service centre but they don't responsing & saying give me some time. Your problem will be resolve soon. So plz help me.
