I am getting non stop calls from dishtv on my number. My name is aman raj singh. I am getting calls from different dish tv numbers. I want you to immediately stop all the calls. Times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. My vc number is [protected] (P). Please stop the calls.

    Dishtv chor hai... Kindly listen the recording and how dish tv cheats their customer and expects costumer to suffer for it. And also they want customer to provide them with a resolution on how should they manage their field engineers (They are engineer though it is just a term which they use to make feel customer privileged). Also never ever trust them as they say set up box have life time warranty but it is not true. Kindly find the recording attached where dish tv customer service manager clearly say that it is not possible, in-case your setup box malfunctions you have to pay for the setup box and warranty is just 90 days and they give you a repaired or so called refurbished box which is again going to get spoiled in a year as warranty is just for 90 days. Why to charge for refurbished box??? If you are charging at-least give a new box..

      My disht tv v cs no. [protected]. I have for 6 months ofrs. 288/-on 11 thmay 2019. Fornon stop odiya channel through phone pay. But when switch on tv set i always got message of 101 low balance so iam notable to view channel and complain over phone more than 10 times. The last complain no[protected]. No body is listing and solving my problem. So pleases the problem immediately and make balance with internet for last four month.

        Sir my vc no is [protected], i deposited rs 3588 only on 20/7/19 for one year contribution. Its switched date is 30/7/20. But when i open my tv it says ÿou are not subscribed to dish tv'. It happens many times. Please see the matter personally and resolve my problem. Otherwise i will be complled to go court of law/consumer forum.

          I have registered a complaint on Dish tv regarding the no signal display on TV on 13.10.2019. I have made it very clear that the problem is with Set top box or may be in cable due to lightening. I got a call back from customer care that the technician will visit for attending the same. The technician visited my home and makes the same statement back to me that the set top box is not working and needs to replaced the visit is meant for realignment of antenna which was pending from long back. He said that he would visit again tomorrow for replacing the same that is chargeable. Next day he has not visited may be he doesn’t had any complaints near to my location and the reason he quoted that set top box is not stock and also said that set top box and visit charges will Rs. 475. Third day there was no call from the local team and I have called and he said that he got the set top including an adaptor the total charge will be Rs. 625/-. I wondered about the way the customers are fooled and helplessly said agreed for technician visit. Then the technician visited and replaced the faulty set top box. While making payment I have demanded for Cash receipt. The reply was no from the team and I have refused to make any payment without receipt in turn the technician taken back the same retaining the faulty things there. I was shocked to see the SMS I have received from Dish TV that my problem is resolved. It is wrong from my side for demanding a cash receipt for payment. They said that if you need a bill again, a request is to be sent by Email and it will be sent by mail in the next month. It is wrong that there is proof for purchasing a product. The situation will be worse if the customer doesn’t have a knowledge of Email or such things.

          It's been mental harassment to use dish tv service they keep calling continuously, in a day they call more than 15 to 20 times. Everytime if I say to block my number customer care agent says to disconnect the call.

Many times i have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. I can't block the calls because they are calling from different numbers. This is mental harassment.

            Request to look into this & arrange to stop frequent calls.

                  Sir i recharged my account on 14/10/2019 with 212 rupees and my account shows switch off date 07/11/2019. My account monthly pack shows me 212 rupees per month then i recharged with 212 rupees.

                      I am using dish tv, due to some reason i was not able to recharge my dist tv at month end, when i am trying to recharge after 1 months they are charging extra 25 rs so called as proccessing fee. This is totaly against the rule. They can't force me to do monthly recharge. Can you take a look at these fraud company dist tv.

                      Why do you deduct Rs 25 as processing fee, and not give 30 days on getting the recharge done. I am against your policy. Please add the 3 additional days or else I am going to sell my dish box to someone or throw in the dust bin once my recharge date gets over. Tata sky is much better at least they don't charge processing fees. This goes to my entire freinds and relative's.

                        I have bee getting non stop calls from dishtv on my vc connected number. Though i've activated dnd on my phone number, still i am getting more than 10 calls.in case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm.in night. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
                        I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Today it was pathetic behaviour from their them, even when i said i do not have time to talk due personal issue they still instited to talk for 2 min else they will keep on calling and then he started arguing why i do not want to buy the addition service. To which it was heated argument. Please look into this as soon as possible.

                          Dear officer,

                          This is in bring to your notice that i have relocated from my registered location where i have registered a request for reinstallation on 5the oct 2019 till date i have not got a single call from any service operator and from any of your department till date. The tat for this request is 24 hours but till date issue has not been resolved. I have called nearly 5 times to the customer care team and every time i had spoke to escalation team but sorry to say they are of no use. Escalation team are meant for resolving the issue but each time they have forwarded the matter to the higher management authority. Who will pay the charges which has been debited from my account till date. I want my refund and if the reinstallation process can't be done please let me know i can change my cable operator.

                            I have recharged on[protected] for an amount of rs. 4999.00 for pack name dish prime hd and the message received on email is next switch off date :[protected]
                            It was an offer at the time of payment that the services which includes all hd & sd channel will be given for an year.
                            But now the message i am getting is that the services will be discontinued from[protected]
                            I can attach the scrrenshot of mail sent by dish tv if required.
                            Please do the needful so that the services offered at the time of payment must be continued.

                              Dish tv team have declared from own side "we unable to track this trnsaction account (Inb avenues india private lim) and reference number[protected]igahbqcme3) that's why your dish tv account is showing switch off". We are upset for this kind of response. I would request you, kindly resolve merchant transaction and help to complete process of dishtv recharge service.

                                  Dishtv kept on calling us on dishtv rmn number.
                                  They forced movies active pack of active services in our pack inspite of our disapproval.
                                  We tried to remove the pack using dishtv app. But, they have locked this pack so that we cannot deactivate this movies active pack.
                                  The option of choosing active services is also not shown in main edit pack portion of app. It is shown only when you checkout so that you cannot find/change it.
                                  Its been over a month now and i still cannot deactivate the movies active pack.
                                  Please remove it and give us refund if possible.

                                    My dish tv was working with rs.252 per month pack but pack is changed by dish tv with rs.1702/- per month. I have paid rs.252/- on 30 sept, 2019 but amount loss in 1 day. Last 8 days, we are daily follow up with dishtv consumer care but no any support by help centre. Consumer care told me that as per new trai rule this pack is compalsorry.

                                    Kindly request, need to be your help for start my dishtv connection.

                                      I am the dishtv user... I am paying money every month... But the service is very poor... Since 10 days, i am complaining about 303 signal not found... They are not responding... Every day, they are telling same story "we will resolve as soon as possible"... But they are not... Very very bad service

                                        I think you replied without reading my complaint properly where my registered mobile number is not under the network to send SMS. I had tried the SMS from India, but failed. Now I have solved the issue by calling to the customer care. Thanks.
