I complained on 12 aug about no signal, after trouble shooting was advised to take technician visit. Still till now no response. Called customer care more than 10 times, but found only irresponsible behaviour, no resolution
Wrote to customer care, nodal officer but no response.
Plz send technician soon or let me know that you cant help me so that i can move on to some other dth operator

    Dear sir,

    I have received very bad service from dishtv. There are 3 main reasons:

    1) when it rains or even when it does not rain, the 'no signal' message comes on my tv screen and ruins my night's entertainment. We should receive compensation for days we cannot view our channels. So i am paying the high monthly subscription fees but not getting the service. Hopefully the great trai regulator has been notified and one day we will receive refunds on days we cannot view our channels like in other countries. Why must us hindustanis be treated differently? Why should we suffer like this and pay our hard earned money for a questionable service.

    2) i have no interest in star sports hd channel 1 after india lost in the semi finals criket world cup in england. It's been only 30 days and yet i am still unable to cancel this channel. I keep going into my dishvt channel and deleting that channel from the packages but dishtv are not deleting the channel and still charging me each month.

    3) dishtv has an email form on their site which does not work. I have written 15 times on that form and hit the send button and nothing happens. Also i cannot get through on the phone. They treat customers as a joke

    Only trai can put this right so i will be writing to them as well.

    This is a new india and abusing customers like this will not be tolerated by the fair trai and customers.

    I have sent my mobile number to that email Dishtv specified. But you already have my mobile number from the customer number I gave you in the above complaint. But to add salt on my wounds, you want to delay things and ask for the number again. My customer number will call up all the info you require including registered mobile. By the way you keep asking for payment, I'm going to take revenge and not RENEW. Looking to transfer to Tata Sky

    Just checked my email sent to dishtv and surprise surprise, I received a failed delivery receipt. It's impossible to get through to them.

    1) Tried their online email form. Doesn't work as I tried it so many times. They have that support email form for show. They don't want serve customers.

    2) After India lost the Cricket World Cup semi finals, I never wanted to touch Star Sports HD again. I went online and tried to delete the channel from my package. I knew I had to wait 30 days until I could delete so I waited. After 30 days, I tried to delete but they want to screw me so wouldn't let me cancel on their system although they let me modify but it doesn't update. I tried for 3 months but no luck. One way of looting customers, right?

    Anyway, I am so glad that Trai is actively involved and looking after the small guy.

    Sometimes when you've tried everything and the Company acts unreasonably, the only thing left is to transfer to another Company who respects it's customers, right?

      Sir 48 hours have passed but dish tv technician isn't visit to fix my dish antenna. I am unable to watch tv for two days. I have complained on 14th august but till now nobody responding to me. Dish tv took my complain and send me a service request no but the problem is not solved yet. Dish tv always do this with customers eachtime. What should i do now?

        We cannot watch our tv and it shows a message "402. Faulty viewing card from 30/7/19". We made a complaint to dish tv, ref request no[protected] dated 31/7/19. They closed the complaint without solving it. Again complaint on 5/8/19 ref no[protected]. Local service provider is calling to say that they have no stock of card or receiver box. Complaint is not solved yet and we are paying for this period as well. Can they resolve the issue or cancel the connection and pay me my money back.

          Dear sir,
          I am a dish tv customer. I don't get any signal from 11/8/2019. For that i have done complaint in dishtv customer care more than 50 times from 11th to 14th august 2019 then also they can't able to solve my problem...
          They also saying me that we have already 500+ complaints since 2nd august 2019. So it take 10 days to solve your problem
          Today i want to watch national news of delhi independence day but i can't see it
          Last 5 days they only talking telephonic talk couple of hours not solving problem they gave me mentally harassment and waste my valuable time.. Sir you can see how many times i contacted to customer care..
          Do something or please do needful as soon as possible

            I have recharge with amount 300/- on aug 03 2019in my videocon dth account[protected]. The same has not been reflected in my account and called customer care regading the issue and the manager/supervisor has promised me that with in 2 working days the issue will be solved and he recommended that don't recharge again until we resolve the issue.

            Please note that until now (15-aug-2019) the issue has been solved and still i am unable to see the channels. Since form 3-aug-2019 my videocon dth screen showing that "please recharge your account".

            Its very worst experience i had and they are still unable to resolve the issue.

              Made payment of rs 617 on dish tv app via bhim ubi pay. Money was deducted from my account but no recharge done. Despite money being credited to dish tv's upi [protected]@icici, service not provided. I want my money back. If money has already been credited to dish tv's upi why are they saying transaction failed. Useless dish tv, it's consumer care services. When are you going to give my money back??

                My dish tv connection is not working since 12.8.2019, screen showing ( 301- signal not found).
                I registered complaint for several times in last 3 days, and still our connection is in-active.
                On 1 st day ( i.E. 12.8.2019), i received a call from a service executive. As i was driving car, i could not attend his phone call. When i reverted his call, he keep on dis connecting call, when i approached call center, they told your complaint is closed, by technician.
                I surprised, without attending complaint, how he closed it !!

                and till after 3 days, my dish tv connection is not working.

                I suggest, please please please stay away from such a bluff master company.

                    Company representative has not so far tuned the set top box so that several subscribed channels are not available for viewing. Service request registered on 5th july 2019 has not been attended to so far. Though i had been notified that i would be contacted shortly to fix up an appointment, it is not done so far. The customer care number is responded by the system in the language tamil only, without any representative attending to it. The page provided by the company for registering complaint by email is not working. The call me facility by sms (No.57575) is not working.

                      My VCNo- [protected]. This connection is on my father's name. The connection was transferred for 1 place to another and the Dish TV technician was willingly set up a wrong zone.I am an odia person but I was forced to watch south Indian channels. My zone is north zone but they set up south zone. When I did the complain to change, they didn't come to set up again. I called them for last 3-4 days, but they never came but they close the complains. Even I offered them to pay extra but still they didn't respond. I make payment to make the connection continue but they deactivate the account. Calling the customer again and again won't help. No one respond to this issues. Please help me with this.

                      How can you mark it as resolved? They didn't do anything. I have still facing the issue. No one called me or mailed me. Even I tried to call them several times but no one takes it seriously. They just take the complain in the morning and close it in the evening. That's it. No one came for fix the issue.

                        Ref to my dish tv registered mobile - [protected].
                        I am receiving unsolicited calls from several numbers which my truecaller app identifies as dish tv. It is highly irritating and sometimes the number of calls exceeds tolerance limits. If i block one number the call is made from some other number after some time.. It is extremely disturbing as the calls are made during working hours. If i pick up the call no one speaks.

                          My dishtv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 13 july 2019. I still have balance in my account and recharge done twice in teh month of july 2019 (13 and 23 july 2019). My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96.                             I recharged dishtv dth on 07 aug 2019for inr294.00 debited on 07 aug 2019
                            After recharge immediately we got a 102 error we contacted customer care and they send refresh command couple of times still not resolved and my daily amount is deducting and we have no solution.
                            Why do they have customer service over phone. It is very hard to get any support from dish tv.

                                I have error 102 massage in my tv screen from last 4 days. It show that i have no balance in my account but my switch of date is september 16/2019. I called customer care they register my complaint and arrange a technician against my complaint. That technician never visited my house. Service of dish tv is pathetic and i want my money back.                                   Dish tv "error 401" is coming on my tv. I have lodge several complaint with dish tv customer care. The complaint numbers are

                                  (4) date 09.08.2019, complaint numbers[protected]
                                  I have my old age ailing father (79 years old) at home, and tv channels are only source of entertainment for him and my family. Due to unavailabilty of tv channels, my father's health is deteriorating day by day and getting mental stress. Due to dish tv, my father is going through mental stress and health problem. My family is also suffering from all this. I want resolution of my problem and rs. 50, 000 compensation for my family sufferings. The dish tv also refund the amount during the service not provided by dish tv.

                                    I have registered a complaint to dish tv customer care of over charge in month of march. Where technical guy charged for cable wire though he didn't put any cable, it is also found that the receiver was replaced with old one and i see problems with signal now and then, for which i have to pay charges again. This is going on and on with no resolution. I was given the service centre details, i spoke to them and still no progress. I called dish tv about this more than 50 times, this is not at all acceptable. No importance to customer.

                                      As per customer care information antenna reinstalation will chargeable.

Even remember now, how many times i have complained regarding the same issue for the same every single day even in clear climate also am unable to watch tv, i lost 7 days for my entertainment and money.

                                        I called customer care representative mr. Pradeep who is not all listening anything and not try to understand the complaint. Hence i did not get any positive response form him.

                                        I keep losing money on every call to your customer care, let me know if this issue can be rectified you or i will switch to another provider.

                                        But the recent lock in period option creates obstacles while doing so and we are forcrd to subscribe a channel by means of lock in period.
                                        the lock in option if accidently pressed by some users who are not much familiar with the system has to suffer.
