My dish tv connection is not working since 12.8.2019, screen showing ( 301- signal not found).
I registered complaint for several times in last 3 days, and still our connection is in-active.
On 1 st day ( i.E. 12.8.2019), i received a call from a service executive. As i was driving car, i could not attend his phone call. When i reverted his call, he keep on dis connecting call, when i approached call center, they told your complaint is closed, by technician.
I surprised, without attending complaint, how he closed it !!
and till after 3 days, my dish tv connection is not working.
I suggest, please please please stay away from such a bluff master company.
