Since lost 4days to iam facing the problem after recharge it is not activated every day iam given complaint but who are not given exactly problem the techinician department what these guys are doing in your company may i think these guys are sleeping in customer care dept in super visors very worst job doing only telecaller is taking complaint but who is not responded

    My dish tv
    Has signal problem from two days and i have also called technician after that it ran about for 15 min and then also same problem.
    I have now frustrated...
    I have spent 200 rs then also it is showing the same problem. And it is not satisfying because dish tv has game me worst service..
    And after 2-3 month is shows the same problem
    And when we contact to the customer care center they do nothing...

      Hello, my name is rachesh hallad.
      In the month of may i was purchased new hd dish tv connection of rupees 1700/-.in this package all installing material was available like set top box, dish, cable wire etc. The cable wire was already fitted in my home (Rented) wall so unboxed cable wire doesnt need that time. He installed dish tv connection and i paid him 1700 cash, after that i demand him give me my cable wire which came into box then he refused to give it to me and he gone. Next day i call him he didnt received my call after that day i called customer care and i told the story and customer care that i want my wire or give refund me my money cause i have paid for wire also. He transferred the call to his senior, senior said me that your issue will be solve within 48hrs, i said ok. I waited for 3 days i didnt get any response, then i called again, again same happen he transferred my call to senior he also gave me time of 48hrs i said ok. After 3 days i didnt get any response, i called again and its same happen for 3-4 times, still today 5 sept i didnt get my wire and not any refund.

        He has every time given service charges 200 rupees. Because of signal not found set box not working i was replaced 3 set box in 2 year he was given in every time service charge. So plz help me

          I have 2 conections of dish tv, from last two days at mid night 12 one of my connection whose no is [protected] shows only a message of low balance and none of channel continue, customer care said this is tecnical issue only our seniour can tell about this and seniours are not available this time.             All other service provider provide uninterrupted telecast on TV but dishtv just doesn't work when even a slightest rain comes or any clouds appear. Customers are requested to wait till weather clears. This is not possible. They really need to address this issue coz we are paying for every single day.this is not tolerable

                Am tankadhara sahu am a consumer of dish tv my rmn is [protected] i had recharge with rs.1199/- name of the pack is odia combo & my last switch off date is october-21-2019 but since september -10-2019 am unable to watch any channel & the error coming is that low balance.

                As i complaint a lots of times to the department but no one of them are not responding for a single time also .

                & i also mail there nodal officers but i do not get any response from there end

                number is not available to call there nodal officer.

                Now am hopeless from the end of dish tv so that am requesting you to help as soon as possible.

                  Since last few days i am constantly receiving an error number 101 in all the channels. I have tried to resolve it by contacting call center many times and every time they resolve it just by providing temporary resolution by refreshing set top box settings. It has been really a pathetic and worst ever experience with all dish tv customer support executives.

                  I have repeatedly keep asking them to let me speak to your seniors available on the floor and every time they provide me false commitment of call back tomorrow morning. I have called up your call centers many times and my service request numbers are 51899365,[protected],[protected] and sharing the same for your reference and analysis as well.

                  Till date no permanent resolution provided and no call back from seniors has been received till now. I am surely going to file an official complain to trai and as well as consumer forum for such mental harassment and not providing resolution of problems being faced in daily basis. Why should i call to you ppl for your technical fault and even after that nobody is bothered about basic customer service.

                  I want an immediate response from dish tv and let me know the reason why should i not filed a case against dish tv for such unwanted mental harassment.

                    My subscriber id is [protected]. On[protected] complain was booked for no signal. Complain id[protected]. It was told that problem will be resolved by 48 hr. When i called[protected], i was intimated that my complain was closed as i refused to pay which i denied to them and asked to understand who will deny free service in warranty period and no call was received by me from any technician.in response, dishtv customer executive told me that my problem will be solved within 96 hr. Every day i call to customer care executive for technician visit. Yesterday they told me that the associated vendor had closed their business and asked to wait for today. Today when i call to customer care executive, they just put my call on hold for more than 15 minutes and finally dropped the call. This is the way dishtv customer care executive handled my case for last seven day. The dishtv product is under warranty and they are not extending support. Please take care.

                    The complain Id was closed and new complain ID[protected] issued. This may the effect to closed complain without any work. Till date only calls are received from customer care. Today it is also told to me that your installation agency was closed and wants another 3 -4 days to rectification. This is also not acceptable to me as my system is down from[protected].No e-mail IDs of dish TV are available to send written complain and its status. This is the way Dish TV group handle its user. Please do needful.

                      My name is amit khanna i am using dish tv connection last 4 years but they are not giving good service my vc card number is [protected] when i called to the costumer care they told me that we will charge you 250 rupees for give you to solution, i am really very sad about there service request you to do some help regarding this problem,

                      Some time i am seeing error of 301 signal not found what can i do, this
                      Should be solve from dishtv side. Also i wanted to sat that now we are in makeinindia, digital india but they are not resolving there system,

                        [protected] complaint was raised on 24th august 2019. It took four days, technician to come and fix. He said picture will come within half an hour.                         I raised issue, because i was not able to see the picture. Not because of i was getting 301 error message on the television.

                        The customer care is telling they fixed 301 error i need to raise one more complaint for not viewing channel.

                        As a customer, i raised issue that we are not able to view channels. When customer care asked, i said whatever was there on the television screen i. E. 301 error regarding signal.

                          My vc number is [protected]. Dishtv have one of the most unhelpful customer relations i have come across, apart from their equally pathetic service.

                          I have calls made to them on a weekly basis because my set top box has problems loading the channels i am subscribed to a minimum of twice per week. On every call, i am told that they are fixing at their end, and while they fix loading problem temporarily, for that viewing period, i have to start with the same problem the next time i switch my television on.

                          Even their technicians use old materials and disused adapters and did the same to my set top box when i had called them for repairs. On calling the technician to fix the same "channel loading problem" they failed to show up. Even logging into their website is redundant because even the channels i subscribe to show me a message saying that i am not subscribed to this channel. [attached picture]

                          I would sincerely request their technicians to at least visit so that i can discontinue my services and get my deposit back from them and they can back their pathetic excuse of a service. I am sure that even if they resolve my issue - i will be writing another review of their services in a week's time from now as their solutions are extremely temporary - to say the least.

                            Hi there,
                            The dish TV sent tech in my house was dishonest. He took Rs. 200.00 for visiting charge plus Rs. 100 for connector. The wire outside my home was cut into 2 piece. So to fix that he used a small connector and took 100 buck from me for it. Charging additional for connector is ridiculous. I've added a pic of the connector for you to review it. I really don't know where to go from here on. It's a worst customer service I'd face so far.

                            As per direction of trai, a consumer is always free to change any channel at any time but dist tv provider does not allow to customer to delete or change any channel as it has always 1 month lock-in period which is against the rules of trai.

                            So please take a serious note of this as i am a regular customer of dish tv service.

                              Hello trai team,

                              This is amit joshi. I have 2 dishtv connections (Vc no. [protected] and [protected]) and on these both connections i am unable to view mandatory channels like dd national, dd news and many more.
                              I had complained about this multiple times in dishtv by calling customer care but every time they told me that you will get a call back from seniors. But still there is no call back from dishtv and when i called them to check the status of previous complaints or my call records that time customer care told me there is no call records or complaints on your name.
                              This is very disgusting that they are not even recording customers complaints. Please help me to take legal action against dishtv.

                                My complaint no.is[protected]. I've no channels from last 24 hours. I'm getting 301 error (no signal). I called twice in a day and talk to customer care. They are of no help at all. They only insist me of arranging a technician to my house. Paying Rs. 200 for a tech for poor signal is foolishness. 2) The customer care rep kept me on hold for 10 minutes and made false promises of arranging a call back and also arranging a technical for free. There is no one addressing this issue. Please Sir, I want someone to get this fixed at earliest.

                                      Now today 28/08/2019 your technician from Kolkata ( Mr Pratap) called for changing set top box.He wants back old set top box to remove evidence of installing sub standard set top box connected with defective adapter which has caused damage to my TV made it damaged beyond repair. The company is silent & has not bothered to reply. Also they want me to charge child TV without viewing to recharge parent TV .My both TV are now disfunctional cortsey DISHTV.
