I keep getting unlimited calls from dish tv for offers on my registered mobile no. [protected]. Plz unregister my no. For my account vc no. [protected]. I am a student. And the calls disturb me very much even in the class. So, please strictly consider that problem. Otherwise i will change the connection. I'll appreciate the prompt action taken from dish tv.

    I'm user of dish tv. My reg. No [protected], veerabhadra rao villa. My dish setup box is not working so i was given complaint about the issue but they are not taken action regarding my complaint. Almost last 40 days to till not solved my problems only they are says complaint is open/technical team call back/ close. So please tell me who can i solved my problems.

      I am a dishtv customer from around 8-10 yrs. At the begining i was using sd box, thereafter they offered me an hd box with a life time warranty.. Now when my box is not working properly they are refusing to change the box under warranty.. They are saying that i need to pay for it... It's a total fraud by them..
      Plz help me to change the box under warranty.

      They have called me and refused to change my set top box under warranty..3 times i talked to them and all the time they are speaking different thing...

      plz take quick actions against them and tell them to change my set top box under warranty as they have promissed earlier...they are really playing fraud games here...

      As per our telephonic discussion on the number [protected], we informed you that your STB had warranty up to[protected] but not for lifetime. you confirmed that you are facing a problem with STB but do not want to pay applicable charges (Service Visit Charge- 200 Including GST, STB SWAP(OW)- 250 including GST, Total Charges: 450 Rs+Hardware Charges if applicable.). Moreover, necessary information regarding temporary deactivation has been shared and informed that you can temporary deactivate your DishTV for a minimum of 15 days and further in multiples of 15 days i.e. 15, 30, 45 etc. You can avail this service for unlimited times in a year. However, please note that your DishTV should be in ACTIVE status. Your request will not be processed if your account is deactivated.

      Temporary deactivation service will be charged as below:

      o Rs .25 for less than equal to 3 Months.

      o Rs. 100 Greater than 3 Months.

      Furthermore, you denied taking any service. we would also like to inform you that you can contact our customer care helpline [protected] or [protected] for further assistance.

        I am using Dish Tv for 2 years now..i disconnected it for 6 months and reconnected after Trai regulation...its a Fraud company...collects 30 days subcriber amount in 28 days..4 wks x 7 days is one month for them...You will get Recharge reminder in 21 days ...i simply say this company is just money making fraud ...

          Its prepaid and i can pay and use it whenever i want. But dish tv charged illegal amount as a processing fee charge if i recharge late. I was out of station and why should i recharge it when no one is watching the tv.

          Its prepaid they are not supposed to charge like this. Even without my permission they always extend it for 3 days but no one is at home then who will watch for these three days and they have also charged another processing fee with this also

          Custome care service is very poor.
          Please don't go with dish tv connection they are very bad at service.
          I am asking dish tv to refund my amount asap. Vc #[protected]

            I am using DishTv since 2015, and facing various problem like Account not recharged even after recharged .
            Every year facing a new problem such as, viewing card damaged or insufficient Account Bal even after recharged or movement of Antenna .
            Always they are trying to send paid technician to solve this man made problem.
            Now most of the free channels are closed and showing due to bad weather, not only that one paid channel is also closed (Star Gold Select).
            Customer care representative asking me to send technician on paying Rs. 200/.

            This is very bad experience to me about DishTv, worst service .

            Please take necessary action.

                Dish tv charging illegally with imposing 30 days for channel locking. Customer are not allowed to deactivate the channel before 30 days of channel activation.

                I have conversation with dish tv executive and they replied that this is company policy and they will follow this irrespective to trai regulations.

                I believe, as per new trai rules, customer should pay as per their subscribed channels. I would like to request to trai to take some actions against such companies for these kind of illegal charges.

                We had suspended “lock-in” on our packs temporarily, to ensure smooth migration of customers to the new tariff regime of TRAI. We have reinstated the lock in policies now and assure you that these are well communicated and fair, in keeping with the TRAI guidelines.

                  Dish tv settop box stoped working on 13 July 2019. Tried to complain but DishTV system was down so no complained registered on next same reply. On 15 July complained got registered but no contact for service till today. But on the other hand they are continuously calling for new connection. So please look I the matter.

                        on dt:- 16-may-2019 i have logged a complaint in dishtv customer care, service request no[protected], after several times discussed with customer care, no service person/technician visit the location and automatically closed the call, again i have logged a complain in dishtv customer care on dated 20-jun-2019, no service person/technician visit the location and automatically closed the call. again on dated-05-july-2019 logged a complaint service request no[protected], no service person/technician visit the location and automatically closed the call.

                        Last 3 three months i have recharge the set up box, but i m unable to see a single channle. please look into this matter.

                          On my Vc No. [protected], TV channel are off from date :13/07/2019. While watching a the Tv, suddenly on Tv display Booting please wait came and channel disappeared. I called the customer care immediately, The customer said that in 48 hours technician will come and resolved the problem but in 48 hours no one technician was came and didn't solve the problem.
                          The distributor of Mahakali Traders, Goldhalpada, Veshvi, Alibag 402201 said that call the customer care and complain them and also said that the Set-Top is not under warranty. If you paid Rs. 450 /- then we will give you new Set-Top Box under Swap. But when I called the customer care and said all this situation then the customer care said that your Set-Top Box is under warranty our technician will come under 48 hours and solve your problem, you will be need to pay only Rs. 200 /- to technician, But after 48 hours also the technician didn't came and this way my Dish Tv is closed last 48 hours.

                          I request to Dish Tv to give me my three days back of my recharge.

                            Dishtv service guy came for changing singal and changed my bc with different vc card which doesn't belongs to us ie [protected].
                            And saying with my parents your vc card isn't working so you need to pay 500rs so we can replace card. Now when I came and see vc number it's not at all my vc card.

                            This shows dishtv says singal changing is done for free of cost and so they change the vc card and say card is not working when they see oldage people's.

                            Is this called as PROFFESIONAM of Dishtv.

                            Never ever I want to buy an dishtv again.

                            Since DD sports is a free channel and it's streaming ICC WORLD CUP 2019. Dishtv is not giving dd sports and when I call to them they always says as per the request of honorable Supreme Court dd sports will not broadcast icc live world Cup 2019. But it was streaming live in tata sky. So please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                              Dish TV had starter lock in days for 30 days and according to then the call mera apna pack which Dont stand for it. According to TRAI we have to what we want but they are forcing us to see the channel for 30 days.

                                Hi,
                                I am using dish tv. Currently dish tv introduces lock in period so i am not able to remove channels before lock in period. As per tri new rules every customer has freedom to remove channels at any time but this type of restrictions voliating rules of tri as i have to take any channel for this lock in period duration.

                                Please take appropriate action regarding this lock in period.

                                Why dish TV change t&c as locking period condition recall whenever previously they were giving advertisement to change any channel any time. Thia is a type of fraud. they can't change t&c again and again.
                                Pls . do something.

                                  Hello. I have a dish connection with number. They automatically activates any channel in my pack without even my consent and then they don't even return the money back. They even activated a loan, for no particular reason! When i asked the customer care executive about it, he replied that he don't know anything about it.

                                  Not even that, when i asked their customer care executives about my request number, they said they don't have any. They should refund the money back to suffered people and take action against their stupid customer care executives.

                                  They have implemented a Lock in period for mostly all thchannels.
                                  This is against the freedom of choice for the consumers.It must be revoked immediately.
                                  What is TRAI doing against this unfair practice.Needs a strong action against DISH TV.

                                    I, Rama Narayan Pattaanik, Have bought Dish TV connection on 02/04/2019 as secondary connection. They come and installed on 7 or 8th april 2019, but not able to view any channels due to there package selection error beteen parent and child connection. But After contineous follow up between amazon customer care and me after 1 month around month of may 1st week again they rectified everything. Again the set top box is not showing any channels due to technical fault in set top box. The set top box is taken by dealer on june 27th 2019 and till now they are telling they dont have stock.I contacted to nodal officer and the nodal officer is diconnecting call without listening anything.They arebgiving mentally as well as physical torture. Now i want to return whole connection back & also complaint the same in consumer forum that this type of company must be closed.before world cup final match i want to install Tata sky. They are providing very much better service than this.

                                    I have done recharge of Rs 337 on 30 June 2019 but amount was debited from my account but rechage unsuccessful

                                      I had given a complaint regarding reinstallation of Zing digital in customer care on 04 Jul 19. They promised me to rectify my problem within 24 hours after complaining. But nothing happened. When I called again they told me that my complaint had been closed from technician side. Today is the 5th day after my initial complaint, and the response from the company is very poor. Whenever I called they would arrange phone calls with some senior executive and the same promises were being given. They provided me a mobile number of service agent which is not existing. I need a solution for this as soon as possible
