I have placed an order 21:09 and it was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes however till now it has not been delivered and domino's central office @[protected] is not at all helpful in tracking the order also they are telling me different stories as 1 executive told me my order will be delivered in 5-10 minutes as he could see on live tracking and another told me he is not able to trace the order, really worst experience all the time when i choose domino's for my order. If anyone can help me to escalate it too level that will be of great help.

    I am submitting this complaint after getting frustrated with dominos services. And will definitely going to write this on most of the social media platform.
    Since last 4 times, i am ignoring your worst services and thinking that you might be good next time.

    Ok now let me come to order by order :

    Order no: 404 - dated - 18th nov 2018

    They said they don't have the beverage, so they are sending something else. Are you guys selling pizza and you don't have the beverage, and whatever else i asked to send they also don't have in their stock. What kind of service is this?

    Order no: 134 - dated - 19th nov 2018

    They said they don't have taco mexicana veg, so they are sending something else again. This time i asked to cancel my whole order, but they refused and said they will only replace the item with something other. With a lot of warm discussion over the phone, they decided to only refund my unavailable item, but not agreed with cancelling my full order.

    Last time it was more ahead, i ordered at 10:20 pm, and they have not delivered my food as well, i tried to call store also, nobody picked a phone, and at midnight 12:00 am, one guy came to my home with my order, asking it is delayed. While after 11 pm you guys are not accepting orders. Is this kind of joke. I have attached my snapshot for this.

    And today they again send order 50 min late & with an incomplete order.

    Well, i tried to contact them via email, but no response got yet.
    No refund, not call nothingh.

      I ordered for pizza at dominos pizza frazer town branch on[protected] around 8.30pm. The order was taken by smt. Jyothi. She said the bill is rs 208-00.. She asked whether home delivery or at the counter. I told it is home delivery. Then she told me home delivery minimum bill is rs 300-00. I told her that there is no such advertisement. She refused to deliver. Then i placed for four pieces which came to rs 415. Why false advertisement of free delivery.

        Hi

        I am hemanth here i ordered pizza @ 3:30 pm for 6:30 pm delivery for my son birthday party, i gave special instructions that it has to be @ 6:30 since it is kids party

        It was not delivered when i called up @ 7 pm they keep on telling one min and keep the phone down for 3 to 4 min, i called up to 3 to 4 times same thing

        When i spoke with manger it is the same response finally i didn’t received the pizza

          I have had an appalling and nasty treatment by one of the domino's executives this night. Inspite of being late for more than 2 hours, that impolite brute had the nerve to tell me not to order from any dominos ever again which offended me so much that i sent the order right back (Even after desperately waiting for 2 long bloody hours). Is this the way that a customer should be treated?! I've been a very faithful customer to domino's for the past so many years and have never experienced this kind of negligent behavior from any of your staff. This might make me take his suggestion into consideration and never want to order from domino's again. I'm really upset. This is from the domino's, masab tank, hyderabad and the one who spoke to me is so called mr. Reddy. I expect you to revert with the necessary action and also expecting this to be sorted asap.

              We ordered a pizza from domino's lal ghati outlet, it was a non veg medium size pizza of rupees 320 there employee didn't came to the address which we gave and after lots of patience one of the employee named asif called and said our order is almost cancelled because we were not present on the location which is totally wrong their employee didn't came to the location we somehow convinced him to bring it.. After sometime he came to our address and demanded amount of 320 rs we said that this is against your policy you are late and we won't pay.. They were two boys one of them was asif they were not in uniform niether they had there domino's bike asi[censored]sed abusive language didn't gave our pizza we asked their name he said all information will be sent to your phone and said (Tujhe jo ukhaadna h wo ukhaad le) and we are going to the outlet and will cancel your pizza.. After all this drama we called the manager and we got same response..

              I order pizza online, and didn't recieved confirmation message & order wasn't placed but order amount of Rs.347 was deducted from my debit card.They weren't receiving customer call and helpline number too.So, i want my money to be refunded back.

                Hey there,
                I placed an order yesterday of an amount 322 rupees.
                After getting redirected to amazon pay website from dominos app v6.1.6 and entering my details the amount got deducted and i received a flash message on dominos app as 'error'. The order failed.
                I contacted customer care and they confirmed that they have not received any order from my number.
                I got a cashback of rs: 96
                Mobile num: [protected].
                Attached confirmation mail from amazon pay balance.
                Please refund the amount.

                I ordered from Domino's non bulky order. It was delivered cold after 45 minutes and quality of the pizza was very poor. I called customer care executive multiple times I was charged for the the call and nothing was done them and restaurant.

                    The payment was successful and amount was debited from amazon pay but order never got placed.

                    No proper response from dominos customer care.

                      We have been regularly ordering for home delivery with dominos at its centralised phone number in delhi and the orders were mostly delivered in time. On last occasion order came a little late but we did not raise any issue with the delivery boy. However on 1st december order is placed at same number at about 8.40 pm and it was informed that the sane is conveyed to concerned outlet who will deliver. Before disconnecting, wanted to add some order for which the attendant stated that he will connect us to the outlet number and additional order can be placed there only, as earlier order is already sent. As the phone of outlet did not get connected, the attendant told that he can take additional order separately but something else will have to be ordered as minimum order of
                      Above a particular amount issue only delivered at home. As nothing else was required, the plan for additional order was dropped. As the order placed earlier for which amount to be paid was also informed and which was informed to have been conveyed to concerned outlet, did not come for about 55 minutes, again call was made to check the status and another attendant asked for order id, which had never been given earlier as well for this order. On telling him about phone number and the order which was placed, he traced the order, but to inform that due to some technical problem, it was not conveyed to respective outlet and as usual as is done by any other company, starting apologising, without considering our wait for almost 1hour to be informed at calling again that order is not placed. The behaviour of attendants is appearing almost to be same as that of any other small /ordinary restaurant with only difference that attendants of dominos try to be more polite in conversation. But now it is realised that when it comes to some fault on their part, they are like any other small establishment and are not willing to accept their mistake and inconvenience caused to customer, as they are aware. That even if obligation towards some customers is not fulfilled, it does not make any difference as there are many others who will come to them. It is time that people have to change their thinking about claims made by dominos and others like them and revert back to others who were serving same items at much lesser cost as compared to highly priced food items being served by dominos and similar kind of fast food joints who have found huge market in our country. Because of the coming in and presence of dominos like food joints, others food joints who were already serving similar items at much lower prices have also to a great extent increased their prices and customer is at loss, because of big international brands making their way into our markets.

                        Sir/mam,

                        I am capt pravin viswanathan from the indian navy presently posted in secunderabad. I am a regular customer of domino's for several years now. You can check the record (My mobile number is [protected]).

                        I am writing this email with respect to the highly unprofessional attitude of your asr rao nagar branch here in secunderabad.

                        I ordered pizzas through your online app and paid an amount of 622. The order (Order number 140) was accepted, the money debited and i also received the message saying that you can track your order in the following link.

                        Consequently i get a call from mrs jyoti, saying that they cannot deliver to my house (They have been delivering to the same residence all these days without any problem) as it is more than eight minutes. She is not able to explain why then the app accepted my order. I had guests at home, so i told her in case you are not able to deliver within the eight minutes, take the normal 30 minutes that you deliver.. But she in turn tells me either to pick up or to cancel the order and your money will be refunded in seven to ten days..

                        Is this the way that customers who have ordered via your own app (And not via swiggy or zomato) etc are treated. You accept orders, debit the amount and then say that you cannot deliver.

                        This is extremely poor service and un professional behavior. She further tell me note down the phone number of her manager, for which i refuse saying why should speak to somebody for my pizzas.. Then she says her manager will call me.. I haven't revived any call from him till now..

                        I ask her is this my fault that your app accepted my order, she says yes the app is at fault.. Then why have they cancelled my order without me saying so..

                        I get a message your order is on the way.. Then i get a message your order is cancelled.. Who has cancelled the order.. Least is the restaurant manger should have given me a call

                        I intend to take this matter to all possible levels in all the possible ways as it was hugely embarrassing for me and my family.. I as a dad couldn't answer my daughter repeated questions when will the pizzas come..

                        For a customer like us is this the way the company treats us..

                        Sorry state of affairs..

                        And please note.. Please advise mrs jyothi to speak to her customers properly.. We as defence officers like to extend our respect to all.. But it does not take much time to answer them back in case it is not given. Courtesy demands reciprocity.

                          I have not recived my refund of rs 975/- paid twice, once via amazon pay and second of same amount on icici credit card. From mobile number ending with *5815.

                          The order was to get delivered on nashik railway station which never showed up.

                          The order was made on 11th of november and till now my money is not refunded.

                          Please look into matter and resolve the issue.

                            Ordered on 28oct.
                            Got pizza about 1-1.5hours late. Store person told that cashback will be reflected within 15days. It didnt reflect.
                            Again called store on 16nov, 18nov, 19nov for cashback, they told next time when you order, we will give 300/- off
                            Now store manager (Kavitha, outer ring road, marathahalli, bangalore) is denying and saying we cannot give you cashback as well as discount.

                              I ordered from dominos on 22nd nov’18 and when i was making payment it was successful from my end, but don’t know why dominos site got crashed and when i reloaded the website my order was still pending, i reordered the same thinking the previous transactions will get refunded but i haven’t got any. Informed customer care executive about that they ensured that refund will get initiated within next 7 days but no luck yet. Mailed about same also to dominos but didn’t got any revert

                                Hi, today i have ordered 3 pizzas from dominos dlf 1, newtown, kolkata. It was paid at the time of order via net banking. I received a message that it will be delivered within 30 minutes. But after 50 mins it wasn't deliver and even when i track the status of my delivery, it was showing as delivered. My oder number was 280. I ordered the pizza on 11:53pm at 29th nov 2018 with the registered mobile number [protected]....

                                This is the second time continuously i am complaining you against the same store of silver square mall, b. D road, jaipur. I have ordered a farmhouse pizza through the dominos app.in the picture mentioned in your app shows the large quantity of mushrooms. I received my order and paid them through paytm for which the total amount was 294. My last experience was very bad with you guys so i decided to check the pizza in front of your delivery executive and when i opened the box i saw a pizza with four pieces of capsicum, three pieces of mushrooms and the onion was not at all fresh. Is this the quality you serve to your customer at this point of time. You are fooling us. You charge 294 for a pizza which is not fresh and roping if 4. Pieces of capsicum and 3 pieces of mushrooms.
                                I clicked a picture in front of the delivery executive so that you guys should not blame me for continuously complaining for the second time. I will take this to the consumer forum because you guys think that the customer is a fool, you are cheating us by uploading the fake pictures of your products on your app and you serving us third class food.
                                And the person present at your restro disconnect my call on my face as if i was asking for a 'bheekh' for food at this point of time. He did not show any courtesy that a person is hungry at this point of time and he is facing this kind of problem. I will make sure that i will send you the legal notice and i will take help of the social media as well.
                                Here are some pictures of the food and the bill. Anybody can clearly count the number of mushrooms and capsicum and the quality of onion and food you serve to the customer. Its showtime. I will make sure that each and every single person should know the quality and quantity of food you are serving to your customer and if you want i can show you the pictures.

                                  I had ordered Pizza for myself family on 14th Nov 2018 using the Andriod App on my Mobile. The application worked fine till the order selection and payment. The payment was done using Amazon Pay Balance and was collected by "DominosPizza " on behalf of Dominos. Post successful payment which was deducted from my account there was no update in the app and when I called Dominos via Phone they did not have the Order either from my Mobile. I request for full refund which has not been processed till Date. My transaction details are as follows.

                                  Amount Rs 326. Kindly have the amount reverted back to the Payment account.

                                    Hi i would like to share my experience with domino's (Vit University) it's been 5 days i'm trying to place order with domino's but it always shows as "selected restaurant is offline" when i try to call domino's they never pickup calls, i never expected this from domino's that since 5 days no-one is able to place orders that is ridiculous and the worst customer service ever.

                                    Hello team,

                                    It's very strange that domino's charged a different price for same order/item at different locations. I have ordered 2 pizzas at WTP domino's center as per their menu, but they are charged 25 rupees more on each pizza . when i have asked, they replied that we have charged extra for base of pizza then i have asked them that i am mostly going to Triton mall and ordering same pizza on same rate which is mentioned in menu it on the same time and then i have complained to Domino's customer care and they realized that charged me unauthorized more price but i want a assurance from them that they will never chare to any customer, also i want a compensation of this kind of cheating.
