I am submitting this complaint after getting frustrated with dominos services. And will definitely going to write this on most of the social media platform.
Since last 4 times, i am ignoring your worst services and thinking that you might be good next time.
Ok now let me come to order by order :
Order no: 404 - dated - 18th nov 2018
They said they don't have the beverage, so they are sending something else. Are you guys selling pizza and you don't have the beverage, and whatever else i asked to send they also don't have in their stock. What kind of service is this?
Order no: 134 - dated - 19th nov 2018
They said they don't have taco mexicana veg, so they are sending something else again. This time i asked to cancel my whole order, but they refused and said they will only replace the item with something other. With a lot of warm discussion over the phone, they decided to only refund my unavailable item, but not agreed with cancelling my full order.

Last time it was more ahead, i ordered at 10:20 pm, and they have not delivered my food as well, i tried to call store also, nobody picked a phone, and at midnight 12:00 am, one guy came to my home with my order, asking it is delayed. While after 11 pm you guys are not accepting orders. Is this kind of joke. I have attached my snapshot for this.
And today they again send order 50 min late & with an incomplete order.
Well, i tried to contact them via email, but no response got yet.
No refund, not call nothingh.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have order the the pizza Twice but my amount has been debited from my account but yet i didnt receive any order history..
