I placed an order on 24 december 2018 amounting rs. 546. The money got deducted from my payzapp wallet but the order was never placed. According to dominos store my order was not received. I have mailed to [protected]@jublfood.com but haven't got any confirmation or complaint number reference from their side. I need help to get my refund.
I have attached invoice for the transaction.

    To Dominos Customer Care,
    On the 23rd of September, I ordered dominos delivery in Mumbai at 10:51 a.m. on my dominos app from the number [protected]. Unfortunately I called after an hour to customer care only to find out that my order had been cancelled and I would be granted a refund.
    I have been waiting for the past 3 months but haven’t received any refunds although I called numerous times.
    The last time I talked to customer care, I was told that I wouldn’t get refund but another order for the same value in Mumbai.
    I am thoroughly disappointed with the service from such a reputed company.
    I currently live in Surat and will appreciate my initial refund back with some or the other kinds of compensations.

      Dear sir,
      I placed an order on tuesday dec 25, 2018 vikaspuri outlet. I placed my order via dominos mobile app. My order was placed at 20:40 pm. Technically i should be receiving the service by 21:25pm. However, the food was not delivered. I called dominos around 21:30pm asking about my order and they said its been baking. From 21:30 till 22:45 i was told it's baking and on its way. Finally it was not delivered and vikaspuri center did nt take my call.

      I called toll-free number they took the compliant and gave me reference # 7818363 and said someone will call you in 10mins but no one bother to call.

      The order was for my kids on christmas eve which dominos spoiled it. Please take action on this irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour of them

        I ordered veg extravaganza regular pizza in the domino's pizza app with cash on delivery option. I had the timer of 30 mins but the delivery boy took nearly an hour. When i called the customer service they said if it's delayed by the end you can get the pizza for free. But delivery guy argued with us and got the money. It was so embarrassing. So i request you to help me out with the refund or any other way.

          On 22 dec 18, had made a payment to dominos of rs.468 from airtel wallet [protected] tnx id [protected]

          Against this order my airtel money wallet is credited with rs.70.20. Txn id:[protected]. Dominos cashback

          But no order was delivered

          Please reverse the payment of rs 468 back to my airtel wallet again or else to my american express card no.31005

          I have ordered 2 pizzas through app and I have done the payment but without delivering the pizza the app shows as delivered. I tried to call the outlet but number was out of reach. I have spent 208 RS . But domino's has cheated me. I have not seen this type of worst customer service.

            I have placed order online through domino bill desk. My payment deducted through paytm but i didn't got message for cancellation of my order. Over phone sector 4 branch confirm that they don't deliver at my area so order is cancelled. And i will get refund in 6-7 days after filling a form. Why need form filling which is also not able to fill. They are looting money from many customers not refunding their money. My order no was 428 booked via phone no [protected] and email i'd from which i booked [protected]@gmail.com. Booking done on 24.12.2018

              On 16 dec i placed 2 order
              First order cancelled and refunded amount for that already received
              Issue is with second order, it was the prepaid order and at the time of delivery i paid for it because on invoice due amount was mentioned
              After few days i talk to the manager he asked me for invoice
              He accepted there is mistake from them side
              At the time of transferring that order to bridage metropolis bangalore they didn't mention it was prepared
              Now manager neither returning the amount neither placing a new order with a that amount

                Hi team dominos,
                I placed an order for 2 pizzas on 22-december-2018, amount of rs.583 was deducted from my account (Google pay) but the order for the same was not placed. And there is no acknowledgement received for the refund.
                On calling the serving store, they told me that the order is not received and they cannot help.

                Expecting some serious action my complaint

                  Hi there! I had ordered two pizzas on 8th december 2018 and i got the pizza after 50 minutes. The pizza was really cold, not properly baked and tasted really bad so i called up domino's customer care & also gave feedback via their website. The next day, i received a call from dominos saying that they would refund my money back to my bank account in the span of 7 days. However, it has been well over 14 days now and still, i haven't received any refund yet.

                  Please look into this issue asap.

                    I have tried to place an order through domnios pizza online, my order was not placed but money got deducted that is ₹ 686/-. I did not get any confirmation message from domino's but money was deducted from my account an this was the message i received from my hdfc bank "thanks for paying rs.686.00 to payudominos via netbanking." please resolve the issue as soon as possible."transaction id[protected]". I made a payment through hdfc net banking.

                      I had a conversation with the dominos executive mr manoj employee code - 621795 he had cancelled the order via phone and not through online system. And he denied for delivery. N i had done the payment through paytm and money has been debited from my account. And he was so rude n not ready to serve the services to the customer.                         Respected sir,
                        On 18th dec i had ordered two regular pizzas with cheese burst in both of them (Order no. 109). As i got the delivery i noticed that one pizza had cheese burst in it while the other did not. After some moments i called the complaint number from the official website. They told that the restaurant will contact me within 24 hrs. After that next morning i told them about my concerns. This was a major concern as i had to pay the whole amount. They apologized for their error and promised to reseive a regular pizza with cheese burst included. Today is 21 december and the literally forgot about everything as i still did not receive the pizza. I am very dissapointed.

                              My name is Nand Kishor. I was in chandigarh at hotel shingar, Sector - 45 on 17 december 2018. I ordered a pizza using Mobile Application on 17 december 5:49 PM. My order Number was 80. when the delivery boy come to hotel reception. The time was 6:29 PM. It Means Delivery boy is 10 minutes late than normal delivery time. Now i am qualify for getting ₹300 Discount. When i asked to delivery boy for giving discount than he deny to give discount. I called to customer care for this concern. than he connected my call to restaurant. than restaurant speaker (i don't know who was on call) said to me that. We will not give you any discount. after a long talk he ready to give ₹200 discount and said that i will have to manage it in other concern not for late delivery. But i did not take than he cancel my order. I was so much hungry that time. Please resolve my problem.

                                Ordered for 4 items on 16th dec 2018 at 9:36pm ist (Order no. 251) from malvadi branch in pune, received a call confirming address within 25 mins, however since then there was no contact. When i reached out to the same number, the delivery boy asked for order no. And said he will call back. After an hour of waiting, i called the same number and the person refused to pick up the call and later sent me a sms that 'i am in cinema'. I was furious as the status was still showing the parcel was picked up by sai for last hour. The call center wasn't that helpful as usual as they just tried to transfer the call to the branch and the call got disconnected. Later got a call from the branch asking for address again, which frustrated further. I spoke to sunil rajguru in the branch who initially acted as branch manager later said he wasn't. The branch manager was hiding somewhere. I asked for food and refund as they couldn;'t deliver within 30 mins, he said will send the food but cannot refund or payback or give any alternatives. Final status - i did not get food that i paid for and did not get my money back. Worst service from dominos, please do not order from the malvadi outlet, it is a bunch of irresponsible people.

                                    Sector 20 branch New Delhi. All the vehicles of dominos are parked on the pavements flouting all the rules for the residents and creating a menace causing regular traffic jams. Police complain against dominos has also been registered regarding the same.
                                    A person (Arvind Kumar ) is a living a local area . An forcing by using abusing words and he want to keep me hold in esteem for this office position.

                                      I have a complain, before 2 months ago i ordered pizza, but due to some address concern, the service was not available, however my 40 min were been vested and my money was been deducted,
                                      i called at customer care last month around 5 times, all the time i was disappointing as no proper answer was been given, now i will not be satisfied by the refund policy, infact i will demand compacation - from the frenches as it is shame to be done from a reputed company, thank you

                                        I went to your dominos corner at ampa skywalk chennai at 9.30pm on 6 dec 2018 and ordered 8 sachet, 1 med max green pizza, 1 reg cheesey pizza, 1 reg veg loaded pizza along with 1 pepsi bottol. After making total payment of rs 735 via hdfc credit card the representative of your corner verbally told us to wait for your order no 88. When i asked for invoice he told me to wait for 5 minutes after that he delivered my order but did not give me invoice. After having our pizza when we asked again for invoice then he again asked me what was my order, then i told him that order has already been made and paid then why you are asking me again after delivery. Then your representative has given me a bill (Invoice) with order no 106 with his own name (Ram kumar) and mobile number ([protected]) moreover the bill was not showing paid status. It is pertinent to mention that payment was received at 9.30 pm but tax invoice was generated at 10.01 pm which was not showing paid status and in that invoice mentioned name and mobile number pertains to your representative. When i checked the tax invoice i found they have charged 10 rs extra when i asked them to clarify then they felt sorry and rectified it with giving me another invoice of 8 sachets (Order no 107). Then again in that old tax invoice (Order no 106) i found that they have written 1 reg pan pm cheesy amounting rs 120 instead of 1 reg ht pm cheesy amounting rs 95 (That i ordered and received). This shows that they did not know what order i made so they put the items accordingly, so that total amount should telly what they charged initially from me.
                                        Points to consider :
                                        1. It is clear from the facts that they deliberately did not want to generate the invoice to evade tax (Till customer doesn't ask).
                                        2. After making many attempts for invoice they gave an invoice with wrong order no, wrong items, wrong value and giving fraud customer details, so that they can cancle the tax invoice and can evade tax by duping govt agencies.
                                        3. It shows that all over india's dominos corners are in regular practice of evading tax and duping the govt agencies by using different different ways.
                                        4. To rectify this matter i spent more then half an hour which is more precious then money.

                                        Conclusion :

                                        I want to know the action taken by you in this regard and to compensate me for the humiliation & mental torture. If you will not take any action then i will sue you not only in consumer court but also in department of directorate general of goods and service tax intelligence unit.
