I place my order to dominos nangia park outlet at 9:48 pm on 19th oct 2018 vide order #404. I gave a call back after 35 minutes on not receiving the my order. The representative told me it will be delivered in next 10-15 min... So waited for another 15 mins and call back.. Then i again i was told it will take me another 15 mins to get my order and the executive on asking about the delay in order said what do i want to do with the order.....

We ordered for pizza's online from our mobile and paid online in advance. But the nearest stall which is at rihabari, guwahati informed us that they can not provide service up to our address. We are almost regular customer of domino's. This was not for the first time we are ordering. They said we will get the refund money within seven days. But the point is why you have took the payment if you can't provide service? Please go for better software....

I ordered two regular pizzas in domino's from zomato at 12:59 p. M. Domino's confirmed the order and showed the delivery time by 1:29 p. M. But, i waited for the order for almost an hour and did not get my order. They even disabled customers to call the branch directly. So, i had to call the customer service and get the call connected to local branch. After struggling for 1hr 45 min they delivered my order after reheating it. Do not blindly...

I had placed an order on 19th october 2018 @ 1.41am., my order number was 222, i had placed this order worth rs 400/-, the payment was made online, and the order was placed from kandivali west, mumbai.
I received my order at 3.30am that's almost 2 hours after placing the order. I called the restaurant several times after around 45 min of placing order, they picked up and confirmed the order at that time. And after that i tried calling...

The service is horrendous, pathetic most 3rd class. I ordered pizza using dominos app, n the order went to some pai layout store. They cancelled my order after 30 min when i called them n asked d status of. My order. They behaved very rude, ill mannered staff. They denied to refund my money. Complaint raised 6993214.
Pls help me n refund my 457₹ soon....

I placed the order through mobile website and payed using paytm. The amount got deducted from paytm but did not receive the confirmation.

On calling the customer care got to know that refund was initiated and it takes 6-7days for the refund.

Why deduct the amount when the order cannot be fulfilled and lock the amount for 7days?

The dominoes delivery and service in davangere is excellent. But ordering via customer care is a hassle... The employee claims that my address is not valid as it does not show up on his screen... Although my house (Mcc b-block) is in the same locality as the dominoes outlet itself (Mcc a-block). On explaining this to the employee, he monotonously replies to give a valid address... How can one change one's home address to make it valid?!...

I had ordered a veg farmhouse pizza and had requested the replacement of capsicum with pepper chicken as i hate capsicum. I clearly told this over the call to the person taking my order and he also agreed. Yet i received the pizza with capsicum what sort of nuisance is this? Well we pay for the pizza and oue demands should be met. I had expected better from u dominos.👎🏽...

I ordered 3 pizzas on 27 September 2018. But the delivery boy was late so I complaint. They told me for a refund. But now it is 17 October 2018, I did not get any refund. I called many times on dominos jaipur customer service but they told me call after 2-3 days.

Please respond ASAP.

I made a order to dominos on 30th september 2018 and the order got delivered after 2 and half hour from when i placed the order. i was told that the amount will be refunded and the refund has not been executed till now. and when i called the customer care no. they didnt respond properly and cancelled the call while i was talking .so i ask you to transfer my payment back and train your staff well....

I have placed an order on 14th october, order no.7.

The application showed that the order will be delivered in 30mins.

It was a sunday morning, no festival, nothing. Just after 30 mins. I see that application shows its delivered.

I called customer care, they verify my address and landmark twice. And informed will get my delivery in 30.

I placed the order on dominos 10 days before but it got failed and the money got deducted as well. I got the message that the refund will be initiated in 4-5days. Its been 10 days now and its still not been initiated. The dominos helpline says to contact the restaurant and they cant help about it and its so negligent on their behalf. They should be the one to get it done and i shouldnot be contacting here and there.

When i ask order taker how many pieces will come in boneless chicken wings, she replied 5 pieces. When i got my order, i found 4 pieces in it. I made another call to customer care to file a complaint. She said, apologies to me since the initial order taker is a new agent and she mis communicate to me. But as a customer it's a big dissatisfaction to me and poor experience for me. Domino's didnot mind for customer dissatisfaction with this...

This is disturbing and mishandling of customers data.
Dominos should be careful in handling customers data properly. If this continues it will hamper dominos image.
Kindly take strict action against such employees....
