I have ordered a delivery with the order number 44 on 2nd jan 2019.
In payment mode, i have selected gpay and payment got deducted but transaction failed. Upon retrying again in payment section, selected gpay and transaction now succeeded.

Could you help getting the refund of the failed transaction.?

    Hii my name is sajad gour i am complaining this coz i have not yet recieved my order of 31st december 2018. I have visited dominos pizza mira plaza, kashi mira road, beside sanghvi nagar, thane 401107. I ordered 2 cheese burst pizza and the staff take 1hr 30min to complete my order after getting my order i take one bite but it was not a cheese burst as i ordered. I complaint about it and the staff apologise and agree to give another pizzas but i dont have that much time to wait again so i said them to deliver the pizza on my address with giving the complete address your staff person agreed to do that but still now its 2nd january 2019 i have not yet recieved my pizzas. I love to go to your outlets for having a good stuff but bcoz of my last visit i have to think twice to visit this is not the proper way to treat with the customer as you are running a good brand. Hope you will do something with my complaint as soon as possible. Thank you

      We had ordered dominos pizaa on 31st december using our pnr number to be delivered to us at gwalior station at 10 pm. The order was booked and we got an confirmation sms and email from dominos and e-catering wing of irctc

      We called the customer support of dominos, but it was in vain, there was no communication to us from dominos at all

      If dominos was not able to deliver the pizza, it should have informed us about it, we would have arranged some alternative, but at 10 pm, we were left with no option to eat, even the pantry was closed and all 9 o[censored]s had to go to sleep without eating any food at all

        Hello team,

        This mail is with regards to the attached order delivery. The tracker showed delivered within 30 mins while the actual order was delivered after 40 mins. When i contacted the customer service team, i was connected to the store manager (Nizampet) who initially lied saying system issue. Later agreed it was an error on delivery guy's part. Then he started negotiating for the refund. Since i made an online payment, he continued to convince me to spare the refund this time. When i dint agree he agreed to deliver the same order on a day of my choice. While i gave my preference he never kept his word. All this happened over multiple calls and emails.

        The most annoying part is your company never followed up on my complaint. Every time i had to chase. Is this how a brand works?

        While i have filed a complaint in consumer forum, i will continue to share this experience on social media stating how i was treated for merely 600 indian rupees.

        The feedback and support team are the worst teams. They are mere warm bodies, good for nothing.

          I have ordered 2 midium size pizza and 1 garlic bread at 8:56 pm on 1 jan 2019 and i have received my order at10:30 pm. This is really pathetic if a brand like dominos is providing this type of service to customers. I have called ur call centre number also and they told me that maximum time for delivery is 1 hour for that day kindly look in to this matter on an urgent basis if you are unable to provide food timely then it’s really shameful in today’s erena why will i order from dominos i[censored]r unable to provide pizza timely i m attaching screenshots for your reference

              I tried contacting paytm to resolve this issue but paytm asking customers to interact with their vendors like billdeskfood1.

                Pizza was delivered 1.5 hrs late and cold. When i talked to the store they send new order and the delivery boy haven't called back as he reached the main gate and went back once he haven't found us.[protected] from this number the order was made. Order no.814. I want, my money refund please...!!! This is the way to deal with any customer.

                  Order confarm confrim
                  And I have called customer care after 10 min
                  canceled 325 and new order no 366 amount 625 in everyday 20% off offer
                  But I already pay online Paytm amount 945 and

                  Call and confrim 945-625 = 320 amount refund by delivery boy
                  But delivery boy refused and call store manager refused tack the difference amount
                  And dominos very bad service thanks 🙏

                    I received my order after 1 hour.
                    When i called dominos they told me to wait for one hour, i told them that it’s not in hour policy, you should give me the order within half an hour. He said mam nhi ho payega in a very rude way.
                    After when i received my order after an hour, the order was incomplete and then the delivery boy came after 1 hour next to deliver the incomplete order.

The order was placed and also the money got deducted but an error occurred and it showed incomplete payment, the order got cancelled. Itp was placed through zomato. We contacted zomato support... Also tried calling the customer care of domino's. Already waited for 5-7 business days. Need some serious action asap.

                        Food delivery was much delayed.. Commitment by your executive was just 40 minuts whereas you have taken app 3 hrs due to which all of my guest left office without food and i have to dump all pizzas to dustbin or given to unwanted peoples.

                            Hi on 10th december'18 (Order 165) i ordered a pizza from mobile app which was half an hour late from the expected time. The payment was done via paytm. And i was told by the delivery boy from dominos that your amount will be refunded in 48 hours. It didn't so i contacted customer care. The timeline of the refund kept on increasing from 7 to 10 to 14 to 20 days till the customer care finally agreed to get the restaurant on call. Today i. E the 30th of december the restaurant finally agreed after dodging call for 2-3 days that the payment was unsuccessful. I asked them to reattempt the payment. They told me i should have contacted them on day 1 and now they could not refund. They also said they could at max get me a discount on the next order i make in that very restaurant. I told them i was out of the city. On this, they simply disconnected the call. I'm highly displeased with the lack of professionalism dominos management has regarding its outlets.

                              We ordered a pizza from dominos pizza sector 10 a gurgaon and received pizza in time but during eating found a peace of broken fiber, which got crushed in teeth of my kid 3 yr old.

                                  On date 26/12/18,
                                  Bhavnagar dominos said they have maintainance issues so they are cancelling my both orders,

                                  Since then no sms / notification came from dominos about my refund.

                                  When i will get my refund ? Usually we got it within 24-48 hrs from all other platforms,
                                  But its already 3 days & I didn’t got my refund

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                    I have given online Pizza order in Mulund – Mumbai ( Order No – 103 ) but order goes to different location – Thane and received order lately almost 50 minutes. As per their rule if order didn't complete within 30 min. then refund will be given and free Pizza will be served but after 4 calls they given me false answer but no refund initiated.
                                    When called their helpline kept on hold for 10 min and asked different types of question so customer should get either irate/ shut down calls. Domino's Pizza Company is cheating customers and when called for refund given false answer like 7 day/ 3 days refund will be given but no complaint logged from their side.
                                    It is an unprofessional and careless attitude by Domino's customer care and serious action needs to be taken against Company.

                                      I placed my requirements in online on 27/12/18 at nelson manickam road restaurant, chennai, my order no is 118 and the delivery time is 8/45. I received a message at 8/50 the ordered items were delivered, but no body came for delivery i was in the home. I waited up to 9/15 pm no body came then i went to the shop and asked about the delivery they said the orginal delivery boy given the stuff to other boy he will deliver it, since it is too late i ask them to cancel the order and refund the amount.
                                      They said it will take minimum 7 to 8 working days to credit.
                                      I am totally unhappy about the restaurant functioning, kindly refund my amount at the earliest

                                        I placed an order on 24 December 2018 amounting Rs. 546. The money got deducted from my PayZapp wallet but the order was never placed. I need help to get my refund.
