My name is Nand Kishor. I was in chandigarh at hotel shingar, Sector - 45 on 17 december 2018. I ordered a pizza using Mobile Application on 17 december 5:49 PM. My order Number was 80. when the delivery boy come to hotel reception. The time was 6:29 PM. It Means Delivery boy is 10 minutes late than normal delivery time. Now i am qualify for getting ₹300 Discount. When i asked to delivery boy for giving discount than he deny to give discount....

Ordered for 4 items on 16th dec 2018 at 9:36pm ist (Order no. 251) from malvadi branch in pune, received a call confirming address within 25 mins, however since then there was no contact. When i reached out to the same number, the delivery boy asked for order no. And said he will call back. After an hour of waiting, i called the same number and the person refused to pick up the call and later sent me a sms that 'i am in cinema'. I was furious...

I have ordered order from my registered mobile no [protected] and your representatives cancelled my order by saying that yours area is out of delivery zone. But on 17 december i placed an order from same place and they delivered. Please have a look and i didn't get any message of cancellation of order and refund of my amount. Please refund me asap. And the behaviour of talking of the representative was very rude that we can't place that order...

I placed an order amounting to 300. The money got deducted from the mobile wallet but the order was never placed. Payment was done through free paytm wallet. On calling the serving store, they told me that the order is not received and they cannot help.

I have a complain, before 2 months ago i ordered pizza, but due to some address concern, the service was not available, however my 40 min were been vested and my money was been deducted,
i called at customer care last month around 5 times, all the time i was disappointing as no proper answer was been given, now i will not be satisfied by the refund policy, infact i will demand compacation - from the frenches as it is shame to be done...

I went to your dominos corner at ampa skywalk chennai at 9.30pm on 6 dec 2018 and ordered 8 sachet, 1 med max green pizza, 1 reg cheesey pizza, 1 reg veg loaded pizza along with 1 pepsi bottol. After making total payment of rs 735 via hdfc credit card the representative of your corner verbally told us to wait for your order no 88. When i asked for invoice he told me to wait for 5 minutes after that he delivered my order but did not give me...

Your branch gajraula domino's employe arvind kumar is a living a local area (Near about 20-30 km.) and forcing us by using abusing words and he want to keep me hold in esteem for this office position.
Me aapki branch ka customer hun mujhe ye bahut galat laga aage se kisi aur ke sath esa hota he aur wo complaint na kare to aapki branch ki sale and reputation par bhi fark padega.

I have placed an order 21:09 and it was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes however till now it has not been delivered and domino's central office @[protected] is not at all helpful in tracking the order also they are telling me different stories as 1 executive told me my order will be delivered in 5-10 minutes as he could see on live tracking and another told me he is not able to trace the order, really worst experience all the time when...

I am submitting this complaint after getting frustrated with dominos services. And will definitely going to write this on most of the social media platform.
Since last 4 times, i am ignoring your worst services and thinking that you might be good next time.

The payment was successful and amount was debited from amazon pay but order never got placed.
