I had ordered 2 regular pizzas and one brownie on 31 dec18 but i have not received any pizza spoken on the same day with customer care and he said our order tracking app is not working but you will get your pizza as being our outlet is working late due to 31st dec. But i did not received my order after o asked for teh refund it has been told the refund been processed on 2nd jan 19 but yet i have not received my money... Pathetic service ever really no response from customer care end... Plz let me know how this will resolve and for future order i need to think twice.

    I ordered pizza using Domino's Mobile application for Android on 31st December 2018 amounting 1357. the amount was debited from my bank account(icici pockets) but the order no was not generated.

    As per icici pockets support Domino's have already claimed the amount from icici pockets on 2nd January 2019.

    still after 8 days i have not received the refund for the debited amount.

      I ordered a pizza online on 31st December and paid online. I waited for one and a half hour and pizza wasn't delivered to me . And now I've tried to get to customer care but they are not helping. I want the refund as I didn't get my pizza delivered. I have been complaining to their customer care since 1st January and I even have the reference numbers they gave me as a complaint registration.

          I was placing an dominos pizza order via dominos mobile app on 05-jan-2018 but payment had been debited of amount 731/- rupees my from icici credit card account but order was not placed. I had also called dominos customer care but they said there no order placed at mobile number [protected]. Then i did the repayment to place a new order (Order no. 277) of same amount 731/- rupees. Attached are the screenshots of twice payment for dominos order with separate transaction number.

          I have also raised a complaint via dominos feedback system (Concern ref# 7971843) but no one contact me from dominos.

          Therefore i request you to please help me to get the refund for failed order. Below are the transaction details;

            In spite of ordering cheese and corn and chicken sausage pizza on 1.1.19, the order was not provided with a puerile excuse.in spite of complaining, no one called back to understand the problem, and we starved the entire night. Further, when i made a written complain, till now no one has called back.

            This type of attitude is not at all pardonable that too from domino's. From next time, i will definitely not consider domino's.

              I have made the below payment to domino's pizza however they are denying of receiving the below amount as it was paid to billdeskfood1.

              If the merchant still denies, please ask them to share the confirmation through their mobile number registered with paytm. Once you receive the confirmation, you can share the same with us, so that we may escalate this case further

              Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              There was an offer in choco lava cake as well as regular size pizza but that offer was not provided to me .
              Order no 305 placed on 14.12.2018 was delivered late by Laxmi Nagar (Delhi Branch). I was promised refund in next 5 working days. It's been over 12 days but refund is credited in my bank account.

                The incidence:
                - i order via dominos app using amazon pay balance. The app didn't generate order id and i got no response from the app. I contacted customer care they initiated a refund and asked me to place order order again this time pay by paytm. I did same the customer care guy said he received the order and the pizza will be delivered soon.

                - after an hour i contacted support to know the status. Now the app showed a new order but again the support told me order has not been placed. They directed me to the store i. E. I. P. Extension. They said they will send the order.

                - they delivery guy asked for money stating order was cash on delivery.

                Called customer care again they just kept connecting me with the store to no resolution.

                Now over rs. 1600 in hole over 2hrs of frustation and no result.

                  I ordered through the app with 30 min guarantee when i called them to tell them that i need change i don’t have change with me as they have troubled me for that before and the guy was i can’t deliver your food before 30 mins i told him that i have a 30 min guarantee and he said very rudely we don’t care about that we don’t have staff to deliver can’t help. Please get back to me asap.

I have order pizza in domino's for home delivery on 8/06/2018 and order no. 153 at night and i done my payment online, since the order was confirm i got a call from domino's saying the restaurant is close as it's time up and the order will canceled and will be refunding your payment within 7-10 working days.                       I ordered 2 pizzas eat in at the same outlet. The answer was we dont serve chilli flakes and oregano in house. It's only for people who take parcel. When asked mr. Bhagwan makode from sb road pune branch the incharge he mentioned u can complain regarding the same. Is it always media we should approach???
                      I did get a refund of 208/- from 300/- when i complained to online customare care. But such a arrogant staff is really demeaning. I want a proper feedback about the staff apologising for their mistake.
                      Can dominos justify this?!!

                        I have ordered pizza at 21st dec 2018 and i have received my order at 11pm. I hachat with customer care and they told me that maximum time for delivery is 30 min for your area for that day kindly look in to this matter on an urgent basis if you are unable to provide food timely then then don't promises to the customer will deliver within a time otherwise refund will initiated. Why will i order from dominos if your unable to provide pizza timely i am attaching screenshots for your reference.

                          Till day before yesterday, me and my friends were big fan of domino's pizza but this love has changed into hatred when we saw a living and moving worm dropping off our pizza slice.
                          Yes, on 31 st december 2018, me n my friends ordered pizza (Extravaganza medium), stuffed garlic bread, chocolates lava and brownie fantasy. N while we were eating the pizza, suddenly something fell from my friends slice when she took the bite. Initially. We thought it's cheese but when we looked down it was moving and we noticed it's a worm which just fell and is moving. We all got so pissed.
                          How can you people be so irresponsible regarding the food you sale?
                          I believe you will be taking the issue seriously. You people has to take full responsibility that too carefully about what you are serving to your customers. You cannot play with our life's and money.

                            This has been one of my worst experiences with dominos.
                            We placed this order 2 days back. Never received the order. Tried reaching support for 3 hours, but the calls were not responded. Never got a call back.

                            Today, i raised a complaint. Spoke to the manager at the restaurant (Green park). His response was so irresponsible: "i can't do anything because there are already 250 customer complaints with me".

                            Now i won't just request for a refund, but a compensation for my time, efforts and dissatisfaction.

                            Ps: we couldn't place order for dinner, because it was already 2 am.

                            I have complaint it to nearest dominoz but they ask to contact upper level. No body is responding yet.

                              I called dominos around 7:30 pm and asked them about harda delivery last time. He told me to call domino’s around 1 hr before harda for placing order. I called them again from itarsi station as it was around 1 hour and 15 min before harda station but this time they are telling they won’t deliver because order has to be placed before 90 minutes. We are 6 adult travelling in train and going hungry because of domino’s. Really disappointed.

                              On 9th dec 2018, I went to dominos...payment deducted from my account but order failed and I got a msg from dominoes that ur amt will be refunded in 7 days...till date amount ia not refunded. This is an serious issue. Can you look into it and revert me back.

                                I had ordered pizza worth RS.239 on December 28 2018 through Domino's website. Payment was made via Free charge wallet. Money was debited and transaction was shown as successful but Order did not get placed. On contacting Domino's customer care and the restaurant from where I tried placing the order, I was told no order was received from my number and a refund would be made within 5 days. No refund has been received yet, neither has any intimation made regarding the order or the refund. Please initiate the refund asap.

                                Thank you for the quick resolution of the complaint. Posted the complaint on Wednesday night. Received an SMS this morning from Dominos saying the amount will be refunded and amount was credited to my Freecharge wallet by afternoon.

                                The transaction was done on December 29, 2018 and not December 28, 2018 as previously mentioned.
                                I had placed order around 10.30 on Monday and till now i have not received the order. i tried calling them multiple times but no one was picking up the call.

                                Its better to shut down rather than having a worthless dominos shop like this.

                                  In payment mode, i have selected gpay and payment got deducted but transaction failed. Upon retrying again in payment section, selected gpay and transaction now succeeded.

                                    Hii my name is sajad gour i am complaining this coz i have not yet recieved my order of 31st december 2018. I have visited dominos pizza mira plaza, kashi mira road, beside sanghvi nagar, thane 401107. I ordered 2 cheese burst pizza and the staff take 1hr 30min to complete my order after getting my order i take one bite but it was not a cheese burst as i ordered. I complaint about it and the staff apologise and agree to give another pizzas but i dont have that much time to wait again so i said them to deliver the pizza on my address with giving the complete address your staff person agreed to do that but still now its 2nd january 2019 i have not yet recieved my pizzas. I love to go to your outlets for having a good stuff but bcoz of my last visit i have to think twice to visit this is not the proper way to treat with the customer as you are running a good brand. Hope you will do something with my complaint as soon as possible. Thank you

                                      We had ordered dominos pizaa on 31st december using our pnr number to be delivered to us at gwalior station at 10 pm. The order was booked and we got an confirmation sms and email from dominos and e-catering wing of irctc

                                      We called the customer support of dominos, but it was in vain, there was no communication to us from dominos at all

                                      If dominos was not able to deliver the pizza, it should have informed us about it, we would have arranged some alternative, but at 10 pm, we were left with no option to eat, even the pantry was closed and all 9 o[censored]s had to go to sleep without eating any food at all

                                        Hello team,

                                        This mail is with regards to the attached order delivery. The tracker showed delivered within 30 mins while the actual order was delivered after 40 mins. When i contacted the customer service team, i was connected to the store manager (Nizampet) who initially lied saying system issue. Later agreed it was an error on delivery guy's part. Then he started negotiating for the refund. Since i made an online payment, he continued to convince me to spare the refund this time. When i dint agree he agreed to deliver the same order on a day of my choice. While i gave my preference he never kept his word. All this happened over multiple calls and emails.

                                        The most annoying part is your company never followed up on my complaint. Every time i had to chase. Is this how a brand works?

                                        While i have filed a complaint in consumer forum, i will continue to share this experience on social media stating how i was treated for merely 600 indian rupees.

                                        The feedback and support team are the worst teams. They are mere warm bodies, good for nothing.
