I was placed an order online through freecharge app. My amt was deducted rs.697 and it was credited to dominos pizza account. The freecharge app order id was [protected]_1 on dominos. The app shows that there was the amt was credited to the merchant account and the liability to be bear the merchant. I also subimitted a query to your mail but i didnt get any response

Call are not reachable and order has not been received since 1 hr. When we call they either dont reply or hang it
Hi There, Today I went to dominos shivar Chowk branch where I ordered Stuffed garlic bread which was not good as there is no stuffing nor flavor of garlic in it. I feel like I'm eating bread

    I was ordering pizza at dominos through their online portal (App). I selected my order and used my amazon pay to pay the amount but after i got a message that the transaction was successful the page threw an error.
    I tried to refresh it several times but i couldn't get the page where it says that your "order has been placed successfully".

    I called up the store where my orders usually land up and they confirmed that no order was received for this particular transaction.

    The store manager told me that the amount will be refunded to my account within 7 days, but i doubt that.

    Till date i have not received refund nor any call from dominos.
    When I'm going to get my refund?
    I placed order yesterday of farm house pizza without mushroom to dominoes mansarovar plaza jaipur and the executive took the amount through paytm...after waiting 01 hour i came to him the pizza was with him and he said to forgot change order no. on the display...and the pizza was with mushroom despite my instructions...

      I have ordered pizza at 08.04pm but till 9.17pm i dint recieved the delivery and then they telling we have cancelled your order. Without any information and refund of money.. I need my money and compensation for the inconvieninced caused to me.. It was mental harassment.. And also annoying.. The customer care response was also poor.. They juat put my cold on hold that we are facing some issue cant do anything for now

        I have been trying to link the "Amazon Pay wallet" for the past 1:30 hours ( you can check your logs to confirm that ) and so far I haven't been able to link it to your pathetic app.

        All other wallets are getting linked.

        I want to place an order by using the Amazon wallet but am not able to do that.

        Your useless customer care is also not able to help.

        Shut down your app as customers are getting irritated with the services you are providing and becoming impatient as they are not able to place their orders.

        And never try to do things like creating apps if you guys are not able to maintain them.

          I ordered 2 oninon mania pizza server 842925 nd order no. 196 carry out. That pizza crust to hard and dry. We get very bad pizza.. My son is very like pizza so today i buy a pizza for him. But he dont like pizzabbecause pizza crust is too hard and dry... Me also love it pizza bt this pizza is very bad in taste... Please take a action for my complaint...

            I have 2 issues
            Issue 1: mail sent 15 nov 2017- no response even multiple follow ups
            I received the pizza and it took more than 1 hour to reach. Store is just half kilometer from my house.
            Delivery guy told me they have high orders today, that is why pizza got late.
            I already paid the entire amount online. Let me know if i am eligible for cashback, because i have not got my pizza in 30 minutes.

              Date of 19th july 2018 i have ordered 2 pizza around 10.00am but very unexpected call received from domino's service centre stating that we don't have chicken available in our store so will provide you veg. Pizza it means we have to order according to service centre till this was end. I told to cancel my order and refund back money still not yet received my refund. Seriously now domino's which brand name working like this very much disappointed.

                Hi.. To whosoever it may concern
                This is small incident happened with me today, domino is such a brand and i really do no expect this kind of service.
                Today i have placed 1 online order at dominoz pizza website and paid the amount there. Dominoz order number 183. Date of order 25july 2018
                After 15-20mins somone called me from dominoz and said they cannt deliver the pizza and cancelled. I need refund for my amount and let me what you guys are doing for this incident as i am not happy dominoz customer anymore.

                  I have placed an order and made online internet banking payment. The location was autodetected which is within 2 kms vicinity. The dominos person called and said they cannot deliver as my location (Which is with 2 kms radius) was not feasible for delivery. They also told they will transfer the order to a different shop which did not happen and after 1 hour they canceled it. I was surprised because few days back i was in a hotel (Within 500 meter from current location) and it was delivered there. Then i was told that the amount will be returned within 10 days. Though i appreciate the humbleness of the manager, but dominos being my favourite since decades, i didn't expect this. I am not bothered about the cash to be returned, but it was a waste of time for me and very disappointing.

                    After 7 business days i am being told no money will be refunded. This is disgusting. No order got placed but money got deduced.
                    Return the money or i ll post on social forums.
                    Very bad app and customer support.

                    This is the complaint number#6021002. A balance of 617 got deducted and i had been told that it will get returned to me in 7 business days. Now i am being asked to contact amazon and other irrelevant things. Attaching the screenshot of mail which clearly shows money has gone into dominos account.
                    Further to add i have been given a faulty email address by customer care ([protected]@jublfood.com)
                    Do the necessary within 48hours or i ll be forced to post it on social forum.

                      Very pathetic service...

                      I regret to inform you that i had ordered 4 pizza, 1 coke and 1 lava cake.. I had also informed them my alternate address

                      But the address was not updated in your records so the shipment delivered to my previous address after 1and half hour... What the # is going on with loyal customer like us..

                      We have paid the amount also.

                      Further, your customer service is very poor. They dont know how to behave with the customers.

                      Please be inform that i want revert on this mail otherwise i will choose social media for justice..

                      Ridiculous service...

                        Greetings..

                        Good morning.
                        On the very onset i am pleased to inform you that i placed an order online on dominos using the debit card my amount was deducted and the order was not confirmed i havent recieved any sort of email or msg regarding the so the amount has been deducted from my account the order was placed at 3:15 at sector 119 eldeco amantaran. I hve calling the nearest doninos centre regarding the so and then i have been making calls to the customer support. No sort of actions or information has been provided to me. Regardless calling 5 times to the dominos. Being so much hungry and suffering this ridiculous dominos services i assure some actions to be taken against the dominos.

                        The following are the attached files of the no of calls made and the amount deductn and the placement of the order.

                        Few days ago my colleagues & myself visited Domino'spizza Kalyan metro mall & we ordered one veg pizza & one non veg pizza, when we open the box of veg pizza we found cockroache on pizza.
                        There's lots of children's visit mall & eat pizzas I want to take Strict action against them.

                          I am karishma singh tomer and want to complaint towards my order of two peepy paneer pizza which is order from https://m.dominos.co.in this site. Every location set swarnjayanti puram b65 rk puram govind puram ghaziabad and show payment mode then i do from my debit card but my payment has done and we don't receive any order id from which i can track status. I want my payment back otherwise i will go in police complaint and put an appeal in court. How can you do this?

                            I have ordered a domino's pizza on july 1 st from the app linked to mobile number [protected]. Amount debited. Order not placed. I called the customer care regarding the same. They told me to shoot up a mail to [protected]@jublfood.com. I have done that. Now i keep calling the customer care to solve my issue as i have not received the debited amount for an unplaced order. And the customer care executives are never interested in the customer grievance. Expecting you to solve the issue. Contact me on [protected].

                              The Domino's pizza took my order from multiple locations they called me several times and harrassed me for the delivery order when finally waiting for more than one hour the customer care agent told the parcel has been despatched and it will reach you within 10 mins of time I am waiting its11.36pm now it's not delivered.what kind of service this Domino's pizza is delivering waiting for more than 2 hours they guarantee deliver within 30 mins or money back guarantee wat happened where is the delivery.after one day.govt.should take strict action against these people promising
                              and not following their company policies.
                              This complaints from Bellandur Domino's pizza and kadubessanhalli.outlet Bangalore within 2km radius the Domino's pizza is not able to deliver.look citizens what kind of service the are providing we should boycott the products.of Domino's licence.Below screenshot you can find the order details.

                                I order pizza at 9:25pm and it’s was delivered by me at 10:02pm and as far as everyone know that if it’s delivered by 30or more u can claim for late discount and that’s s Wat I did so the manager LOURD was shown very rude behaviour and store manager Also didn’t spoke with me regarding this and the concern manager told me that will cancel ur order and he informs the same to the delivery boy Mr Rahiman was took my order back to the store I need a proper response on this thanks

                                  I ordered from Dominos pizza online on 20th july, 2018 at 9:10pm, with order ID 271 and made pre-payment for the order as well. I even received a confirmation mail. They claim to deliver less than 4 pizza within 30 minutes else its free. But i did not receive the order till 1 hour. When i asked for a refund as per service guarantee they refused saying its a bulk order (i ordered 3 pizzas plus slides). Its clearly written in there terms and condition as well that bulk order is considered when its 4 or more pizzas. Now as i had already made the payment online i cannot do anything about it but can only complaint regarding it. They are making fool of people and not giving services as per their claim. strict action should be taken against these people who make fool of customers. and I want a refund of my money.

                                    I had ordered pizza along with sauce and co from dominos on 20th July 2018, order no:164. The pizza arrived on time but they forgot to bring coke. I asked them to cancel coke but they asked me that it will arrive in 5 minutes. So I waited for it but it arrives half an hour late and by then pizza had also become cold. It was my worst experience with dominos and I am hoping not to order from dominos again.

                                      I ordered Domino's Pizza online, the order was unsuccessful, the amount of 942 rupees that was debited from my bank account got credited to my Domino's account. The next time I plan to use the amount in my wallet I see zero balance. When I call Customer Care they have no answer. I am tired of following up on this. They just say that I will receive a back which never happened.

                                        I am staying in Madhuranagar, Hyderabad. I have ordered Two Pizza's with Chicken wings today ie : 19/07/2018. My bill amount is 343/- and my Order number is 175. Firstly we got the delivery very late which took 50 minutes for them to deliver after the order time. Worst part is the chicken wings, what they have delivered was completely a staled one. Public will get enormous diseases by having this type of stale food which is unhygienic. The Pizza is not hot and not even warm at all and not in a condition to eat. Their store is around 2-3 kms distance from my home. The weather is so comfortable, no rain at all. We trust you guys as your's is a well known and a reputed Company through out the world. I am not worrying about late delivery and cold pizza but really concerned about our Health. Why are you providing stale food to public and playing with our Health even after taking sufficient amount including all types of taxes. Please give me explanation about this worst Customer service.
