I ordered Domino's Pizza online, the order was unsuccessful, the amount of 942 rupees that was debited from my bank account got credited to my Domino's account. The next time I plan to use the amount in my wallet I see zero balance. When I call Customer Care they have no answer. I am tired of following up on this. They just say that I will receive a back which never happened.

    Hello Dominos Team,

    I am staying in Madhuranagar, Hyderabad. I have ordered Two Pizza's with Chicken wings today ie : 19/07/2018. My bill amount is 343/- and my Order number is 175. Firstly we got the delivery very late which took 50 minutes for them to deliver after the order time. Worst part is the chicken wings, what they have delivered was completely a staled one. Public will get enormous diseases by having this type of stale food which is unhygienic. The Pizza is not hot and not even warm at all and not in a condition to eat. Their store is around 2-3 kms distance from my home. The weather is so comfortable, no rain at all. We trust you guys as your's is a well known and a reputed Company through out the world. I am not worrying about late delivery and cold pizza but really concerned about our Health. Why are you providing stale food to public and playing with our Health even after taking sufficient amount including all types of taxes. Please give me explanation about this worst Customer service.     Kindly find the below complaint against Dominos Pizza and take necessary action against them.

      It is second time with me . when you delivery boy deliver the order in 50 Minute time .

      i have order via order no, 291 dated 07.08.2018 time 9.37 Pm and your delivery boy deliver the order at 10.24 Pm . ( Mr . Madan)

      I wish to tell you the distance between your counter to my house is about only 2 Km and the monsoon is good . there is no rain, no JAM etc .

      I place an order but the order is not delievered even after 30 minutes. Even they are also not picking up the phone. The delievery boy also did not contact me and tell the reason of delayed delievery. I also paid the amount online.

        I had ordered dominos pizza online on 8th July- ORDER NO -560,
        the delivery guy did not bring the bill and on further asking he said you would receive it in mail.
        I have not received any bill till now but I need it as soon as possible.

        This happened in Airoli, Mumbai.

        Order number 173: I placed an order with Dominos online on 6th July 2018 at 11:46pm. My order has not arrived yet even after an hour. Tracking details for this order have been removed, and the Dominos app reflects that the order has been completed (delivered). I've played online via debit card, and not received my order. This is theft and robbery.

          I ordered pizza on 1st july. It arrived after 90 min...asked for refund on mail...asked to customer care executive...asked to 10 other person as they keep tranferring call to other person and stores...no any clear response from anyone...its been 17 days what do u expect from customer? Very disspointed from ther service and support i have received from ur side.

          I have contacted dominos for 5 to 7 times so far and spent about 100 minutes on call talking to them and getting nothing in response.
          I want refund of RS 301 for order as well as the amount of time and money spent is much more than the amount of order. they are cheating with the custmoer. I want consumer care to look into it and i demand my loss in terms of rupees 4 times the my order amount worth RS 1204.

          i have wasted my 100 rs and more than 3 hours over telephonic conversation and and now they are dropping my calls when i try to contact domino's. All of this is just waste of my times...neither domino's nor consumer FORUM will be taking any action...all of this is just ###...this consumer to help out consumer is just an imagination...
          Same thing happened with me they delivered wrong pizza to me and that to late and same as you explained happened with me they don’t talk or call me

            Hii.This is parul.i ordered pizza on 7th July expected time to receive pizza was 10:30pm but I received it at 11:15 pm according to Domino's policy if pizza delivery is late they provide refund to customer but i had talk Domino's helpline no.more than two times but they didn't take any action yet.but I hope you will take action against Domino's and will help me to provide refund from domino's.already it has been 10 days and Domino's claims to provide refund in 7-10 days .so please help me to provide refund as soon as possible.

              I have placed order through Dominos APP.
              Around one and half hour i was talking to store and the manger at shop talked very rudely . then i placed almost 5 nxt orders from same outlet and they rejected. then i had call again with " Dinesh" and he was nice talking guy to customer.

              Money Was Already Deducted from my account and they told me will refund within 7 days. Manager is so rude that I Told Her i will complain ur behaviour to dominos and shockingly she was again rude than first call then they disconnected call and now they are rejecting my every call.

                I booked pizza order on sunday (15-jul-2018) with order number 270 at your centralized system no. [protected].
                First part of the complaint : i clearly told your booking representative that i a need this delivery at airoli, navi mumbai. However, he booked it to kharghar, navi mumbai. This was the 2nd time in last 2 month that booking was made to kharghar, navi mumbai instead of niroli, navi mumbai.
                2nd part of the complaint : even after 41 hours domino is not able to deliver the order. And not able to track what went wrong. It is total failure of your system and total dissatisfaction in your service level

                Pizza is not delivered
                I had ordered the pizza on 24/06/2018 invoice number 66431/18/29930. It was worst in term of service and in quality. Full cold pizza I received. Even I put complain also about it. So they only said that they will send the fresh pizza but today is 8th of July, I didn't get my pizza or concession...
                I ordered pizza cheese burst triple tango with pepsi by number [protected] on 29 june, message of price deduction come and order was failed . Still the amount is not refunded .

                  ..I ordered my pizza through online dominoz app at 7:10 pm dtd 15/07/18 in advance timing of 9:45 pm and from my location the neatby outlet is dominoz at IBC PIPLOD SURAT. But my order was not delivered i also paid through online but the order was not deliverd and when i tried to call the outlet they did not pick the call and after that when i called customer care they told that oulet is offline so order will not be deliverd..i was very much troubled at this situation.while ordering if i would have informed that oulet is offline then i would have opted another option but there was no msg from dominos oulet or app...and at last my money is deducted and i dont have my order...really very poor n pathetic service i lost my trust, i have been a regular n old cutomer but its really sad

                    After crossing the 30 mins duration the delivery person did not deliver the pizza as we told him that it was free...
                    He went away telling that he will return but we are waiting since for him .
                    He went and cancelled the order on his own.
                    Please solve this issue as soon as possible. I am one of your loyal customers since the last 10 years and received a good feed.

                      I called up [protected] on 15.07.2018 and my call was directed to dominos customer care. My order was taken by customer care officer I very clearly asked him for the dombivli east dominos restaurant number. He insisted that I place the order online and the order would reach me in 30 mins. Order no was provided and message received on my mobile number. After half an hour i called up the dominos restaurant near my residence and got to know that there is no such order placed. This order was wrongly placed by the customer care officer in the dominos restaurant far away from my locality. It was heavily raining and after calling almost 5 times I received the order after one an half hour. The delivery boy was also finding it difficult to locate my area as the restaurant were the order was placed was not in my area. Such a poor level of customer service my a organisation like Dominos. They claim to provide a free pizza if the delivery is not within 30 min here pizza was delivered after 1.5 hours, at a wrong restaurant, causing inconvenience to me and the delivery boy. What a poor service? Need a response to this level of service. The call was recorded and I was also promised a complaint call back which I never received.

                        It has been almost one and half hour since I ordered my pizza, it hasn't reached till now.On contacting the helpline number at the nearest Domino's(Uttarpara Hooghly) employees behave in odd manner they are really rude, none of them have idea about how to approach customers and complaints.Furthermore they can still not assure as to when the pizza will be delivered.

                          I ordered 8 pizzas from dominos last night at around 12.00 a.m. from the dominos app. My number is . The order did not get delivered by 2.00 a.m. and that is 2 hours late. Later it showed and delivered whereby i never received anything. All on top of that when i called cutomer care on the first instance they were themselves unable to reach the restaurant and said that showing delivered was a technical glitch and the pizza will be there in 10 to 15 minutes. Then when i called again the person kept promising again and nothing came and even after that when i asked to contact the manager which he denied saying there is no authority above him at the point of time and after minutes he dopped the call. This is not the first time i am ordering from the app, from the number and to the same place.
                          This is a horrible horrible experience and I dont know wether to rely on dominos for the same next time for a party. I had made an online payment and I want an instant refund of the money. The compensation for the same should be greater but i wont prefer dominos for my next orders and neither do i recommend it.

                            I paid through amazon pay for a dominos order dated on 02/07/2018 but the order got failed and company isn't accepting that they have got any payment but amazon has given me all the details of the payment. Customer service executives are saying it now after 12 days has been passed untill then they were just delaying the process.

                              inappropriate behaviour from dominos outlet

                              give me a good answer / reason on recent incedent to my order dated 10th july 2018.


                              Delivery boy trying to reach at my residence from last 1 hour 15 mins, first of all his phone was not in coverage area, repeatedly he tried calling me but failed, some how after 1 hour 15 mins he delivered

                              rude behaviour of the person at counter who takes order or punch order for delivery started arguing on phone call
                              "delivery boy not able to find the address, please come and collect the order"
                              we don't deliver to the address you have mentioned and please do not order in future.

                              I said earlier also i got delivered from your outlet.

                              Answer from dominos "not possible"

                                I ordered 2 peppy paneer and a stuffed garlic bread on 10th November 2016 and the bill came to Rs1233/-. the internet transaction went through but the dominos restraunt (Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad)claimed non receipt. I was asked to make another transaction and if the earlier one came through the amount would be refunded.
                                When I checked my bank account both debits showed up. I have been following up with Dominos since then and despite my best efforts there has been no resolution. I went on recording a complaint, they keep calling or asking for a different number and the saga went on. Their standard reply is as follows, "This is with reference to your feedback submitted to us on 21-May-2017 with Reference ID: 2847310" our representative will call you. I don't know how many representatives I have spoken to. I am attaching the order form for your necessary action.
                                I am a senior citizen and am so disappointed with this degree of callousness.

                                  Dominos claim to deliver pizza in 30mins or if not then get it free...I ordered pizza at 8: 56 pm...on 11th July...after 90 mins did not received my pizza...I called them 4 times...so 5th time they received my call telling me that they were confused about my address so they dint even took effort to call me and confirm my address...again I waited for 30 mins I dint got my order...again I called them this time I called twice and they received my third call...again saying delivery boy could not get my address and could not contact me...is this a joke they are fooling customers... I asked them to cancel my order as there was no option left with me...and asked for reimbursement..am regular customer of dominos last on 7th July I ordered pizza it was delivered to me without any problem but just after 3 days on 11th July what happened ..what was the problem...is this the response am getting from a brand dominos...

                                    I have placed an advance online order on dominos website at 08:52 on 11/07/2018 to be delivered at 10:30 on 11/07/2018, the order did not get delivered. As the order status is not moving forward even after the asked for delivery time, I tried calling the restaurant, but they did not answer my calls. Not 1 not 2 I called 25 to 30 times all the calls were not answered. Then I called the customer support and explained my situation, he told the order is dispatched and will reach me shortly. As the food will be delivered I did not make any alternative arrangements. As now it was 11:10 I called up the customer support again to know the status, they then told that restaurant is closed and my order will not be delivered. The support person told my case is escalated, I doubted that as he was speaking rude to me. At again 11:40 I called the customer support then they told me my case is not escalated. He then took a detailed complaint and gave me the escalation reference number. Below are the things I want to quote.
                                    1) I made an advance order and made the payment online in advance and my order is not delivered.
                                    2) I have a sleepless night starving without any food to have even after making an advance order and paying in advance for my order.
                                    3) The restaurant did not make any effort to answer my calls.
                                    4) The restaurant is just a km away from my residence and they did not care to deliver my order, they did not even have a courtesy to inform that the order is cancelled due to some issue. They did not even inform me to make some alternate arrangements, rather gave false promises that my order will be delivered.

                                      I have placed an order in Domino's Pizza on 07/11/2018 08:57:53 PM with the outlet "GANDHI ROAD, TAMBARAM, New No. 51, Old No. 166, Junction of Gandhi Rd. & Mudichur Rd., Gandhi Rd. Tambram West, Chennai- 600045.ph.no[protected]".

                                      Since placing the order, I have been trying to connect with the store once the order was dispatched. I am not able to connect with the store as well as tried with the customer care of Domino's, who were also not able to connect the store.

                                      Due to this, we lasted in hunger and were badly affected mentally and physically without having food, as we were dependant only on this.

                                      I would like to raise a serious complaint over this issue.

                                        I bought a order from dominos outlet in udaipur RAJASTHAN in shakti nagar outlet .there was a plastic pieces inside the base .I don't how it could happened .It would have hurt my mouth also .It may be I could be shallow .
                                        It might be hurt .It would be not good for my health.Be careful to make it your base .I will not visit your outlet next time . Thanks

                                        I Ordered my pizzas at around 11.13 Am on 7/7/18 through online and payments had been done.
                                        Received message from the bank that the money was being deducted but no message from The dominoss. And it's already late
                                        Want my refund money soon.
                                        I placed order for pizza in domino's first time I made payment through paytm and second time through debit card. But both the time amount got deducted but order was not placed. Kindly refund the money back or deliver the order immediately.
