Hi, i am currently in bangalore and i placed an order today 10:00pm, my order number is 537. It's been now 2 hrs and dominos still haven't delivered the product. When i called them to know the status they behaved unprofessionally saying 'jo karna hai karle'. I have all the calls recorded with me... This is highly unprofessional and they don't even cancel my order. I have already made the payment.

    This complain is for domino's pizza wakad outlet on dated 12th august i have ordered my pizza and miss pallavi cashier told me to wait for 20 mnt so i was waiting for my order no 501 but it's crosses 40 minutes then i asked why it is late then the employee pallavi told me if i can't wait i can calcell my order as due to her i was waited for more 20 minutes and the expression from which she told me that please cancelled your order she not supposed to say me like this so please take appropriate action against miss pallavi

    I ordered a pizza and the payment was confirmed. Yet there was no message or pizza from donimors .
    I m staying in Mumbai Boriwali .today i ordered chicken wings along with pozza n garlic bread from my nearest dominoz pizza center. but I got less quantity in pack.I m not happy with service
    This is really sad but immediately after eating my 10 year old boy started vomiting and passing motion and has got severe stomach pains. This shows the pizza was contaminated and it really makes me take a decision of not ordering again. I'm paying a pretty good amount n getting bad quality... Less toppings and child falling sick... Unhappy

      I have ordered pizza from domino's on 29th july, 2018 but it got failed and the money got deducted from my account. I called the customer care but they said its technical problem and the money will be refunded within 7-10days. But it haven't refunded yet so can you please help me with this issue. Its been more than 10days and i want my money back.

        This was from trivandrum. The branch is kesvadaspuram. I've ordered 2 medium pizzas and 3 sides. It's been 50 minutes from my placement of order. Not delivered in time. I've oredered a take away delivery, they refused for a carry bag. They demanded for extra cash. Even staff was really harsh towards the customer. Service is even bad. Please make sure it never happens to any other. Hoping a positive response.

          Dear dominos team,

          This is to bring to your notice that i am filling a case in consumer forum against dominos pizza the reason being i order veg pizza assuming you understand difference between veg and non veg.

          Being it was peak hours we didnt got space to sit and eat in restaurant so we took away.

          After eating half pizza we found couple of chicken pieces in pizza which was a very big shock for all my family member.

          As we pure veg brahmins we never ate any non veg food in last 35years but just because of dominos my whole caste and religion went into toss, now this will be world wide issue as its a matter of religion.

          I will approaching all social sites to make it viral as much as i can do.

          I will personally ensure at-least pure veg guest should never visit dominos.

            I called the restaurant to order two pizzas in the everyday value deals. The representative said that i could not place the order since it didn’t satisfy the deal. When i told him i had already checked it online that it was possible to order, he asked me to order online instead. When i said i was facing some problems regarding setting the location, he refused to place my order and in turn commanded me to order online and disconnected the call without even waiting for my response.

              Yesterday i went to domino's narendrapur branch. I paid using card and the service provider said that the payment couldn't be made and again took the bill in cash... When i returned home, the said balance from my card was already deducted. Such sick practice wasn't expected from a company like domino's... Very poor service. More professionalism expected and a refund of money required.

                This is with reference to my pizza order from my mobile no.-[protected] on 08/08/18 at 20.08hrs. I made prepaid payment through my credit card for rupees 401. My delivery was expected within 30 mins but i didn't even got a call also they didn't pick my call. It caused me inconvenience a lot. But i got delayed delivery at 21:00hrs which was of no use. As per your policy i need full refund of my money. Also i cancelled the order before delivery on toll free number. Please refund my money.

                  Yesterday (8th august) i ordered one pizza, 1 garlic bread and 2 other things from dominos pizza app... Total rs.315... But after 10 minutes, person from dominos called me and told he can't deliver due to some issues... He told he has cancelled my order... But same was not reflected in the dominos app.. It was still showing as being baked after 1 hour also... And again i called him he told he has already processed my refund... I will receive after some days but atleast some message should have come.. I haven't received any message... What's happening... I really don't know... First time i'm facing thing like this... I will never use domino's app again... I want my money back at any cost...

                      I did order placed on swiggy i pizza around 135 order placed and money cut on my account then after that showing the massage please placed the order above 300 for home delivery why did happened with me by the swiggy then i did chat the swiggy and they said me you, r money will refund after 2 days but now almost 7 days complete but nothing is refund in my account it, s humble request swiggy and domino's pizza company refund my money asap it, s your responsibility to refund my money

                        Sir/madam, i am subham kumar singh and a restaurant's one of the regular customer and yesterday night, 05/08/2018/ they guys didn't deliver me any pizza i tried calling them for more than 7 times i even have call recordings and they everytime asked me for just 10 mints and finally it was 3 hours of my order but i don't know why they did that to me. Now not having food on time made me ill and i am sick for that cheap domino's.. Please come to my querie soon.

                          I ordered pizza worth Rs.525/- order no. 302 on 05/08/2018.
                          After receiving a call from delivery boy saying your order could not be delivered at mentioned address and he asked me to collect from dominos address that he was providing. I refused to do so and had heated argument. After completing call my order was showing delivered immediately as soon call was completed. Contact no. Of delivery boy is [protected].
                          Kindly treat customers fairly or shutdown your establishments if you're not able to provide services.

                              Hi team.

                              I had ordered four regular size pizza mania on 26.07.2018, on line from sector-22a sector-22outlet, gurugram. The order was delivered me 13 minutes late. The pizzas are not at all hot but it wasrotten too. I had paid online payment in this regard. I am shocked that dominos pizza a well known and reputed company treat the customer like this. I spent rs 313 for this order, is competely waste. I called the dominos manager (Sec-22, gurugram) to inform about this he said that your next same pizza delivery free of cost. Today i have order free pizza but now he said that my locality does not cover the offer of free pizza on late delivery so it was ok if the pizza was delivered late. He said its a rule in gurugram for few of its localities. Whereas my information goes, dominos mentions free pizza for late delivery and never the customers have been informed about the rule which has mentioned. Secondly, they could have informed about this self created rule when i gave them my address. Few weeks back same thing had happened with my friend but at that time he had given the pizza free but after much argument.. Now, if dominos has this rule of not giving free pizza on late delivery in certain locations in gurugram, then how come my friend got the free? Does the rule keep changing? Dominos is famous for its offer of free pizza if it does not reach in thirty minutes and never and nowhere dominos has mentioned that this offer is invalid for few locations. Then how come exhibition dominos outlet has come up with this rule without the company's notice?

                              As customers we go by the advertisement and the info provided by the company in various media and if we do not get the same as promised, it is mere cheating on the company's part. Please kindly look into this matter as it is happenning repeatedly and being a small town dominos employees are trying to misbehave and fool the customers which is a serious issue. I do expect certain level of discipline and honesty from such a big company. So, you are requested to look in to the matter and do the needful.                                 I was ordering pizza at dominos through their online portal (App) on 29th july 2018. I selected my order and used my amazon pay to pay the amount but after i got a message that the transaction was successful the page threw an error.
                                I tried to refresh it several times but i couldn't get the page where it says that your "order has been placed successfully".

                                I called up the store where my orders usually land up and they confirmed that no order was received for this particular transaction.

                                The store manager told me that the amount will be refunded to my account within 7 days, but i doubt that.

                                  I ordered dominos pizza from zometo and after i received call from dominos fatehganj store saying we will not deliver your order as your area is not in our territory. And then we call back to know about refund the guy from other side replied very badly and when i asked to transfer the call to the manager he replied i won't transfer you can do whatever you want to after that obviously i shouted and abuse out of anger as he was so rude and then we reached to the outlet to collect our order where we were talking normally but they denied to give our order and said i am going to cancel it and won't give you. Really worst experience and staff is so misbehaving i have ever seen in any business.

                                    I ordered in midnight of 31/07/2018 through the online one regular pizza with cheese burst, one taco mexicana, and one chilled coke. The taco mexicana is not wrapped properly and there is no applied proper masala sauce. Its fully dry i was not expected this kind of service from dominos, even for pizza also not filled cheese properly, i don't like to be repeated customer for dominos.

                                      This is to inform that on 8th july 2018 i ordered 2 pizzas from dominos. My order no is 331. But my order delivered me 2hours late. Someone from domino's called me and told i will get a refund of 300rs for the delay delivery within 15days.
                                      But till now i didn't received my money even the manager of domino's of my area (Jp nagar) is denying to give me my refund and also giving me nonsense excuses.
                                      Please look for the issue and try to teach the manager (Ganesh) some good manner that how to handle the customer.

                                        The 30 minute policy was not clear as we ordered 4 regular 99rs special offer pizzas and the delivery was 15 minutes late. The reason given was that the store opened at 8pm and due to strick the delivery was late. We contacted the store manager nikhil argale but instead of handling the situation calmly he said that if you dont pay half the amount we will take the order back. We request you to kindly take action against the store manager and clear the 30minute policy online.

When i discussed their representatives via chat... They were trying to tell me that it will delivered on time... Please have paitent...it is cheating and miss commitment... Neither dominos refunded my monet

They told within 10 days you will going get your refunded amount after that from credit card also I made the transaction it also failed not refunded that amount can u please help me on that.
