I had ordered for 2 medium pizzas on 9th june and amount of rs. 523 was deducted from my airtel money wallet in favour of jubilant foodworks. No confirmation mail on the order was received from dominos. Reached to the customer care executive & was informed by her to write email to [protected]@jublfood.com for refund. Its been 3 days and they havn't responded to the email and still no refund in my wallet.

Please do the needful...

    Day before yesterday at 9.15 pm, (i.e.) the 09th of June 2018, I had ordered online (through mobile app) for 1 Non-Veg Mania Pizza, 1 Non-Veg Burger and 1 Garlic Bread. The order amount was Rs. 350, which I paid through my Credit Card. Since Domino's app has the option to choose the time of Delivery, I had requested the pizza to be delivered at 10.45 pm. I was given the order no 469 and the order was forwarded to the Gokuldam Outlet in Goregaon East. I called up the Domino's outlet assigned to my order and spoke to one Ms. Supriya. She confirmed that they had received the order and promised a hot and fresh pizza delivered to me by 10.45 pm.

    When the pizza dint get delivered by 11 pm, I called up the outlet, however there was no response. At about 11.15 pm, I got a call from the delivery boy telling me that he was near Ruchi House (Which is adjacent to my building) and asked me to confirm my address which I did. When he did not arrive by 11.30 pm, I called up the outlet and they informed me that the delivery boys bike had stopped half way and he was coming in a Rikshaw. What was being told to me dint make any sense. The delivery boy who was just below my building 15 minutes ago asking for my address was actually nowhere near my house if I were to go by what the store told me. Anyways, after what I had to go through it does not come as a surprise when I think of it now.

    Frustrated, I called the Customer Care number to express my discomfort and when I was on the call, finally the delivery boy (Ajay, I think) arrives at 11.50 pm (please note it was confirmed to me that the pizza will be delivered at 10.45 pm). He spoke to the customer care executive and was giving some very vague reasons. When I checked on the pizza it was cold and not in a condition to consume. I asked the delivery boy to call and talk to the outlet, which he did. I think he made me speak to a person called Vishal, I think he was their Manager, who was also not in a position to give me a satisfactory answer and ended disconnecting the call when I told him that I was recording the call and will file a Consumer Complaint in the appropriate forum.

    Though I had paid for the pizza, I dint not take delivery of the pizza since it was cold and not edible. Since it was already 12 am, there was no eateries open and I had to eat a few slices of bread and water and sleep.

    Honestly, I was not expecting such an experience from Domino's. I just realized that the company makes tall and false claims about their delivery promptness and commitment which from my experience is obvious to be incorrect. If I have gone through something like this, I think there may be others who may also be facing such a situation with Domino's. For all the anguish that I had to go through due to the callous service attitude displayed by Domino's I want to file a consumer complaint and if Domino's is not able to give me a satisfactory reply on how they are going to avoid me or others going through such a horrible experience, I am willing to take them to the highest court of law at their own cost and expense.

    Note: I have recorded my conversation with the customer care and the outlet regarding my complaint, which I can share if need be.

      Now I'm here In eternity mall, Here in domino's pizza for refreshments but, here Air conditioner AC is not working, and why they applying service charge on the given bill... I'm asked about that, but with replying work is going on...
      Domino's is delivering on road after 40 minutes 300 mitre further from address then delivery boy is go back to restaurant without delivered the food I feel that is Domino's service is very bad
      I ordered some pizzas by calling at [protected] and apparently he wrote incorrect address..later he apologized for his mistake and connected me to floor supervisor"MAYANK TYAGI" mayank ensured me to deliver free pizza but was failed to do so after 24 hours also..

        My order id is 360
        I have ordered extra veganza pizza with cheese burst, but received the rwgular one and not cheese burst.

        I need my money back.. And ask someone to take back wrong order. I have pics of it as well.
        How can a well reknowned comoany can do it???

        Does it meams that if any order will be placed after 10 pm. Tgen it not going to be delivered properly

        I have ordered for 2 regular size pizzas and one Pepsi which costs 263rs totally.
        I got a call from Domino's saying that they could deliver only inside Infosys and not outside. Now I have got no update from them whether the amount I have paid will be refunded or not.
        Hi! I ordered a pizza todat at 2.1 pm
        And it's been more than 45 mins now and the pizza has yet not being delivered. And the dominos Allahabad is refusing to refund the amount as per the 30 mins policy.

          Today @ 8:44 pm i placed online order to domino's pizza and i got this message from domino's @8:44 pm. Msg is= thanks for choosing domino's, we will deliver your order hot & fresh in 30 minutes.

          Its 10:19 pm and l i have already paid the amount and they have neither delivered the pizza and nor they have cancelled it. Don't know what they will do. They are also not picking phone.

            We ordered 3 pizza mania's, 1 garlic bread, 1 cheez dip and one coke on 3:32 pm. We received our order at 4:40pm. We argued about the order being late and not hot at all, but the delivery boy didn't accepted that and we have to pay the full amount for it. Please look forward to the matter.             I have not received a satisfied solution for this till now . I have been given 300 rs off but only on pick up and not on home delivery that also without using application and ordering on phone .
            Please see to the matter once again .

              I ordered a chicken dominator pizza with cheese burst base. I received my order after 50 minutes. I complained to the manager and he said he would refund my money as per their policy within a week. I called them after a week as i still did not receive the refund, they said they will call. Neither have they called, nor have they refunded my money. What should i do now?

                  I ordered dominos pizza on 7/6/2018 at 7.42 from dominos panjarapol outlet throu Swigy, i ordered one paneer makhani thin crust and veggie paradiase cheese burst
                  But there was no cheese inside the cheeseburst pizza
                  I told the delivery person from Dominos about it, his name is kirtan, he checked the pizza and called the manager( Rajendra kumar) to inform that quality of pizza is not right. Manager Panjrapol outlet showing attitude and tried to justify quality without checking, I tried to explain and informed for replacement soon within reasonable time
                  But the manager talked with full arrogance and attitude and later on the same thing was done by the delivery boy .
                  Arrogantly asked us to return the pizza instead of offering services appropriately

                  PS - This is to inform you that this is reflecting the image of dominos

                  Hope you will take some action.

                    Domino's cheated me on the order which I placed on date 20 May 2018, they delivered the order after 2 hours + the Order was not what I paid for. due to this delayed order I happened to take guest out side and it cost me 10, 000 Rs and additional 2020 Rs to Dominos for late half order. Also it was big embarrassment in front of all guests. I want all my money I happened to spend on that day plus the additional penalty charges for my harassment.

                    had terrific experience with Domino's yesterday. DOminos successfully spoiled my evening & Night..

                    Yesterday I order (unfortunately) pizza for some guest and COLD, Partial & delayed order was delivered after more than 7 to 8 customer call and follow up s. More than one hour I spend to follow up the order. Almost till 11.30 pm was with customer care to find out my order and the missing part of order. After that it's hight- so long follow up first time I got from shop at santosh hall, Pune. That they give me some thing else with same price at around 11.30 pm when we finish our dinner. What a worst service this is. I wand my money back which I spend on this cold delayed partial order. If not then I want go ahead with consumers court for this torture.

                      My order number is 213 and i had ordered at 8.30 pm and received the order at 9.25 pm. So according to the 30 min delivery policy, i need refund of rs 300 against my billing amount of rs 471.
                      I have made almost 5 calls for solving this issue but it's in vain. Each and every representative have asked me to wait for 10 mins and they will give me a call back but no calls received till now. So addressing this issue here.

                        Hello Sir,
                        My entire family is a regular customer of yours. Especially my kids are fans of your pizzas.
                        On 1st of June (Friday), my kids were alone at our house. We asked them to order Pizza for their lunch.
                        They did order by phone at 1:50 pm and got the order number 72.
                        They made numerous calls after half an hour but they did not get any delivery even after 3 hours and ultimately they had to remain hungry till we reach in the evening.
                        In evening I called up again at your customer care to verify all this but to no avail.
                        I am really disappointed with all this and would have sued Dominos if I could.

                          I placed an order today online and got confirmation mail at 7:36 pm. The delivery boy came with the order at 8:11 pm. When i'mi showed him the time and asked him to give me a discount of 300 against my order amount of ₹511 as part of the 30 min delivery guarantee. He told me that it was not possible. I told him to call his manager. I talked to him and said the same. He told me that the delivery boy was on time and said that i came out of the house 5 minutes after the delivery boy came even though i came out as soon as he rang the bell. What is the meaning of the 30 min guarantee if they can't even abide by it. Either they should just tell me that it won't be possible or follow the rule and give me the discount as soon as i tell them.

                            I am rohini here. My mobile no is [protected]. I got coupon code from dominos via message hence i ordered online on 4th june around 9.30 pm. Rs 450 got deducted from account. It was net banking from sbi bank. It was successful payment but still i didnt get any order no on message, mail or in app.
                            I still not recieved deducted money. When i contacted dominos customer care then i came to know that no order is placed.

                              Yesterday i ordered pizza from dominos through its mobile app, in order it shows u will get it in 30 mins or free. Pizza comes after 55 mins.. When i drops complaint in app feedback form i received a call from dominos manager at 11 o clock night saying that we will not deliver at your place next time and my complaint has been deleted.
                              I am surprised that company like jubilant foods doing such wrong practice just not fulfill his 30mins challenge...

I had placed an order on your website on 31st may 2018 at around 18:06 pm t receive confirmation message from your end, but they dont deliver my order even after 1 hr. I called customer care they said you will get your order in some time but no deliver guy deliver my order, the worst pizza and delivery guy. I will suggest dont order pizza from dominos.

                                  I ordered pizza in gurgaon through call to the customer care and it got placed. I got confirmation message as well.

                                  After 10 mins i got a call from restaurant stating that we are transfering it to some other restaurant. For confirmation i called customer care so that i can get my pizza on time. Even after continuous follow up customer care didn’t arrange a call from the restaurant which was going to deliver to our place. They kept on saying that your order is confirmed and will reach in next 5-10 mins.

                                  After 40 mins when i had no clue i called the restaurant again where my order reached first and they replied we had cancelled your order and informed in the group and have no idea whether it will be delivered by some other restaurant or not. Rather they told me to place a new order. Even the online link reflected cancelled after 40 mins, before that it was reflecting dispatched.
                                  This kind of service is really unacceptable that you are confirming the customer after 40 mins of placing the order where maximum time of delivery is 30 mins. It became very insulting for me. After this terrible experience i can never think of ordering from dominos again.

                                    I ordered the pizza mania combo on this sunday. Waited for more than 2 hours but nothing received. They didn't even call to say th order is cancelled. I complained and the manager calls two days later. Saying he will send my order free of cost as they were wrong. Called them today for it, they made me pay saying that the order is not free of charge and i'm receiving complimentary garlic bread. Not only their delivery service was worst, but they also denied anything that the manager said to me. Horrible service ever.

                                      I went to dominos pizza (Gr. Floor, binori, ambit, nr. Thaltej cross roads, ahmedabad) on[protected] in evening.

                                      I ordered veg loaded pizza and non veg loaded pizza whose prices are 119/- and 139/- rs respectively but i saw they have written new price infront of it as 129/- and 149/- rs respectively.

                                      I checked online but there was no increase in price then how can he increase the price.
                                      Even he generated the bill with the same amount.

                                      This is fraud.

                                      Now what from my side.

                                      I am going to file a law suit against you, without your consent how this can be done, and if you don't have involvement then take his franchise back.

                                      I am writing this as i personally love dominos but this can't be acceptable.

                                      I am giving you 4 days time, if till coming monday i didn't get satisfactory response i will file complain against you and will make sure atleaset for 1 day your business should be stopped in india.

                                        Worst experience, i called 5 times for refund of my money but didn't get any response from dominos. If possible please refund my money back. I have ordered on 6th may my order number was 191. I got delivery of pizza after 45 min. I have called to customer care on that moment, that guy told me that you will get 300 rs beacuse of late delivery. From then till now i didn't receive any refund. Whenever we had conversations with any customer care member they told that the restaurant will call you in 10 mins but still we haven't received a single time call from restaurant
