I ordered my Domino's pizza on 30 August 2018. I made my payment online of 104 rs. Through my money was cut, my order was not done successfull. I complained Domino's care for refund, but the customer care unit of Domino's is very poor. They not give me the right response and cut my phone. My mobile number is [protected]. Customer care unit is very careless . What should I do !!!?

    Payment was successful from my side on Domino's order DPI[protected] on 06 Sep 18 at 07:12PM but the shop denied they didn't received payment but amount was deducted from my paytm wallet. The supervisor Mr. Hari Singh assured that amount will be refunded & I paid through card & bought the pizza @Rs.624. 76. My amount was not refunded till date, I contacted Paytm they informed me to deal with Domino's for the refund as the transaction was successful. I am tired of contacting all for last 07 days but no refund till date. Very very poor response from Domino's, really very disappointed...

      Last week, i had ordered pizza online through dominos mobile app and the pizza got delivered.
      The processing dominos outlet was:
      Four square mall, sakchi, jamshedpur.
      Today (12/09/2018), i had ordered in a similar way and also made the online payment (Using dominos mobile app) through amazon pay.
      But, the order was cancelled by the outlet stating that they will not deliver to my residential address. Until, last week they had delivered to my address.

As the delivery boy come after 35 minutes and he was telling that he delivered on time.. So as the time 30minutes crossed so i want refund from domino's outlet i. E, mangalore, karnataka. Kindly give me the solution... And please help me to get the refund

          I placed an order in dominos on 5th of september, 2019 via zomato of 230 rupees. Money got deducted from my paytm account but the order was cancelled later. I have yet not recieved the refund amount. Please look into the matter and make a refund into my account by the earliest.

          I Lavina Sukhija worked as part time at dominos (jublient food works) in kormangala 4 th block, Bangalore.I left that job on 7 August 2018.They told me you will get on 1 St September. Now they are not giving my salary. Can you please help me out.

            Hello,

            On 08/September/2018 evening I had ordered pizza online from Dominos.
            website. I used NETBANKING option in the site for doing payment & selected UNION BANK OF INDIA for the same.

            My transaction of INR 1477 was successful and the money even got deducted from my bank account.

            But to my surprise Dominos branch people told me that they did not receive the payment at all. Online Order was NOT generated despite money getting deducted from account.
            This is really worrying factor. Order was not placed but amount was deducted from my bank account when used online shopping platform of Dominos using my Android mobile.

            Please find attached the message I got for deduction of payment. Could you please look into this and initiate refund of the money to my bank account

              Hello, i have order 2 pizza and fanta from dominozs pizza. 1st they deliver only 1 pizza and forget about my 2nd pizza and aftr 10 min i will get 2nd pizza. The pizza i order is worst. The base is very bad and this time i had worst experience with dominozs pizza. That y should i choose dominozs for pizza. Nd i through pizzas because there is no cheese nd its smells very bad. I want refund for my pizza.

                Yesterday, one of your outlet at nawanshahr punjab canceled my order without my consent giving me the excuse of not having the product that i need to order. So i changed my order but they gave me a very lame excuse of rain and decline the order whereas other delivery restaurants were delivering at that time and rain had also stoped at that moment and all this leds to customer's harrasment on declining the order. So i want to register the complaint on the manager who even decline my request to register a complaint. So i request you to look into the matter and take some steps against their behaviour. Thank you.

                  Dominos swastik char rasta cancelled my order last moment at 10:20pm as dey said i should order from pallav char rasta but the fact is the dominos app locator only selected that store. Dominos could nt even trf my order internally

                  Den had to order to pallav char rasta for which number got changed recently near my home which didnt have card machine as i was insisted to pay again for same order as per the call back i received.. And d guy who called said paytm u can but u need to add otp for which i didnt agree and due to delay in time it was 11pm and almost all restaurants got closed..

                  I had to settle my dinner for maggie becoz dominos couldnt deliver me. These guys claim delivery withing 30mins.. All scrap

                    My name is mukesh kumar. I join dominos as a "delivery boy" in 20th july 2018 in kaushambi metro restaurant. My emp is "890094" and i was work over there only 12 day. After i resination from my job to the post of delivery boy due to some personal reason and i submit my dress in store manager and he given to me full and final letter after i submit this letter to coprate office in indirapuram ghaziabad.

                    But i did not get salary. I am still waiting plz reply when i will get my salary 12 days.

                        I placed the order through dominos mobile app, this app doesn't have an option to select the location it default select the available location [ashok nagar dominas] without our knowledge.

                        The order was plasesed in ashok nagar dominas, after one hour they called and told, that they are not delivery the order because of my location [guindy] is not in their range.

                        So my question is simple

                        1. If they not delivery then why the took the order[user unable to select the dominos location]
                        2. After one hour they informed me
                        3. It will take 10 working days to refund the amount
                        4. If you have limitation in delivering the order then why you set the minimum order amount 300
                        5. But you guys delivery the order if i placed through swiggy, why you encourage the third party food delivery portal

                          I have been ordering from one of dominos pizza stores in my loclaity - (Shop no. 5, ground floor, satvik hotel, near purnima bus stop, nashik pune road, nashik, maharashtra 422001) for last two months. At time of delivery i would get call from the delivery agent stating that location is beyond their delivery region limit and they can't deliver as per policies,.. Only in exchange of few extra bucks they agree to deliver to my location.. This has been going on in a pattern... I am not told at time of ordering that they won't deliver to location only later today i got this call after waiting half an hour for my order to be delivered that my order has been delivered cause location is far from their stores...

                          Such ridiculous treatment of customer and demeaning unprofessional conduct by your franchise store staff is unacceptable.
                          Kindly, look into the matter

                            Money Deducted but order not placed and money not refunded. I have made the bulk order on Friday around 1.20 PM in my office HCL where I paid the money from Paytm and it got deducted as well but I got the message while placing the order online that there is an issue and your order cannot be placed. I called Dominos at the same time and they informed it will be refunded but till now it is not refunded but again today I called dominos and they said we will call you after checking and it is been 1 hour and the response is we will call you back and they do not even know what is being said.

                              I am very fond of pizzas of Domino's but because of pregnancy I can't able go straight far away to pizza shop. As Domino's pizza shop not delivering pizzas in my area. Domino's pizza shop is not so far away from my house. It's almost 3.9 km far and its just take 9 minute from motera road to IOC road, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Please take some proper action against you these.

                                I've placed the order at 7:18pm on the mobile app and the status was shown as Confirmed.

                                On the app/website it shows confirm only. They couldn't call to say so or update on their so called app/website?
                                When contacted the store manager, he says it is out of our delivery area...
                                After yelling at him and wasting my half hour in this nonsense he says...
                                you have asked to cancel the order otherwise we've tried to place the order!!!
                                Was he sleeping from last 2 hours??
                                Disgusting people.. disgusting app.. disgusting service..
                                Never ever ordering again from dominos.
                                Refund my money asap!!!

                                  27 Aug 18 I have order pizza for value Rs 417/-. But till 23:45 I have not received the delivery, then I have call on online contact no they have revert that it's on the way will be delivered in serval minutes. Again I have called 00:01 am Mr Yash has also given me the same reply it's on the way I was overphone with him till 00:50 hrs, even he was trying to connect with him his seniors but no was available on duty & no one was answering the call at outlet, finally Yash had disconted the call & again I have called where a executive had told him that your Pizaa will not be delivered & pervious executive had shared the wrong information for your order.

                                  I ordered Dominos pizza order number 250.

                                  They (unity one Janakpuri dominos) have cancelled my order saying that they dont deliver it at my area and did not refund the amount.

                                      I asked 2- 3 time for AC . I Got reply it's not working.. out of 5 AC In dining area they say only 1 working. Sir Domino's such a big brand and today I got very bad experience. It's really shamefull. Very bad.

                                        Hello,

                                        I have ordered 4 pizzas by the domino's online app.. It was late by more than 5 minutes though the franchise did not complied with your 30 minutes delivery policy.. And rudely taken the pizzas back by saying that 4 pizzas are not applicable for this policy.. However in your online app the minimum quantity is 5 backed items and 4 pizza mania... And my order was 2 regular pizzas and 2 medium pizzas.. So it was less than 5 pizzas..
                                        When you are saying 30 minutes, than if it is a second more than a 30 minutes it will consider late.. And my order was late by 8 to 9 minutes and no prior intimation was given by the franchise, and my house is hardly 5 minutes away form the outlet, and there is no entrance gate, security guard or reception over there and any person can enter in to society directly to the concerned house... If your policy is just for attracting the people and making them foolish.. Please remove the schemes from your company apps and websites to cheat the customers...

                                        I m also sending the attachments of the screenshot for the late order..

                                        The outlet address is at Shop No 5, Ground Floor, Kalasagar Shopping Hub Near Satadhar Cross Roads, Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380061.
                                        And prior to the above mentioned order, all the time they had given intimation that the delivery will be late and order Will be delivered between 45-60 minutes, just to avoid their liability and maximum time they delivered the order late, i.e. after 30 minutes, even on the Normal days..so they are just avoiding the policies, by this way or that way... So either Domino's company itself or it's franchise outlets are cheating and making frauds to the customers...
                                        I have placed an order @ Dominos 371 money was deducted from my credit card but order was not placed . please help me my emailid [protected]@gmail.com and phone number [protected]

                                        After the complaint, the manager of the franchisee outlet, namely Shristi, has contacted me and she apologized on behalf of the delivery boy for the inconveniences caused by him.. and she has offered the same order as complimentary, without paying any cost for it...
                                        I appreciate that the authority of the outlet and the company has taken the issue seriously and tried their bet to resolve the issue... I have no grievance for my complaint as it is resolved.. but my only advice is the staff and delivery boys should be updated with their rules and the terms and conditions..I again thanks to Shristi for giving her efforts to resolve the issue/complaint
