My name is mukesh kumar. I join dominos as a "delivery boy" in 20th july 2018 in kaushambi metro restaurant. My emp is "890094" and i was work over there only 12 day. After i resination from my job to the post of delivery boy due to some personal reason and i submit my dress in store manager and he given to me full and final letter after i submit this letter to coprate office in indirapuram ghaziabad.

But...

I have paid rs.309 through my paytm wallet but my order is not received by domino's pizza and as they have not received order I have suffered as paytm has paid amount to bill desk order NPT[protected]_domino's and the amount paid at 5th Sept, 2018 at 12 hour 25 minutes 48 second I want to get my money back or provide me the food as ordered
Kindly take steps as soon as possible

I placed the order through dominos mobile app, this app doesn't have an option to select the location it default select the available location [ashok nagar dominas] without our knowledge.

The order was plasesed in ashok nagar dominas, after one hour they called and told, that they are not delivery the order because of my location [guindy] is not in their range.

So my question is simple

I have been ordering from one of dominos pizza stores in my loclaity - (Shop no. 5, ground floor, satvik hotel, near purnima bus stop, nashik pune road, nashik, maharashtra 422001) for last two months. At time of delivery i would get call from the delivery agent stating that location is beyond their delivery region limit and they can't deliver as per policies,.. Money Deducted but order not placed and money not refunded. I have made the bulk order on Friday around 1.20 PM in my office HCL where I paid the money from Paytm and it got deducted as well but I got the message while placing the order online that there is an issue and your order cannot be placed. I called Dominos at the same time and they informed it will be refunded but till now it is not refunded but again today I called dominos and they...

I am very fond of pizzas of Domino's but because of pregnancy I can't able go straight far away to pizza shop. As Domino's pizza shop not delivering pizzas in my area. Domino's pizza shop is not so far away from my house. It's almost 3.9 km far and its just take 9 minute from motera road to IOC road, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Please take some proper action against you these....

27 Aug 18 I have order pizza for value Rs 417/-. But till 23:45 I have not received the delivery, then I have call on online contact no they have revert that it's on the way will be delivered in serval minutes. Again I have called 00:01 am Mr Yash has also given me the same reply it's on the way I was overphone with him till 00:50 hrs, even he was trying to connect with him his seniors but no was available on duty & no one was answering the...

I ordered 4 pizzas last night and i waited for 2 hours and still i didnt get order delivered and when i called the store to know about my order no one was answering the phone while it is ringing after 15 min 1 person answered and he didn't gave proper answer and yet i didnt receive my money back this is the worst store no proper replay for customers...

Dear i am complaining because my order number 348 dated 26/08/2018 not delivered till now and no one is picking up the call in your slt waterfront outlet raipur. Kindly refund my money paid to you by paytm amount 403.

I have ordered 4 pizzas by the domino's online app.. It was late by more than 5 minutes though the franchise did not complied with your 30 minutes delivery policy.. And rudely taken the pizzas back by saying that 4 pizzas are not applicable for this policy.. However in your online app the minimum quantity is 5 backed items and 4 pizza mania... And my order was 2 regular pizzas and 2 medium pizzas.. So it was less than...

On 26th of august, i made an order with domino's using zomato app at around 20:00 zomato confirmed the order and food was supposed to delivered to me at 20:20. Even after the stipulated time, i didn't receive the order. I tried calling the number provided for the outlet and no one answered. After which i contacted zomato, even their customer care executives calls left answered. Later when i tried they answered and said no order was recieved...

The incident is with regard to the krishna nagar branch of domino's in bengaluru which happened on 28.08.18.

The delivery boy named ganesh arrived after the guaranteed time of 30 mins and started shouting when we claimed for a discount. The manager of the store named mr. Kamal is in full support of his delivery boy and calls us a cheat. He asked us rudely to either return the pizza or pay the full amount. He just did not care...

I ordered a pizza, pizza burger and pasta from the domino's app. I got confirmation message stating 30 mins challenge at 14.22 but the delivery boy comes at 15.10 when i asked about discount due to late delivery he started giving silly excuses rudely that it was not our area, due to festival discount clause do not apply etc. Lastly he call his manager his manager without talking to me ordered him rudely to tack the pizza and come back.br...

But after some time store person deny to delivered to pizza saying some foolish reason... I have shamed on in front of guets......

Person had a lot of attitude while talking. Nobody takes down the address correctly and then keeps on asking about address. And then shows attitude to the customer. Everytime this happens. You have to explain the address again and again to whoever comes. And while i was explaining the guy cut my call and even said something in tulu to his co workers about me...

N still i pay full order amount that is rs404.. Is this ur policy u people claiming for..30 min or free.. When i recieved my order it's more than 35 min n still i paid.. Kindly do the needful.....

Ordered pizza thru app and amount deducted from account via betbanking ref no.[protected] for 523. Spoke to customer care and got a confirmation the amount will be returned back within 7 days. Did not receive it.

Sir every staff get 50 percent discount on dominos why we are not getting and staff got a coupon also why we are not getting coupons we are working for dominos sir so we want this offers sir if pizza is late u gave pizza to guest with free and we are not getting atleast 50 percent discount also why sir?? And we are paying half amount then u have to give 50 % discount so n if guest has not received pizza they throw in dustbin there you dont...

The delivery boy was way beyond the stipulated time. That obviously explains that he was not at the barrier point which i confirmed from the guard. He didn’t even made the entry but after verbally confirming it was confirmed of his late arrival.

When i asked for the discount humbly and humourously he was way rude and was ranting illogically about the time.
