On 26th of august, i made an order with domino's using zomato app at around 20:00 zomato confirmed the order and food was supposed to delivered to me at 20:20. Even after the stipulated time, i didn't receive the order. I tried calling the number provided for the outlet and no one answered. After which i contacted zomato, even their customer care executives calls left answered. Later when i tried they answered and said no order was recieved neither from zomato's sude nor under my name. When i informed zomato they were left with no option but to cancel my order. Later i made an order for the same pizza using domino's website. They confirmed the order and i received a message with order number 188. Later i downloaded the app for the ease of tracking the order. When i tried to track the order after sometime it was not available. I tried contacting the customer care provided in the app. They said it is showing no order received while i confirmed with the order number he said nothing can't be done. To the shock and surprise he hung up abruptly.
Domino's is one of my all time favourites and i'm shocked from such an attitude from your side.

    The incident is with regard to the krishna nagar branch of domino's in bengaluru which happened on 28.08.18.

    The delivery boy named ganesh arrived after the guaranteed time of 30 mins and started shouting when we claimed for a discount. The manager of the store named mr. Kamal is in full support of his delivery boy and calls us a cheat. He asked us rudely to either return the pizza or pay the full amount. He just did not care as to what happened. Also, he would not listen to our side of the story and just give his ultimatum.

    This is something which is not acceptable and not expected from domino's.

    I have returned the pizza. But i am really disappointed with the kind of attitude shown.

      I ordered a pizza, pizza burger and pasta from the domino's app. I got confirmation message stating 30 mins challenge at 14.22 but the delivery boy comes at 15.10 when i asked about discount due to late delivery he started giving silly excuses rudely that it was not our area, due to festival discount clause do not apply etc. Lastly he call his manager his manager without talking to me ordered him rudely to tack the pizza and come back.
      I call customer care but they too only said that store manager is not responding to us and we can arrange a call back only nothing more help we can provide.
      I had to return the pizza to the delivery boy.
      I am a regular customer of domino's but after today's experience i will never order any pizza from domino's and will also refren our relatives and friends to not to take any service from domino's.

          Person had a lot of attitude while talking. Nobody takes down the address correctly and then keeps on asking about address. And then shows attitude to the customer. Everytime this happens. You have to explain the address again and again to whoever comes. And while i was explaining the guy cut my call and even said something in tulu to his co workers about me

            Hello..
            M ratan mala sharma from bhopal contact no is [protected].. I have ordered a medium farmhouse pizza on 23rd at12.45 pm and i received my order at 1.21pm.. N still i pay full order amount that is rs404.. Is this ur policy u people claiming for..30 min or free.. When i recieved my order it's more than 35 min n still i paid.. Kindly do the needful..

              Ordered pizza thru app and amount deducted from account via betbanking ref no.[protected] for 523. Spoke to customer care and got a confirmation the amount will be returned back within 7 days. Did not receive it.

              Pasting the message received on 15th 12.20pm

              Sorry, your order could not be processed to our restaurant due to a technical reason. Money will be auto refunded in 7 working days for paid orders.

                Sir every staff get 50 percent discount on dominos why we are not getting and staff got a coupon also why we are not getting coupons we are working for dominos sir so we want this offers sir if pizza is late u gave pizza to guest with free and we are not getting atleast 50 percent discount also why sir?? And we are paying half amount then u have to give 50 % discount so n if guest has not received pizza they throw in dustbin there you dont got affected sir?? So please help your staff please sir.

                  The delivery boy was way beyond the stipulated time. That obviously explains that he was not at the barrier point which i confirmed from the guard. He didn’t even made the entry but after verbally confirming it was confirmed of his late arrival.

                  When i asked for the discount humbly and humourously he was way rude and was ranting illogically about the time.

                  When told to call his managers he had the first say in this matter which obviously put him at benefit of doubt with the manager concerned.

                  I got a confirmation about the dispatch at 10:11 about the order which was made at 9:42. The manager again was telling me about the sop and that he was following the company procedure. And certainly customer satisfaction was not there in his statement.

                  The manager was himself contradicting his words.

                  The delivery was to be made by tej sharma according to the track message but saket came.

                  Vikram the manager was daring me to literally go ahead with the complaint. I returned the pizza and there was not a slight sign of apology or anything like that.
                  The delivery boy was explaining me about the database. I work with a renowned mnc and i am from a family of well respected government delegates.

                  I have been a regular customer of dominoes, since childhood and have got discount a few times sometimes up to the maximum liability applicable even without me asking for it.

                  But this time i got reply in such a rude manner even when i enquired about it in a humorous way.

                  I returned my order and now have to make my own dinner because no other restaurant is open nearby.

                  Specifically i want to make a complain about
                  Mr saket. The delivery boy which came
                  Mr tej sharma the delivery boy who didn’t come
                  Mr vikram the manager
                  Boring road patna branch

                  A regular and on old customer.

                  Just because of the behaviour such a long rant. Can manage to make my food

                    Please refer to my earlier mail dt 12/04/2018 & subsequently followup with m/s swiggy & m/s dominos’s. I have paid the outstanding bill rs 311 for order no [protected] dt 10/03/2018. Everyone is claiming they have done the job rightly.
                    Customer is not satisfied with reply given below:

                    1. M/s dominos’s without delivering the order updated the status they have delivered even repeated calls domino’s store at [protected] around 4-5 times, no-one lifted my call through my mobile no-[protected]-kindly ascertain why the status was wrong updated.
                    2. M/s dominos’s may please provide the details of amount refunded to m/s swiggy account-kindly furnish the date of refund payment & amount.
                    3. M/s swiggy may kindly confirm the status as furnish by m/s dominos’s.
                    4. M/s lazypay requsted to stop calling me for outstanding bill.

                    Yesterday I gave an order at 9.50pm and I got the pizza at 11.50pm. The pizza was cold and dry.

                      My name is Uday. And my number is [protected]. I had placed an order online on the Dominos website for some pizzas on 16-Aug-18 at 11:47 PM. The same was assigned to the Mariplex Dominos outlet with 45 minutes guaranteed delivery. Despite multiple attempts to find out the whereabouts, the food was never delivered. And I slept at 3:30 AM on empty stomach. I am diabetic, and this could have proven fatal to me. Could someone help me get me my money back with compensation?

                          On 20th of july 2018 i placed a order of 2 pizzas and paid online which transaction is completed but i don't received any transaction id and my order also doesn't placed. After some time i got a message as below
                          Dear guest, your refund of rs.208 is now successfully processed. Amount will be credited in your bank within 3-5 business days.
                          But till date i didn't received my refund so please refund my money as soon as possible.

                              I ordered 2 cheeseburst pizzas at a family party and received both pan crust pizzas, that too one with a dead housefly in it sitting right in the cheese on the top. We only realised this when half the people picked their pieces up and took a bite. I called the particular domino's branch immediately and told them the situation and the representative passed the phone on to a manager. The manager was a rude and childish immature and probably uneducated dumb unprofessional low-standard guy who was not at all ready to admit that they have made a mistake. He was saying we need to return the wntire untouched pizza to get a replacement. At a party, when kids and others pick up pieces and take a bite and then realise there is no cheeseburst, how can we return the pizza in an untouched full state? The manager of the kandivali west branch is an absolute # with no customer service ability and should be permanently barred from being employed at any establishment. Extremely dissatisfied. Disgusting cheap people.

When i called them to know the status they behaved unprofessionally saying 'jo karna hai karle'. I have all the calls recorded with me...                                     This complain is for domino's pizza wakad outlet on dated 12th august i have ordered my pizza and miss pallavi cashier told me to wait for 20 mnt so i was waiting for my order no 501 but it's crosses 40 minutes then i asked why it is late then the employee pallavi told me if i can't wait i can calcell my order as due to her i was waited for more 20 minutes and the expression from which she told me that please cancelled your order she not supposed to say me like this so please take appropriate action against miss pallavi

                                    I m staying in Mumbai Boriwali .today i ordered chicken wings along with pozza n garlic bread from my nearest dominoz pizza center. but I got less quantity in pack.I m not happy with service
                                    This is really sad but immediately after eating my 10 year old boy started vomiting and passing motion and has got severe stomach pains. This shows the pizza was contaminated and it really makes me take a decision of not ordering again. I'm paying a pretty good amount n getting bad quality... Less toppings and child falling sick... Unhappy

                                        This was from trivandrum. The branch is kesvadaspuram. I've ordered 2 medium pizzas and 3 sides. It's been 50 minutes from my placement of order. Not delivered in time. I've oredered a take away delivery, they refused for a carry bag. They demanded for extra cash. Even staff was really harsh towards the customer. Service is even bad. Please make sure it never happens to any other. Hoping a positive response.
