I order pizza from domino's. Amount get deducted from my account but i don't received any order id. I called customer service, employee said amount will get deposit within a week. I received msg from domino's that amount get deposit in 3-4 days on 29th may 2018. Refer attach. But still amount is not credited. This is not expected from domino's.

To the management of dominos i would like to be to your notice about my unpleasant experience in your dominos outlet at nagaon. Today i visited your nagaon outlet to my utmost suprise there is no mantainense at all. Tables were dirty and wet, outlet was full of insects and mosquitoes, and at the same time floor of outlet was very dirty. It feels like i visited very unhygienic place. When i complained to staff regarding my issue they started giving excuses that madam it's due to sanitizer etc. So please take some steps so that we don't face such problem in reputed brand store.

We have ordered the pizza at 24/06/2018 (9.30) pm but still we have not yet received the order not even any call. Order number:- 614 (Panchpakhadi).

This has been happen 3rd time that we are not getting order on time.

Since last half an hour we are continuously calling on[protected] but there is no response.

This is good services. This was not expected from dominos. As this is good brand.

At list arrange call to inform the update.

I had ordered dine in pizza in your rajakilipakkam, tambaram velacheri main road, chennai outlet.

Apart from couple of other pizza i also ordered 2 numbers special paneer pizza, the service executive had confirmed that. However when i got the order there was only one special paneer pizza,
The staff had not taken the order properly, he was not attentive and no proper concentration. He had actually confirmed to me about two pizza couple of time but still not taken the order properly.

Once the error was notified he was not even apologiesed for his act. The entire party mood was upset by his act.

Pl ensure to train your executive not to do multi tasking if they are not capable to do. Also inculcate some good manners to atleast be apologize to the errors.

Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread order no 246 server no 822445 at 20.28 hrs today 23rd june 2018.

Must say that quality has been going bad to worst and quantity as compared to size and competition is been pathetic. Very disappointed with product and over all experience. Zero value for money. As brand you are spending so much on tv adds about great toppings and extra cheese and crust i think you should better stop this rediculous act of fooling customers. These gimmicks will not be to satisfy the consumer unless delivered what is said. On the contrary the other local chains have set up a great bench mark for keeping your toes and heels high.

Joeys pizza has been perfect to my expectations with quality quantity and and over all product and perfect value for money. You must learn from them how a product with standards and quality ian maintained.

I will never ever order again from dominos ever. It’s a false commitment with no values for customer satisfaction.

According to the guidelines they’re supposed to deliver within 30 minutes and its been 50 minutes already and when i called them the delivery boy made a stupid lame excuse that he went back because my number was not reachable. He sounded drunk and dint seem to give a damn about the services he is supposed to be provding. They cant just wake up and decide to set up a branch of dominos somehwere and think that pizza will have legs and deliver itself to our doorstep they need to make sure they can afford to provide proper services atleast, and not fool around.

A couple of days back I visited at this Dominos store and found the whole premise filled with flies. The tables were filled with flies as seen in the picture and they were roaming on the food that people had. There is also this insect repellent machine but as you see it has no effect on the flies.
And moreover after we had our pizza, the server came and ask me to check whether I received any feedback form. When, I said yes she asked me to open the link and she herseld rated it 10/10 and submitted the forn without my consent
The mobile was in my hand and she quickly pressed the buttons and submitted a wrong feedback
2 years back I went through the same experience where the server induced me to give them full rating so that I receive special offers in future and complained about it.
Even though after I complained about the same on the customer care page, they gave me a complaint no. And today they messaged me saying that they called me but it was unanswered. (I didnt receive any call). In the message they asked me to click on the given link to provide alternate time to call me but the link was not working.
Upon talking with their chat person, she asked me to fill the form again. This is the worst case of customer service






Yesterday we went Domino, s Pizza at Pristine mall sector-31, and Order 1 Medium Fresh Veggie Pizza and 1 Medium corn n cheese pizza in order no-188 6/21/18.invoice no-65947/18/27152.

We found that in fresh veggie pizza Topping of ONION & CAPSICUM was not formality not properly as should be in it.

and the Taste of Pizza is not so good also. so please look into the matter seriously because a popular brand name can be spoil if can not fulfill the satisfaction of his Customer.

Please refund my Money .

For an order placed on 28 january for an amount of inr 418 order # 264, the order was cancelled due to break down of oven at the store since i could not wait until the oven is fixed and no timeline was assured. I obliged and confirmed order cancellation and request for refund to be initiated right away and i was promised on the phone call.

I have been following up since then with several complaints and only response i get that my number was not reachable. Why should even some one talk to me. My complaint is clear regarding refund, dominos executives are supposed to check records and clear it as soon as possible.

Can you imagine its 6 months, i am following up and store manager confirmed it was initiated for refund but to which account. There is not refund in my account from the bank i had transacted.

Quality is very poor, even after this experience i ordered pizza in april and the extra topping i paid for was missing. Pictures were captured and sent to the email address and there was only one response we will contact you after 2 says, no courtesy. No one bothered to call.

How is it possible only for dominos to not be able to reach me on my number from which they confirm the address and landmark for delivery. They cannot reach me only when there is grievances.

If this complaint board is monitored, please check the order number and locate my emails and my phone number and arrange for refund as soon as possible.

I would like to inform you that i am a regular customer to you and prefer your pizza all the time..

I always get your order late. More than 50 min and 1 hour all the time. Not even once i received your order within 30 min.

Still i don't have complaint on that, today i placed an order and for the first time somebody told me that my order can not be delivered to my address. These many days nobody raised to this. That person told he can max give the order till rama temple, kommagondanahalli, b-15. It's less that 100 meters from rama temple.. And the way the person handled the call was pathetic. He is not worried about customer. He neglects... Not worried about customer satisfaction and customer first concept.

16 th june saturday 2018 at mukta arts people mall bhopal i order one veg paradise pizza and give rs. 215/- for deliver to my seat no. F-13, 14, 15, 16 screen -4 but dominos not delivered pizza and shut the shop. Now yesterday they told me u should collect ur money in my outlet. This is not a matter of money back. Dominos outlet no.[protected], name-sailendra & raj, and u can confirm to people mall manager mr. Sudhir singh mob. No.[protected]

I ordered a paneer pizza from your dominoos on 1-5-2018, at 1: 5 in the morning. But sir, i did this order online and it will be given to me in 30 minutes so that dominos wrote me. But i got it in 36 minutes, also calling your delivery boy 3 times. If you do not get it in 30 minutes according to your t & c, the pizza is free, but this has not happened to me. I am a regular customer of dominous. I called your roorkee dominoes but they did not ask me that the almond bombs are crowded on the road, it is late. Is this your rule? I have taken a screen shot of your order you will forward your t & s dtc in the consumer forum, you will return my money to me.

Hi i have ordered pizza in saharanpur it was an online order my order number was 10 usually they use to deliver it at ashfaq ullah khan chowk but today they refused a girl sitting named mamta was very annoying i requested to deliver it but she was not ready and she cancelled my order.. A person orders dominos when it’s urgent and he/she can’t go in the market but you people are amazing!! And i have ordered it through a portal and now my money is in the portal i cannot use it anywhere else!! I can check on the ordering number[protected] and attending lady mamtas number was [protected].. Like this neither il order dominos and neider il let my friends order!!

I received dominos pizza gift card in aug 2017 through hdfc bank rewards points. But when i activate this card that time it shows error message like your card is deactivated, then i call in dominos pizza customer care. From last 8 to 9 months but cant give any reply. They are not giving any response still date. When i try to call in dominos customer care they disconnect call and they also give the confirmation regarding call back but they cant call to still date

Hello panel.

My wife has booked the pizza at 9.24. Pizza order got confirmed.
Kids was excited (A group of children to celebrate) but pizza could not deliver till 10:30.

On call the franchisee restaurant replied that order got cancelled.

All kids got sleep without eating anything really feeling cheated.

The behavior of restaurant was really rude. He replied can do whatever you want.
No support from customer care. Payment not returned.
I want to make sure should not happen again with any other customer, it is a slap on indian system who allows such kind of exploitation of the consumers.

Please take strict action. If order needs to be cancelled why it was showing prepared delivered.

Sir i book pizza of rs 576/ on dominos pizza on 14 june 2018... I used my paytm wallet to pay... My amount (Rs 576/-) get deducted from paytm. When i call dominos becoz i did't get any confirmation message from them, they said there is no booking from your side... Kindly see the matter

Description - this is second time i received sms that my compliant is resolved... Its really shocking that brand dominos has no one to hear its customer voice...
On 12th june, i ordered a farm house, cheese burst pizza, from aditya urban casa sec-78 noida.
When i opened the pack, i was really surprised to see the quality of the order. The pizza was so dry that i was not able to sallow it at all. My order was cheese burst but, the pizza looks like a roster bread with toppings.

I ordered two pizzas and one coke. I ordered for mushrooms topping on one of the pizza and paid for it but there was no mushrooms topping on the pizza. I tried to call the restaurant but they didn't pick and customer care said there was a technical glitch.Busy calling them the pizza s were cold by that time. I didn't not expect this from Domino's.It was a very bad experience. I hope you take some action. I didn't take any pictures as I had no time for that.

While ordering pizza online on 9th june 2018, i opted for paytm wallet for making my payment of rs 350 for domios pizza. However my money got deducted from my paytm wallet while my order was not placed. I even received a cashback of rs 17.50 on 11th june. I had ordered for 2 medium pizzas on 9th june and amount of rs. 523 was deducted from my airtel money wallet in favour of jubilant foodworks. No confirmation mail on the order was received from dominos. Reached to the customer care executive & was informed to send email to [protected]@jublfood.com with transaction details to process the refund. I send all the details in email 2-3 times but no response and no refund yet.
