I had ordered pizza using the App and my order qualified for 30 minutes guranteed delivery. But the order was delivered after 1 hour and I was supposed to get a cashback. As the app showed cashback is guranteed I assumed I have to do nothing to get the cashback. I waited one day but did not receive the cashback. I called the respective store and informed them about the issue. I was told that I will be receiving the cashback within 7 days. I also put a review through the app that the delivery was late. I got a messege that dominos customer care will contact me in 24 hours. That 24 hours never came. I also mailed dominos customer email id and got no reply. After waiting for 7 days I caled back the store and they said I wont be receiving the cashback as I had to let them know on the delivery date itself and it is too late. Worst experience.
I really dont care if the delivery is within 30 minutes or not. But if I am promised something I hope to get it.

There is no precise option within the app to raise a complaint if the delivery is late.

The food is good but app experience and store management is bad.

    Today I have made order from sector 15 Chandigarh store .after order and payment manager told me order not diliverd in your address. When I go to the manager given location .. delivery boy reached there 10 mint late .when I told him Domino's after 30 mint granted delivery otherwise free offer he told talk manager . He sent to refund and his manager Mr.Arun told next order I will give discount first call me ...totally fake dominos ...very bad experience please don't trust on Domino's...

      I have ordered pizza from Panchpakhadi, Thane outlet. They always give the reason for delay. They are giving excuses for delivering late this is second time I am facing this issue. They called me (15 mins after order) and said sir you will get your order in 45 to 50 mins. Please change your commitments that 30 mins pizza. If you can't full fill it then change it.

        Dear Team,

        Delivery Quality and Customer Service Response of your franchisee at DLF IT Park, Rajarhat, Kolkata is pathetic. I had a very disappointing experience with them.

        Last Sunday at 9:37 PM, through Online, I ordered 1 Med NVG Supreme Pizza for my Son. It was supposed to be delivered within 30 minutes as per your 30 Minutes guarantee Clause. I paid through my Paytm Wallet.

        After more than 30 minutes, I called the shop and they told delivery is getting delayed as it is Sunday and delay is very normal. Online tracking was showing that delivery man was on his way 10-15 minutes back.

        Then some 15 minutes later I got a call from the shop confirming my address ( Please note that it is a big housing complex of around 228 Apartment and there are minimum 5-6 Dominos order everyday and it does not take more than 5 minutes to reach from this shop)
        By this time we were really pissed off as my 8 years Old son was waiting - hungry - and it was quite late for him and time to go to bed.

        Finally after more than an hour of placing the order at 10:45 PM ( after 68 Minutes of Order), the Pizza was delivered. No prize for guessing, it was Cold, cheese was very hard and tasted terrible.

        Regarding 30 Minutes or Free, Delivery Boy told to contact his manager . He signed the Invoice for late . I have enclosed the same for your reference

        My question is - why are your people so insensitive and unapologetic even for such a bad service .. How do they even try to justify that delay calling it Sunday and then finally deliver a stale food. I did not spend my Hard Earned money to keep my little kid waiting in hunger and then eat a COLD food. Not at all acceptable from an organization like you.

        Next day I gave the feedback as requested and expected a call back from the manager as mentioned in your feedback form. Nothing happened. Seems nobody cares.

        I would like to understand what action are you going to take on this ? Or should I end up being a disgruntled customer who will vow never to transact with Dominos and complain in Consumer forum?

        Please let me know.

          I placed an order n they made me to wait for 25 mins, n when i went to enquire they were searching for item in the system n losing patience i asked them to refund the amount, of course they gave back. No proper response from them for my order, too negligence staff they are.. finally they wasted my time. This has happened on 9/7/18 at 3:30pm

            Domino's we have always considered you as greater organisation with the customer friendly behaviour lean towards the customer satisfaction but however my recent in your muzaffarpur (Bihar) outlet which is my hometown was really embarrassing as I visited there with some of my friends . but the a.c is not working in your sitting area. And the worst part was we haven't be informed regarding this at the time of order. We have to eat pizza at temperatures of 40 degree in your glass closed outlet.
            Kindly pay attention to this and please contact your concern person regarding this and let me the development.

            I am complaining about my peppy pepper pizza which I ordered today, it don't eat mashroom so I chose it.but I saw a big piece of mashroom in my pizza .I have clicked it's picture.after that I called twice to Domino's customer care but they hold my called for 20, 25min, I wasted my time on customer care, I am very upset with this behaviour.

              I ordered 2 pizza online at 9.25pm on 8 july 2018 in mumbai. After an hour when they failed to deliver the pizza i called the customer care which is not even toll free i had to spend another 30 to 50 rs talking to their agent. One agent told that 300 rs will be deducted and kept saying its on the way. Finally at 11.05pm he came. Behaved rude and took the pizza back. They delayed it so late that i couldnt even order from elsewhere. They r so irresponsible that someone is hungry because of them.
              He was not even willing to take another order. The worst food outlet ever. They are not fulling thier own terms and condition.
              I need a resolution

                I visited dominos at Khandeshwar they gave me d order bt didn't gave me bill of my order n nor took any details for order.n even d pizza was nt fresh pan n they took 105 rs for d order of golden cord so kindly check the branch as they are kind of doing some money frauds by nt providing bills for a single pizza order this can make huge money to the employees working there as they are nt making bills n taking proper change for d order.. so kindly takecare of such frauds n resolve the complain

                  I placed order of double cheese margarita and veg double cheese pizza. The delivery boy was good wit good behaviour, but I really didn’t like the pizza wen evr I place order I personally call to dominos ppl I need more cheese but u do alwys the same dominos never satisfy the customer.waste pizza waste of money though u price more for pizza but the quality is tooo poor 👎🏻Really disappointed

                    This is Dr A**** from NIMHANS hospital HOmbegowda nagar BAngalore. I placed an online order through the dominos APP today 27/6 at 12 40 pm order number 5
                    The order on the app showed delivered at 1 10 pm when i did not receive it
                    I called up Pratibha WIlson garden dominos worker and she said the delivery person is stuck in traffic and to call when he arrived

                    HE arrived at 13 35 and once i called she keeps hanging up and talks rudely on the phone..
                    PLease stop with this 30 minutes gimmick. i never asked for refund and yet this experience was horrible. I wow to never order again

                    I ordered again on 8/7/18 at 2 14 pm and have received at 3 pm.. None of the helpline toll free numbers or local bangalore office numbers are in service. everything is a farce and a taint on the the brand name and the service it promises

                      I have ordered from the same number.
                      My order number is 20 on date 8th july 2018, and your stor location is radhe kishan arcade, ghodasar.

                      At last on 20th may 2018 i have ordered and delivered successfully, they have informed that will be late because of distance.please find attachment for the ptooy of delivery.

                      But today what is the issue?
                      I don't know your shift manager on store had denied and had a rude words with casualties i don't how you recruit them?
                      Note that her name "nandini pandey."

                      Even your delivery executive on call said will deliver and then call was not dropped so i was listening he told someone to deliver but he denied and there were your internal dispute.

                      Because of that dispute you have not delivered my order and given excuse that your location is out of area.

                      Even yesterday i saw your executive on same location that time it was not out of area?

                      In this cenario if you are not able to deliver then please don't take orders.

                      Today on 8th july there was two orders were placed on my behalf, one was from swiggy and the second one from your call centre.

                      Please give answer for every question if not capable then escalate it to your superior.

                        Dear Concern,
                        On Dt; 07/07/18 8:26 I made a call to order Domino's Pizza from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The call was tranfer to centralised store. they took my order and gave me order no: 193 and time 8:26. Then almost after 25 Minutes the store from Shastri nagar, Ahmedabad called me and canceled my order beacuse of the distance matter (it was 15 km away from my place). When I made the order I clearly mention the place and the landmark of my area and the store name Sigma icon 1, Satellite wich is exactaly opposite to my society. Then also the guy who took my order made a mistake and it is was all in your side to make it right but no one give me a proper response. please do the needful and give some genuine compensation beacuse it is your rule to deliver the pizza in 30 min so in first place you couldn't do it by the fault of your guy. and on the other side I have to make another order and had to pay for the pizza i should have for free. so please do the needful Thank you

                          I have ordered 07 pizza and 02 coke from Bhiwadi V square Mall Domino's Pizza on dated 07.07.18 at 19:58 and pay 764 ruppes online. My order no. Was 167. But I got my order 21:10. The deleveg boy mf. Praveen give my order and when I ask for reason and demanding pl return money or show delecry order delay. And he was telling me to submit delay report at his pizza center but no action taken. So kindly return my money. Already I have taken screenshots at 20:57 and the status shiw delevered while I have not received order.

                            I ordered a pizza using app I customized the topping when the pizza came the topping was not changed I called dominoes and they started fighting order no 115 . I need my money back I had to eat pizza with capsicum which I hate . I can't expect this from dominoes. I always order from dominoes but not I am going to never order dominoes and I will now try mausam munch or pizza hut

                              I have placed the pizza order at 12:32 AM on 06/15/2018 and I have received the order on 01:48 AM on same day. So you guys took 1 hr and 16 minutes to deliver the order. Now my concern is when I have ordered the food, I had received a text message saying that, it will be delivered within 45 minutes. If you can't fulfill the commitments which you do with your customers you shouldn't promise/commit to your customers at all. However, I have updated your worst service in social media like FB, Twitter etc and also updating this to your CEO and higher management team.

                                I ordered pizza from Domino's. First the delivery boy (iqbal) came late and delivery did not contain chilly flasks which are very essential for pizza. So I returned my order and ask for new order. The new order was delivered to me after overall 1 hour and 30 min.And according to Domino's policy there will be full cashback if your delivery is late and in my case the delivery is full 1 hour late. When i asked for compensation from customer care he refused to give full money cashback and at last agreed to return only 300/- rupees (which are not even returned yet). It was like someone stabbed me. basically i don't need a small amount of money to keep my mouth shut up. I need full compensation of this miss convenience.
                                I had attached some screenshots for confirmation of late delivery.
                                The order no. was 431 (i did not mention mobile no. for privacy) on 1 July 2018. at 8:34pm. From Domino's center: near raj mandir, mi road, jaipur.

                                  Very bad service from dominos, still i've not got reply against my last order 574 placed mob no [protected]

                                  Submitted feedback request but not got response.

                                  After submitting feedback a lady call me when i was on the way riding bike and then she told me she will call back after some time but i'm still waiting call 2-3 days over to get response.

                                    Today a 04/07/2018 not a holiday not a festival season ur manager ask me ur order time is 25-30 minte i m standing here last 20mint 20:45 - 21:25 but ur service not good is this my first experience in dominoz i m very old customer but first time i feel so bad table is so dirty no one clean this plz check ur cctv camera which time i come so plz i m sharing a screenshot

                                    You guaranted for 30 mins but you always delivered pizza after 40 to 50 mins...and you take all money for that

                                    I ordered two pizza from my mobile and the order was cancelled by the restaurant and the message was sent as the money will be refunded but even after a week it's not refunded .

                                      Over the last 7 days i have ordered pizza from your rohini/pitam pura outlet twice at my office address. The details are given below

                                      Order number [protected] (3rd june 2018) : order was late; delivery boy promised that he will call us back once he reaches the store. Nothing materialized. We are still waiting for call back

I got a call from restaurant manager also, she promised the same but nothing has happened since. This is extremely annoying. I have no details on the progress

                                        Poor quality timings and quality food. Arrogant and disrespecting a regular customer everytime. Making fun for ordering for less cost. Disgraceful. Calling me sir even though the voice is very clear and i'm a lady. When i ask to explain about 30 minutes or free. It's domino's rules and just don't explain it. Not valuing customers money. They are less than a mile away, even after showing its dispatched they arrive like 28 minutes or one minute less to 30 okay agree one or two times. Every single time they have done it and they are very proud about it today 2/7/2018 i ordered at 9.03pm and called them when dispatched they are holding the phone saying wait then arguing about the time and say rules of 30 minutes and not explaining to me as a customer and the delivery guy came after 9.33 and he says my phone not reachable, its my regular address and was waiting outside what was the need to call when they know it's the regular address and the manager told no i m not giving you free. Return it back. Is he returning the time i waited for food?. My time also cost. Then i said i will complain to police. He said go ahead. When do they respect customer's time and value for the money.
                                        India doesn't need private forgiven companies and hotels fast food restaurants they form their own rule and are hijacking our money and devaluing our own country products and food. This is why our currency is not going up. I am mathematician btw.
