I ordered a pizza at evening. i was standing out of bus stand for pick pizza and i wait 40 to 45 mins then your delivery boy come and said that there is no pizza late and i come on time and his words was full attitude fully whenever your order time is within 30 minutes and he didn't give me late pizza and he run away from my stand, when i said that i will launch a complaint then she was saying that you can do.. just do... saying many times and i asked for her id then he was saying that i am unable to provide and disconnected my call.. there was also a attitude... your service is burst service is so dirty and now you need to shut your office... shame on your guys...

    I ordered an order worth rs 347 yesterday from dominos. I Got a confirmation message from them at 8.57pm.The delivery boy came around 10.I asked him to check the policy, he was talking rudely. The policy says after 30 mins they give 300 off. But he said, i taught to manager, he is saying to give a 100rs discount. After having lots of arguments, he said 50% discount will be given. I refused. Later someone from that franchise called me.. He said he will look for that delivery boy. But no response from him so far..

      Ordered online on 26 may at dominos mathura, the transaction 438 was made via paytm wallet & same was declined than tried twice and again declined due to network issue but amount debited twice.in all the amount of 438 has been debited twice.
      I call the customer care of paytm helpline on 27th they confirmed that payment was successful and the amount has been transferred to the merchant hence two transaction of 438 is successful.
      Team paytm also mailed the confirmation of the same to me on my mail id.
      I visit to the mathura (Up) outlet and had a word with mukesk at highway plaza, he said non of the amount they receive. Request to the team pls check the transaction and return the amount of 876 asap. I am attaching the paytm confirmation also.. I am available at [protected].

        This is the text recieved but there was error in the dominoes app during payment. No order was done. So a refund is expected. Please look on it. I have been tried calling customer care of billdesk but no one is picking my call. So please refund my money asap.

          Dominos guarantee for total satisfaction guarantee but the day dated 27th May, 2018 I visited one of the Domino's store at Ranchi (Lalpur Chowk), the representative or the staff switched off the setupbox off of Tata Sky when we switched the Tata Sky channel to sports channel during IPL. And this activity caused defamation of our reputation as there were other people also watching us when we switched the channel to sports and the guy who turned the setup box off caused defamation of our reputation in front others.

          Its my humble request that dominos when you write in each table the quotation "Total Satisfaction Guarantee" "My team and me are here to Delight you :) if something is not right, tell us. We will make it Right or Refund your money." please mean it.

            I have ordered a pizza yesterday. Attached is the order snapshot.

            The delivery guy delivered the pizza after 30 minutes and still i have paid the amount. I discussed with the nigdi center manager and he denied on the policy to give it free.

            The most important concern is the product was not completely packed. That was open from the sides. I informed the same to manager but he only gave excuses. My family member and also myself got ill with acidity and vomiting after eating the pizza.. Need help to complain against dominos and ensure that my complain should reach the right place.

              I recently had pizza in your m g road kandivali west dominos outlet. They are putting chilli powder in oregano which is not acceptable. Also they dont put enough cheese as promised by you. I oredered veg extravaganza where it is mentioned on the menu that they will provide extra cheese. But didnt put cheese at all. They also provide small bottles of coke which is completely different from what is displayed on their display board. Manager of this branch is also misbehaving and also not ready to accept his mistake. Request you to provide refund for the same

                I am a regular customer of domino's pizza and order frequently from domino's store.

                However, this time i have faced a lot of inconveniences due to very poor service offered by one of your domino's outlet of dlf-1 new town kolkata.

                I have ordered a veg extravaganza medium pizza (Prepaid) on 8:50 pm 19/05/2018.

                However, i got my pizza on 10:10 pm 19/05/2018 that too after follow up with domino's india helpline at[protected].

                The helpline guy also had no clue for the status of my order and said that you will get the refund since it is a prepaid order and the order is late. But my concern here is that i have got a cold pizza and that too after 1 hour 20 minutes and on top of that the delivery guy was very casual about it and said that it happens as we have my orders.

                The delivery guy didn't give me any delay token, nor anyone from the outlet called me to inform that pizza will be a delay. Very unprofessional!

                I didn't expect this from a brand like domino's. I was brand loyal and a frequent buyer from domino's but after this, i would have to think twice before placing an order with domino's.

                Moreover, i didn't even get any refund as promised by domino's helpline guy.

                After filing complaint here in consumer complaints the guy did call me from domino's. However, i was in a seminar and asked him to call back in sometime. But he didn't call back post that.

                    I am booked one pizza of rs. 173.00 order no. -307. On the date of 14 april 2018. But pizza will not be delivered after next day i got a message from domino's "dear guest your refund of rs.173.00 is now successfully processed, amout will be credit in your bank within 3-5 business day" but todat on 23 may 2018, i m not get any refund amount. So please complain my resister, do something for good future for other person and me also.

                        I ordered one pizza mania, stuffed garlic bread and a butterscotch Mousseau from Dominoes outlet at RG Residency, Noida- 120 on 22nd May 2018. Track id- 56. Thankfully they failed to deliver the complete order in the first instance. So I did not pay the delivery boy and send him back to get the remaining item. Meanwhile, I took a bite of the garlic bread. It tasted weird. I ate the second slice and the taste was same. I saw carefully and found white sticky stuff on it like fungus. The bread was not freshly baked and did not smell fresh as it used to earlier. I returned the order with the delivery boy and did not pay for the food. I loved Dominoes but this is going to be the last time I ever tasted their food.

                        There are other ways to earn money. Kindly do not pay with customers' health.

                          I complained as soon as i didnt get any response from you... Through feedback app, your staff replied that "don't worry order again, the amount will be credited in 7 working days... But not got any info of amount please see through it...

                            Dear sir/mam

                            My order id is 151.
                            I had placed the order at 8 12 pm on 21 may 2018.
                            The order was late by 15 mins.
                            So i called the store in regards to same.
                            The store manager tells me sir at this outlet we deliver within 40 mins as the store is too busy.
                            The policy of 30 mins is of Domino's india wide and this guy is altering the policy and talks rudely and after a long call I agreed to give the refund but as it was a online payment order i asked him the details of the refund how would it be processed, he didnt guide me at all.
                            So I raised a feedback for the same. The feedback no is 539610.
                            After raising this feedback, i received a call from the store manager who very rudely talks with me and tells me why did i raise a feedback.
                            And in the end tells me next time you order i will see it. He is threatening the customer. How could he even call back after the feedback.
                            This is the worst services i have been receiving from this outlet.
                            Earlier also, the order was 1 hr 30 mins late as it was raining but i considered the same and didnt raise any refund request.
                            But this manager has the daring to call me back and ask me how could i give a feedback.
                            This is the worst services been provided. The store manager is very rude and is not keeping up the brand name.

                            I need a solution for this issue and plus the refund of my late delivery.

                              What a pathetic experience. 1.30 he to deliver order!!!
                              Yesterday I order (unfortunately) pizza for some guest and COLD, Partial & delayed order was delivered after more than 7 to 8 customer call and follow up s. More than one hour I spend to follow up the order. Almost till 11.30 pm was with customer care to find out my order and the missing part of order. After that it's hight- so long follow up first time I got from shop at santosh hall, Pune. That they give me some thing else with same prise at around 11.30 pm when we finish our dinner. What a wrost service this is. I wand my money back which I spend on this cold delayed partial order. If not then I want go ahead with consumers court for this torture.

                              No solution- didnt received refund yet. No one is bothered to solve the problem or provide service again the money Domino's charge...

                                Hello, i had submitted complaint against my order delayed with dominos regarding the bad service, and was to get call within 48 hrs! Not only this but when called them on phone they simply ignored saying nothing, its 5 days and all is quiet
                                I guess jubilant should pay me atleast sorry and remunaration in crores for the insult? Not to laugh, will take this matter up for sure

                                  I have purchased 2 Dominos Vouchers from LITTLE app worth Rs. 100 each and both have PIN2 code on it.

                                  It does not have PIN1 and hence I am not able to utilize or Redeem the Vouchers. The expiry is nearing in 8 days (BEFORE 31st may). kindly look into this asap.

                                  please let me know the result else i need to pursue with consumer court for the same,

                                  It was quite a chaos of traffic on road . Then suddenly a delivery boy was beside me driving quite roughly on road, hit my mirror and I lost balance.
                                  I chased him and asked angrily to him to drive carefully . But was rude enough to not to accept his fault. I warned him and then left.

                                    Ordered pizza at 7:27 pm and there was no update till 8:20 pm. On calling customer executive, they told we will be eligible for free pizza and it will be delivered by 15- 20 mins. Next on calling again they told they will arrange the call with store and then they kept on hold for 10 mins and no update. On calling again they said they will transfer the call to senior executive. And again they kept on hold for 10 mins and then no update. On calling again they transferred the call to senior executive. And they told pizza will be delivered in sometime and it passed 30 mins no update. This is how they are gonna treat their customers.

                                      I ordered a pizza from okhla phase 1 branch on 19th may 2018 through phone call at 10:42 pm and the order number was 345. 3 medium pizza 1 pasta and 1 garlic bread. I got my order at 11:33 pm which is 51 min. So i asked the free because it was over 30 min. But the manager started to explain that it was bulk order that is reason it took so long to deliver. Now is it really a bulk order then dominos is very slow in thier service i guess. Then manager explained me the terms and condition so i told him that y u r explaing me now y he did not explained the same terms when i was placing the order. He said it is mentioned on net as well. Y should i go to internet n read when you people give the tv aid that the delivery time is 30 minutes ir its free the. Very bad from your side. I am not happy with your services. I could nit even eat the pizza because by the time i was eating it got cold because i was on a call with the branch manger. Please take the pizza back. Never expected such a bad experience with yiu people.

                                      After opening the box the topping was gone the crust and the center was cut and all the topping were not properly placed and the pizza was not cut properly really disgusted by the pizza with no proper placement. It is of serious if Domino's offers such pizzas hardly.. Seriously a waste of money..

                                        The customer service at dominoes liluah outlet in howrah west bengal india is extremely poor and needs immediate attention. The delivery is always late and the people at the outlet do not answer queries properly. They are sometimes rude. Sometimes they do not even pickup the phone. My last order arrived one and half hours late. I was frustrated as they were not able to tell me the exact status of my order. The executives were so unhelpful and unprofessional.
