Dear sir,
I am gaurav kathiriya from rajkot, frequently visit dominos pizza for cheese burst. I always eat cheese burst pizza and i always found that there is no enough cheese as compared to other cities dominos. I had also complained before but still there is the same problem.i have also attched photo of pizza and bill. You can easily identify my past order also.

I ordered pizza from dominos website. My money of rs. 453 has been deducted and one pop up comes with your order has been placed with no order Id. So I went for tracking of order. I dint find anything. I talked to customer care also but I dint find satisfactorily response. I want to get my money back. I had my worst experience on this. I wud never suggest anyone to order pizza from dominos online.

Hi, I ordered for Pizza on 9th August 2017. The first time I ordered, amount of Rs. 607/- was deducted from my credit card, but the order was not placed. The second time, I could successfully place the order. But, till now the amount has not been refunded or initiated. When I contacted the bank, they said that both the amounts are requested from the Merchants and I should contact them for the claim.
So, kindly do something...

I would like to bring to your notice Myself Dr Hemlata Hoke regular dominos customer of mumbai has been in davangere since past 5 months & any of dominos SMS offer received for Friday or any other festival season is not at all taken into consideration & nothing benefits given as per sms received. very 1st complain was no home delivery offered past 3 months ago saying home delivery is provided only on offers above Rs 500 again 2 monthe before complaint of 50% off received and which after visiting dominos of davangere was not considered saying it is not applicable here .Today's was I got sms offer to have farmhouse Pizza but which again after enquiring was no more existing at this dominos Pizza located opposite Bapuji Denatal College & Hospital.MCC B Block. Davangere 557704. So kindly help me in availing my benefits of dominis customer since long time I haven't been able to enjoy any Pizza offers.

Today we went to ur girish park (Vivekanand road, kolkata) outlet to have pizza with my family, i ask 2 pizza for delivery and rest for having at store, but after 1 hour when my delivery was not maid, and we i enquire about the status of delivery to mr. Pradip who was at counter and serving us, he started shouting in us and misbehaving with my family and after some time he came out from counter and start treating us like a begger, when i told them to call manager they tell us that he is not available. It is very harsh to face this kind o[censored]nprofessional service from dominos, if proper action not taken by higher authority then i promise to dominos that from today i am not going to any outlet of your or not going to suggest anyone. Stop recruiting unprofessional person in ur company they will not understand how to handle customer. Hopefully i will get your action statement very soon.

I stay in pune kalewadi area where in nearest location is rainbow plaza dominos which booked the order. I had no cash so i mode of payment would be card and later on commented we wont deliver to kalewadi area. Worst experience of dominos. Even customer care provided me the same contact number to book the order. I did try to call them again they said we cannot deliver pizza in your area and i[censored] wish you can compliant. They are not even bothered of the reputation of brand name which they work for. They didnt provide me the other contact aswell n disconnected the line.
Bad experience

I ordered pizza on wheel but domino's not deliver this pizza and confirmed for refund, but till now i have not receive that. Please help

Few mints ago i called dominos shaik sarai branch which is in delhi, the minimum order inclusive all tax is 300 but he refused and said delivery will not take place even though i ordered 2 taco veg and one cheesy dip and the total of which is 300 and one hidious girl from back was talking #### about my order, person who recieved the call was bharat. Dont know that idiotic girl's name.. she was more rude, and sounded uneducated.. bharat talked well but dont know why he was lied about the delivery amount.

My name is Gurleen Makkar my contact no is [protected] from Amritsar, I had placed a order online my money got deducted from my credit card but at your end the order number was not generated request you to refund my Rs 706/- asap. I had again placed same order and again Rs 706 deducted from my credit card and order number 185 was generated. Awaiting a revert on my complaint as soon as possible.

I had ordered medium medium pizza as per the menu card (295). Not sure how did they make it to 654 rupees including one 600 ml coca cola whose cost is 35 rupees including gst but domino's is making it to 50.85 rupees and adding 2 kind of gst.
If govt is applied one taxes for everyone, it should be corrected and handled in proper way. So that we would consider that everone is following govt. Rules.

And i had received pizza which was not fresh and not hot and crispy seriusly these pizza are not made for human eatable, pizzas and garlic bread are stale food. My guest went without having pizza. I am attaching order details.

I have ordered pizza at 5 o clock in the evening and order deliver at 6.15 i have waited so long for the pizza and pizza delivery boy did not come at my place for deliver he called me and saaid that he cant come at my place so i have to pick my order from nearest metro station (chawri bazar).

Pizzas, garlic bread and choco lava are not eatable and they are not fresh at all.

I want my money back i dont have extra money to charity dominos for that worst services and worst food and if you will not refund my money fir sure i will never buy pizza from dominos and recommend to all my near and dear that boycott dominos for worst services and bad attitude.

Your executives dont have any ethics that how to talk customers and clients.

On 7th august around 1 pm, i ordered a non-veg supreme pizza, replaced the mushroom with peri-peri chicken. So my net worth became rs. 342.2.

But after few minutes someone from dominos (Kamla nagar, new delhi_my order 45) called up to say that payment details showed some error, so he (The staff) cancelled n replaced my order. But i did not receive any cancellation notice or money as a refund!

At around 11-11.30pm dominos people called me up to say that my payment is left and asked me to paytm rs.342.2 again to some staff (Named ravi kumar) of dominos, kamla nagar. This was really disgusting. I paid the right amount twice! There was no fault from my side then why was i harassed like this!

I was given no proof that my order was cancelled (I didn't receive any message of order cancellation). But i had to pay twice. I filled a query to dominos put no action was taken. And i have no idea when my money will be refunded and if it will be at all!!

. I ordered from domino's on 3rd of august in the afternoon i made online payment through your website, but unfortunately when i called your customer care they told that your order have not been placed but they also said that your amount will be refunded in 7 days i again order same things and i payed in cash.. That afternoon ordering pizza costed me around 2300. I already mailed 3thice in your website but no response are you people here to corn us? We are from a middle class family we ordered and we pay then why such kind of problem? See dude it's been a high time now i want my refund right away i am attaching the bank statement kindly go through it and resolve my query otherwise it will be a bad day for domino's.

The order arrived late by 40 mins. The payment was done online. The outlet people said refund of 300 will be done to by account. But there is no written slip or assurance message given to me as a proof that my order was late and 300 rs will be delivered.

Its really disappointing that such a big organisation dont implement such important things.

I have ordered 4 pizza manias on 7th august 2017 with goregaon anupam dominos store and i reside in malad east. I was told by mr ravi yadav employee code 234792 that my order will be cancelled on their behalf and the same was not delivered also.. I have not received any intimation neither any mail nor any msg. I complained this to ship manager on 8th august also and i was told that i will receive email within 24 hours which i have not received till now even after 24 hours.. What sort of rubbish service is this

I have a 1000 rs dominos e voucher but i want to order of 230rs so i asked dominos facebook chat can i use this voucher again if i order in less amount they replied yes sir so i used 230rs from 1000rs voucher but when i tried to apply it again it shows evoucher used i have only used 230rs from 1000rs evoucher providing wrong information my no. I ordered 4 small pizza's with garlic bread and cheese dip over the phone.
Order no 234- dated 8Aug 2017 at 8.27pm.

I have concern on 4-5 points.

1 Over the phone i requested to cut pizza's equally as most of the times i got pizza's pie unequal and my kids fights with each other to take the bigger one. Its small issue but with kids its not easy to maintain. This order pies were totally unequal and my kids were after me and same procedure happen to settle them down after long and long chat.

2 Portioning of items were very less on all the 4 pizza's and most important thing that they were over burnt. It seems that either some one re heat the old pizza's and sent to me. Attach picture will give you more clarity. Please check.

3 Corners of pizzas were like some one practise to make these pizzas and not by professional pizza maker. Edges of pizza's were think and thin from many area. Attach picture will explain you more.

4 Delivery person came with no change. Bill was for Rs.668/- and we took 10 mins to settle the bill because of no change.

5 Delivery person denied to give us copy of bill and told us that you will get your bill copy via mail or via sms. I was surprised that why can't i take my bill from him but he said he has to show it back in office for official use.

In short i am not at all happy this time with the quality and service. I need value for my money and want my money back because more or less half of the pizzas we thrown out just because of above reason mentioned.

Hope some one of you listen to my request and call me.

I ordered a pizza on 6august, from G.f, sco48&49, gillco complex, sec-127, sas Nagar mohali, state code(03).order no is 213and the server is Gurpreet Kaur k at 9:43 pm. I paid through paytm and I got the bill but there is no paid bill generate, but my money is transferred to dominos. When the server delivered the pizza he said there is no payment. Our net is slow nd the paytm details is not showing the amount transferred so we paid again. On next morning I got to know that the amount had been paid through my account to domino, nd we will pay twice, so kindly go through this matter nd return my money, the reference code of paytm is 91fe2b9372677cb2df76, Thnku

Hi visited dominos, their store at pcmc opp to kalpataru estate, pimple gurav,

I noticed a flying mosquito in their dough making tablee (In the dough itself) & i asked their staff to have a look into it,

First of all they denied, they had a mosquito, then silently their staff threw the object (Mosquito) out from the dough, switched off the light as well & only after i started to check with the available person on billing, they threw the dough aside. Not on their own they disposed!!!

This seemed very unprofessional on their part!!

When i called the store manager, that lady just started talking which made no sense in anything!!!

Now how do they expect their customer to expect a behavior like this??
