There food was very very bad. Instead of cheese burst pizza they delivered plane pizza... Then toppings of them pizza was also not good it seemed as if the food was rotten...in fact the coke which they delivered was also expired...
The quality of food was very bad and i just want that my complaint should be taken seriously!!!
Such thing was not expected at all this should be taken care of in future

It was on 14th of july i ordered 2pizza and pastaa at vasant kunj.. pasta was watery and smelt like hell.. i threw both d pizzas bcoz bread was rotten ..i have that bill with me ..i want u people to refund my amt ..i also have a picture of that pasta.. it was the worst pasta and pizza i ever had from dominoz ..bread must be very old

      Today evening at 07.15 pm stepped in to lal ghati, bhopal domino's pizza store.
      Receptionist asked order and contact nos. I have given the same and again he asked my name which i refused to give as i am an old customer of store. He refused to take order and said the name is compulsory.
      My simple query is if this is must and store have mentioned this anywhere that it is necessary.
      The way store person treated me is hurting as well as insulting.
      I refused to have pizza from domino and purchased from nearby pizza hut.

      I just wanted to know if domino's have the policy to treat customer in this way.
      With this you have lost your an old customer.

        I did register a complaint prior on d same day of incident on 15/07/2017 concern ref 3111173... Didn't get a satisfactory resolution to it...
        I have been a regular dominos customer since past 5 years... N this behavior was not expected...
        I started placing the order on call and i didnt have cash available so i was willing to pay by card... They didnt have machine infact this outlet doesnt have card machine working in the store aswell most of the times... Then instead of providing a resolution these people chose to speak rudely even the first manager i spoke to was rude... I gave up cuz i wanted to go to work and i was running out of time... I was trying to place order online but the pizza i wanted wasnt available there... So i called complaints... The person was helpful he said we will take payment through paytm... But we got disconnected...
        I called back again but another rep said its not possible i will connect you to store... After explaining why i dont want to speak to store he got me really helpful manager name suchit... He guided me to wat can be done and order was placed... After order was placed i had 35 mins left to leave for work... However my pizza came after 40 mins of placing an order... And dat is totally not exceptable...;

            Pizza ordered fresh pan but we got regular and and took the money of fresh pan and give regular so where I'm in inconvenience of this problem so please resolve this problem they have charge extra 20 rupees on per pizza I buyed 5 pizza so there is loss of 100 rupees. my order number is 142 on 18/7/2017 time 9:01 PM

I have been trying to contact customer care but they take all my details and put me on hold and finally disconnect the call. I want my complaint to be taken seriously and my money to be redunded as soon as possible. Its been 21 days m trying to contact someone and i have lost patience.

                This is in regard to dominos two worst service i faced on 20/jul/2017 & 21/jul/2017,

                1. I have tried to order pizza through online on 20/jul/2017. I successfully placed order and when come to payment i have used e voucher, when i entered e-voucher on giftcard/e-voucher option, it was successfully accepted and it taken 2-3 minute then i received message as "oops your order not placed successfully due to technical issue",
                Immediately i called customer care regard this issue, your customer care person are not ready to answer the customer, i have simply put me in hold by saying "i will take to retail outlet and get back to me" and i was in hold then they have disconnected the call without any information, this same situation happened 6 times, 6 times i have called customer care and explained my situation 6 times and 6 times they put me in call and my call wantedly disconnected without proper answering. Nearly i took 3 hours to spend my 6 calls, i have waited and wasted 3 hours instead i didn't get any proper solution or answer for your domino's site technical issue.

                Pay back my redeemed my epoint's soon and i need valuable special offer which compensate my times and energy spent,

                2. I just want to know when customer calling from support team why they are dropped off call without proper response.
                Today 21/jul/2017 i received call from ([protected]) and female executive spoke to me and i just asked what you going to offer me for dominos site technical issue, you should satisfy customer by providing an offer, she said that they are not going to provide any offer i asked reason why you are not going to provide offer. It not customer mistake it dominos technical issue, dominos should accept this issue and provide offer to me. She started talking rudly, sir please don't talk louder, speak little bit low, again i asked why should i talk in low tune?
                She dropped off the call with out proper response again at 7 th time.

                So, for dominos technical issue customer should suffer?
                Let me know, shall i place case for this issue?

                Kindly check all call (7 calls) recordings i have made from yesterday, details as follows,

                "i made call to customer call by using phone number[protected] from 7:35 pm onwards - jul 20, 2017"

                I want to know the girl who spoke to me morning and why she dropped off call with out proper answer?

                  Made an order and had to pay in cash as my debit card transaction did not take place as poor connection.. But then i paid in cash also got deducted from my balance.. Was told to get refunded.. But never got refunded.. Poor service.. Never gonna visit domino's ever again.. Raised complaint no use.. Bad service.. Worst service... I need refunding.. Do refund me soon

                    Ordered pizza and 2 chicken wings online. Chicken wings were not available. I asked to provide pizza alone. They refused as it was against to the rules. They asked me to take the alternatives which i don't like and asked to cancel the order. Cancellation will only be processed after seven days, it seems. Why the hell i should wait for 7 days to get back my money for doing nothing. All i did was ordered and cancelled because of your mistake. Why should i wait 7 days for your mistake.

                      I ordered pizza online on 7th july 2017 around 12:59 pm and order no was 12.
                      Due to some address issue the order was cancelled
                      I want my refund immediately credited to my account.

                      You guys just gave the reference nos saying that some manager will be calling you. But guess what! No one called me yet. There is no way to speak to your customer care.

                      Work on this guys. Get your head at right places and refund my money.

                        I am sick and tired of domino's advertisements several times daily on emails, text/sms and especially my mobile phone face page!

                        I already opted out of sms/texts, emails, but still get mobile phone advertisements!

                        Worst part is i pay a yearly fee to not get any advertisements on my phone and computer so why can domino's continue? I called my local domino's but of course they have no clue how to stop it or where it comes from.

                        Because of this, i will no longer order from them! Plenty of other good pizza places that don't pull this kind of crap on their customers!

                        Found a piece of hair in my pizza.. Do we pay for your stupidities? .. so unhygienic and annoying
                        U r telling customers that u r selling cokes on their mrp. But then u hv put stump of rs 60/- on 600ml coke which is not the actual rate. The rate of 600ml coke is 36/- al over the India. Is this ur business strategy?? Amount doesn't matter but u r fooling ur customers!!! Its really shameful for a big brand like dominos!!!

                          I have received a message a discount of 40% on regular cheese burst pizza i order from ur app as pick up dd puram branch bareilly placed an order nd payment done by card transaction is done but order didnt placed they said that ur this money will be returned back within 15days i said ok then i am placing another order with this discount when i placed it was not taking that coupon code... Either u r making ur customers fool or ur branch i dont knw... Neither got offer availed nor pizza... Nd money has also gone so plz will uh help me to solve this...

                          We ordered Pizza on 10/07/2017 with invoice No . DPI66479/[protected]/26414 order No. 127. All pizza's were half cooked almost raw it was pathetic. Thanks to Domino's for such a good service. We spent around Rs 1500/- just to throw Domino's product in dustbin.
                          Hi, on 14-7-17 around 1:30pm, I ordered from domino's things of amount 404. Payment was through my debit card. They said due to different location they are not able to accept the order. So they are cancelling it and I have to do it again and the money for the first one will be refunded. But no amount refunded back...😡
                          Tried placing order on 12 July at SF Road, Siliguri out let of dominos .. Order didnt get placed but the Egv got used .. now dominos is neither replying over Facebook nor over calls and they havent yet reactivated my Egv !!

When i contacted them nobody was hanging up my phone. After that i call another dominos store amd tell them to please give me some other number of singapore mall. Another half nd hour they contacted me and found that my

                              I checked into Dominos pizza, Vijay Nagar, Jabalpur and ordered my pizza. I waited for 40 mins. and went to the counter to inquire about my order. Because of the fault of the staff, they delivered my pizza to some another customer.

                              Afterwards, due to wastage of my time, I had to place a new order.

                              Order # 102, from Kundanhalli Dominos bangalore on 29th June 2017. Two items ( non veg taco mexicana ) from the bill were not delivered but the refund never came. They told me to wait till 7 working days but now its been 14 days. They do not have a customer care email id as well to raise a complaint.

                                Today i visit dominos (16/07/2017) and i have ordered 4 pizza mania & my total amount 401 & cashier (Sachin) charged me 401.20, when i talked with manager (Sanjay) he rudely said to me do whatever you want to do. So i want to know is this right.. I will never suggest to my any of friends for domino's pizza. I am very disappointed with dominos hospitality..

                                    My order no. 111 server no.333866, 15 july 2017 at 17:37. When i received my order everything was ok except the choco lava cake. It was in horrible condition when received. It was totally scattered in the box because there no foil covering on it. When i called dominos to complaint about it, he denied that we never cover it. I have always received choco lava cake with covering. This the 1st time i've faced this type of problem. Just do something to this problem...

                                      Hi. I have ordered a pizza at hyderabad suncity branch on 13 th of this month. By the time of order only i have paid rs. 188. Delivery time mentioned at. 6.30 pm. By the time of pizza delivery that person collected amount again. When i realised on satarday by evning i went the store. When i was asked that lady who was taken my order on that day she sed we will enq. And inform to you. But no replay i got as of now.

Got to speak to arun kumar who claimed as branch in charge o[censored]ttarhalli... To speak to me he took 15 mts to come on line.. Pls understand your in a service industry especially hospitality.. No chance of error.. I had to order locally for a small party organized at home and you people be denied my attempt of ordering pizza and had to struggle for 1 hr.. I need reasoning as why was your contact not approach able nor ur staff friendly to solve my query.. Pls respond.. Call me [protected] or [protected]
