This case is of dominos faridabad, nehru ground branch, haryana 121001.

According to the company policy they deliver the order free if it takes them more then 45 minutes and my order no: 173 was printed 20.28 hours and just now at 21.55 minutes we received rider at our door step and we told them we wont pay, they said they will only give us a discount of 300 on your bill which we were not ready to accept according to our rights as we were very much familiar with the policy of dominos and the end result was they took back the order for which we were waiting for past 1 hour.

I placed an order of 950 Rs, yesterday at Dominoes outlet which is 10 min away from my place.
Dominoes delivery person called me at 8.50 pm saying he is 2 min away, and still took 10 min more...
Order information:-
order placed-8.10 p.m (online)
order received - 9.00 p.m(online)
this delay is not acceptable at all.
Need an answer.

    The online website and app is not working properly from the last two three months. Last time when i used, all the pizzas were not shown, only the ones with maximum price were shown. And today the choice of quattro formaggi crust choice is not available. Please make it available as it is one of the best crust and people would like to order it online. Otherwise, unfortumately for dominoe's, pizza hut will prevail.
    Please see to it and do the changes as soon as possible

      On 3/8/2017 i recieved a coupon stating 'buy 1 medium pizza get a choco lava free". However when i ordered a medium size pizza first of all the were charging rs 100 (Approx) extra. Secondly there were charging double gst. Secondly on contacting the nearest branch it did not respond to the complain and disconnected the call. Kindly look into the matter as it is a violation of law and cheating on the part of consumer. All records shall be provided at the time of solving the case which includes audio record of dominos official as well as proof of double gst

        I placed an order and amount got deducted but dominos kullu is saying no order reflecting t their end.
        Amount is 577 and my phone no is [protected] and email is sahilsharma.[protected]@gmail.com.
        Please help as the money is deducted and i am not getting any order delivered.
        Moreover​dominos has no complaint cell which is a huge issue to address our concerns and grievances.

          I ordered medium pan pizza on 25 march 2017. Worth rs 350.
          They send me small one.
          I called up about this they said mam. Its too late. Our delivery staff gone. We will give discount on your next order.
          I orederd my pizzza today they said our system is upgraded and your complaint is not registered.
          But they remembered my address and all details (But about discount they forget all)
          I want my money back
          Please do the needfull

            Hi team,

            I have made order from dominos app. Order was of 1010, amount got deducted from my account. But was order was not placed successfully.
            Kindly let me know when will i get my refund. I have ordered 4 items and opted for everyday value offers. This is the second time the same issue has happened though i m a frequent customer of the dominos and always prefer app orders

              I placed an ordering pick at about 9:30 p. M. They said that our order will be ready in 15 to 20 mins. By the time i reached there my order was not ready. I waited for about 1 hour there and finally got my order after about 1 hour. The pizza given to me were cold. Even the staff that took my order seemed to be very unprofessional.
              Completely unsatisfied today and disappointed.

                  Hi, i have ordered pizza on july 21 by the name "kaustav pal" but got response
                  "sorry, your order could not be processed to our restaurant due to a technical reason. Money will be auto refunded in 7 working days for paid orders."

                  So my friend ordered again by the name "osheen" but he also got same response as message.

                  After few minutes we recieved call from them confirming order for both, so we asked to cancel one by the name "kaustav pal" but for this we didn't recieved any refund yet. Its been more than 7 days.

                    We dint recive order

                    The member pic the call telling his name jitendra and misbehave with me talking rubbish and drop the call
                    I want to raise complain againt him i am not sure about name that man can lie.
                    Look in to the matter this is not first time we receive pizza after 1.45 hrs with in distance of 4.5 km quality i cant define its so rough andnot fresh
                    This time i want take harsh reacion to whomever that guy.. Delivery boy name is shubham misra and the call attendent is part of this issue

                      I would like to inform you that, i visited domino's outlet on 15th of july'17 krishna nagar branch. I ordered a pizza mania with paneer toping and veg zingy parcel. For pizza there is 4 big sliceon pizza and very low cheeze content in it. When i asked to the representative he said sop has been changed and its like that only. For zingy parcel, it was too too oily which was earlier too good. We left that parcel as it was and probably went to dustbin only. Attaching pic of that parcel as well.

                      I request you to please make required action against this as i felt robbed at that time in case of pizza and parcel.

                        I ordered pizza online and also the money got deducted from my bank account but it did not give me any order id and did not get the delivery... Kindly get issue resolved as soon as possible if it is happening with me that means there are others also who have faced the same issue. If this is happening then they should have a cash on delivery as well.

                          Used discount coupon code crmb287c3b5d9 and paid rs. 363 through credit card. Money was deducted from card but transaction error occurred while redirecting from payment site to domino's site. So order could not be placed. Upon second attempt the discount code was declared invalid however it was not used as the order was not completed.
                          The coupon code should be made automatically activated upon failure in placement of any order or a new code must be sent to registered mobile number in such special cases.

But when i asked to change the channel they said they can't.. And there was no customers in that branch at that time to.. Please look in to this..                               This is christopher i placed an order id online at 114. At velachery, chennai. I have placed at 8:46 pm. And at 10 pm they are calling and informing that pizza ll be delivered late due to rain. Why can't they inform before if it's a delay. I asked for refund they says i ll get only 300 ruppees out of 465 for my order. U guys ll delay it. And ask for the refund u ll says u will get less only. I want to sacrifice money for the delay nd late inform by you guys.

                                When i visited dominos branch in himalaya mall, ahmedabad i placed order of margarita plain base to which i was told it is not available and forced me to buy margarita pan pizza which cost 20rs more than my order. The lady who was taking my order was clearly forcing me to buy pizza which costed more. Her name written on her badge was minal. I want dominos to take strict action on this lady. This behaviour was not expected from a brand like dominos. Look in to this matter soon.

                                  I oredered two veg singles in a dominos outlet which is in kalyan west maharastra near birla college .. their is difference in price in menu and the bill which they gave me they charged rs 20 on each pizza when asked they said that this is pan pizza and tax was charged in separate

                                    Purchased 2 gift vouchers of rs 500 each for dominos from the little app in the month of june 2017.

                                    However, when i tried to redeem them it was not getting through. After multiple calls and email over a month they replied that the same has been redeemed by some person in kolkata and surat.

                                    I have contact details of the person who have used the same gift vouchers that was issued to me and also paid to the vendor for buying the vouchers.

                                    I want new vouchers of the same denomination

                                      I had ordered from sinhgad road, pune dominos outlet vide order no. 380 on 23/07/2017 at around 09:16 pm., bill total was rs.575/-.

                                      I received the order at 10.16 pm. Which was half an hour late than the committed delivery timing of 09.46 pm. During this period, there were no rains in the said area.

                                      The content i received was absolutely cold and inappropriate for consume.

                                      I immediately brought this fact to the notice of delivery boy and same was conveyed to the sinhgad road dominos outlet over phone. However very rude and arrogant replies were received from both the end. I told the person over phone about the late delivery and let him know about the complaint to be put. And told him to process for entire amount refund.

                                      I sincerely request you to take immediate action in this regard and process for the refund. And i may not order again from dominos hereinafter.
