I have ordered pizza at dominos store at r mall, thane at 10pm and the delivery was done at 11pm. Surprisingly the delivery person was not carrying the bill of rs 1000+ value. The bill no. Is 415. I have called the store and spoke to the evening shift manager. He stated that he cannot send the bill, he will whatsapp me the invoice or send me and excel which i haven't...

I had ordered for a pizza on 6th from bandra east government colony, it was 1.5 hours late and they didn't inform me about the delay
I called the customer care and told them about the refund policy and they said 300rs would be transferred back to my account and they took the bill with them
Its been almost 20 days i haven't got my refund

Purchased 2 gift vouchers of rs 500 each for dominos from the little app in the month of june 2017.

However, when i tried to redeem them it was not getting through. After multiple calls and email over a month they replied that the same has been redeemed by some person in kolkata and surat.

I have contact details of the person who have used the same gift vouchers that was issued to me and also paid to the vendor...

I had ordered from sinhgad road, pune dominos outlet vide order no. 380 on 23/07/2017 at around 09:16 pm., bill total was rs.575/-.

I received the order at 10.16 pm. Which was half an hour late than the committed delivery timing of 09.46 pm. During this period, there were no rains in the said area.

The content i received was absolutely cold and inappropriate for consume.

There food was very very bad. Instead of cheese burst pizza they delivered plane pizza... Then toppings of them pizza was also not good it seemed as if the food was rotten...in fact the coke which they delivered was also expired...
The quality of food was very bad and i just want that my complaint should be taken seriously!!!
Such thing was not expected at all this should be taken care of in future...

I am in the Domino's VIP Road, Surat branch right now and the air conditioning is not working at all. I do not expect such service when I am paying a premium price for your product.

Today evening at 07.15 pm stepped in to lal ghati, bhopal domino's pizza store.
Receptionist asked order and contact nos. I have given the same and again he asked my name which i refused to give as i am an old customer of store. He refused to take order and said the name is compulsory.
My simple query is if this is must and store have mentioned this anywhere that it is necessary.
The way store person treated me is hurting...

I did register a complaint prior on d same day of incident on 15/07/2017 concern ref 3111173... Didn't get a satisfactory resolution to it...
I have been a regular dominos customer since past 5 years... N this behavior was not expected...
I started placing the order on call and i didnt have cash available so i was willing to pay by card... They didnt have machine infact this outlet doesnt have card machine working in the store...

I ordered 1 reg bht farmhouse pizza with extra cheeze but while consuming the pizza i can see there is no cheeze at all wheareas i have been charged for that.

I have ordered twice for amount of 1928/- each time. The money got deducted but order not placed so we walked into nearest shop.

I haven't got refund initiation message only for one order that is 1928/-
I haven't received the other refund initiation message.

It is supposed to come right after the first refund but haven't.

Please return my money back.

I have ordered a pizza twice from the mobile app and the money got deducted how ever the order was not placed. I have been trying to contact customer care but they take all my details and put me on hold and finally disconnect the call. I want my complaint to be taken seriously and my money to be redunded as soon as possible. Its been 21 days m trying to contact someone and i have lost patience....

Made an order and had to pay in cash as my debit card transaction did not take place as poor connection.. But then i paid in cash also got deducted from my balance.. Was told to get refunded.. But never got refunded.. Poor service.. Never gonna visit domino's ever again.. Raised complaint no use.. Bad service.. Worst service... I need refunding.. Do refund me soon...

Ordered pizza and 2 chicken wings online. Chicken wings were not available. I asked to provide pizza alone. They refused as it was against to the rules. They asked me to take the alternatives which i don't like and asked to cancel the order. Cancellation will only be processed after seven days, it seems. Why the hell i should wait for 7 days to get back my money for doing nothing. All i did was ordered and cancelled because of your mistake....

I am sick and tired of domino's advertisements several times daily on emails, text/sms and especially my mobile phone face page!

I already opted out of sms/texts, emails, but still get mobile phone advertisements!

Worst part is i pay a yearly fee to not get any advertisements on my phone and computer so why can domino's continue? I called my local domino's but of course they have no clue how to stop it or where...

I have received a message a discount of 40% on regular cheese burst pizza i order from ur app as pick up dd puram branch bareilly placed an order nd payment done by card transaction is done but order didnt placed they said that ur this money will be returned back within 15days i said ok then i am placing another order with this discount when i placed it was not taking that coupon code... This is to inform you that i have order the dominos pizza on 16 th july at 9 pm from singapore mall lucknow. The pizza was not deliver till 1 hour. When i contacted them nobody was hanging up my phone. After that i call another dominos store amd tell them to please give me some other number of singapore mall. Another half nd hour they contacted me and found that my

I checked into Dominos pizza, Vijay Nagar, Jabalpur and ordered my pizza. I waited for 40 mins. and went to the counter to inquire about my order. Because of the fault of the staff, they delivered my pizza to some another customer.

Afterwards, due to wastage of my time, I had to place a new order.

Today i visit dominos (16/07/2017) and i have ordered 4 pizza mania & my total amount 401 & cashier (Sachin) charged me 401.20, when i talked with manager (Sanjay) he rudely said to me do whatever you want to do. So i want to know is this right.. I will never suggest to my any of friends for domino's pizza. I am very disappointed with dominos hospitality..
