I have discontinued my job around 2 months ago. But if i ask about pf to the store shift managers they are just ignoring and giving some mischief reasons. So what is the next step should i take? Please reply... As it may help me a lot. If i call the store and enquire they does not reply anything and disconnect the call right there. Now they have started to block my calls on their cellphone please help me out of this.. Thank you

I am living in nadiad gujarat. Its a small city. There is only one dominos outlet in college road area. And i am living in pavan chakki road area. They cant provide me home delivery of pizza because my area is too far. I cant go because i have a small baby. Make policy of taking delivery charges i[censored] feel its too far. But not providing delivery in selected area is very very wrong. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.!!

On[protected] i ordered a pizza for this i paid 500 from my e-voucher i. E - [protected] and remaining amount cash on delivery. But some problem occur and msg arrived that the voucher could`t be redeemed. So i paid through card which was clearly shown in my statement. For 1 order i paid twice through card and e-voucher along with cash to delivery boy. When i called kaushambi ghaziabad dominos outlet they said that your credit card amount will be refunded. I assured myself with there commitment but when the bill generated i saw the amount was not refunded and they ask for the payment.

Please clear my query else next step i will go to consumer forum and show this complaint as a proof an all the related proof that i have

Hi this is santosh paikaray and today i am not satisfied from dominos gajuwaka branch visakhapatnam.

There are two things i would like to share..

1. I order pizza online like always i do but this time i was not able to pay online, so i called dominos for the same and they sent me link for payment.

And i made the payment online through my icici credit card for amount of rs.537.00, order id 82, cell no [protected].

I recived the order and this delivery guy started asking me for the payment, so i told him that i have made the payment online, so he said no sir you haven't paid.

Then i shown him the transaction details,
So this guy called the manager abhijeet at dominos gajuwaka branch visakhapatnam.

And i told him the same thing and he said amount is not reflecting on our database.

Then i told him that i have made the payment online so please check it one more time but he refused,
Then i tried to conveince this guy, and even told him that if he wants i can even share the transaction details, but he wasn't listening.

Finally he realized that he was looking onto some other order id...

So my question is, is it not his responsibility to check the order id before the delivery asking for payment rather arguing.

The manager didn't sounded professional at all... And

2. There was a fly on one of the pizza i ordered, i even took the snap at the same time my children shouted that there is a dead fly on the pizza, now thats even more disgusting part.

I was in hyderabad for more than 7 years and i have always prefered dominos for pizzas.

But this time i think that i should change my opinion and look for some other option rather than going for dominos.

We are not taking it for free, its just we expect a little of hygienic food and good service.

This is to bring your kind notice that yesterday I ordered a pizza from local Domino's, on dwarka branch distance from my house maximum 2 km but your executive denied for pizza delivery. Now you are delighted to lost a customer because a poor and unprofessional services

So i want to know that how much distance you should caters for pizza delivery

I have made 3 transactions on 06/08/2017 of rs 514 and my 2 transaction are faild and i have received only one transaction amount of rs 514/- still i can't receive refund of my 2nd faild transaction amount of rs 514/- in my hdfc credit card account.

I had order from dominos (Order no: 37 | trace no: cd[protected] on 11 aug and paid through paytm. I received a confirmation that the cash back has been processed (Transaction id: [protected]). On inquiring with the paytm customer care, they said that the cash back has not been processed by the merchant.

Attached are the screenshots of the mail communication received.

Please resolve and credit the cash back asap.

Yesterday, i tried to place an order through the dominos website and somehow it failed. The money as usual got deducted and i did not receive any pizza.

Till now there is no refund and i don't know whether it will refund it at all.

I have transacted for an amount of 1201 rupees on 15 august 2017. Amount was debited but transaction shows as failed.

Message as follows:
"thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xx2530 for a purchase worth rs1201.0 on pos payust[protected] at www.dominos.co.in txn#[protected]."

I am gaurav kathiriya from rajkot, frequently visit dominos pizza for cheese burst. I always eat cheese burst pizza and i always found that there is no enough cheese as compared to other cities dominos. I had also complained before but still there is the same problem.i have also attched photo of pizza and bill. You can easily identify my past order also.

I ordered pizza from dominos website. My money of rs. 453 has been deducted and one pop up comes with your order has been placed with no order Id. So I went for tracking of order. I dint find anything. I talked to customer care also but I dint find satisfactorily response. I want to get my money back. I had my worst experience on this. Hi, I ordered for Pizza on 9th August 2017. The first time I ordered, amount of Rs. 607/- was deducted from my credit card, but the order was not placed. The second time, I could successfully place the order. But, till now the amount has not been refunded or initiated. When I contacted the bank, they said that both the amounts are requested from the Merchants and I should contact them for the claim.

I would like to bring to your notice Myself Dr Hemlata Hoke regular dominos customer of mumbai has been in davangere since past 5 months & any of dominos SMS offer received for Friday or any other festival season is not at all taken into consideration & nothing benefits given as per sms received. very 1st complain was no home delivery offered past 3 months ago saying home delivery is provided only on offers above Rs 500 again 2 monthe before complaint of 50% off received and which after visiting dominos of davangere was not considered saying it is not applicable here .Today's was I got sms offer to have farmhouse Pizza but which again after enquiring was no more existing at this dominos Pizza located opposite Bapuji Denatal College & Hospital.MCC B Block. Davangere 557704. So kindly help me in availing my benefits of dominis customer since long time I haven't been able to enjoy any Pizza offers.

Today we went to ur girish park (Vivekanand road, kolkata) outlet to have pizza with my family, i ask 2 pizza for delivery and rest for having at store, but after 1 hour when my delivery was not maid, and we i enquire about the status of delivery to mr. Pradip who was at counter and serving us, he started shouting in us and misbehaving with my family and after some time he came out from counter and start treating us like a begger, when i told them to call manager they tell us that he is not available. It is very harsh to face this kind o[censored]nprofessional service from dominos, if proper action not taken by higher authority then i promise to dominos that from today i am not going to any outlet of your or not going to suggest anyone. Stop recruiting unprofessional person in ur company they will not understand how to handle customer. Hopefully i will get your action statement very soon.

I stay in pune kalewadi area where in nearest location is rainbow plaza dominos which booked the order. I had no cash so i mode of payment would be card and later on commented we wont deliver to kalewadi area. Worst experience of dominos. Even customer care provided me the same contact number to book the order. I did try to call them again they said we cannot deliver pizza in your area and i[censored] wish you can compliant. They are not even bothered of the reputation of brand name which they work for. They didnt provide me the other contact aswell n disconnected the line.

Few mints ago i called dominos shaik sarai branch which is in delhi, the minimum order inclusive all tax is 300 but he refused and said delivery will not take place even though i ordered 2 taco veg and one cheesy dip and the total of which is 300 and one hidious girl from back was talking #### about my order, person who recieved the call was bharat. Dont know that idiotic girl's name.. she was more rude, and sounded uneducated.. bharat talked well but dont know why he was lied about the delivery amount.

I had again placed same order and again Rs 706 deducted from my credit card and order number 185 was generated. Awaiting a revert on my complaint as soon as possible.

I had ordered medium medium pizza as per the menu card (295). Not sure how did they make it to 654 rupees including one 600 ml coca cola whose cost is 35 rupees including gst but domino's is making it to 50.85 rupees and adding 2 kind of gst.
If govt is applied one taxes for everyone, it should be corrected and handled in proper way. So that we would consider that everone is following govt. Rules.

Such a poor and unprofessional services of your against order no 127. My call has not been picked and had been cut by your executive n no of times. And i had received pizza which was not fresh and not hot and crispy seriusly these pizza are not made for human eatable, pizzas and garlic bread are stale food. My guest went without having pizza. I am attaching order details.

I have ordered pizza at 5 o clock in the evening and order deliver at 6.15 i have waited so long for the pizza and pizza delivery boy did not come at my place for deliver he called me and saaid that he cant come at my place so i have to pick my order from nearest metro station (chawri bazar).

Pizzas, garlic bread and choco lava are not eatable and they are not fresh at all.

I want my money back i dont have extra money to charity dominos for that worst services and worst food and if you will not refund my money fir sure i will never buy pizza from dominos and recommend to all my near and dear that boycott dominos for worst services and bad attitude.

Your executives dont have any ethics that how to talk customers and clients.
