On 18th June I had tried to make an order on Dominos Pizza mobile app at around 8 PM. I have paid Rs.756 using my Paytm account three times. All three times the transaction failed but the money was deducted.

I have been kind enough to refund only

1. Pathetic service when it comes to payment options with dominos in india. Have you not heard this proverb "when in rome, be like romans".
2.in india, even the street vendors have swipe cards, learn form them, since plastic money is getting prevalant here. When it come to home delivery, your guys are not having swipe machines. Dont you think you should improve on this front.

I'm attaching herewith payment details of my order. Didn't get my order placed. Also i'm attaching the mail's i get from paytm regarding payment to team jubiliant. I'm very much disappointed from both big players paytm and jubiliant as if you cannot assist your customers then how india will be able to get cashless economy. Amount i raised against was 488+488.

I ordered 2 medium cheese bursts. And unfortunately they are not cheesebursts.
I have been eating cheese bursts since years and these are very disappointing. I cannot see a single drop of cheese coming out of my pizza. My order was delivered 1 hour and 10 mins late still they didnt refund my money.
Dominos order took more than an hour to get delivered after placing the order and the food tasted awful as it was all cold.
Store manager did apologise for the terrible service and agreed to refund my money but havnt recieved the amount back yet. It been more than a month....
