Hello team, this is with respect to online order placed at domino's india. Payment was deducted but order was not confirmed. We raised a complaint against which complaint id was generated not once but three times. But no action has been taken. Money has not been refunded in the account. Complaint id are described below.

    But after ordering pizza I am not able to cancel order because on link was given on site for cancellation. Please provide link for cancellation also.
    My order number was 143. I searched a lot for cancellation and also called on Domino's near store but it doesn't work.

      Today I.e 24th June 2017 I had made an order of rs 432 I choose transaction option as pay via card I.e debit card I inserted my card number and everything transactions were made successfully money got deducted from my account but no order was placed in dominos mobile app it did got paid through your third party payun but no order was place I request you to refund my money being transacted online as I didn't received any order
      Second time I again made one order and choose option as pay by cash then order was taken successfully
      Please do refund my order of rs 432 transacted via online debit card

        I had ordered from dominos via zomato on 1st June, 2017. The order was delivered beyond 30 minutes and was accepted by the branch. I had paid online for the same hence was told the refund will be done in my account itself. Since then i have received no communication regards the refund. Also no call from their end apologising for the same. I am a regular customer and am disappointed by such a behaviour. i want my refund back.

          I bought a dominos e voucher from Amazon of Rs. 250, but when i go to dominos payment page there was not any option for redeeming the code. What I do my 250 Rs are gone and i didn't get anything. Why are you cheating with us, if the e voucher option is not available than why are you selling it online. Stop selling it so that no other like me money can be wasted its been a half of month when i bought the voucher . Reply me

            It is in reference to order 328 from golden temple, amritsar branch. When the delivery boy reached for delivery, he had no cash or change money available with him.
            Nd he arranged from some outsider that looked quite awkward nd created inconvenience for customer. It ws just a matter of rs 200.
            In general interest of public and for me in future, do think over it.

              To whom it may concern,
              I am facing problems while ordering pizza at my place. Earlier they used to deliver the order there but now the franchise people make excuses of not delivering at my place, instead they ask to collect to order from the half way. When last i ordered my pizza they made the same excuses and they said you can even have a word with our manager but we cannot deliver your order. I asked them to cancel my order but the tracker showed that they delivered the order at my place but i did not got any order delivered. If they have not cancelled it and not delivered too then where the order has gone? I complained about it the same day too but they did not took any action and even i have not received any call from them even after selecting the option of callback. I need a strict action to be taken against their not delivering attitude everytime and i also request for compensation for their negative attitude towards their customer's.

                I have ordered a large pizza online via paytm today, the amount has been debited from my account but no confirmation from dominos that the order has been placed. When i called 2 times to customer care they said you will get refund within 7 business working days. This is not for the first we have used the coupons or offers, last time also we had the same issue and the so called customer care people told the same old story that you will get refund. My question is when your payment partners are not worth giving offers then why are you having tie ups with them? When we called the paytm people they said that the money has been debited from your account please check with the dominos team and they are not bothered to check with the dominos people. Now both are pointing at each other. Now i know this is a big scam to fool people and make money. There's a deal between these two people. Dominos was asked to flash deals online to promote paytm when people use paytm their money will be deducted and no order confirmation from dominos. One transaction via paytm meaning some amount to paytm and the profits will be shared between these two companies. Eventually when you receive money back it goes to your paytm account which means you have to spend money via paytm. Unfortunately restos like dominos using paytm to cheat people. Never ever use paytm it's a scam.

                  We ordered pizza and other items today on 20 june 2017 via order no 213 which is delivered by unitech cyber park gurugram haryana outlet. Total bill was 803. We ordered at 8.56 pm and got our delivery at 9.50 pm. Pizza and other items were cold and we mentioned all chianti delivery boy. He has same standard answer, we are on time etc. Since we had paid in advance by credit card and children was hungry so, we took the order otherwise we were sure to return and request for refund. Same thing happened last time with us and we complained to dominoo but no action taken, just for formalities two calls come and to say sorry. We are fed up that after paying 800 we all are ending up with this tasteless cold bread. These are routine work for them and making money out of all us. I am going to bycoat this company product going forward and will keeping complaining to highest level of these incidences till the time of justice.

                    I went out into one of the outlets of dominos in gurgaon.
                    First time i paid rs 552, the amount was debited from my account but order was not placed as receipt was not generated so i ordered again. This time again amount was deducted but this time order was also placed successfully, i was told that my amount which was debited first time will be refunded back into my bank account but it is still not returned back. I have both the reference number provided by bank for the orders.
                    I have already placed this complaint on their email id and the reference number which i got from dominos was -2918814 but no no action is taken from their side.
                    Kindly look into the matter.
                    Also, if any additional information is needed, then let me know.

                      With due respect it is to inform you that, yesterday i made order through domioz online app, once directly through card and another time through paytm, twice amount of rs 474 deducted, from paytm and debit card but i didnt receive any order no, i confirmed it again from dominoz ordering center, they even said that they didnot receive any order, then i need to deliver through cash delivery, kindly look into the matter and do my refund

                      The pizza was stale. The salami had a bad odour coming our of it. And the cheese was very hard. Very disappointing. Could not even eat .

                          I did order online domino pizza on saturday 17/6/2017.
                          Amount 187. From mobile number [protected]. Payment paid by paytm,
                          1st time after payment i not received any order id, for this reason i did same 187 amount order through paytm.
                          This time i received order number 274.
                          But was paid amount 2 times. Paytm given me traction number and reply of paytm site is "the merchant dominos your transaction under order jpt[protected], jpt[protected] was successful from our end. We would request you to kindly contact the merchant dominos customer care team for the order confirmation or refund of the amount against double deduction."
                          So request to you please refund my amount earlier.

                            1. Pathetic service when it comes to payment options with dominos in india. Have you not heard this proverb "when in rome, be like romans".
                            2.in india, even the street vendors have swipe cards, learn form them, since plastic money is getting prevalant here. When it come to home delivery, your guys are not having swipe machines. Dont you think you should improve on this front.
                            3.in infosys, sez prakriti park, pocharam village, hyderabad, you have an outlet. Across infy we use our smart cards for payments for our food. Mostly your counter is empty for the same reason, because no one is going to carry cash exclusively to eat at dominos. You dont offer any payment convinience as per your customers there too.
                            4. How do you think, you are planning to run business in india, when you dont offer payment convinience as per your indian customers. And dont even think india is poor country, so why to provide facilities, because you only know how muchh your are earning here.

                              I ordered from dominos mobile app and i was not given 20%discount and 50% cash back it was there promotional offer for champions trophy which said that 20% discount is from dominos and 50 % from paytm. I made my payment through dominos app get way from paytm app. This is my complaint no 2938526. I was told my complaint will be solved in 24 hours but now it's more than 48 hours my case isn't solved. See in to the matter and my bill was of 1152 rs and i have attached the photo of my order and complaint number as well. Complaint was submitted to dominos pizzas

                                  This is saba ansari. I am an old customer of dominos today i visited dominos and we're waiting for my friend to come so i dnt order any ting for 20 mins. So the staff and manager poking me for sitting n waiting there. It was extremely embarrassing for me sit there. It is extremely embarrassing. It means they only respct u until u ll order smething or they can make money out us rest they won't respect.

                                    I would like to report the instance at dominos pizza model town delhi on 15th of june 2017 approximately 9:40 p. M. My daughter's birthday for which i had gone to collect my order of one medium one garlic bread with cheese in it one veggie pasta in white sauce and one coke.
                                    The air conditioning in the of dominos was in extremely bad condition and the guests were sweating. The floor was exceptionally dirty and flies were everywhere on all seats and in kitchen.
                                    The guest relations staff said the air conditioning was not effective becauseelectrical load was being passed on to the oven installed in the outlet kitchen. Means the load was divided.
                                    While we were waiting for our pizza to be delivered there was an exceptionally large movement of flies in the outlet. The guest seated next to us suddenly observed cockroaches in his meal and we requested to meet the center manager.
                                    Mr neeraj the center manager,
                                    Was extremely arrogant and asked us to adjust with the flies, cockroaches and hot environment in the outlet and poor quality of housekeeping.

                                    When i showed him the yellow sticker stuck on the table by the management of dominos if we are dissatisfied with the services then we can claim a refund of our money. He said ut is only for writing purpose and formality and has no value

                                    He kept arguing with us for more than one and a half hour to adjust and refused to process our refund. The whole staff including mr kanwar started to circle us and asked us to adjust. Since i was not satisfied with his reply
                                    I repeatedly requested him to call or share the contact of his senior mr. Vijay saxena but he did not make me speak with him nor shared his number.

                                    I had to call the customer care to get the copy of guest book from the outlet manager.. I and another family reported that matter in the guest book to mr neeraj the managet but he refused to acknowledge and sign. He also refuse the right to our refund and wasted one and a half hour of our time my daughter' s birthday. I am sure you can gonthrough my ordeal and the mental harrasment i faced at the hands of the management for which we are planning moving fssai.
                                    The videos and pictures canbe shared on email if one is providęd to show you the extent of misbehaviour and pest problem inside the outlet and kitchen and the unhygienic conditions in the outlet.

                                    When ther arrived.. they forgot to bring back the coldrink..
                                    Till then the pizza ws not enough hot.
                                    Moreover i ordered cheese burst bt i cudnt find the same..

                                      I had ordered pizza from hyderabad through dominos online website (I had my location on and searched through maps for the store locator), but after completing the payment when i reviewed my order, the site showed me that my order had been placed at some store in bhubaneswar, odisha. It showed that the store in hyderabad (Near me) was closed.
                                      Please look into my case and start the refund process as i did not even get any pizza. I also tried to contact the customer care support but they only kept me waiting.

                                        I placed an online order for pizza from senapati bapat marg pune for which an amount of ₹364 was debited but no order id was generated. I contacted the toll free number and a complaint no.2855820 was registered. It's more than 15 days and my complaint has not yet been resolved. Money has not yet been refunded. My bank details shows the money has been paid into jubilant food limited noida account. Persons keep calling claiming that the amount has been refunded but my bank details shows no refund amount credited to the account. Kindly help me in getting my refund.
