As I am a regular customer of Dominos Order no 146, I have order 2 medium pizza 2 lava cake and sprite at 7:45PM date 05-07-17.
My concern about delivery which I mentioned should be deliver by 8:15PM but it could not be deliver by 9:00PM.
When I called on your store the person who picked up your call stated that my no mobile no is going unreachable. He was providing fake information as I did not get any miss call alert. This was a casual attitude towards delivery so I want resolution regarding service.

Charged 40 rupees for 500 ml Kinley drinking water bottle (MRP 10 rupees) at Miyapur Dominos pizza restaurant.

The bill doesn't mention it as kinley water bottle (just water bottle).

The server insisted that the MRP is 40 rupees of the product, so I paid the said amount. Once I receive the water bottle while dining, there was no MRP printed on the bottle at all.
Please take a note at this issue.

I placed an order on 30th june. And i received the order late. And also the order was not upto the mark and was chilled. Then i placed my concern on their portal. I received a call from dominos restaurant manager Amit Nandan, he listened to my concern and he told me that i will give the replacement of the order free of charge. Now when i placed the order today he refused to it. I would like to file a legal complaibt in dominos forum.

Dear Sir I am resident of H/No. 275, Punjab Avenue, Ladhewai Road Jalandhar Punjab- 144007, I want to know your company has any legal rights regarding decide Parking or No Parking zone. because your company fixed board of NO Parking in our street. for your information it is a residential area. I want to know is your company legally authorized by the Indian or Punjab Govt. to give us directions regarding parking in any residential area. if not then it is requested that board should be remove immediately. and action should be taken against the employee and who has issued and fixed this board by your . it is property of your company which misleading to us and other people and making confuse to all. its board of iron and its hang on branch of tree very wrong way it can be damaged of our car. So must be legal action against the responsible person for this As per my knowledge no any guidelines issued by Indian and Punjab Govt. regarding parking or No parking in streets of residential Area. As I am also writing regarding All this commissioner of Municipal corporation. and to commissioner of police Jalandhar Punjab.

Yesterday i called up dominos for ordering pizza 4-5 times but no one picked up the phone, this was the first time was facing this, angrily when i went up the store and asked the reason for it (mr vinod ) who was incharche answered in a very mannerless way " phone nahi uth rahe h, time nahi hai"
He even repeated the same twice and thrice and was not guilty at all

Hi, last sunday on july 2nd 2017, I ordered pizza using my Card and the amount was deducted twice for my order and they said there is a network problem so that amount is not paid so they asked me to pay again and they also said the unpaid amount will be refunded in 24 hours, but it is almost 3 days, my amount of Rs.524.00 is not yet refunded. So can you please take necessary actions as soon as possible.

Last night at 11, I went to Domino's place in Vasant Vihar and ordered 4 pizzas, I received those pizzas on time but when I took them home they were tasteless and except for one pizza none was found to have any cheese and that one wasn't even cheese bust, cheese bust also doesn't had enough cheese, peepy paneer had very rubber type paneer, Even topping was very less, I want all my pizzas again as I spent Rs. 1557 worth of money on them and I wasn't even satisfied and also was humiliated by my family.

Today 3rd july, i (Mobile - [protected]) ordered food (Order no - 149) from dominos indiranagar. Received the pizzas, but didn't received the chocolava cake. Everytime i called the store, they said the food is on its way. But it has been 2 hours now i still haven't received the food. My cousin was only waiting for this particular item, but he couldn't have it.
I was harassed with all wrong information. Worst management and its crap service. Completely a disaster.

Ultimately i didn't received the order.

I know its a waste to give you feedback, as its unheard and ignored everytime.

You charged me for something, which i didn't received. Well done... Very well done.

i ordered stuff from the dominos online website on 3rd july, at the payment counter i selected debit card to pay for it. the money was deducted from my account but the order was not received to dominos as i called them for it.

this has happened before when i used mobile wallets to pay

kindly look into this matter as Rs.264 was deducted from my bank account.

I am divanshu arora a regular customer i am really very much loving to dominos ur franchise a has done three days regulary a problem finally on fourth day i am complaining u r dilery boy was drunk and he didnt even return the change and the order was also not the same i ordered
This mistake is rapidly happened fourth time
But as we all know india cannot give the service as the service is recieved in abroad that is why india cannot compete other countries
Now the main thing is i am telling my problem to store manager he is not giving a soluttion instead he is begging me to let it go but i am not doing so i have talked to your store manager that was my first step i have mailed u my second step and now i am gona file a consumer complaint and give it in newsapaper my third step
U r a reputed company but according to your behaviour u r not even invited to homes for delivery u and ur brand is not safe for us

On 2nd July 2017, around 9:16 pm we ordered a pizza and a garlic bread. It got delivered around 10:50pm..we called them thrice and every time they said it will reach us in 5 minutes..it reached us very late and pizza was not hot.we all love dominoes at home n the services provided by your team yesterday has disappointed us. I will never order dominos pizza.

I was a big fan of dominos until they have got their new setup in Raju Park, Devli Khanpur. Whenever we place the order from dominios it comes from either Saket or Maliviya Nagar and we love to enjoy the services. But our experience went worse as soon we start receiving order from our nearest setup which is hardly 200 metres from our home.

We find the taste difference, it was not cooked properly, cheese was even not melted, we had stopped ordering. Else we could have order dominios twice or thrice a month and now we hardly order once in 3 months just because of this setup,

Today (01-July2017), I got a deal of 25% discount, so I thought may be they people have learnt but I was wrong, I placed the order at 6.56pm in advance and set the time of 8.15PM to avoid any hassles as everytime they reach late.. AGain same thing happened, I have not got even a single call (No confirmation call about the order) even at 8.10PM. So I just call them up and asked about the status, the lady said your order is on the way and will reach in 2 mins, as its very near to our house.

No order received even around 8.30PM, I just call them again and this time a Man responded you'll get your order in next 2-5 Minutes, I was so angry but I hold my angerness and waited. I have got a call at 8.45PM and the delevery man rushed my order. As I recieved the Pizza and other stuff it was badly pressed. I asked what is this, He replied sir due to heavy orders it may be pressed, I was really feeling unhappy as I know debating with this guy won't help, I just checked my order which includes Peppy Paneer Medium, 3 veg parcels, 1 Garlic Breadsticks and 1 Cheesy Dip.

As checked Cheesy Dip wasn't available, I asked him where is it, the guy said no problem, I'll get it for you in 2 mins, I said okay.

Once I opened my Pizza Panner it was shattered and almost topells were stuck with the cover.It was feeling like I shouldn't eat but we don't disrespect food. So keeping our bad faces aside we start eating this one, our child who loves Cheesy dip with Garlic start crying how long does it take.

The guy left at 8.48PM and asked for 2 mintes, I called him around 9PM and he said, I am on another order and will come once delivery done. I was feeling like what the hell I placed the order with Dominios today. Here, my child was behind me give me Cheesy dip else I'll not eat. I then contact 9.05PM Dominios Raju park and the gentelman said. It'll reach in 2 mins. 2 Mins never came and I asked my son to eat with tomoto ketchup, we're done around 9.15 and the guy comes at 9.17PM with Cheesy Dip.

I Thanks to Him for bringing Cheesy dip and ignored to accept it coz there was no reason to take this.

Yesterday (30.6.17) night around 9:30 pm we ordered a pizza and a garlic bread. It got delivered around 11:15 pm.. We called them thrice and every time they said it will reach us in 5 minutes.. It reached us veey late and no one was even sorry for the delay.. We all love dominoes at home n the services provided by your team yesterday has disappointed us.. Kindly look into the matter..

When i call customer care his told me 30 minute delivery but after shop person call me and denied for service and i m also send confirmation from Your Domino's password is 6813 We have received your order no.63 amounting to Rs.889 and its being prepared.You can track your order at http://bit.ly/1PfGWYl Thank You! now they denied to deliverd my order

It is to keep in your notice that I tried placing an order at Dominos Gillco, Mohali at [protected] and I had a conversation with Ms. Sukhbir . The way she addressed me was so rude, I cant even explain. I just asked for help while placing order and total amount query and her pitch got up in a very wrong way. During our conversation I even asked her to be polite . As per our conversation, she let me know her name is Sukhbir . Please check into this and take necessary action.

Placed a online order using payzapp. Amount was debited but order was not placed.but when conatacted the store they confirmed that the order is placed. We waitied for more than 2 hours but didn't receive pizza.we called back the store again and they apologised that the order was not placed and it was miscommunicated. We Have made a complaint and the Helpdesk person confirmed that the amount will be credited back in 3 days. Amount was not credited even after 10 days
We contacted the second time and the helpdesk person ensured that amount will be credited back for sure this time.
Still we are yet to receive the Amount .no response for our email.

I visited on dominos shimla the mall 27 may with my family & i ordered some,
First i tried to pay with my debit card & girl said the payment with not process so pls u pay by cash. Than i paid in cash,
She told me if payment is debit from your account you may cal us & we will refund you back.
As after fews day i checked my account statement the payment was debited from my account. Which was rs 1352.,
As i called on land line [protected] she told me to whatsapp the statement on [protected]. So did same.
I have also called many time but no response from there side.

Pls suggest as earlier or i have to write to costumer court.

I ordered online one farmhouse cheese bust + stuffed garlic bread + cheesey dip on 10.6.2017 evening. Transaction of rs. 567 was made from my sbi credit card and the same amount was deducted but order failed to be placed in dominos bhikhaji kitchen, new delhi. When i call dominos bhikhaji to enquire about he same, manager told me to place the order again by choosing cash on delivery option and told me that amount will be refunded with in 7 working days. But even after 17 days amount was not credited back in my credit card.
Kindly look into the matter asap.

I have ordered pizzas on 10 june but after placing the order at the stage it poped up that order is unsuccessful but amount from my debit card deducted. That day i have mailed dominos regarding my refund then after a week manager called and said that amount will b refunded in 6-7 days and till now i haven't got any refund. Amount was 452rs. Please kindly look into my matter and expecting a revert soon.
