Dear support,...
. I ordered from domino's on 3rd of august in the afternoon i made online payment through your website, but unfortunately when i called your customer care they told that your order have not been placed but they also said that your amount will be refunded in 7 days i again order same things and i payed in cash.. That afternoon ordering pizza costed me around 2300. I already mailed 3thice in your website but no response are you people here to corn us? We are from a middle class family we ordered and we pay then why such kind of problem? See dude it's been a high time now i want my refund right away i am attaching the bank statement kindly go through it and resolve my query otherwise it will be a bad day for domino's.

Delivered in 50-55 min, is it my fault I have paid online.
I want my money back to my account. And I will not go for dominos if they go through this way ...

I watched a stream on Facebook where they were giving away free codes and got the code I was going to use it today and then It said to Google the code and the I read through all of the forums and its a saying it's fake

I paid online and confirmed order at 09:20pm they deliver it on 10:15 pm after app 1 hour and refuse me to refund my money. And moreover i was not intimated about the late delivery.
Is it my fault i paid online ??

Hi, I have ordered pizza from Dominos. My 1st transaction has happened amount got deducted and order was automatically canceled.

I have order 2nd time my order was processed and again my money has debited.

I am waiting for a refund.

Hi last week on 07/08/2017. I ordered a pizza from mobile app ...payment deducted from my account but order failed. and I didn't get any msg from dominoes that ur amt will be refunded. Expecting some serious action my complaint
Did any of you guys get a refund? How long does it take? I am facing the same issue currently.

    The order arrived late by 40 mins. The payment was done online. The outlet people said refund of 300 will be done to by account. But there is no written slip or assurance message given to me as a proof that my order was late and 300 rs will be delivered.

    Its really disappointing that such a big organisation dont implement such important things.

      I have ordered 4 pizza manias on 7th august 2017 with goregaon anupam dominos store and i reside in malad east. I was told by mr ravi yadav employee code 234792 that my order will be cancelled on their behalf and the same was not delivered also.. I have not received any intimation neither any mail nor any msg. I complained this to ship manager on 8th august also and i was told that i will receive email within 24 hours which i have not received till now even after 24 hours.. What sort of rubbish service is this

        I have a 1000 rs dominos e voucher but i want to order of 230rs so i asked dominos facebook chat can i use this voucher again if i order in less amount they replied yes sir so i used 230rs from 1000rs voucher but when i tried to apply it again it shows evoucher used i have only used 230rs from 1000rs evoucher providing wrong information my no.           I ordered 4 small pizza's with garlic bread and cheese dip over the phone.
          Order no 234- dated 8Aug 2017 at 8.27pm.

          I have concern on 4-5 points.

          1 Over the phone i requested to cut pizza's equally as most of the times i got pizza's pie unequal and my kids fights with each other to take the bigger one. Its small issue but with kids its not easy to maintain. This order pies were totally unequal and my kids were after me and same procedure happen to settle them down after long and long chat.

          2 Portioning of items were very less on all the 4 pizza's and most important thing that they were over burnt. It seems that either some one re heat the old pizza's and sent to me. Attach picture will give you more clarity. Please check.

          3 Corners of pizzas were like some one practise to make these pizzas and not by professional pizza maker. Edges of pizza's were think and thin from many area. Attach picture will explain you more.

          4 Delivery person came with no change. Bill was for Rs.668/- and we took 10 mins to settle the bill because of no change.

          5 Delivery person denied to give us copy of bill and told us that you will get your bill copy via mail or via sms. I was surprised that why can't i take my bill from him but he said he has to show it back in office for official use.

          In short i am not at all happy this time with the quality and service. I need value for my money and want my money back because more or less half of the pizzas we thrown out just because of above reason mentioned.

          Hope some one of you listen to my request and call me.

            I ordered a pizza on 6august, from G.f, sco48&49, gillco complex, sec-127, sas Nagar mohali, state code(03).order no is 213and the server is Gurpreet Kaur k at 9:43 pm. I paid through paytm and I got the bill but there is no paid bill generate, but my money is transferred to dominos. When the server delivered the pizza he said there is no payment. Our net is slow nd the paytm details is not showing the amount transferred so we paid again. On next morning I got to know that the amount had been paid through my account to domino, nd we will pay twice, so kindly go through this matter nd return my money, the reference code of paytm is 91fe2b9372677cb2df76, Thnku

              Hi visited dominos, their store at pcmc opp to kalpataru estate, pimple gurav,

              I noticed a flying mosquito in their dough making tablee (In the dough itself) & i asked their staff to have a look into it,

              First of all they denied, they had a mosquito, then silently their staff threw the object (Mosquito) out from the dough, switched off the light as well & only after i started to check with the available person on billing, they threw the dough aside. Not on their own they disposed!!!

              This seemed very unprofessional on their part!!

              When i called the store manager, that lady just started talking which made no sense in anything!!!

              Now how do they expect their customer to expect a behavior like this??

              You may inquire them to check the camera recordings!! They seemed not to co-operate to investigate this!!

              After all this is food safety!!!

                I ordered one pizza at 3.50 pm and requested for delivery at 6.30pm. (Advance order). Invoice number :65913/17/27110. I called dominos at 6.20pm just to make sure that my order is arriving at 6.30pm. But first they told there is no order from my name and number. I requested to check properly by telling my order no. Then they took so many minutes and told they have got our order. But it was not in bill they said which i didn't understand. I asked them whether it is dispatched. They said yes.. Its on the way. I waited till 6.40 and again called dominos. They said he is not getting our address. But nobody called us to ask the address. After 10min again i called, they said we will get pizza in 10min. Same thing repeated till 7. Pm. When he came it was 7.05. Actually we had a guest who were leaving at 6.45 to airport. But we were really insulted as pizza was not delivered in right time. And the pizza was like reheated. It was so dry at the edges. U only imagine the condition of pizza which was out of delivery at 6.20 and reached our home by 7.05pm. They were so very rude in giving response. Its was really like begging them for free pizza. So irritating experience from dominos.

                  This compliant is regarding the dominos order which i placed on dated 08/05/2017 vide order no. 40 at 2.26pm invoice number 66017/17/28354 at lawerance road store, amritsar (Punjab), i paid the full amount of rs.538 through my mobile wallet, but the ordered was delivered at 3;16pm almost after 1 hour.
                  I talked to store manager for the late delivery, he said i have marked last on your order and will get refund of rs.300 in your account. But till date i didn't get any mail for refund processed or any mail regarding late delivery from dominos. The store manager mr. Mohit lied on day of order.
                  Really shameful for dominos for such act, as they said to be experts in their work.
                  Ridiculous work done by the team.
                  I just want my money of rs 300 back to my wallet and i will definitely not go for dominos in future.

                    Such a poor and unprofessional services of your against order no 360... I had called yo check the status at your malviya nagar centre and customer centre... My call has not been picked and had been cut by your executive n no of times... And i had received pizza which was not fresh... My guest went without having pizza and kids went asleep without having pizza/dinner...in wait of your delivery... I am attaching order details... Ur executive was afraid for giving his full name.

                      I am hritik I have ordered pizza and my oder no is 884 from Citi mall kota on 08/07/2017, I have not received my order while I was trying to contact to Dominos contact number no one is responding. I am very furious and I will file a complaint in consumer forum regarding this. I have tried lots of time and they have not responded, I ost my money also and I did not receive my order.
                      Please take strict action about this and help me to get my money back.

                        I am ordering domino's food on last thursday till the page of transaction there is no problem on web site and at the end, money has been deducted from my account and order not placed. Amount deducted from my account is 779 i called many times but still amount is not refunded. Transaction id is b2f2a33f11e9f2d9e 1f5ff9f6d437bd7. After calling many times they just reply your amount will be refunded 24 hours or 48 hours or 7 working days still the deducted amount is not refunded.

                          Through your website i ordered pizza on 30th july evening & as shown in the site itself expected a discount of 20% as my first online order to them was worth
                          Rs.801. When it was 20% discount not reflected in invoice then i wrote few lines to [protected]@jublfood.com as suggested by their online service staff.

                          They replied to my email [protected]@gmail.com by giving ref number 3163435. No one answered as said in email for two days so again i wrote & they gave me another number 3169777 assuring some one will talk to me.
                          Now till i write again this moment no response. Normally we don't see such a
                          Lethargic approach by any establishments as customer are the backbone & only because of customers you became stable in market.

                          I hope there must be some one who understand what i mean to say.

                          Domino's Pizza management & staff so careless that nothing has happened since 30th July & they only make customer fool in both way : First they take order by BOGUS commitment & second if customer complaints then they give BOGUS reference number because they don't bother to see what happened to those numbers

                            I placed an order online and while making the payment got an error and did not receive the receipt. Thinking that the money wouldn't have been deducted, i placed the order again. This time the order went through and the pizza was delivered. Later when i checked my account the money was deducted twice.

                            I have lodged a complaint with the customer care and not received a response yet.

                              i have prepiad the order via ZETA Card and want my money back as there was a delay in the order delivery.

                              also i want some compensation for the mis behaviour.

                                  I ordered online for one pizza and a garlic bread today around 8.55 pm, however after completion of all details payments got deducted but i did not get any order confirmation and it took me back on the payment page again. When i visited to the dominos store, they said they did not recive any order and asked me to call at customer care, i called them and told entire story, initially he was not able to understand the issue and was asking me to talk to store manager, when i told him that i have already spoken with them so he said ok... Your money will be refunded within 6 working days then i asked for written confirmation, then he said you will get a call from supervisor and disconnected the call.
                                  Now i m being worried for my mo ey whether i would get refund or not.
                                  Please confirm when will i get my refundof 539 rs.

                                    I ordered online and paid through my debit card. It accepted the payment, however, landed me to the payment page again. I recieved a message that the amount has been deducted from my account. I did not recieve any order id so i called up various stores nearby and was told that no order was recieved in their store and gave me various numbers, but i could not find where the money went. This is ridiculous. I want to know when and how my refund will be processed. I want a refund asap.

                                      This case is of dominos faridabad, nehru ground branch, haryana 121001.

                                      According to the company policy they deliver the order free if it takes them more then 45 minutes and my order no: 173 was printed 20.28 hours and just now at 21.55 minutes we received rider at our door step and we told them we wont pay, they said they will only give us a discount of 300 on your bill which we were not ready to accept according to our rights as we were very much familiar with the policy of dominos and the end result was they took back the order for which we were waiting for past 1 hour.

                                      Dominoes delivery person called me at 8.50 pm saying he is 2 min away, and still took 10 min more...

                                      order received - 9.00 p.m(online)
                                      this delay is not acceptable at all.
                                      Need an answer.

                                        The online website and app is not working properly from the last two three months. Last time when i used, all the pizzas were not shown, only the ones with maximum price were shown. And today the choice of quattro formaggi crust choice is not available. Please make it available as it is one of the best crust and people would like to order it online. Otherwise, unfortumately for dominoe's, pizza hut will prevail.
                                        Please see to it and do the changes as soon as possible
