I placed a order at dominos karnal sector 12 the person who was talking order named as pankaj talked with me at a very rude way and i placed a order than also and when i visited dominos he told me that the order is not placed i waited there and he was talking with me in an inappropriate way and was laughing with other mates at dominos and i am very affected with the behaviour and will never visit dominos again and i told him i will make a complaint and he told me to do that

    I ordered 3 items from dominoes 2 hours ago and i did neither get the food nor any response. When i called them they told me that due to some technical errors they were not able to get my order d elivered. After 2 hours i was asked to reorder the same items again. Is this what you call service. Totally unsatisfactory i will rather never order from dominoes. Thank you.

      I have a complaint regarding unauthorized deduction of amount from my bank account. I have ordered pizza online from domino's pizza on 10 june 2017. The total amount was 921.0 rs. Which had been deducted from my bank account without giving any confirmation regarding my order. The order had not been placed but my money got deducted and i did not get my money refunded till. I am requesting for the refund.

        Hi.. I placed an order today with dominos noida sector 50 location... After i went to the payment section the payment was successful after i put the otp but then i got a pop up saying ur order could not be placed.. Please try again later.. But my money got deducted from account amounting to rs 331 and the dominos transaction id from my bank is ju[protected]. Kindly refund me my money asap... My contact nber is [protected], [protected]

        I paid online and confirmed order at 09:20pm they deliver it on 10:15 pm after app 1 hour and refuse me to refund my money. And moreover i was not intimated about the late delivery.
        Is it my fault i paid online ??
        This is really v bad and not acceptable at all from donimos.
        Today i order pizza from your android app when i made payment the amount was deducted from my account and there is an error from your app. However pizza was not ordered.

          Dear dominos, you are not provided my order within 30 minutes, & delivery boy doesn't given me bill of my pizza.

          I ordered a pizza from your website and paid through net banking, got a message from my bank, but no order was placed at your side.
          I have ordered farmhouse pizza where mushroom is missing and I paid extra for black olive for 30 rupees but olive was also not available:( so much disappointed with Dominos . This was my first order and I didn't expect this response from dominos

I'm very much disappointed from both big players paytm and jubiliant as if you cannot assist your customers then how india will be able to get cashless economy. Amount i raised against was 488+488.
            Please revert with the confirm status of my hard earned money.

              I ordered 2 medium cheese bursts. And unfortunately they are not cheesebursts.
              I have been eating cheese bursts since years and these are very disappointing. I cannot see a single drop of cheese coming out of my pizza. And you charge about 100 bucks for a single cheesebusrt and i couldn't get any. Atleast provide what you charge for. I would need the money back or more pizzas

                My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.. Really pissed off with the unprofessional behaviour of mr. Subhamoy of dominos patna (Bhoothnath nagar).
                The mobile number on which i contacted -

                I waited for 1.5 hours for the food but it was not delivered.. And everytime it was told that the delivery boy is out for delivery and after 1.5 hours it was told that the order is not at all prepared. When asked about clarification.. The staff started misbehaving and told that he cannot do anything

[protected], delivery time was 12:30pm but at about 12:50pm i called rave3 domino's person and asked for free pizza as per your t&c. He replied register complain online. I received ordered pizza around 1 hour late as per scheduled delivery time. So i would like to deliver a free pizza or refund money which is possible as per your t&c.

                    My order was delivered 1 hour and 10 mins late still they didnt refund my money.
                    Dominos order took more than an hour to get delivered after placing the order and the food tasted awful as it was all cold.
                    Store manager did apologise for the terrible service and agreed to refund my money but havnt recieved the amount back yet. It been more than a month.

                      I ordered a pizza from the dominos website on 2nd june 2017.
                      The bill amnt 519 inr was paid through net banking.
                      The transaction was successful however the page did not go back to the order confirmation window. I raised this issue with customer care twice.

                        I have placed an order on 09/06/2017 at 8:18 pm, the order number is 151. The order received after 35 minutes i. E on 8:53 pm. As per company policy delivery after 30 minutes is free but the delivery guy and store manager denied to give the free order by saying your area is not under 30 minutes guarantee. Inspite of giving free order he even denied to give order by paying full amount, the delivery guy took the order back and manager talked to me on phone by saying "do complaint i dont care". Manager and delivery boy was very rude to me. Several days back they themselves comes to our society with full team to advertise their brand by giving pamphlets. If they are giving pamphlets then its must be a delivery area. Your service is very poor, domino's made my family starve for more than an hour, after that i have to order from pizza hut, they delivered pizza before time given. Kindly take strict action against this particular restaurant i. E phase-5, mohali. Manger name is-abhimanyu and delivery boy name is anand and order taken by negi p. The order slip is attached for you reference where delivery boy mentioned that he is late by 5 minutes.

                        If dominos is offering free pizza guarantee on t&c then why the staff or the boy always argue, I am a great lover of dominos pizza and orders pizza almost within a weak, but whenever I had ordered online or on call if the delivery boy seems to be come late so that I can claim free delivery on t&c then why the staff and delivery boy always with the customer, they use to say we will not deliver pizza to u anymore or else we will blacklist you.
                        Today I ordered combo of rs470 on 8:00 pm.and the boy came ate 8:40 then I asked for free delivery then he argues for about 10 min n called his manager he too take another 5 min and when I refused to take the delivery then they give it to me but they also said that from now onwards ther will blacklist my no.
                        Bcz of all this I ate cold pizza which doesn't taste better kindly do a favour in this and find the attached bill.

                          I placed an order on dominos website with order number 306. I got a confirmation message at 21:48 for the order and that it's being prepared. However, the customer representative who was supposed to deliver my order within 30 minutes, called me after 32 minutes of placing and confirmation of the order. The person delivered the order atleast 7 minutes after the maximum delivery time. I called the store and the store manager was extremely rude. He said, you can complain of you want to, i won't refund. The company clearly advertises 30 minutes or free but they just don't abide by it. I am attaching the screenshot for the order, call times. The delivery was in panchkula sector 14. Really very disappointed. The store appointment is calling me at 11 pm in the night and telling please reactivate your knowledge first and then complain.

                            I made an online payment on monday i. E 5th june using netbanking to domino's pizza, my money (Rs 1412) got deducted but order number was not generated and the order didn't get placed. I know the money should be refunded within 7 working days, but if it doesn't what should i do?

                            And i would also like if my problem is resolved as soon as possible.

                                  I order my pizza with specific topings but when i recieved that that was regular pizza without that specific topping and before this i had also face this problem with e - invoice e - invoice was rs. 60 and when i recived hardcopy of bill that was rs 180, when i m not getting any resolution from dominos side about my concern no 2870904, than how they can send me below mentioned msg about my concern resolution:

                                    Hi, i have placed an order yesterday i. E; 06/07/2017 from dominos site, payment got deducted from my card but i haven't received the confirmation of order. After providing the details it is redirecting again to the payment gateway page. I need my payment back refunded to my account and in how many days will my complaint be resolved and how would i know about these details

                                    I ordered 3 large pizzas + 2 garlic breads. I asked for thick crust and received thin and the garlic bread was soft and soggy. I called the store and was spoken too rudely by one of the staff members.
                                    I ordered pizza using zipper map location, payment done by net banking, and then when I call respective domino's restaurant they said they can not deliver pizza in my area, also they decline to refund my advanced payment. I forced to go to the store to pick up my order.

                                      I just received a message that refund has been processed for rs 235. Well i know that only one refund has been processed.

                                      My query is about the second transaction. I am attaching screenshot of my account being debited twice by dominos. Also attaching the screenshot of your email for the processed refund for only one of those amount.

                                      Clearly seen from the screenshots that my account debited twice against Dominos, but only one transaction showing in their app which was unsuccessful for 21 May 2017.

                                        Really fed up. Again and again frustrating a consumer. I ordered today and after ordering i haven't received any call of confirmation. I called them after 10 minutes and they said you order is on the way it will deliver you. After 45 minutes of wait. Again i called them to know status about my order. And what they said that sir. We cant deliver at your location. Seriously man then from last 45 min where you are delivering it. No apologies nothing. At end i placed order again and that time i placed order where they usually deliver. Again late by 10 min. I asked delivery boy to give me some discount. He said talk to our manager i think name was sunita. Your manager. She said me sir at this location we deliver pizza but the 30 min offer is not available here. Omg what is this. I didn't understand there process of delivery. And again they haven't apologies in fact she said me sir you talk pizza on discount and from next we will not give you any order. Means blacklist. Seriously what is this warming or what. I have all recordings in my phone. Hire a good and educated staff.

                                        Managers like miss sunita. Disappointed customers like me. She don't know how to talk with a customer. If you are delivering pizza late. Off course i will ask for some discount. It doesn't mean you can say anything to me. Your manager. Said me we give you discount but from now we will not take any order of yours. Seriously.??? It's because i have asked for discount. If dominos is giving adds about 30 min or free. I have just ask for some discount. Shame on dominos. People like her decrease the brand value of your name.

I have get any call of my order placement or anything. I called them after 15 min. They replied me that sir your pizza is on the way. After 1 hour i called them. And your manage said we don't deliver pizza in your location. Soo from last 1 hour they were sleeping?? After all this i have again ordered my meal in the location where they usually deliver pizza. Again late. I was standing out there from last 40 minutes. Again no one came till 40 minutes. I called them again. That mam i'm waiting but no one came yet. They said sir boy is on the way. After 5 min boy came. And. Off course i should i ask for some discount as they were late by more then 10 min. What your mam sunita said sir we don't give any dos out here. We only silver pizza in this location but 30 minutes offer is not valid. Am i crazy or fool. I'm not uneducated.in last what she said we will give you discount but we will not take any order of yours in future? She talk soo cheap like uneducated people..
