I have placed an order on 09/06/2017 at 8:18 pm, the order number is 151. The order received after 35 minutes i. E on 8:53 pm. As per company policy delivery after 30 minutes is free but the delivery guy and store manager denied to give the free order by saying your area is not under 30 minutes guarantee. Inspite of giving free order he even denied to give order by paying full amount, the delivery guy took the order back and manager talked to me on phone by saying "do complaint i dont care". Manager and delivery boy was very rude to me. Several days back they themselves comes to our society with full team to advertise their brand by giving pamphlets. If they are giving pamphlets then its must be a delivery area. Your service is very poor, domino's made my family starve for more than an hour, after that i have to order from pizza hut, they delivered pizza before time given. Kindly take strict action against this particular restaurant i. E phase-5, mohali. Manger name is-abhimanyu and delivery boy name is anand and order taken by negi p. The order slip is attached for you reference where delivery boy mentioned that he is late by 5 minutes.

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I paid online and confirmed order at 09:20pm they deliver it on 10:15 pm after app 1 hour and refuse me to refund my money. And moreover i was not intimated about the late delivery.
Is it my fault i paid online ??
This is really v bad and not acceptable at all from donimos.
