I ordered pizza from dominos yesterday, but when i made thr payment, money got deducted from my HSBC credit rupees 572/- but my order didnt placed, in this regard i have already mde complaint over phone yesterday night but they told me they didnt recieve any money however i have checked with HSBC bank they confirmed me that the money as been already paid to dominos againt transaction number-006802 dated 3-6-2017....

I was trying to place an order from dominos using phone number:[protected] on 31st may. My money was deducted but order was not placed. I was trying to place order from mobile using dominos website. I used my hdfc account to pay the bill. I talked to customer care, they told me that money will be refunded in 1-2 days but its not refeunded yet

Please refund my money as soon as possible....

The delivered pizza is found to be damaged, the stand above the was missing due to which the cover of the pizza was stick all over the pizza. The cardboard cover mess with the complete pizza.

When we raised a compliant, the store manager said that, it will be replaced in next 30 mins, after 15 min when we check the status, they said that, they doesn't have any information on this & they will replace but again said it will take...

I have ordered on (20th may 2017) for rs. 427/- through mobile application and made the payment through hdfc online banking (Payzapp).. The payment got debited from my account immediately but the order not generated.

After waiting for some time i have called your huda city center outlet where they have suggested to make another order... So i have ordered 2nd time also same thing happen and debited 430/- then i have changed...

I am a regular customer of Domino's Pizza. but today i.e.2nd june 2017 when i visited a domino's store Hisar (Haryana) i was not given coupons that are applicable and are almost available on the sides of Menu but today i found that Menu(s) was torn off and only the coupon part was not there when i asked their OT He replied that they dont have coupons its only for Home delivery and i wanted to buy 2 large Cheese bursts but didn't but because...

I ordered pizza from dominos yesterday, but when i made thr payment, money got deducted from my a/c rupees 573/- but my order didnt placed, and not just one time it happed two times, first i made the payment through my sbi account and it failed but money from my a/c deducted and then i made the payment through my idbi account and again my money deducted from my a/c but order didn't placed and still my money is not re-funded yet....

I have got msg that now dominos delivers pizza in mumbai till 3 am. And link was there. I ordered for farmhouse pizza and 1 choco lava cake online for the amount of rs 610. But when i was doing payment, page automatically redirected me and says try again.. I tried 2nd time same thing happened. So my money got deducted 2 times. And haven't received pizaa... Total amount rs1220. I want my money refund. Plz do needful asap....

I ordered dominos pizza from mg road branch (Bill attached) on 29th may at 7:53 pm. As per promise the item was supposed to be delivered fresh and warm within 30 minutes. However the delivery came after 20 minutes delay in stale condition. When i raised the concern with the delivery boy sanket dutta, he informed that he cannot give service guarantee hence made me speak with the store manager mr khairul. Who on being informed about the delay...

This sunday we went to dominos jalgaon.. Kids eat pizza and me n my wife eat garlic bread. Kids were find but both me and my wife suffered from food poisoning later after 2 hours... Vomitting and loose motion for entire day.

Contaminated garlic bread given at jalgaon outlet.. My family suffered from food poisoning.
I want to sue dominos for this.
I want a compensation urgent basis.

There was a status on Facebook to write "I love Domino's " and like that status hence one gets a coupon for free large pizza from Domino's. I did it but no coupon. I can see my status on your Facebook account so it can't be a spam.
Kindly send my free coupon on my mail id: [protected]@gmail.com and keep your promise.
If the status is a spam then it is very unfair on the part of Domino's.

Yesterday i got a msg from domino's, "if i order for 1 regular pizza & get 25% off". When i visited at domino;s store (Elante mall chandigarh). And i asked to redeem my coupon, he told me your coupon already redeem, i'm shocked!!! I never use coupon before this.
Kindly consider my complaint against domino's.

I have ordered a pizza on 23 May 2017 through netbanking, but I haven't received the pizza on the day then again I phoned to domino pizza at city mall kota office they said that they haven't received such type of order.

Its been 7 days since I haven't got any communication from Dominos in regards with the issue. On 21st May my order was late by 15 minutes the delivery guy did not bother to address his own mistake. Now when I pointed out with the confusion of two order being placed when this conflict solved and I told that my order is delayed by 15 minutes they said we will give you red card and you will get refund processed as my order was prepaid but I...

Its really difficult to place an order with staff in dominos.. Each and every staff will give different details... I had to place an order for 2 medium pizzas and since i hv a child at home wanted to order cheesy pizza from the pizza mania... They did not take the order saying they cannot deliver single pizza from the mania... Wereas i[censored] go and take the delivery they will give u the same order... Its disgusting double rules... Its seems...

Worst of the experience as the staff taking the order & shift manager was very rude & not giving proper information. I have received a message for 25% off on any medium / large pizza but the same was not given (No caveat mentioned in message). Either don't sent such message or make it clear. Kindly revert urgently else will send this in print/media...

I order choco pizza and panner pizza from dominos website, but when i receive order they gave me lava cake and panner pizza then i complain dominos, they said we will gave you 200 off on next order and then i place next order they said you have place order of ruppes 1000.

Hi disappointed to tell you that kormangala dominos made me wait for 2 and a half hour and did not deliver my pizza. I called them at 9.15 and placed my order she said order will be given by half and hour 45 mins i waited patiently till 10.15. I called them back and she said she would deliver it shortly
Then i get a call from a delivery boy named niranjan asking my address and this was at 10.30
He didn't revert back to mebr...

On 17th may 2017, i had placed order through dominos website against which 842/- rupees were debited twice from my icici account but both times ordered was not placed. After the failed order acceptance, i have received a message from dominos that the refund has been initiated and same shall be credited in your account with 7 working days.

Till date i haven't received my return and no further communication from dominos. Kindly...
