I order pizza from sapna sangeet indore domminos.. But they give me wrong commitment that they deliver pizza in just 30 min.. But they deliver in 50 min and when i try to call they not recive my call and yogesh deliver boy he tel me that we not delivered.. The distance betwwen dominoss and deliverd adresss is just 200 meter and he deliverd in 50 min.. And delivered wrong pizza.. And manager are not recive my call.. And deliver boy give me written commitment that manager told me that i m not going to deliverd in 30 mn.. I[censored] r not give propper help,.. So i m going to complain in consumerr forum bcz i have recording and written commitment

    I had a issue when applying gift vocher, got a technical error and later vocher didn't work. I took a screenshot of the same and mailed domino's customer care about the issue and value of that voucher is 2000. Back end team called and stated me to mail the same to another mail id, which handles gift voucher issues, did the same and no call or mail i got from that team. All this happened 2 months ago and still no response for this.
    When i call concern team @[protected], i explain all the issue and they place the call on hold and later call disconnects, this happens each and every time i call. The frustrating thing is i explain the concern each and every time and all that goes waste. I mailed many times regarding this issue. But no proper solution.
    I never expected such behavior with all the customer support team members. The worst experience i had with support team. Wanna escalate this to higher end and make sure no one experience the same.

      Hi,
      Ordered 2 pizza online. Called at restaurant to confirm the order and request not to add any toppings with onion or garlic. He said that he did not have Choco Pizza and hence instead offered us stuffed garlic bread (without garlic topping) with cheesy dip and choco lava cake. We agreed for it. The order was placed at 4:31 PM on 6th June 2017 and after that we called and finalized the order at 4:35 PM. Have the following concerns.
      1. Received the order 5 mins late. Delivery boy agreed that he got late but the manager on call was not agreeing to. We didn't argue with him since didn't want to have cold pizza so disconnected the call after the pizza arrived.
      2. Delivery boy didn't give us the bill.
      3. Cheesy dip was not delivered.
      4. Stuffed garlic bread was not stuffed. It was just in the centre and tasted only bread without cheese.
      5. Pizza has cheese only in the center and too dry otherwise. Worst pizza I have ever had till now.
      6. Quality was not at all as per the price we paid for it.

        I had booked some 5 items for rs 645 through dominos phone app on 3.6.17 and paid thrice through credit card of two different banks around 1.13 pm. I got a message payment unsuccessful message each time but amounts have been deducted from card. I raised a query through the app feedback option (No 2873456) but am still to hear back regarding refund.           On friday we have ordered burger pizza n taco mexican both non veg... N it was a prepaid order... N my order was cancelled with the reason my location is out of delivery area n they dont have service to our location... My question here is if its such why was my order placed n i have 500 rs my pocket money outta which i paid 335rs for my order n at the end i din get order nor i got food to eat... N am yet to receive my refund... I was not in a position to go out or cook for myself as my parents were outta station...
          Why do you people trouble us like this???
          I couldnt believe such a big company made me starve til next day...
          Am point here is if was oda then they shouldnt have took my order my money got struck n i din get food to eat...
          I have requested the delivery boy to arrange for special delivery n il pay extra charges... I must say i have begged him but yet no proper response from them...
          I wil never ever turn up to dominoes never in my life...
          Please prioritize my refund process as soon as possible..

            I have ordered pizza yesterday (4th june 2017) for rs. 413/- through mobile application and made the payment through hdfc online banking.. The payment got debited from my account immediately but the order not generated.

            After waiting for some time i have called your pimple saudagar rahatni outlet where they have suggested me that the amount will reimburse in 7 working days.

            May i request you to please refund my first payment (Rs. 413 hdfc online)

              We had given order at 8.45 pm and our order no was 302. For more than one hour status of order was as 'Thank you for the order'. Thetefore, we tried to contact the restaurant. But there was no response. After desperately trying the phone was picked up, but the lady who picked up the phone, she informed that the order is not placed with them. You try at Dahisar Franchise. She gave Dahisar franchise number. Here at Dahisar again we had to call more than 10 times. Staff at Dahisar informed that it is Korakendra's order. Eventually our order was confirmed. However inspite of continuous follow up order did not reach to us till 12.00 O'clock. We were kept hungry by your staff for more than 2 hours. They gave n number of reasons for not delivering the order in time. Our time was wasted and our money also got wasted for calls. What type of service you are giving us? It appears that you are doing false advertisement of customer satisfaction. How you are going to compensate our hunger, agony and anger. Please reply.

                I ordered pizza at 9pm yesterday and paid the whole amount through my debit card of amount rs 564 and my account was too debited but order not received.
                I visited your store too but they didn't find my order and told me that your order could be cancelled so wait till a week to get refund of that amount but I still not get any mail or any SMS from domino's regarding cancellation of order. So what about your services?
                Will you help me to make refund of such amount.

                  We have ordered pizzas at 8.11pm and received at 9.7pm when wo complained your staff dhirendra told us that if we are unable to deliver in 30 min we can also deliver in 1 hr and also asked us to checked the rules on google he misbehaved.
                  I m from kolkata and my experience at gkp was worst. He told me that u must have ordered pizza from near by branch in kolkata so u get the delivery in time... We have paid the bill but this behaviour was un exceptable

                    We have ordered medium cheese burst pizza at 12 pm and set delivery time as 1.30 pm same day. Pizza tracking status isn't changing from 'order received' to next stage. From 1.30 me and other colleague were calling hitech city hyderabad store to which our order got received, there was response at 2 pm and person said he will call back with our order status. It went like 2.30 pm still no response and we were calling n number of times to the store. Finally got a call from delivery boy around 2.45 and he said he came to deliver our pizza. First of all we lost our appetite, there was no acknowledgement then i asked the delivery boy to cancel the order and refund. He isn't giving any proper response, so i managed to the store and again called the same number being the store. Phone isn't ringing continuously and no one there seemed to bother about it. Spoke with the manager he said he is so busy and he doesn't want new orders through telephone and so they are avoiding phone calls. We usually won't have any food facilities on weekends and left with no choice except ordering food online. We asked to cancel our and order refund the money, he said it will take seven working days to get the money be refunded. We didn't find the manager of the store is having valid reasons, more than 15 delivery bikes are outside the store, he eating any calls so that he cannot get any orders, there were only two tables with 3 people have been occupied with customers and there seemed to be no reason for him to be busy that he said he didn't get one minute even to call back us. It was such a bad service that i have never expected from dominos and finally we ended up with no proper food as it already 4.30 pm.

                      I ordered pizza from dominos yesterday, but when i made thr payment, money got deducted from my HSBC credit rupees 572/- but my order didnt placed, in this regard i have already mde complaint over phone yesterday night but they told me they didnt recieve any money however i have checked with HSBC bank they confirmed me that the money as been already paid to dominos againt transaction number-006802 dated 3-6-2017.

                        I was trying to place an order from dominos using phone number:[protected] on 31st may. My money was deducted but order was not placed. I was trying to place order from mobile using dominos website. I used my hdfc account to pay the bill. I talked to customer care, they told me that money will be refunded in 1-2 days but its not refeunded yet

                        Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                          Damaged pizza delivered

                          The delivered pizza is found to be damaged, the stand above the was missing due to which the cover of the pizza was stick all over the pizza. The cardboard cover mess with the complete pizza.

                          When we raised a compliant, the store manager said that, it will be replaced in next 30 mins, after 15 min when we check the status, they said that, they doesn't have any information on this & they will replace but again said it will take...

                          I have ordered on (20th may 2017) for rs. 427/- through mobile application and made the payment through hdfc online banking (Payzapp).. The payment got debited from my account immediately but the order not generated.

                          After waiting for some time i have called your huda city center outlet where they have suggested to make another order... So i have ordered 2nd time also same thing happen and debited 430/- then i have changed the payment mode and made the payment through other credit card. This time the order got generated. The second time debited amount has been refunded back (I. E. 430) but 427/- has not been refunded yet. So please guide me regarding this.

                          This is the email content i have received from dominos :
                          "hi arun sharma,

                          Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days.in case you have applied an unique coupon, it will be automatically reactivated after 1 hour. We sincerely regret the inconvenience.
                          Your transaction number is cd[protected] dated[protected] amounted 427.

                          However in case your order was successfully placed in subsequent attempt, then please ignore this notification mail."

                          As discussion with Adesh(Dominos assistant) my refund has already been generated on 31st may so now I also has received a message regarding that. So now will get the refund. Thanks for the quick response Dominos. I am and will your regular customer.

                            I am a regular customer of Domino's Pizza. but today i.e.2nd june 2017 when i visited a domino's store Hisar (Haryana) i was not given coupons that are applicable and are almost available on the sides of Menu but today i found that Menu(s) was torn off and only the coupon part was not there when i asked their OT He replied that they dont have coupons its only for Home delivery and i wanted to buy 2 large Cheese bursts but didn't but because i was not treated with respect they replied me back very rudely. i am not satisfied please contact me as soon as possible.

                              I ordered pizza from dominos yesterday, but when i made thr payment, money got deducted from my a/c rupees 573/- but my order didnt placed, and not just one time it happed two times, first i made the payment through my sbi account and it failed but money from my a/c deducted and then i made the payment through my idbi account and again my money deducted from my a/c but order didn't placed and still my money is not re-funded yet.

                                After waiting for some time i have called your dombivli outlet where they have suggested to make another order... So i have ordered 2nd time for same amount i. E. Rs. 514/- and made the payment through credit card. This time the order got generated.

                                  I have got msg that now dominos delivers pizza in mumbai till 3 am. And link was there. I ordered for farmhouse pizza and 1 choco lava cake online for the amount of rs 610. But when i was doing payment, page automatically redirected me and says try again.. I tried 2nd time same thing happened. So my money got deducted 2 times. And haven't received pizaa... Total amount rs1220. I want my money refund. Plz do needful asap.

                                      I ordered dominos pizza from mg road branch (Bill attached) on 29th may at 7:53 pm. As per promise the item was supposed to be delivered fresh and warm within 30 minutes. However the delivery came after 20 minutes delay in stale condition. When i raised the concern with the delivery boy sanket dutta, he informed that he cannot give service guarantee hence made me speak with the store manager mr khairul. Who on being informed about the delay and stale condition of the food informed me that he cannot do anything about it. I have attached the bill and the payment slip both of which has date and time from which the delay i am complaining about can be derived. Kindly see if there is anyway you can address this issue
