Hlo... I'm complaint about medium pizaa stuff and topping on it is wasn't as good when they delivered us at hotel anthia sector 34. It was beyond expectations because it is totally different.. We expect much good but it surprised us.. Please do solve this.. It is second time that has happened with me.. My number is registered on every domino's restaurant in chandigarh it's [protected].. It has become their habit that deliver pizza in this condition specially while night delivery.. I have suffered it twice..

    I bought a pizza from dominos today, it was a takeaway (Which was specified in bill) and they still charged me service tax!! When i asked the person handing me the pizza he said this is service charge and not service tax. My complaint that one cant charge service charge in a takeaway fell to deaf ears. I have been facing this issue on multiple occasions on dominos and it is wrong not just for the reason i described but also because service tax is being replaced now with gst and service charge should an optional thing. If i face this issue again i will gather all the bills of my friends of dominos and complaint to consumer forum as well as the fssai

      Hi,

      In feb this year when i was in india., i ordered dominos pizza one day but due to technical issues the order failed and even though i received the refund processing email, refund was never received. After days of followup one fineday i received the email that refund is processed but to my utter dismay it was only fraction of the amount i paid and which was debited from my account.
      The order was of rs 487
      Refund was only for rs.300
      Time and again i have followed up with them and everytime they send me a number updation portal saying i was unreachable to contact and close the case.
      I even provided my uk number, been emailing them the details and provided my emailid for communication if they cant bear the isd charge but to no avail.
      I have finally decided to put the complaint here.

        I am a resident of gurgoan, placed an order on 11th may, 2017 at 3:05 pm at unit no 30, ground floor, ild trade centre, sohna road outlet. The order was placed to mr hussain.
        Till 3:45pm when i didnt receive my order, i called at the outlet. Spoke to a staff who didn't mention his name. As per the manager mr. Balam the staff was mr hussain who not only didn't let me speak when i asked for the delay, he started making stories that your society is big, tower is far, it takes time but he was highly rude to me and hung up the phone when i asked him to pu me to his manager as he doesn't know how to talk to a lady and a customer.
        Neither i placed my order online nor i got any offer or discount.
        This was a telephonic order with no discount.
        If this is how the training is given to your staff then guess this center should shut down.
        I finally received the order at 4:16 pm that too incomplete. Without garlic bread.
        My order was 1 medium dominator
        1 veg extravaganza thin crust
        1 garlic bread with jalapeño dip and a coke
        The garlic is missing.
        The manager has no answer to his staff's unprofessional behaviour.

                I had pizza from esplanade market kolkata and they 1st of all gave wrong information and more over there services is pathetic. I informed that the cancelled order money will be returned in 7 days but today is almost 10 day and didn't received money back... The service there is pathetic and also those people don't know how to be courteous with there customers. I went to that eat pizza on 26/04/2017 at aprrox 12:30. I have attached the e-statment of paid amount

                  The customer service of your kandivali charkop outlet has been pathetic, as just placing an order took more than 40mins & there was only counter open for taking orders, Even though the outlet was over crowding. Moreover, there was promotional code send to me today itself from dominos that did not work as well & there was a very simple answer given to us about the code not working, that it happens sometimes. Sheer disgrace for a brand like dominos. However, I don't think anyone cares. Lets see if things changes after its brought to your notice.

                  Today i have ordered the pizza and he came aftee 30 minutes...i told you r late then he told that he is not late and started argue...then i talked to his senior and he told that if you r late then subtract and give...thrn he told me that he is not late he i want to take take otherwise leave it...and he went away...what a service
                  Yesterday I ordered one medium non veg supreme pizza in dominos. They delivered me a complete burned pizza and without any topping Only bread and cheese. it's very very disgusting me. We throw it away that burned pizza. Totally I lost my money please take some action and I need my money back

                    On 2nd May, I have tried to place an order from Domino's App as well as from their site but transaction was done from ICICI Account but order was confirmed.
                    I have tried to place order 7 times.
                    So total amount is deducted from my account is 356*7= 2492.

                    On 5th May i got return only for 3 orders .Remaining amount was not yet added in my Account.

                      Hi myself sameer murkar from thane dombivli. I ordered two pizzas regular size and order cost of rs.465. My order time is 1.32pm date of 06/05/2017 but order not delivered at proper time, when im call on support no. She saying your order are already dispatched so, we are apolizise to your order is late but we can't do anything.
                      My order no.69, so im called again at 2.50pm she statement again same. We are unable to this. So, tell me what type of services you provided to customer?
                      And i want to cancel my order right now and refund my my of rs.465

                        I ordered 4 pizza manias... the attendant didnt even ask me if i wanted pan base or not. She added the pan base herself to increase the cost of my order. When i asked that the price seems to be very high, she said that the prices have increased and didnt tell me about the pan base even then. When the order arrived and i saw the bill i came to know about the pan base. Dominos attendants are using lies to increase their sales and cheating their customers. I should be compensated for this cheating behaviour of the dominos attendants.

                          i am living at Ashok vihar phase 3 Gurgaon and our nearest dominos pizza restaurant is nearly 2km located at sector 22. Today i have ordered pizza for home delivery and after manager told me we can't deliver to your given address because previously we didn't any delivery for that location so how it's possible for only 2 km they not provide delivery
                          please suggest me to why u r not take order for this location would be a valid reason.

                            I had ordered pizza, lava cake and cheesy dip from dominos. I paid them using net banking. It was delivered on time but they didn't give me cheesy dip. When I tried calling the delivery boy, he didn't pick up my phone and later apologised. My whole pizza got wasted because I didn't get the dip which I need to eat pizza. Now they are calling me and asking me that they will compensate me if I order again from dominos. Why would I have to order again to get my money back ?

                              I placed an order from dominos mobile app for 2391 rs.. Chose paytm wallet for payment option after clicking pay.. Got a message that cannot place order in kitchen.. Didnt receive any message from dominos.. Tried again.. Same message.. When i checked my paytm wallet money had been deducted twice.. Raised feedback with dominos.. No reply yet.. Paytm confirmed that money has been credited to jubiliant, hence they cant help. Someone please help with immediately

                                Hi, this is ragini. I ordered pizza on 2nd may evening at eternity mall nagpur. Person who was serving, named pranay behaved rudely. He was behaving like for the first time we are coming to domino's.
                                Pizza quality was not that good.
                                It was not even baked properly.
                                Very poor services.
                                I went there to refresh my mind but unfortunately i got irritated with server behavior and pizza quality

                                  Not only did i get my order about 2 hours later but was absolutely able to contact either the restaurant number or the dominos customer service number. The two times i got through the either just put me on hold without answering my query till i had to cut off the call or just cut the call themselves. I have demanded a refund which they say they have initiated but i have no confirmation of the same either via mail or sms. The staff with whom i spoke to now very really rude with one guy saying it was his weekly off and spoke in a threatening manner and the other pretending that he could not hear me since according to him the phone line was not clear. I just want this to go on record.

                                    Hello, i had ordered a country side pizza on 26th march 2017 from dombivli but the domino guy went to some wrong location i. E., thane. After that i waited for around 1.5hrs to get it delivered at my place but the guy asked me to cancel the order since he can't be there in sometime. So i cancelled my request and i haven't got my refund of rs.550 yet. Dominos have processed my refund as on 28th march 2017 and i have also received a message from vk-domino saying "dear guest, your refund of rs.550.00 is now successfully processed. Amount will be credited in your bank within 3-5 business days."
                                    But the amount haven't been credited into my account. It's being more than a month, can you please let me know till when i will get my refund of the mentioned amount.

                                      I ordered one pizza mania veg single combo on 1st may 2017 around 10 pm. The pizza delivered was so bad in taste and it doesn't consists of any cheese rather it tastes like myonesse. Moreover that myonesse was melting on all the pizzas which looks very bad. The pizzas also seems to be raw and not properly cooked. We have thrown all the pizzas. I didn't expect such kind of carelessness from Domino's. Kindly take some action against this. I would like a refund for this. I will never order any pizza from Domino's again in future.

                                      I tried to place my order the payment was deducted but then it said please try again and hence the order was not placed...I tried three times but same thing happened all 3 times my amount was secured but order was not placed...I have the transaction IDs I want the amount back
                                      I have booked an order yesterday and made payment online but later on message pop up as payment failed so I have ordered on telephone at local jalna road shop and taken delivery by paying cash Rs 785.00
                                      The payment done thru my net banking SBI SB -[protected] should be returned ASAP
                                      Once I have had ordered pizza, and had to cancel it cause of some reason, I have had done the payment online but not yet received the refund. Hope to get it done asap (it's been over 20 days) .

                                        We have ordered a pizza at 8:58 PM and the delivery boy(Dgarminder) came to our home at 9:43pm which is 15mins late. When asked for their 30mins promise he started arguing with us and called someone on store named Jitender ( contact no [protected]). He also started arguing with us and didnt accept their mistake.
                                        Apart from this pizza quality was too bad. Pizza is not hot and the toppings is sticked everywhere on box.
                                        Also provided on 3 packets of seasoning and 1 chilli flakes and when asked for more then he said we dnt have more. This is not d first time but earlier also we faced similar issues but we ignored.
                                        This is ongoing process which dominos is now following.
                                        Really disappointed
