I ordered pizza from dominos vidyaranyapura branch and mr amar spoke to me. My daughter was really hungry but delivery was 1 1/2 hr late and to my shock i received 4 boxes where in i ordered for one... I again called and spoke to amar wherein he was rude to me.. Pizza was cold by the time it reached me and upon that amar didn't take the order properly and thn he was inappropriate while talking to a customer. I told him i can't wait more so he was like even i can't talk to you.. I ll never order pizza from dominos.. Pizza hut is the best..

    I ordered pizza through their offical online website... And my delivery was provided after 1 hour, my order was of limited quantity so i was eligible for free delivery... But the local store and delivery boy denied the claims stating their store was busy and other false reasons where provided... For which no prior indication was given to me. I would like to tell everyone that dominoz is cheating everyone in the name of free pizza... And also they claimed that we should order through phone and not through their website as they dont get details from it... My point is if it was your website fault then why do u promote online ordering. I had submitted my complaint on their complaint website but my complaint was not given importance. Customers plz pay attention... My location is malad, mumbai and store was located at s. V. Road, malad west, mumbai... Hope u can help me

    I done it twice and after that payment deducted from my account.
    I also paid cash.
    I have made a card payment of rupees 673.00 on 18-05-17. My order through the app was failed and amount has been debited. Please refund me my amount as early as possible

      Hello!
      I had ordered a pizza on 4th may 2017. I had made the payment via paytm
      The order number was:- #a506302c0a59a100db84da791217b1288. This order was paid at around 13:44 and the amount was deducted from my paytm balance.
      The dominos branch where this order got placed called me saying that this order hasnt been paid for and i need to pay again. The amount for the order was ₹467, i paid this amount on their behest that i would be refunded the previous amount within 7 days as such cases where common.
      However i havent been compensated till now and have paid up twice in the bargain.
      I had contacted paytm and they said that they need a consent mail from you saying that you havent received the payment.

        I have placed an order online with domino's pizza and the order was failed due to some technical reason (transaction number cd[protected] on[protected]. The amount was supposed to be refunded in 7 days as per the email acknowledgement I have received but it is more than 7 weeks weeks since the payment is due.

        Please refer to the email receipt I have received from domino's

If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. In case you have applied an unique coupon, it will be automatically reactivated after 1 hour. We sincerely regret the inconvenience.

        However in case your order was successfully placed in subsequent attempt, then please ignore this notification mail.

        I wasted my money on that rubbish.. I bought extra cheese pizza from dominos and they charged me beyond anything.. I want my money back.. they are fooling us..
        Cheese is very less in the pizza and delivery is also late and manager is not talking properly.

          On 16th May 2017, I used my paytm wallet (Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]) for Rs. 701 at[protected]:25:02 PM on the dominos mobile app.

          Amount has been deducted from my paytm account but no order was placed.

          Please refund the amount to my paytm account ASAP.

            1)On 17th May 2017, I used my paytm wallet (txn ID: [protected]) for Rs 394 at 9:08 pm on the dominos web site. the money was deducted but no order was placed.

            2) I used my debit card on 17th may 2017 at 21:22 in the night for a transaction of Rs 394 on the dominoes web site. Again the money was withdrawn from my account but no order was placed.

            Please refund the money.

              My husband and I stay at Shahibaugh locality in Ahmedabad and since we are both pizza lovers, it helps us to have a Domino's pizza outlet near us.We sometimes book online, call in and order at times, drop in or get someone to fetch it for us.
              It has always been a cakewalk for us to get pizza delivered and we loved the convenience of it all ...until yesterday.
              Last evening, some friends of ours happened to drop by and we decided to celebrate by having Domino's pizza. We even bragged to them how easy it is to get it delivered within an hour and how yummy the pizza tastes.
              However, we never anticipated what's going to happen next.Since by now we had saved the outlet's number, we thought of calling over directly.My husband called a few times but it went on ringing.Puzzled and thinking the number has changed, he called your toll free number where he was redirected to Shahibaugh outlet, yet again it went on ringing.Flustered and furious, he kept on calling and then the unimaginable happened.Someone picked up the call, held it for a few seconds and cut the line. The same thing happened twice.
              It was such an embarrassing moment for us in front of our guests. On the top of it all, to be treated the way we were by our favourite pizza chain.
              If only someone would pick up and explain why home delivery wasn't possible at that point, frankly we would not mind at all.But the way we were treated was outrageous.
              Hence we have thought of taking our complaint to consumer forum, as well as boycotting Domino's once and for all. We promise to share our experience with our close ones, so they don't face what we have gone through.

                I ordered at above domino's on 11/05/2017 with paytm txn id : [protected]. It was of rs. 834. Because of internet problem at your stall the process was not completed but amount is reduced from paytm acc. Then they asked for cash and i payed cash as well with the promise that i will get my money back in paytm. Still i didnt get any amount. I called in customer care before 2 days concern ref no is 2829446. Still the issue is not solved. Further more i have visited to dominos few time to get my money but i didnt get it. Manager mr. Ravi is co operative but what about money? I have attached my bill. Pls dont cheat customers.

                  This complain is regarding acsendas park square mall, dominos restaurant. Never take pizza from there. Staffs are very rude. Pizza was cold. First of all they delivered d order after 1 hour & were not ready for dominos 30 min policy & have paid the total bill but shocking thing was that delivery boy didn't give chilli flakes n other stuff, tissue paper. His name was vinay kumar. He said he will come n give chilli flakes etc but he never came. They only fool customers.

                    Dear dominos team, i prerna verma, and i am customer of dominos since so many years. Yesterday (I. E. 14 may, 2017 evening) i was placed an order no. 283 and total bill amount rs. 235/-. Unfortunately we have a very bad experience with your shalilmar bagh branch because i placed the order for loaded pizza and garlic bread sticks it was so disappointed to me because it was my favourite. And i made a complaint earlier also after your order was under taken care then only we get the desired amoount of cheese and quality else not. If i talk about yeasterday's order the pizza was dry and garlic bread too. Dominozs quality is deteoriating day by day. I was highly dissappointed. Kindky take an action.

                      The pizza ordered today at domino channasandra rajarajeshwari nagar dr vishnuvardhan road branch was delivered horribly late... Though the store is located just half a km from my place and everything was cold... The pasta was dripping with oil... When i called up the store to complain the store in charge audaciously answered and in turn tackledown the issue by saying that i was lying.

                        Moreover he delayed the order because of an ego and also his senior Mr Mridhul is also been contacted many times and both of them started ignoring mine call.

                        I would like to make into your kind nptice that I am going to file a legal complaint against these 2 persons ehoch will give them a lesson for theor behaviour and attitude with the custoner.

                        I will not let them be free as now the issue os of respect not the order and payments.

                          Utterly worst service by the restaurant, ordered pizzas (Online payment) around 8:25 PM on May 15, 2017, and got no call from the delivery guy or restaurant even by 9:30 PM.

                          Kep calling on the multiple numbers of the restaurant directly, but no one answered even once. For the record, I called from ([protected], [protected], [protected]). Kept calling for around one hour between 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

                          Last resort was to go to the restaurant and pick up the order, and then also, they kept us waiting for one hour and gave the pizza by 11:30 PM May 15, 2017.

                          I am living in a different city and I orders the food for my parents. My father had to go to the restaurant and wait for his food to be handed for which payment had already been done.

                          I have order a pizza home delivery online and paid the amount in advance using debit card but the order is deliverd after 45 min and i ask for refund for late delivery as it deliver after 30 min but i havnt got any refund for that i just want to get refund of my order as soon as possible.
                          Rajajinagar 1st block store is very bad.
                          Pizza mania spicy veg is too much spicy.
                          His people serve it in sweet. Most of time pizza is burn (over heated). This people dont concerns customer requirement properly.

Later i called dominos and they replied that they haven't received my order, now the point is, where did my payment go and in my transaction details it's showing being transferred to dominos.                               I contact first to vasna road dominos outlet for Piza but the person who pick the phone they said u write down the number I said for what they told me previously we deliver but now transfer to subhanpura D square Dominos for delivery. While I contact for subhanpura Dominos phone numbers is[protected] Mr harshit pick the phone when I place the order they denied for delivery, I asked the reason y they told out of area, previously Dominos is giving the service and I also see yesterday Dominos delivery boys in my area. NEW ALKAPURI IS VADODARA MOST POSH AREA AND MASS AFFULENT.

                                I ordered 2 cheese burst pizza last night at 12:15 at unit no. 12b, gf, tower-b, unitech? Cyber park with invoice number dpi66011/[protected]/14858 and order number 383. The order was placed 12:24 am by amit, while i hung up the phone after placing the order at 12:15 am to deepak. There was no order confirmation over the text message, no order number provided, no information provided. From 1 o' clock till 3 pm i had to keep calling the dominos hotline number to track my order which kept me on hold for almost all the time. I managed to call different dominos outlet to find out my order wasn't with them. Somehow i managed to speak to the store manager vinod who made a commitment to deliver the pizza within 15-20 minutes at 2 am. I had my family, kids and guests waiting who finally slept at 3 am without eating anything as i stayed at a hotel in gurgaon and there was nothing around to eat. I was entirely dependent on dominos. They starved us! Manipulated us, misbehaved with the people over the call. Made false commitment and finally sent a person to deliver the order at 3:20 am in the freaking morning!!! It took them 3, whole damn 3 hours to deliver an order!!! That too wrong! The pizzas we order were cheese burst, what we received was completely stale non cheese burst rubber pizzas! Not just just that, the person who came to deliver started shouting at me over the call! What the hell was that? Asked me to come out so he can see me! Domino's send delivery boys or "wasooli boys?" i asked him to leave the place immediately and leave or throw away the pizzas. He resisted me to come out so he can see me and talk to me face to face. What the hell do you think of yourself dominos? You guarantee 30 minutes of delivery and provide the pizza after 3 hours completely stale handled by a wasooli boy? I'm done with you! You made me and my family starve! I'm going to sue you for the kind of service you have provided, let me correct myself, for the kind of insult and bad experience you provided! Dare you contact me on the number mentioned on the order, that's not my number. If you want to contact me you better have a strong enough reason and explanation or a solution to stop me from suing you. The contact number is [protected], karan (Time 3:30p - 4:30pm only).                                 It has not been resolved yet. This is Indian System, they close it within themselves without even the customer being aware of it. I specifically mentioned timings to call me and I have not received any call or anything. Call me weekend after 4.

                                  This incident took place on Saturday 13th May when i ordered a pizza online at around 9:20 PM at night. The order was immediately accepted and I was awaiting it as my manager was at home and I had a planned a dinner at that time for us. At 10 PM, I started calling them to ask about the status but my calls weren't answered. At around 10:15 after making around 10-15 calls, one of my calls was picked up where I got to know that it would take around an hour to be delivered. I was shocked and told them that wasn't this their responsibility to inform the customer on this that due to heavy rush you are not able to cope up with the orders. But instead, the person started shouting on me that there is heavy rush and customer needs to understand and bla bla bla. They told to wait for another 10 minutes and I still didn't receive the pizza. My manager in disappointment left the place and it was one of the most embarrassing situations of my life. After making another 2 calls, I received the order at around 11:00 PM in the night. The worst part of the order was it was cold as if brought from a refrigerator and wasn't even a candidate for eating. Disappointed, I had to throw the pizza out and had to order something else that late for dinner. One of the worst experiences ever with Domino's and I'll make sure I never order again nor let my circle order something from such people.

                                    I paid the amount by my debit card, after deducting the amount the dominos boy said amount deducted from my card but not came to dominos account so i have to pay the amount again. After 20 minuntes of argument he took the amount again from me, this time cash. So dominos took twice the amount from me. There beheviour was very rude they dinied to refund my money.

                                    My problem was not resolved till now and my money not refunded.dominos took the amount from my debit card, after deducting from my account they are saying dominos didnt get the amount so i have to pay again.they said thats server problem and my money will be credited soon and they they took cash from me.they beheave very badly.I WANT MY MONEY BACK.AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.DOMINOS TOOK MONEY TWICE FROM ME.In my bank statement it is showing money paid to "DOMINOS" then how it is possible dominos didnt get the money?

                                    Pizza was not hot looks like fresh they claim delivey in 30 minutes or free I got it in 1 hour 50 minutes that too calling 4 times, 3 times to store and once to delivery guy there executive was very rude he did not hear me in first time and just hunged up. I want it to take it further and need refund VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

                                      I ordered Golden corn and cheese pizza and when I ate it it was one of the worst pizza I've ever had
                                      i.e
                                      The base was not crusty no cheese was there and seriously it was so negligible
                                      I would suggest the chef should be replaced earlier also it was not so good
                                      I would like to tell u that the service is also too late so please it's a request to do something about it

                                        We live in New Delhi, Mohammadpur area near Bhikaji Cama Place. We never get our pizza however small order it is within 30 minutes. I ordered for a small pizza and it took them more than an hour to deliver. I told them I am not paying for it as per your 30 minute policy and they said its not applicable for this area. Let me also tell you, Dominos has a branch within 1-2 km of the distance in Bhikaji cama place.
                                        This is extremely disappointing that they claim something else but don't deliver on their promise.
