This sunday we went to dominos jalgaon.. Kids eat pizza and me n my wife eat garlic bread. Kids were find but both me and my wife suffered from food poisoning later after 2 hours... Vomitting and loose motion for entire day.

Contaminated garlic bread given at jalgaon outlet.. My family suffered from food poisoning.
I want to sue dominos for this.
I want a compensation urgent basis.

Or i will share the fact on social media and file complaint in police station.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
File complaint with District Designated Officer (Food Safety) for initiating regulatory action against the manufacturer for causing food poisoning . You can claim damages in consumer court. Manufacturers normally dont respond to complaints posted in this forum

    There was a status on Facebook to write "I love Domino's " and like that status hence one gets a coupon for free large pizza from Domino's. I did it but no coupon. I can see my status on your Facebook account so it can't be a spam.
    Kindly send my free coupon on my mail id: [protected]@gmail.com and keep your promise.
    If the status is a spam then it is very unfair on the part of Domino's.
    Domino's should not cheat on the public platform.
    Hope you understand the issue and do send me the free large pizza coupon.

    I have done online transaction and didnot recive order number .
    the money has been deducted from my account.
    I have called customer care also but Didnot response.
    Please refund my amount back as soon as possible .

    Anyone have idea how to deal with it.

      Yesterday i got a msg from domino's, "if i order for 1 regular pizza & get 25% off". When i visited at domino;s store (Elante mall chandigarh). And i asked to redeem my coupon, he told me your coupon already redeem, i'm shocked!!! I never use coupon before this.
      Kindly consider my complaint against domino's.

        I have ordered a pizza on 23 May 2017 through netbanking, but I haven't received the pizza on the day then again I phoned to domino pizza at city mall kota office they said that they haven't received such type of order.
        Then I again phoned Domino pizza Aakash Mall office kota they also said same thing.
        then next day I logde a complaint to sbi (My complain number is [protected]). now on 30 may 2017 sbi customer care is that your transaction is successful you may ask your merchant with merchant transaction IGABCAKAC8.
        And now the merchant customer care is not receiving the phone.
        Kindly solve the problem.

        I had ordered via phone 17 pizzas for takeaway delivery @ 3.45 pm, it was promised to me & supposed to delivery by 30 min, I called after 45 min/. Even it was 500 mts distance. I personally went to take it because of getting late... The person on the counter behaved very badly. ( at one point it looked like it was given free for begging)

        I ordered 4 pizza mania's 2 bbq chicken and 2 chunky chicken online using my pnb debit card . Money was deducted from my account and the payment status was successful but after 5 seconds i was redirected to the previous page and a pop up appeared saying that the payment was unsuccessful and plz try again using some or method. Now what should i do?

          Its been 7 days since I haven't got any communication from Dominos in regards with the issue. On 21st May my order was late by 15 minutes the delivery guy did not bother to address his own mistake. Now when I pointed out with the confusion of two order being placed when this conflict solved and I told that my order is delayed by 15 minutes they said we will give you red card and you will get refund processed as my order was prepaid but I havent received any communication from them even after mailing them at [protected]@jublfood.com . Please look into this matter and take prompt action.

            Its really difficult to place an order with staff in dominos.. Each and every staff will give different details... I had to place an order for 2 medium pizzas and since i hv a child at home wanted to order cheesy pizza from the pizza mania... They did not take the order saying they cannot deliver single pizza from the mania... Wereas i[censored] go and take the delivery they will give u the same order... Its disgusting double rules... Its seems they themself dont know the deals... Its all jumbled up... I think pizza hut is far more better than dominos...

              Worst of the experience as the staff taking the order & shift manager was very rude & not giving proper information. I have received a message for 25% off on any medium / large pizza but the same was not given (No caveat mentioned in message). Either don't sent such message or make it clear. Kindly revert urgently else will send this in print/media

                I order choco pizza and panner pizza from dominos website, but when i receive order they gave me lava cake and panner pizza then i complain dominos, they said we will gave you 200 off on next order and then i place next order they said you have place order of ruppes 1000.
                So my complain is to get my 200 off on next order

                Visited bareilly rajendra nagar dominoes..on 21 may time 9.35 pm..order no.255...both AC not working when power is also supplied...very very bad ambiance..super disappointed ..what quality the big brand name giving...please increase or stay with your minimum standards
                I am suffering with fever 3days then I contact with sm. Then he absent 7days attendance so please either solve it or I will go to labour court. I working in dominos last 2year solve my problem with in 2 day if you don't solve my problem I will so you.

                  Hi disappointed to tell you that kormangala dominos made me wait for 2 and a half hour and did not deliver my pizza. I called them at 9.15 and placed my order she said order will be given by half and hour 45 mins i waited patiently till 10.15. I called them back and she said she would deliver it shortly
                  Then i get a call from a delivery boy named niranjan asking my address and this was at 10.30
                  He didn't revert back to me
                  I called d dominos pizza could not call as it was shut then i called the delivery boy he acted as though he didn't knw anything
                  And said maam i will call u back in 2mins
                  And he nver reverted back to me
                  Is this how u treat your customers?
                  When we haven't even had our dinner and wanted to have pizza and waited so much
                  And upon that fake promises
                  Is this what we get?

                  I got delivery at 9:04PM.i given order at 8:04PM, and delivery should be at 8:34PM. but it given at 9:04PM. As per Domino's promise. delivery should with in 30 Minutes, otherwise pizza is free.

                  I have registered a Complaint for Problem faced with Dominos Charkop, Kandivli, Mumbai on 17th April 2017.

                  Even after several follow ups i have not received a single call from the Charkop Manager.

                  Is this the way Dominos handles Guests and their complaints ?

                    On 17th may 2017, i had placed order through dominos website against which 842/- rupees were debited twice from my icici account but both times ordered was not placed. After the failed order acceptance, i have received a message from dominos that the refund has been initiated and same shall be credited in your account with 7 working days.

                    Till date i haven't received my return and no further communication from dominos. Kindly help me with it to get back my (842 * 2 =) 1684/- rupees.

                      I have had the worst experience o[censored]sing the Dominos mobile web

                      On 21th May 2017, I used my paytm wallet (Paytm Cash Txn ID IPT[protected]) for Rs. 480 at[protected]:37:02 PM on the dominos mobile web

                      Amount has been deducted from my paytm account but no order was placed.

                      Please refund the amount to my paytm account ASAP.

                          I try to order pizza on 13 may 2017, but my only the amount got deducted, no order was placed. I immediately complaint in the domino's application under feedback from where I was ordering but only the mails and messages revert I got not the refunded amount of Rs. 480.

                          I called on the customer care also. They connected me to the branch of Sector 78 Noida as most of my orders come from there but the branch person denied of having my amount after that they suggest me to talk to another branch of Sector 48 but they also denied.

                            Today I visited domino's at sanjay place Agra and I ordered a double cheese margarita(regular rs155) with extra toppings and it cost me rs.340 they didn't gave me the bill and the pizza was with a single layer of cheese when I asked then about pizza they gave me another one but that was also same. My problem is why they didn't gave me the bill and how it's cost me rs.340.

                                There are always a problem of service with Dominos wakad, first the there is a site problem with payment page, it shows that transaction is complete but when it refreshes, i routed to the payment page and when you call to ask if the order has been received or not the staff does not pick up the phone. Please tell us what is the point of sharing the number then?

                                  I ordered pizza from dominos vidyaranyapura branch and mr amar spoke to me. My daughter was really hungry but delivery was 1 1/2 hr late and to my shock i received 4 boxes where in i ordered for one... I again called and spoke to amar wherein he was rude to me.. Pizza was cold by the time it reached me and upon that amar didn't take the order properly and thn he was inappropriate while talking to a customer. I told him i can't wait more so he was like even i can't talk to you.. I ll never order pizza from dominos.. Pizza hut is the best..

                                    I ordered pizza through their offical online website... And my delivery was provided after 1 hour, my order was of limited quantity so i was eligible for free delivery... But the local store and delivery boy denied the claims stating their store was busy and other false reasons where provided... For which no prior indication was given to me. I would like to tell everyone that dominoz is cheating everyone in the name of free pizza... And also they claimed that we should order through phone and not through their website as they dont get details from it... My point is if it was your website fault then why do u promote online ordering. I had submitted my complaint on their complaint website but my complaint was not given importance. Customers plz pay attention... My location is malad, mumbai and store was located at s. V. Road, malad west, mumbai... Hope u can help me

                                      Hello!
                                      I had ordered a pizza on 4th may 2017. I had made the payment via paytm
                                      The order number was:- #a506302c0a59a100db84da791217b1288. This order was paid at around 13:44 and the amount was deducted from my paytm balance.
                                      The dominos branch where this order got placed called me saying that this order hasnt been paid for and i need to pay again. The amount for the order was ₹467, i paid this amount on their behest that i would be refunded the previous amount within 7 days as such cases where common.
                                      However i havent been compensated till now and have paid up twice in the bargain.
                                      I had contacted paytm and they said that they need a consent mail from you saying that you havent received the payment.

                                        I have placed an order online with domino's pizza and the order was failed due to some technical reason (transaction number cd[protected] on[protected]. The amount was supposed to be refunded in 7 days as per the email acknowledgement I have received but it is more than 7 weeks weeks since the payment is due.
