Dear sir
We ordered a thin crust pizza bearing bill no 8947 in the name chandan verma from your sardar patel marg civil lines allahabad outlet.
To our shock it was served with very less toppings and cheese.
Why it is that u delivered cheap quality pizza by delivery at home as compared to eating at the outlet.
Felt very bad to received cold pizza.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have placed an order on 17th April 2017 the amount got deducted from my account buy the order is not placed neither did I get any confirmation message or call.
Kindly track and refund the amount asap.

    I ordered pizza from bharti Vijya peeth dominos outlet on 9th April 2017 at 7.12 pm.
    Payment was cut but delivery was not made.
    Customer care number is also not available on net and the outlet is not taking responsibility.

      I purchased an e-Voucher from Dominos. I tried to use it but I was not able to. I contacted dominos. After following up for three-four days they said they have reactivated the e-Voucher. I tried using it again but it showed me an error message. I contacted them again, this time they told me that someone named xyz in Thane, Maharashtra has already used this coupan. How can someone whom i don't even know use my e-Voucher. I have tried following up on that but it has been 3 days and even after multiple calls and mails they have not responded.

      I am really disappointed with the way they are handling this.
      I am definately going to consumer court for this.

      Any reader...its a suggestion ..please dnt buy e-Vouchers from Dominos. First of all the coupans are not unique. An alloted coupan can be used by someone else and you won't even know.
      Secondly, They have the poorest customer service you will see. They don't reply to mails. On calls they listen to everything but when its time to take action they cut the call. This happened five times in last week with me.

        I was been told that refund will be there by 7 working days it's been more that a week now refund is not here yet
        I have even filed a complaint before also but have not seen any update from the Domino's side even the customer care is not reachable ... This is highly disappointing and disgusting ... Very poor experience... The money should have been refunded to me by now .

          I have ordered piza for Rs 375 with your sector 119 noida outlet at 10.17 pm but delivered. When contacted i was told thst my order has been cancelled and cannot deliver I have paid Rs 375 thru paytm
          Show cause notice is issued on why my order was not delivered
          Please reply immediately the reason for not delivering my order. I want your reply within 24 hours and seek compenstion from Dominos as i had to sleep without dinner .

          THE AC system at goregaon west outlet at mumbai, s.v.road, ashokraj was so faulty that I had a harrowing experience there today
          This is kannan from Bangalore.I have ordered dominos pizza on 8th of april through dominos mobile app. The amount got credited from account but the order has not been placed. The price was Rs. 345. I have never expected this from dominos. If I dont get the amount back into my account I will take any steps to get my money back.

            We placed an order with our correct address according to your app format and we got an order confirmation at 8.57 pm IST .The delivery boy got confused and so he called us to ask for the address again we explained in extreme detail where he has to come.The delivery boy turned up 35 mins after we ordered then refused to acknowledge your 30 minute policy blamed traffic and us saying we took time to open the door.Our pizza toppings and pizza were at different places the guy was misbehaved, threatened, insulted us saying we would never get pizza from dominos again .we told him we wish to talk to his senior so he misbehaved some more.we would like to have some strict action against him. We also didnt feel safe two girls being threatened by this man at night.we then told him we are going to complain and he started yelling near our house and started disturbing all our neighbours.He made up some information about how the online ordering starts your order time after 10 mins of yoir order confirmation.The delivery number is 119 (17.04.2017) the manager who
            was called kapil also misbehaved and i have a list of complaints against him too.call us we would like to discuss in detail.Also we have no intentions of ordering from dominos if this is the level o[censored]neducated staff dominos is hiring and of they behave like common crooks.

            Hi i ordered dominos pizza online three times. Evertime the payment was deducted but the order was not successful. It happened on 10th april 2017. No refund is initiated as of now. There is no such complaints team as well.

              I ordered pizza online on 7th april 2017 worth Rs 665/- . Money was deducted from my paytm account but ordered was not confirmed and still my money is not refunded. My transaction id was cd-1331479 dated[protected]. Plz refund my money soon. As your mail i received was given that u will refund the same with 7 working days but its not being updated yet plz work on it...

              I had placed order on 8/4/17 for pizza, twice I did transaction but both times I got a message that transaction failed, 378 rupees were deducted twice from my account, the transaction numbers are 1484492 and 1479291. I still haven't got my refund, kindly look into it and refund the amount as soon as possible
              No feedback on cancelled order by JP Nagar store, Bangalore! When contacted customer care call drops.

                I have ordered pizza worth rs 375 from my mobile app through paytm order id :[protected] jubliant order :fc2d98cf528e52cf1f8edddeae970130 and that got connected to the charkop kandivali 67 outletas i also stay at charkop i had place the order for 4 small size pizza on order no 70 at 4.34 pm i had got the receipt print of my order and address over it so i was tracking the order on the app which was to be delivered by chandra prakash from the outlet after 45 min i had received the call from [protected] the outlet regarding my order and address confirmation from i did the need ful than after 15 min i received the call again [protected] for the same, i provided the same details to him again then again after 15 min i had received the call from 28609583 landline for the same detail i did provide then at last after 20 min i received the from the delivery boy [protected] stating that he is not able to trace the address i explain him again but the talking took a different turn in which i had to cancelled the orderno 70
                Now tel me when my mobile no is register the all the delivery detail address is mention clearly how come giving address again for 4 time the cordination was not among your delivery team and they do not have a proper way of communication which had forced me to cancel the order even after paying in advance on line so when the order is not fulfilled i have to get the refund of the amount which i paid for pl supdate the same at the earliest regards ravi ([protected])

My self Hari Bisht from Meerut Uttarpradesh I m ordering online domino's pizza on 06/04/17 and paid the pizza order amount through net banking and amount will be deducted to my bank account but order will cancelled by domino's pizza kitchen.. So plz refund my deducted amount immediately... Thanks

                  I was booking Domino's Pizza online on 14 Apr 17 from Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad Branch, when for some reasons the order got cancelled though the transaction was through. On contacting Domino's helpline I was told that the amount Rs 847/- would be credited back in my account within 24 hrs and that for the extant order I could pay in cash, which I did. However, to my surprise I now realize that the said amount which was in suspense till the other day with SBI Card, has been claimed by Domino's and Rs 847/- debited against my account.

                  I have effectively landed up paying for services that have neither been claimed or preferred by Domino's to me.

                    I ordered pizza online on 13th april 2017 worth rs 368/- at 3:30 pm at sanjay place branch, agra. Money was deducted from my sbi debit card but ordered was not confirmed and still my money is not refunded. I also called on sanjay place branch on 15th april regarding this issue and the person on other side said that money will be refunded by evening but till now their is no response from dominoz pizza and money is also not refunded. My transaction id was txn#IU[protected]. Plz refund my money soon.

                      I had ordered pizza in dominos which is worth 852 rupees on 16/04/2017 in velachery branch, chennai (Opp to Grand mall).

                      I had given order at 20:46 and after which i waited almost for 45 mins for getting my order. After talking with the manager, I had been told that there was some issue in cooking section and he went to check my order status.

                      It was already prepared and they kept it aside with out serving me. By then they served me the pizza which is already chilled. I don't had any option since it was already late, so i accepted the order.

                      I want my money back from them, 'THEY ARE ABLE TO DELIVER FOOD TO HOME IN 30 MINS, BUT THEY DID TOOK 45 MINS TO SERVE ME PIZZA WHICH WAS NOT EVEN HOT'

                      I was not at all satisfied with the manager action action on this. He is very irresponsible.

                        I went to order a pizza mania golden corn pizza that's worth rs.69. But the girl out there at the counter asked me rs 105 or rs 145 saying that its available on in pan pizza or thin crust pizza. Regular is not available.
                        This also happened few months ago. I wanted to order pizza mania combo and they did the same thing & then i tried to order it from karkardooma & they said i cant order from their location but dilshad garden should order normal pizza mania & if they don't then i can file the complaint. I did filed the complaint but today they did the same thing
                        If i want to order i cant order from other location & here they are fooling customers. This is unfair & unreasonable. Kindly take some action.

                          This is a clear case of harassing a customer to the fullest extent. I had placed an order on 08/04/2017 at Domino's via Paytm for an amount of RS 586. The money was deducted from my account but I got a mail from dominoes stating that due to some technical error the order had failed, adding to my misery I then contacted paytm for distress relief. They told me that transaction was successful on their end but dominoes should be contacted for the same, the trauma and agony I had to suffer for such a trivial amount of money is just indescribable. I will make sure that I send dominoes a legal notice and then file a suit against the same so that such a thing is not repeated and other customers do not have to face such problems in the future

                                I don't know weather this feedback is ever read by anyone or not or are you guys going to revert back, not really sure of that. So as per your ad's on the TV 30mins or free. Correct me if i am wrong?? its not a matter of money but the kind of delivery persons you send is really ridiculous. They do know they are late then you guys realize to inform us that if its more than 300/- bill den you provide 30% dis count not rebate the whole charge.
                                I have never come across like this situation before. I am a regular customer of domino's but this is really surprising. You guys don't have the minimum courtesy to inform us prior about your so called sudden rules and regulations.

                                  On 14/04/2017 i avneet kaur chug had placed an order at dominoz and the store person says time order has been placed. But according to me i havent plaved any time order.

                                  But i had placed order using dominoz app on which i didnt put any time constraints.
                                  I had just paid the money by paytm
                                  So kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible and i want a refund from the dominoz for not gettingon time.
                                  Even my time order was not on time.
                                  Its been 1 hour 15 minutes and the order has not yet come.
