I had ordered pizza in dominos which is worth 852 rupees on 16/04/2017 in velachery branch, chennai (Opp to Grand mall).

I had given order at 20:46 and after which i waited almost for 45 mins for getting my order. After talking with the manager, I had been told that there was some issue in cooking section and he went to check my order status.

I went to order a pizza mania golden corn pizza that's worth rs.69. But the girl out there at the counter asked me rs 105 or rs 145 saying that its available on in pan pizza or thin crust pizza. Regular is not available.
This also happened few months ago. I wanted to order pizza mania combo and they did the same thing & then i tried to order it from karkardooma & they said i cant order from their location but dilshad garden should...

This is a clear case of harassing a customer to the fullest extent. I had placed an order on 08/04/2017 at Domino's via Paytm for an amount of RS 586. I don't know weather this feedback is ever read by anyone or not or are you guys going to revert back, not really sure of that. So as per your ad's on the TV 30mins or free. Correct me if i am wrong?? its not a matter of money but the kind of delivery persons you send is really ridiculous. They do know they are late then you guys realize to inform us that if its more than 300/- bill den you provide 30% dis count not rebate the whole charge....

Domino's openly advertises itself as a service provider that delivers pizzas within 30 minutes, else it's free of cost.

I came to domino's pizza corner at bommasandra at 8.45 pm on 11th april 17. The staff who takes the order was not properly behaving. Not even asking what order i want place. My order of 4 pizzas of pizza mania and a garlic bread did not qualify for 30 mins or free as they have changed their terms and conditions but the same was not mentioned on their website in the disclaimer.

This is what is stated and according to this my order does qualify for 30 mins or free.

Maximum liability for Domino's Pizza is Rs. 300. Orders of 5 or more pizzas/baked sides (in case of only side delivery)qualify...

Please do provide us detail information regarding service tax..what i know that in hotels and restaurant they are not supposed to charge service tax.then why your out-late took service charge.please do define me ..is it a mandatory for your out-let to charge service tax.here govt of India clearly instruct every citizen of India that they are not bound to pay service tax....
