On 14/04/2017 i avneet kaur chug had placed an order at dominoz and the store person says time order has been placed. But according to me i havent plaved any time order.

But i had placed order using dominoz app on which i didnt put any time constraints.
I had just paid the money by paytm
So kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible and i want a refund from the dominoz for not gettingon time.
Even my time order was not on time.
Its been 1 hour 15 minutes and the order has not yet come.

I have ordered two large mushroom pizza and 3 coke on 3/4/17 I paid money through Paytm wallet money got deducted and the person who was taking order shrist told sir sorry due to some technical problem order not placed again u sent it Paytm otp and that previous failed transaction will be refunded till now after 11 days I didn't received my money back so kindly refund my money as soon as possible.transaction I'd was[protected]

I had Ordered the Pizza of 250 rupees using freecharge wallet once I do the payment then while returning to the dominoes page the internet is down, once it is connected it shows the normal page rather then the order confirmed, I thought it has refunded, so I had done another transaction and it is done successfully .then I had sent an tons of mail to freecharge for this finally they told me that refund is done by the vendor means Dominose, then I sent the tons of mail to dominoes. i registered the feedback regarding this, then i got an call that you have to submit the proofs i had also do this, then no calls or refund is made, again i submitted the feedback form regarding this again i got an call that submit the proofs, i do this, but still i got no any refund

I ordered two medium dominos pizza and fanta worth 612 rupees on 11th April from dominos jubilant website, Amount got debited twice one from my paytm wallet and other from my debit card but i did not receive pizza as I got some technical issue at the time of booking but still amount got deducted. I want to get 1224 rupees refund for the same.

Today is mine most pathetic experience with domino's pizza manjalpur outlet as i ordered my pizza through mobile application at time 8:59 p. M. And the delivery boy came up with my order almost 40 min late and while i'm arguing with delivery boy for coming so late after their 30 minutes pizza delivery policy the pizza delivery boy shamelessly giving his argument to me that he can't give me refund at time because my order was through their mobile application still i said him to give me assurance for my refund then he called his outlet manager and missleading the whole scenario then after i went to their outlet and they didn't give me any proper response of my complain and just giving me this receipt and said to me refund procedure may take 10 days or above but still they aren't sure about refunding my money.😤
These companies only know how to scheme their customer and not giving any assurance as they show up in their advertisement.😡

Extremely disappointed with the decline in service levels of Domino's pizza!
Domino's openly advertises itself as a service provider that delivers pizzas within 30 minutes, else it's free of cost.
In my case, after the order being delayed by 20 minutes, not only did the local store and the delivery boy refused to offer a discount, the harsh and rude behaviour of the delivery boy was extremely saddening. If this is how Domino's decides to treat its loyal customer base, god save them in times of heavy competition in the food delivery and service industry.

Needless to say, never ordering from Domino's again!

The pizza ordered from dominoes pizza Chembur.order 191, invoice number DPI65786/[protected]/2486. Order number is 191.The 4 regular HT PM cheesy pizza were horribly sour.and could not be eaten due to old cheese put in.kindly register a complaint and provide a refund at the earliest.It was Chembur Naka outlet of dominoes.kindly provide a refund immediately as it was not eatable.also for a delivery for 4000089 pincode near Amar Mahal signal area of Munjal Nagar Chembur even via the hungry helpline option the calls are alwys diverted to pizza outlets of rodeon ghatkopar, neelyog Ghatkopar and then 3 outlets of Chembur all denying service.this is alwys pathetic service from you guys.kindly rectify and give me the refund asap

I came to domino's pizza corner at bommasandra at 8.45 pm on 11th april 17. The staff who takes the order was not properly behaving. Not even asking what order i want place. Almost 15 mins then i asked whether i can place order ornot then she said it's your wish. So i had to leave domino's and went to pizza hut which is nearby. I may not go for do. Inos in fitire

My order of 4 pizzas of pizza mania and a garlic bread did not qualify for 30 mins or free as they have changed their terms and conditions but the same was not mentioned on their website in the disclaimer.

This is what is stated and according to this my order does qualify for 30 mins or free.

Maximum liability for Domino's Pizza is Rs. 300. Orders of 5 or more pizzas/baked sides (in case of only side delivery)qualify...

Please do provide us detail information regarding service tax..what i know that in hotels and restaurant they are not supposed to charge service tax.then why your out-late took service charge.please do define me ..is it a mandatory for your out-let to charge service tax.here govt of India clearly instruct every citizen of India that they are not bound to pay service tax.

Hey, I just mistakenly ordered my dominos pizza in wrong address so had to cancel it when the store person called for the address. He told that the order is been cancel and soon they will refund. But I neither got cancel order text nor the refund text..please look after ther matter and try to refund it soon.

Order date- 09 th april 2017, location - windsor park wakad pune.. i ordered 3 order one at 01:40 second 01:47 and third one at 01:49 .. i got my delivery at 02:45.. when i demanded free pizzas they declined my request.. pizzas were not hot and cold drinks were not chilled.. they ruined my sunday lunch, ... after 5 calls and 5 times i raised the complaint in dominos site refrence numbers are- 2756868, 2753946, 1419386, 2756366 and CASE ID: 2760607, i mailed you guys 4 times and after that my order was more than 1500 rs and the manager is first offering me 1. next time some discount on pizzas, but we cant give you that in mail, after too much fight 2. max 300 rs.. i do not know what to do and where to go.. registered mail id - [protected]@gmail.com mobile number [protected],

I have ordered pizza using freecharge app and i paid Rs.422 but my order is not completed but freecharge send a massege to me as orderID [protected], but i tried to contact on same day to dominos hazaribag to confirm my order but his sells man said sir this order is not completed and wait for 48 hrs your money should refund now i waiting till 26 march 2017 but my refund is not completed and freecharge said that merchant confirmed your transaction.so please help me

Yesterday I ordered one farmhouse pizza and one white sauce pasta...but i did not get the exact quality of white sauce pasta. It was very much sour in taste unlike always.. before whenever I ate it gives taste of white flour, butter and milk...but my last order has totally taste of just boiled pasta with white mayonese which spoiled the taste of original white sauce pasta....

8th April 2017 @10:30 PM we have placed order to Kagdaspura CV Ramannagar Branch . our order number was 344 and invoice number DPI65987(1 med peppe paneer pizza & 1 med mexican green pizza) each and every ingradient was too less and also the taste of those Pizzas was too Bad. Food quality is also not good. Ingradient and taste should always be same for each and every perticular pizzas. Everything was less then half they used. Its really horrible taste. This type of service is really not at all acceptable.

I had placed an order on phone no. [protected] (Domino's Seawoods outlet) on 9th April '17 at 21:57 hrs. After checking at 22:53 hrs, I was told that there was no order logged in my name. I have got call logs as proof, if I have to take legal action. This was really unprofessional and inhuman behaviour by Dominos as I had my 8 years old daughter waiting to have dinner.

I have order hand tossed pizza but order taker (Shalu) take pan pizza. I know no about differ both crust. She fraud me. I m saying onion pizza. Behavier of order taker seeing likeand arguments lots more collect all custumer that i m saying pan pizza order she proof i m wrong...
After the arguments replace the order.

No cheese on pizza...

Dear Team,

U guys are the pathetic service provider I have ever seen it's not the first instance I am complaining about your bad services. It's been more than 1:30 hour since I have placed the order but I have not received my order.

If you guys have any shame left please call back.
And I want the my money to be refunded as per your policy
