I got an sms offering 1 pizza free to purchase of 1, in the morning bearing coupon code no. Crm239ee5a754. The coupon worked, but due to a payment error, i had to try another time.. Thereon, the number failed to work. Please refer my earlier complaint vide no.1371695 today morning..
Thereon, i tried for 2 full hours to talk to a responsible customer care exec, but failed miserably, thereby adding to my impatience, agony and irritation. I would have given around 10 calls and every executive tries to palm off the issue to another and keeping me on hold infinitely. Being an international franchise, such a customer care set up is upsetting and would spoil its international image. This is seriously unethical and an issue of betrayal by offering something and thereon withdrawing from the offer. The entire episode upset our quality family time and am terribly upset about it. And, no one has ever spoken or given a regret, even as a courtesy. Kindly sort out both the issues and acknowledge. Bad show dominos!

hi received the below message on 2nd june 2016 however i have still not received my refund for rs. 283 its been more then 7 working days now. i mean seriously you guys dont return money back to customers ever or what. this has happened for the 3rd time but i have not received my money back.

look into the issue and revert.

My name is siddhesh sharma, resident of greenfield colony, faridabad. I had placed an order on 17th june from your greenfield colony faridabad outlet with bill #177. The order i got was with very poor quality. Cheese was rawly spread over the pizza and pizza was not cooked\baked completely. Sausage was missing over there and it was cold.

Being a loyal customer to you since very long, i really not expect this from you. Previously also i had this kind of complaint. Want my payment back. You can contact me @ [protected].

Today I have ordered the Pizza in dominos online however it didn't get through though money got deducted from my account.
I am not happy that they have taken my money, not took the order finally and amount will be refunded in 7 days as per their confirmation.

And also their service is absolutely bad, it took 19 calls to reach them over phone and that too without any help. Pathetic service both online and over the phone, this is creating problems for customers like, not having food on time, disappointment, money deduction tension, unhappiness and not meeting the needs at home when guests were at home.
All this lead to absolute dissatisfaction.

I ordered pizza today at Land Mark Building, Visakhapatnam-530003. My order no. 253. First of all, this store in Vishakhapatnam is not able to deliver pizza within 30 minutes even in case of dine in for the reason best known to the company and store. This is happening for past few months. Today buy 1 get 1 pizza which was hand picked by me was of bad quality as cheese was not given in right quantity. I am regular at Domino but forced to complain as all my family members were disappointed to have pizza today. Its better you dont give offer but give only quality pizza...Thanks...Nandan Baranwal

here are two complaints:
1. when we called at your center than a Madam Replied that there is no delivery at your given address. But when we ordered online they delivered at same place.. too much hopeless..
2. we ordered Pizza for offer'Buy one get one free' on 17/06/2016 at 8:20 p.m.
but we Received Only one Pizza. it was very inconvenient for us..
kindly make it correct soon.. we are very disappointed.

I complained you regarding the return of cash back on 15th June 2016. Since then I have got zero response from Domino' s and also they never try to contact me.
I got response from Payrtm that I am eligible for cash back only after 10th transaction but if this was the reason then Domino's app must cleraly specify this information.
The image which I am sending you is the screen shot of Domino's app payment option which clearly notifies about the cash back's terms and condition. Where Mobikwik clearly specifies the same, at the same time Paytm does not mention any such specification.
Please help me with this regard.

I had ordered Dominos pizza at ioc guest house Sankey road opp. Bangalore golf course, Bangalore on 5th june of Rs 747.paid by hdfc credit card, It was delivered after more than 2 hours.I cancelled the order the person ensured the money will be credited in 3-4 days .I have not recd money back. Pl see and refund the money. ph no [protected].I kept ringing and everytime I called, I received assurance of the person coming in 5 minutes. My son wanted pizza for lunch but we had something else as the pizza reached after 2 hrs of ordering i.e in the evening around 5.00pm. I am shocked that the refund of money is not credited as the order was and could only be cancelled through phone. We ordered through mobile app and online cancellation on mobile was not possible...

I order pizza at noida sec 50 in domminos pizza.
They gives my order after an hour without any topping
But i didnt said anything
After that one person comes and give me pizza for that mistake of late timing and witjout topping in pizza.
If i want den i take my money return due to late of timing but i didnt do this
And i accept that pizza and ask for carry bag.
But they said carrybag is chargable.
Then i said if i want i take money return due to late time but i am not doing this.
Why you not giving me a carrybag for free.
But they were saying no sir carrybag is chargable.
Then i return that pizza and said that take this pizza also and be happy
Your service is very disaappointed.
I felt very disappoint.

I am anu sah from banglore, i placed an order of ₹1795 on 8th june 2016, after waiting of 1 hours they told me sorry they can not deliver on my address while they have already confirmed to me when i was called them twice that my pizza is in way... So when i reched there manager told me that my money will be back in one week but still there is no msg... Hopefully u will take action against my complain...

Sir/Madam,
I ordered Dominos Pizza on 13 June 2016 through Dominos app and choose to pay through Paytm wallet. My bill was Rs.477. Dominos app clearly shows that if you pay from Paytm wallet then you will get 50% cash back maximum upto Rs.100.
But till now I did not get any cashback or assurance from Dominos.
I also write to Dominos and Paytm also but till now I do not got any response from them.
Please help me with this regard.

An order of pizza was been ordered by me but transaction was not successful even after deducting money from bank account and they confirmed that my refund will be credited to my account within 3-5 working days. Order was done on 27.05.2016 and now is 13.06.2016. And till date my amount is not refunded. I want my money with interest.
Kindly do the needful for the same.

I have orderd one piza on 29th may 2016 but the delivery got delayed and we had received the order after 30min. They delivery guy has gave us the sorry card and told that we will get the refund of that amount which was rs.199.

I've received a message "remember dominos whenever you party this month buy 1 pizza & get 1 pizza free. Walk in/order @ 68886888/@dominos.Do.In cpn:crmxxxxxxx05 valid till 30 jun t&c". What is this. I've cross checked it with dehradun branch & received a view that the coupon is invalid/fake.
You are sending fake coupons to your clients. I'll never ever enter in dominos if this kind of thing you are doing. Kindly rectify it.

Order was not processed due to technical issues but amount got debited through paytm. On asking paytm, they said that amount was debited succesfully so contact dominos.

When will i receive my refund?

This complaint is against the dominos, naraina plaza, lucknow, uttar pradesh. I have ordered my pizza form dominos. After 1 hour i called them again to remind them to deliever my pizza but they didn't delievered it even after 2 hours. When i called him again, they informed me to put your order again..In these 2 hours many times i called them, but all the times, they didn't listen me properly and disconnected my call..
