My pizza was not delivered at all today. I had placed order around 7:45. I waited till 11 pm. No delivery happened. Dominos even didn't reach out to me nor anyone was picking up the phone on the numbers mentioned in the mail.
So disgusting.
Never gonna order pizza from Dominos especially the Ramgondanhalli branch in Whitefield Bangalore. I want my refund asap.

I placed an order yesterday at above mentioned outlet for 4 veg singles. Time recorded at Outlet id 9.43 PM.

Delivery was late, it came to me at 10.28 PM. The delivery boy called me at 10.23 PM (after 40 minutes. The screen shot of call timings is attached also herewith) for the location. Thereafter after talking and guiding with him he came to me after 5 min. The delivery boy was confused about address (although I keep on ordering from your same outlet, for same delivery address and never I faced any problem).

He was late- and I just asked him what to do !

But surprisingly and shockingly - he started fighting with me that I have intentionally given wrong address (PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECORD OF MY LAST ALL ORDES AND ITS DELIVEEY STATUS). I was shocked at his behave and called at your outlet - that boy also told me that I have intentionally given wrong address.

And top of all - he packed all pizzas back to his basket - he didn't bother even to talk.

I was really shocked about his behave and was in a strange situation as my family was waiting for dinner at late night hours.

He took the pizzas back.

It was a very bad experience and surely I will think in future about ordering from Dominos.

There is an outlet of Pizza Hut next to your outlet. But earlier I always preferred Dominos but I cant do at the cost of my insult - in future.

Do remember that how frequently I used to use to your different outlets in West Delhi area.

I "NIHIT PARASHAR" am a regular dominoz customer and was really disappointed and disturbed yesterday by the service of your store at Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, India.
I ordered a Veg. combo of your new pizzas that contains a total of 4 pizzas.
The order was placed.
I received my order and started to have my meal with my friend.
(As my name states we are pundits and do not eat or even touch non veg.)
What happened was that one of the 4 pizzas was a non veg pizza and with a blind faith in dominoz that i regret now i never thought it would be a non veg pizza if i have ordered a veg. combo and we ate it. It was really very disturbing and annoying and i feel so helpless about it that because of leniency of your employees we did something that our religion does not allow. My friend is so upset with me that she is not even talking to me right now and blame me for what happened.
I called up the store and the staff was sorry and offered me something free to order for.
Does offering something free counts for what happened with us?

Today I ordered a medium seventh heaven pizza with extra cheese burst topping along with chicken wings n chicken white sauce pasta.. And a Sprite amounted to 1131₹. transaction failed but amount was deduced (Thank you for using your SBP Debit Card 521XXX9979 for a purchase worth Rs1131 on POS 50000135 at DOMINOS MUMBAI MAHIN txn# GT[protected].) kindly refund the same. I'm mentioning the txn no n card used. It's not a good thing to harass customers on these grounds

I ordered online pizza from dominos on 24 may16 at 7:45 as it was late by more than 20 min i asked for refund as it was paid already first the store manager(dinesh- vasant vihar-delhi) talked to me very rudely and refused to refund and started arguing.later when he saw m not gonna convienced he said ok it will be refunded and just hung up.he did not even bother to confirm the time frame or apolozise.it has been more than a week neither i got my refund nor any confirmation from their side.its just pathetic how some people spoil the entire brand's image..i have written an email again for the refund, but no responce yet.

Amount was deducted from my paytm account but i recieved a message saying that transaction was not successfull.

When i checked with paytm they said the transaction was successful.

I have attached the error screenshot as well.

Please check and refund my money back

Recently our company, fujitsu consulting india pvt. Ltd. Has entered in corporate tie up with domino's pizza. The tie up is 15% discount on bill value between rs. 350 to 1000 and 20% for bill value above rs.1000.

I had been to domino’s pizza joint at below mentioned address on 30th may 2016.

Store address : basement, ground floor and first floor, padale palace, 11 erandwana, padale chowk, near sharda center, karve road pune, maharashtra

This is to bring your kind notice that discount was not made available as per corporate tie up. I displayed my company id card as per tie up conditions, but counter staff said that there is no tie up with fujitsu and can’t offer discount. The domino’s staff further told that the corporate discount offer is for infosys and wipro employees. The domino’s staff did not take any efforts to check with higher management about the tie up and just denied the discount. Also the order was not taken correctly and hence you can see there are two bills for one order.

I am very disappointed with my order
I ordered, personal (create your own) ham, mushrooms, mixed Peppers and red onions. Strippers combo, coleslaw and 1.25 litre bottle of coke
What I received was
Chicken and ham pizza
Half burnt wedges in the strippers combo
1.25 litre bottle of diet coke

Only thing the pizza deliver said to me was that thay had no coleslaw due to it being bank holiday, so thay have put in 500ml bottle of coke
I did try phoning Strood store about there error but had no reply
My bill came to £19.76 and I paid by card
I am very, very disappointed. I have had no problems with dominos before now and use often for myself and my children.
Please can you inform me what can /will be done about this.

When it come to home delivery, dominos proved that they are the worst. Its been a mnth since i've raised an issue over twitter wid u guys but till date no one turned up. You dnt give a damn to the customers. I've orderd some pizza from the shahdara jyoti nagar branch on 9th may, you guys deliverd a piece of rotten pizza. Your world class customer service dnt even bother to reply. Seriously i've never expctd such kind of pathetic experience. I could've bought the pizza from the local pizza shops. M gonna publish my experience everywhere and will nvr use ur services

Tried calling customer care but no help. Everytime they tried connecting me to the store.. The store guys never received my call... Me and my friend decided to go to store itself.. We were not calm but we didn't knew this will come.. The restaurant guy attacked us.. And when i tried recording this they tried to attach me as well.. Domino's team yu can view ur cc tv footage. I am still trying to raise concern with dominos but the concern department is not answering.. I wish i could have recorded this completely. Your delivery range of 30 minutes is good but what for those who are not in range. Atleast take more time and provide them online orders. So that they can avail their e-coupons. Some o[censored]s can afford late delivery but they want DOMINO'S PIZZAS and they also want to avail e-coupons provided to them by tata sky recharges, paytm wallets, hike etc.

Therefore, PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR THEM OTHERWISE THE COUPONS PROVIDED ARE USELESS.

This is a complain against your store and store manager in SARJAPUR ROAD.This is the fourth time i have ordered through this store and my dissapoinment has only increased. For all my four orders the pizza has never arrived before 1.5 to 2 hrs. Yesterday it arrived in 1 hours 15 minutes. When questioning the store manager on why should we pay for the pizza he replied that i am not running a trust for you but still you can keep the pizza as a charity from my side. With this kind of service i am not surprised why your order volume is going down everyday and why we will never order with Dominos again, pizza hut is any day much better in service. I had 6-7 guests yesterday and we all plan to take it up in social media and bring this to the notice of everyone particularly against that store of yours. It goes without saying that i did not pay for the pizza and in the words of your reputed store manager kept it as a charity from his side, since it was 11:15 in the night i was left with no choice.
With so many online options available these days, will make sure that the people that i know do not order pizza atleast from that store.

I ordered pizza from dominos on friday 27th may @ 9:27 pm.. I literally waited until 11:20 pm to receive my order... After continuous calls on # 68886888, since 10 pm i neither received a call from the person to deliver my order.. Only after 10:30 pm i recieved a call saying that my order is on the way.. Though the store is 15 min from my place i recieved the order at 11:20 pm.. There is no customer satisfaction.. If the delivery is delayed least there should be some tendency to keep the customer informed rather putting them on a jeopardy.. This is ridiculous!!!

I bought a regular pizza and chicken wings yesterday from Joka, Ridhisidhi park outlet. They arrived 50 minutes late. After delivering the pizza at 8 pm they call me back at 12.05 am. WTF is this? Why they called up at midnight? I received the call and utter surprise and disgust disconnect it. I can give you call detail if you want. What kind of hospitality is this. I took it very very seriously. And decide to not buy any product from domino's further. I will also take serious step on this.

We placed a order at dominos of samachar market mayur vihar extension.
We placed it at 9:20 and they delivered it at 10:30 in a worst condition and the order was wrong as well! The pizza was not hot at all and there was very less cheese in it! When we complained them they asked us to wait for an another hour! They spoiled our evening and made us embarrass in front of our guests.. Worst experience ever.. we want a strict action against them as early as possible ! We are very dissapointed with thier this behaviour! We will never again order pizza from dominos!! I ordered a large chicken fiesta pizza in Jaipur on 27th may, 2016.To my dissappointment, it contained mutton topping instead of chicken.So as the next logical step I called up the concerned dominoes branch, after hearing the complaint once they cut the phone and ignored the subsequent calls...Aggrieved by such irresponsible and disgusting behaviour on part of dominoes!!

Hello...My name is Sanu. Phone number [protected]. I ve done an online order (order id 267 dated[protected] time 8 46 pm) to buy two pizzas from sasthamangalam, trivandrum, kerala outlet of dominoz. When i went there to get it they have not provided any cover to carry it to my home even if was willing to pay and since i was on my bike i had no way to carry them. A girl told me it was out of stock. I came back to my home and went again on my car to take that order. There were a lot of employees but none responded to me. i was there for around ten minutes. i requested to atleast five to six of those employees to give me my order. Two of em were busy billing orders of other customers. That was fine. But some were just chit chatting about their personal issues. It was so annoying and frustrating. Thank God i have not paid for the order and was so pathetic experience. I dont know why they put so many employees. If they atleast mind the customers it was okay. But it was so bad...
