I had ordered Dominos at 8:50pm. It was mentioned that the order will be delivered in 30 mins. It was delivered after 53 mins. When I contacted customer care, they said its normal and it was their mistake that they didnt inform me, which they usually do. I was nt informed anyhow. They said they'll send me a complimentary garlic bread, which I didnt even ask for.
I had already paid by card amount of Rupees 525. My bill amount was 503. The delivery guy did not even return the change (Rs 22) as mentioned on the bill. I contacted again, they apologized and said will send the change through delivery boy soon. After an hour later, delivery guy comes, delivers me garlic bread but nt the change. He brings along another bill that has the same amount (Rs 503) but the change to be paid (Rs 22) is nt there in the bill. Delivery boy says he doesnt know about it and cant pay me. He talks to his manager and the manager gives all stupid reasons for nt having the change in the bill. He tells the delivery nt to pay any change and come back.
I have both the bills with me as proof of the whole story and hand-written note of the boy that he was instructed nt to pay any change

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,
    I placed an order using the dominos website, i got a coupon on my phone as SMS to get 100% off on second pizza i.e. buy 1 get 1 free, i used the code and made payment through ICICI Pockets the money was debited from my card but the order was not placed, i got the screen which told me to contact restaurant to confirm if my order was placed, I called but was told that the order was not placed, however the amount was debited . I tried ordering again but when i entered the coupon it displayed the message as invalid coupon. Please look into the matter and refund the amount debited even though my order was not placed.

      Description:- I order the Pizza on 2003hrs and got the call from delivery boy named Rahul on 2029hrs. Than he began to tell me that he will deliver my order on road.
      For your information, this is not the first time when i place the order to same outlet but this is the first time when they behaved like illiterate person and deny to deliver to my order after 1 hr & 30 minutes.

      Sentence used by Sanjay(Manager): "Delivery nahi ho payegi, jaha complain karni hai karlo"

      After that, i made call to Mr. Deepak (Manager) of same outlet who was the only person behaved like gentle person.

      But again concern is same (i.e - not resolved)

        We went to dominos food court in urban estate patiala and ordered large pizza 1+1 offer at 6:30 and also told them that we have to eat them one by one but they gave us both pizzas at 6:45, it took 20 min to finish first pizza and the time we were starting the another one...we saw that it was uneatable and it tastes like we are chewing a bubble gum...when we asked their employees for that, they make an excuse that after half an hour their pizzas normally become uneatble and when they apply extra cheeze on their pizzas it always becomes like a chewing gum...we came back from there as if they were not even listing to our complaints and were misbehaving with us...!!! And the company talk about consumer satisfaction

          Ordered pizza from sector-10 A gurgaon.They guys ordered wrong pizza.And when i call back to them they first denied that its impossible and we have ordered correct one .Then i asked same person to transfer call to manager .Then manager listen and said in 10 min will give u same pizza.After 10 min i again get call from pizza boy and he started asking for whats the pizza u get before.Whats the base and all that..and he told me dont touch that which we deliver.After that pizza boy came and give me ordered pizza.Then i call to manager and ask delivery pizza boy to tell them what pizza initaillay come.

          Then i ask them as you are late so i am eligible for free pizza.they guys denied and said u get ur pizza.

          This is the brand dominos you guys are running and making pool fool..

            I have attached my order details. Its been 5 days my ordered was cancelled due to unsatisfactory reason they gave me that they have never delieverd pizza to my place and cancelled the order. Behaved very ill mannerly.
            My order was for rajpur road dehradun.
            Its been 5 days i have not got the money back. Very poor services of dominos
            Kindly take action on this asap.

              Dear sir,

              This is in regards to order number : 142
              Time of order : 05/21/2016 09:58:17 pm

              My residence is (As per google) 150 meters (2 minutes walking distance) away from your dominos outlet at narendrapur.

              For the first time i placed an online order with the said outlet on 21.05.2016 at 9:58:17 p. M. For six pizzas, bill amount of rs. 727 (Photo of bill enclosed). I tracked my order online, found the pizzas dispatched at 10:16 p. M. I received a call from [protected] at 10:28pm informing me that since the delivery person has to walk from the main gate of the complex to my flat at 2nd floor (A distance of 50 meters), as my residential complex forbids delivery persons from dominos to drive their motor-cycles inside the complex for rash driving, he will deliver my pizzas only after attending two deliveries at sherwood estate which is my neighbouring residential complex. The whole conversation was recorded and attached as attachment with this mail.

              The pizzas were delivered to me at 11 p. M. (That is, one hour after placing the order and 45 minutes after despatched from store) and not before the delivery person giving me a lecture of 3 minutes, the gist of which is given below:

              That a huge amount was demanded from the store by the executive members of the welfare association of the residential complex called sugam park and a delivery person was illegally detained by them once upon a time. Since i am a first time customer, the delivery person has delivered the pizzas at my door steps and from the next time i have to collect myself personally from the main gate as they cannot use the lifts of the complex even.

              Now my questions to you are:
              1. Is there lift in each and every building that your delivery persons deliver?
              Sugam park residents forbid use of lift by service providers i. E. Maids, paper-boy, milkman, housekeepers, movers and packers, etc. One of your delivery persons was found to be using the lift of a5 block last august and was asked to call his supervisor for a talk because it was not the first time offence (Before this incident a delivery person was caught using lift and his supervisor left a note with the executive committee that ‘this will not happen again’). That delivery boy went to police and with the help of three persons who are against the present committee and who was incidentally present there, lodged a complaint which was later dismissed by the police as false.

              The dominos manager contacted the sugam park residents welfare association (Sprwa) in december, 2014 with the aim of putting up a temporary stall in the lawn on 31st december covering the new years eve bash and was asked to pay a meagre subscription amount for the use of the lawn because ‘there is no free beer available in this world’. The manager refused by ‘dominos do not pay to put up stalls’ but circulated among the persons who are in opposition to the current committee of sprwa that a huge amount was demanded.

              2. Is the dominos pizza store at narendrapur such an establishment who is more interested in involving itself in petty local politics than making money? I am surprised.

              3. What was the delivery person doing for 45 minutes after calling me? The distance between sherwood estate and dominos pizza outlet is 200 meters (Two minutes walking – please google it). Does it take 45 minutes to deliver at two addresses at sherwood estate if he is allowed to ride his motor-cycle inside the complex and use the lifts?

              4. The pizzas that were delivered to me after one hour of placing order were cold and limp and tasted like stale bread. I paid rs. 727 for them though it was notified in website that delivery after 30 minutes were free (The delivery person stated that it is not applicable to orders of more than 4 pizzas). That means if i place a large order i am sure to get cold and stale pizzas and dominos cannot help in any way.

              5. Should i feel overwhelmed by the fact that i am getting a chance to eat dominos pizza? The attitude shown by the delivery person says so. Well, i am not overwhelmed at all. What i am going to do is – i am not going to place an order with dominos pizza ever – just like most of my fellow residents are doing now. If that increases you sale, then keep showing you attitude or else change your staffs with attitudes.

              People do not care to write to you because no one wants to waste their time now-a-days. But to me, this whole thing appeared to be so pretty stupid that i wasted half of my sunday today just to record the huge amount of stupidity.

                Dominos dharwad outlet manager ms shwetha do t have sense to speak with customer... I m waiting from last one hour for pizza... Half an hour back outlet person has confirmed it a delivered... To further details called again after half an hour... Manager shwetha was speaking she demanding whether you want delivery or not... If this sought employees behaviour will spoil the image of dominos..

                Looking forward for your action... Otherwise we will stop using ur pizzza

                  Please find the response from paytm cc when i raised a concern with them

                    My name is pankaj. Yesterday i ordered pizza and the same was delievered to me after 50 minutes. I was supposed to get it free after 30 minutes but i paid the bill because i understand there might be some reason for that. Though my house is just 700 meters from dominos restaurant. But the worst part is that the pizza delivered to me was so bad and cool that nobody could eat it. I am nerver gonna dominos pizza again

                      Hi, i placed one order on 21/5/16 at 7.30, and i scheduled for delivery at 8.30pm, but after placing an order, after some time i got a call that they can not deliver the order at my place and they are going to cancel the order now.

                      There after i did not receive any email regarding cancellation and did not receive the money in my paytm wallet.

                      please check this matter.

                        I KIRAN s Sarang regularly order dominos pizza from nanganallur Chennai outlet. To date 21 may 16 also had placed order no 227 online at 2056 hrs and waited till 2230 hrs and had to proceed for searching dinner.
                        This is absolutely disgusting I couldn't enjoy my dinner at normal hrs. Request take action against them n do the needful.

                          I have been patient to not complain about multiple late delivery. Last time ny delivery was 2 hour late for order i paid for online. I didnt get refund until i called thrice to manager. Today my delivery is 2 hour late n now it's 11pm so u won't deliver. What the hell.
                          Order is alredy paid for. U just increased to other level by not delivering order u took money for. Seriously serious pissed.
                          I called the store on all 6 no likr 10 times no one piks. I calld central 68886888 no amd he puts me on hold and then after 5 min call is disconnected. Now its 11 i cant call as well. I have details of order though.

                            Hi team,

                            I made a complaint on my order which i did on 20th may ([protected]) through the registered number... Order no.202. It was the worst pizza i had... Received the order after 50mins of ordering. It was chilled pizza and not hot as you advertise or promise. Brigade metropolis mahadevapura, branch is making the worst pizzas... This is my 5th or 6th experience from that centre. If continued i will take further actions.

                            I need the fresh order to be issued to me. Else i will take next steps to resolve this issue.

But dominos pizza informed me that there is no receipt from their end and hence no order placed, i would request you to kindly look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible.                                 I eat dominos loaded pizza from my the outlet situated in jyoti mall . My order was take away order so they just have cheese burnt no chicken in it everytime I have to tell them that for please make my order good but they always make mysel[censored]nsatisfied last time they provide me a subwich of which the bread was so hard that I have to throw out my all money goes waste .so kindly think about your customer satisfaction .

                                  I've ordered peppy paneer pizza from dominos store murugeshpalaya, old airport road,, bangalore on 05/21/2016 at 04:40:54 pm. Their offiical website the status of the order was updated as delivered but we didnot get the order. Zthats when we called up their store. Their manager told us that the status update was an it issue and apologized for the late delivery. He also promised for a discount of rs.300 for the late delivery. Later at around 8:30pm on the same day we called up the store since we didnt get any confirmation on the discount, the store manager changed his colors saying he has not promised us anything and there will be no discount given. He was also very rude in his behavior. Behaved as if it is our mistake for his late delivery. It was an extreme dissatisfying experience of dominos we ever had.

                                    This is to bring in your notice, dominos front desk person whose name is jaspreet (Female staff) misbehaved with me and insulting indirectly in front of her colleague while taking order. Today incident i am sharing with you. I am working in lovely professional university and i place my order in uni mall-dominos for 1 onion veg singles 1 golden corn and she denied they do not have onion veg single. Then i ordered 2 golden corn veg singles in normal base and she said they have only pan base no normal base pizza and smiled front her colleague. Is this is way to deal with your customer we know it very well what is normal base and pan base? She did this kind of cheap activity only because of we are ordering for veg single normal base and she is not getting incentive or bonus on it. Is this is the rule of dominos where i am not getting incentive or good money we will not deal properly with customer and what you want in low price where i am not getting incentive we don`t have that item. This is not first time it happened two or three time. She did because of only this we always placed same order according to our taste.

                                    This is too much embracing and shameful thing to dominos brand values. Or otherwise dominos pass the rule if you placed 1 order once you cannot place again for the same where we are not getting any kind of incentive. Kindly take strict action against her other wise she will

                                      Pizza ordered got delivered very late. Bill amount is Rs. 361. And the delivery boy, told that 300 will be refunded to your account within a week and he promised it, since it got delayed more than an hour. But no refund happened.

                                        See, I visited dominos at soul space arena, bangalore last day(20.05.2016) I ordered and one o[censored]r person has made my transaction. Money got debited frm my account, I hv msg and transaction details too. He said money will be refunded by 11pm yesterday. But I didn't get any so far I fed up calling u too. I want my money back by EOD. Ur quick action in this in higly appreciated. Other wise I will definitely approach consumer court how you guys are cheating customers. I'm very serious on this issue. I[censored] want me to send screenshots of the transaction I will send.
