This is sheetal. On 30/4/2016, i went to one of your outlet in mahagun mall, ghaziabad, up for dine in. They swiped my card twice but told me that card is not working, so i paid them cash that time. Afterwards i found out that rs 608 have been debited twice from account for pcd:[protected]:02pl[protected]:jubilant fo. Its been 18 days but yet the amount is not refunded. I have ordered one medium pizza along with garlic bread with dip. The dip that came had no date mentioned on that... My kid ate took a bite from that dip and vomited immediately... When i checked the dip it was all smelly and rotten... I have taken a sample of the same... I called the restaurant and asked to send someone to check... I received status from my order got dispatched and later after 45min got cal saying my order is not available. When i asked to cancel my order i was told that i will be refunded in 7 days but didnot receive any confirmation about cancellation of order or refunding of money.
