As the branch is located very near to my place when i ordered pizza their response was very ignoring. And they are telling its not possible to deliver and they deliver only the place only opposite to their branch. Which was not et all satisfactory. And why do you people give bull advertisement like pizza will be delivered in half an hour to your place no matter where you stay in bangalore and all.. Hell with that pizzas.. I am really disappointed. I suggest my friends and colleges not to order anything from there and never visit that place. Either deliver my order within half an hour or refund it today at any cost. My order no is 63. And ordered at 2.00 pm 11/06/2016

Guys you may had good experience with Domino's trust me they ignore people saying " any how people come and have why to bother " if any one of you also had bad experience with Domino's kindly stop visiting and suggest others also.. If not Domino's there are N numbers of food available in the market . Be self respected .

      Hello i am. Krishnendu dey and i ordered today two pizza at 8.30pm at night. I called dominos store at bodduppal area in hyderabad pincode 500092 but they said it will be delivered and i waited 4 hrs till 12 but pizza did not delivered and i ordered it online and made payment online.
      I want my money back and my order number for date 10/06/2016 is 145.

        I placed an order online at 9.46 pm on 10 june 2016. I paid for it as well but didn't get the order delivered till now.
        This is really annoying.
        Pathetic service.
        The restaurant address is marthalli, ground floor, shop no. A, whitefield main road, munnekolala village, next to yashomathi hospital, marathalli.
        I want it to be sorted as soon as possible.

          I use dominos app while placing my orders at dominos and as you know there is no option available for store selection. Whenever i place my order, it is placed at the nearest store which is rajouri garden store for me. But today when i order was placed at the rajouri garden store, the manager of the store called me and talked to me rudely and without my permission cancelled my order . He told me that rajouri garden is not your store and he told me to manually select some other store which is not possible on the app. He was not ready to listen and rudely he cancelled the call.
          This type of rude behaviour is not expected from dominos . I am really disappointed . I want an explanation to this as soon as possible

            I am Arun.B, from trivandrum, I ordered through online and my address was approved in site, but the local franchise, denied delivery. As my home is very near to main road and comes under pangapara(p.o).

            I have already paid the amount through netbanking, the order is cancelled, and I got no official confirmation from domino's.
            The franchise staff told it will be refunded in 7 working days, or use ur bank transaction detail further, what's this man,

              We ordered for 2 pizzas chicken fiesta (Medium), chicken lovers (Medium), double cheese crunch vide order number-46, and paid extra rs.100/- cash and rs.533/-on line paid, but very bad experience had ever, pizza was not crispy, no liquid cheese inside this, slices was not cut properly and uneven slices too, topping was also not evenly on all slices of pizzas. Very pathetic product which i had thrown in to the dustbin reason being was not eatable and i was also not received my revised bill of rs.633/- too. Kindly look in to this. Very disappointing from this ordered from some where else for the hunger. Since i have regularly ordered for dominos, pizza lovers

                I dont have any hope that I will get justice or someone will resolve the frustration I received. But just trying my luck. I am ordering pizza for last 6 years from Hormavu outlet. As usual I ordered pizza today (Order no - 131), but to my shock Manager told they wont deliver to my area. Then I asked how come they delivered till recently (Last order on May 21st 2016), the first guy told dont know about that.Since could not answer he gave the phone to Manager Ashish. He first told for past 6 months they are not delievring in this area. Then I asked about how they delivered on May 21st. Then he corrected telling that till May 15th they delivered. Using zipmapper dominos website itself redirects to this website and I paid money online. And to my surprise the website showed the order has been dispatched. And the manager calls me and tells he cant deliver. Its utter disappointing. Wy are you fooling customers like us? Where will get justice? I called customer care twice and both times call got disconnected after asking me to hold. Please help and when will I get the money back. And Managers like Ashish speaks very rudely and a great asset for your company.

                  i bought a dominos voucher online in the month of March which never got delivered on the email ID i had put it for. I have had multiple rounds of discussion with the team and they every time tell me that they are looking into it. I have had enough and demand an interest on my money and the money back too. I dont want the voucher anymore

                      Went to pick up my free pizza at web plaza 345 8thst south saint petersburg fl[protected] .. That i had already redeem through the t-mobile free tuesdays app for a free medium two toppings pizza on 6/07/2016. Had pickup for 06/08/2016 at 8pm remind you i had ordered a pizza on 06/07/16 that i paid for..So the next day when i went to get the free one thru the t-mobile app the manager name david said that i have to buy a pizza in order to get the one thru t-mobile free tuesdays..I showed him my online order...My code.Everything...My email.. David did not give me my free pizza unless i bought one.. No ...So i called t-mobile c.S. The lady told him on speaker since he didn't want to get on the phone that i don't have to purchased anything.. David still didn't give me a free pizza so the t-mobile rep..Noted everything that david didn't do... Love dominos this experience made me question... My name is regina kirkland email is...Mrs.[protected]@gmail.com... I am a christian i don't curse but i was very upset .. Thank you be blessed..And david need jesus.. Don't know why he was like that .. Guess the free pizza was coming out of his salary... Sorry

                        I ordered a farmhouse regular pizza on 8th June at lanship mall dominos outlet in Calicut. After I Recieved the delivery I realised there were not even 1 single mushroom present and when I called up to ask they said that the mushroom is out of stock. So kindly look into the matter n refund me the required amount because of your poor service as they didn't inform me earlier.

                          I hv ordered 1 regular chicken dominator pizza.when the pizza delievered to my house i have checked that the toppings was not available on it.i have complaint to the delevry boy they call his manager and the i spoke with him they told me it was happen by mistakenly an dis will not happen again.I m alrdy gettng late for my ofc so at that time i m nt able to to discuss more regarding this.but i have told the deleivery boy n manager that i want refund for this order and also i have wrote the whole message on the invoice which delievry boy need to submit in his outlet.but still no respond from your side. Its really frustating and guye you are providing worst service. But now i will never prefer dominos for pizza.you guys are just fooling your customers...I WANT IMMEDIATE REFUND FOR THIS ORDER OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO YHE OUTLET AND PUT COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM...I have put 350 rs for this poor quality pizza...

                            I have tried to order pizza from dominos, they give me the number and i have called there, but later on they said this is not our area so they provided me a different number which was under the area of huda city centre.And i tried to call there also they said call to M.G area they provided services in my area . i called there also, but they said the same things . this is vary bad experience i have ever experienced with this kind of company. i will not recommend this to any one in my friend circle.

                            i'll go for KFC now.

                              I had placed an online order on dominos website on 26th march 2016 for a delivery to be made at press enclave, saket, new delhi at around 8.11 pm. After the order was placed through net banking, i received a call from dominos stating that they cannot deliver to press enclave as they are the green park branch, the saket branch of dominos would be able to deliver to press enclave.

                              I explained to them that the money (Rs 285) had already been debited from my account. I was informed that the moeny would be refunded to me within the next 10 days. Believing their words, i went ahead and placed an order online once again with the saket branch through net banking immediately after the call, which got delivered to the desired address.

                              On 27th march i got this mail -

                              Dear veronica,
                              Your refund request for following transaction is being processed
                              And the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.

                              It has been more than 2 months now and my money has still not been refunded. I waited for it patiently thinking the transaction might be taking time. But now, this has stretched far too long. I do not understand how dominos could forget about refunding their customer's money on time or take this issue so lightly. They have not even had the courtesy to notify regarding the delay. I want immediate action to be taken and my money to be refunded right away. Please have a look at this matter immediately.

                                I had purchased e-voucher of rs.250/- of domino's from crown it application. When i tried ordering food from online domino's site i received error which is "sorry your order could not be processed to our restaurant due to a technical reason. Money will be auto refunded in 7 working days for paid orders" (Refer image 1). On inquiry with outlet i was intimated that the no refund process will be proceeded for e-vouchers. Refer image 2 for invoice copy.
                                Kindly guide to receive refund of the e-voucher.

                                  The outlet at ellora park subhanpura in vadodara gujarat kept me waiting for taking order's from 8:45 to 9:10. The waiter kept on taking other's orders who came much after me. Plus the ac cooling wasn't proper and also the outlet was very dirty and smelly.
                                  The other outlets in vadodara are at par with service and cleanliness.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I want to raise a concern that i am facing related to “mygyftr” e-voucher (Dpc3azs54716) and i am very disappointed with dominos services.

                                    Will give you the background of the issue. I was trying to order online pizza on 20th may’16 and unfortunately i was not able to make it, however when i tried to book it another day using my e-voucher as mentioned below it shows that i have consumed it, what rubbish.

                                    I have contacted dominos couple of times and got call as well and told we are checking with our technical team on this issue and will get back to you, now it’s more than 10 days no update.

                                    Can someone from your end please have a look and confirm if this e-voucher has been used at dominos website then please confirm me the order number or give me in written that this e-voucher has not reached to dominos account, so i can take it forward with “mygyftr”.

                                      Gk-2 manager was rude & abusive..(Manisha sharma., employ id-136325)
                                      The payment is debited from the account nd the order is not place..
                                      She bluntly said that she don't care about anything what we are talking, i[censored] want the order then reorder it nd pay for it otherwise she can't help.. She was very rude in the whole conversation.
                                      I was also put on hold for 20mins.. Without any response.. I have to dieconnect the call and call them again.. But they were not ready to talk properly. Then i call[protected] thinking that will get connected to the south zone head some arum sirosi cam on the call..
                                      I was telling him the behavior of his colleag but he was trying to defend her by saying again nd again that place the order nd pay cod..
                                      But again he was not understanding my concern as the gk-2 manager was rude & abusive towards me..
                                      At the end when i said that r u able to do something about her behavior he said we will see..
                                      Is it a way to behavie with the customers..
                                      Is it professional to abuse on call..

                                        The complain is regarding the delivery of pizza in khanpur shiv park or khanpur ambedkar nagar. I called on one of your dominos out regarding home delivery of the pizza they mentioned that they do not deliver the pizza in our zone and he provided me the number of the other dominos outlet. When i called to the other outlet to order they mentioned that they also do not deliver pizza in our zone.

                                        It is worst and pathetic service of dominos. People trust blindly on you and you people treat them like nothing. At my own i saw one of the pizza delivery boy who was delivering pizza there and that was not too far from my home. I will post on facebook and twitter that how pathetic your service are. I want to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
