Yesterday at night at about 7:50 i ordered a pizza mania but after 1 and a half hour i called back and they said that "your pizza is on the road". Then again after 10-15 minutes i called back, they said that "your order is not punched i. E you have not given any order". It happened in sector-9, panchkula branch. Kindly ask why they wasted my time!!

We've ordered a takeaway of 4 pizzas from the pizzas extreme combo. They were 2 loaded, 1 cheesy and 1 spicy pizza. And a loaded pizza was missing. We've called up the branch and asked for the home delivery of the pizza which was denied. We went back to the branch and got the pizza. This happened in the nacharam branch on 17th of july and the order number was 201. This the second time it is happening and the first time we got the wrong home delivery a few months back. I am afraid if this mistake repeats again we would not prefer dominos anymore and will make sure no one in our student community would prefer it. Hope this mistake never repeats again.

Today i purchased an order under server no 887878 order no 3 dated 17 july 2016 from big bazaar domino's zirakpur punjab but the service wasvery poor. i asked them for a carry bag but they refused and demanded money for it. they should confirm this before bill booking and it is their responsibility also. when i refused to pay and asked them to keep cheesy dip for that carry bag, they did the same. is this the standard domino's is having these days that they are negotiating on such thingss. wat an irresponsible staff and service domino's is having. everything is very much below standards. regards sumit mob [protected]

It is very sad to know that the order what i placed was through netbanking and amount of 1340 was deducted however at the time of delivery some other member of my family paid again the amount for the order. The delivery didn't cross check and accepted the money without my consent as that point of time i was not available. Additionally the order was late to which the delivery boy said please don't call the dominos as they will deduct the money from my salary. Also the order was incomplete, he forgot to get the cheesy dips.
I would like to have a clarification on particular scenario as the payment was done twice for the same order.

I am very very unhappy with the service provided and felt cheated by you all.

The items were loaded in the cart and proceeded for payment on line. After confirming the payment i proceeded for payment online by debit card. While the payment was being processed, the connectivity failed and the order did not mature. However and amount of rs 695 /was debited to my account with canara bank. Txn no:[protected] at 21:05hrs on 15.7.2016. I contacted your bansdroni outlet at nsc bose rd, kolkata-700047, but they confirmed that no such order was received by them. The amount has not been re-credited to my account. Please arrange to refund rs 695/ to my account at the earliest.

Below complaint raised at domino's guest care but no action or reply from anyone.

I have been experiencing very bad service from your preet vihar, delhi branch. 2 weeks ago filled feedback that they have used very less filling on pizza and few pics are without meat on it. But no action taken.

Today again ordered the pizza and below points experienced :


No confirmation call from branch after order placed on app filling very less on both pizza, few pieces without mentioned meat raised the complaint, they took another 45 mins to deliverone pizza filling was ok not up to mark after complaintsecond pizza was worst than first delivery mentioned filling on pizza totally missing branch manager disagree to accept their mistake, only kept arguing and still want my kids to hold the pizza after 2 hours so a senior can come and check photos of all the pizza attached for reference same are going on my social network sites with articlediscussing case with consumer forum for legal action on wasting my money and time for some bread and cheese

I ordered veg pizza from dominos chilimbi mangalore, and i was delivered non veg pizza, i am a pure vegetarian person, instead of apologize dominos were forcing me, to close my complaint. They were forcing me to take new veg pizza but i had ordered stuffed bread also which was delivered with non veg pizza, i asked them to replace everything but they said just pizza would be replaced. After taking money they are not allow to make mistakes, and after making mistakes how they can force instead of apologising.

I placed the order from rohini, new delhi and it got placed in Chennai and the order automatically got cancelled without notifying me...it's sheer lack of common sense...on top of that none of them were listening to my concern...everytime I call them and tell them the problem they put my call on hold and then they never pick.

I placed an order via food panda around 8.30pm. I didn't get any response even at 9.30pm about delivery. I contacted food panda customer care and they mentioned it's on the way and it will reach in another 10 minutes but i didn't get it even at 9.45 pm. I tried to reach the domino's pizza but no one attended to the call. At around 10.20pm, i receive a call asking for location n was giving blame excuse and was very rude. Such a unpleasant experience and very unprofessional behavior

I am sujeet from okhla phase iii, new delhi - 110020. my number is [protected]... i ordered a pizza at evening. i was standing out of office for pick pizza and i wait 40 to 45 mins then your delivery boy come and said that there is no pizza late and i come on time and his words was full attitude fully whenever your order time is within 30 minutes and he didn't give me late pizza and he run away from my office when i call your callcenter then a girl (which name was pooja) pick my call and i told her same issue then she was saying that order time is 40 to 45 mins and she was favoring of your boy instead of guest when i said that i will launch a complaint then she was saying that you can do.. just do... saying many times and i asked for her id then she was saying that i am unable to provide and disconnected my call.. there was also a attitude... your service is burst service is so dirty and now you need to shut your office... shame on your guys...

It is regarding dominos pizza ordered from vishrantwadi (shoppers orbit) pune outlet. (order date:- 11th july 2016, order no. 412) i observed this thing 3 times. i ordered pizza at around 10:05 pm online and paid the bill online. i saw the online status as pizza dispatched at 10:20 pm. however, i received a call at 10:35 pm to confirm the address from the landline. he said that we are dispatching the order now. i asked him why the online status was changed to dispatched 15 minutes before the actual dispatch. i observed this for 3rd time. when i called and ask about this first person told me that they have updated the status irrespective of delivery time. then his superior told me that they was a technical problem and because of that the status was automatically updated to dispatched (this was a funny explanation). finally i received pizza at 10:45 — 10:50 pm. i am sure that this store is updating status before dispatching order only to show that we are delivering order's on time. this is injustice with customers. and domino's is showing advertisements that we are delivering pizza ontime. this is just a false promise by dominos.

I ordered the pizza on 29 may on 8.35 pm and paid the amount 475 by net banking but i received the pizza on 11.10 PM, delivery boy said that my amount will be refund in 7 days but i still don't received the amount, i logged the compliant with domino's with reference no.1315898, I two times called the Sikandra outlet for the delivery but the response was very poor, they said it will be delivered with in 10-15 mint but its has delivered by 90 mints, and the amount was still pending from there end.

Last 3 day back i was ordering 2 med size pizza and other thing and requested the person to give me 15 pcs of chilli flakes and oregano. But he simply dined and told that only 3 pcs can be given cos its the company rules and i have cancled the order. As i am a regular costomer and that manager also said that we dont need ur order and kept the phone so i just wanted to know is there ant rules for oregano and chilli flake that wit one pizza u will supply only 5 pcs and that way ur manager taked and kept the phone was correct

I order a pizza and two other things from the domino pizza vaishali nagar jaipur by 3:00 then i called and tried cancelling it by 3:07 the boy on the call told me that he cant because order is in oven and going to be ready soon and will receive my order within 30 mins but then to change one of my side order i called again and he said mam will take 7 more mins i agreed but then i received a call from delivery boy by 3:40 that he is still looking for my address that too in the case when my building of office is just 100 meter away from domino's shop i mean what kind of services are they providing they take the service charge and this is what they do and i didn't even get the pizza for free after 30 mins according to there tag line

Subject – deteriorating quality & services of domino’s india (noida, sector 48)

Dear sir/madam,
We are regular pizza eater of domino’s but regret to inform you that quality & services of domino’s outlet noida sector 48 is very bad.

We have recently shifted to this area, the experience of food & service from this particular outlet is terrible. we have ordered 4 to 5 times from this outlet nd the delivery time was 40 to 45 minutes, sometime we get a call from the outlet “sorry we can’t deliver in 30 minutes” its new punch line of your outlet.

I have highlighted the service & quality issues in the online feedback form of domino’s but regret to inform you that no corrective measure has been taken from your end.

The classic example was of last saturday 9th july 2016 we have ordered through mobile app. between 4 to 4.30 pm, order no – 167, laster i called to the outlet & given an addition order no 171 with an instruction that last time the cheese burst pizza was very bad – less cheese (actually it was not cheese burst/regular one), tele caller manoj assured us that the pizza quality & service will be taken care.

The order no 167 has been delivered after 45 minutes (we paid full bill), my other order no 171 has been not delivered (the delivery boy was carry the bill but forgotten to bring the order) the funniest part was he was asking the payment of order no 171 which was undelivered. the quality was again very disappointing – later i called to the outlet & talked to the manager mr. sanjay, who was full of excuses.

We had few guest at home so the complete experience was very pathetic – food to service.

I had ordered a dominos farmhouse medium cheese burst pizza I got delivered less number of sashes of seasoning and chilli flakes, dheerender Yadav the delivery boy was not carrying any extra sashes and when asked bout it he was not at all obedient instead he started back firing with words .
After this in front of the delivery boy I called the branch the woman Shweta over the phone also started confronting instead of apologising because it's been 9 years I'm eating dominos and I am well aware about everything what is offered and what is not, what I can ask for and for not .

I have placed an order for Pizza delivery was late on this day delivery man said that that he was lost in the society and he could not find my home and gave stupid excuses like that 30 minutes delivery is just for reaching the society of the particular place. What is uses of that guarantee if you can't deliver a pizza in 30 minutes moreover it took around 50 minutes to get the delivery of a small pizza and after that lame excuses. I'm hardly dissatisfied by the services I would like to tell everyone that the 30 minute delivery systems total b*******

I have ordered a pizza yesterday and got a very poor quality of it no proper cheese and base is messed up . and decided to complain about it .whenever i order a pizza there is always some quality difference what they provide at the restaurant and what they deliver at home .

I have ordered pizza online from dominos on friday evening (8/7/16). which was fulfilled by sjr i park dominos. but whilr placing the order i opted for netbanking payment, after entering all my credentials i got an error "sorry we coul not process your payment" and redirected to payment page again and in 2nd attempt i could place the order without any issues. but both the time amout got debited which 548 + 548.
