The delivery boy says you will get only 2 chilli flakes packet, as you have ordered only 1 pizza. I called the branch, the till lady aagni said that, with your order the no of sachets you require are enough, in case you require more, we will send it but it will take 15-20 mins. I convinced her to provide the chilli flakes within 5-10 mins as the store was near by my house. It's been 45 mins but no one yet has arrived, I haven't yet started...

Today, I had a Worst Experience with Dominos Pizza. I had ordered Pizzas Online on Dominos Portal at 7:48 PM (details attached)and we got these Delivery after 40 minutes, though my house is 100-130 meter from Domino's.

When i want to discuss late delivery issues with Delivery Boy, he is not agree with Domino's promise (30 min or free)

When the Company cannot Stand on their Promise for Delivering within 30 Minutes...

I had the worst experience ordering with Domins today which is not at all expected out of such an established brand. I had place my order with ID 128 online at 8.00 pm for which there was no information provided about the status of order or outlet. The order didn't reach on time and after waiting for an hour I called up customer care thrice who had put me on hold saying we are connecting you to concerned outlet. Finally 4th time call connected...

I received a failed transaction page for transaction id GPT[protected].
It was for 705 rs and was done using PAYTM wallet.

I had also verified from local Dominos center and they did not receive the order. Order was done using ph number [protected].

Yesterday, I Ordered The Pizzas From Dominos And The Pizzas Were Perfectly Baked And In This, I Also Ordered Taco Maxicana And It Was Very Worst Baked And The Sauce Is Not Present In The Taco Maxicana And It's Taste Is Very Poor And I Throwed In The DustBin. It Was Very Worst Experience To Me. Domino's, From Now I Never Eat Your Any Such Thing From DominosPizza. Pizza Hut Is Much Better Than DominosPizza....

Today evening at 6:10 i placed an order with Kadubesanahalli branch and when i gave a call and checked for the status they told person is stuck in traffic when there was not traffic, Dominos is just opposite to our office.

Later the delivery person gave a call at 7:20 and told he is near the gate and after 5 mins he again gave a call and told that the order is been cancelled.

This is really annoying, first thing...

I had ordered a cheese and bbq chicken pizza and garlic bread from zomato, the order no was 4847947, the order was placed at below mentioned nigdi outlet of dominos.
It was confirmed by the outlet and i got a confirmation message too. Later on i received a call from the branch stating the your location is more than 8 kms from here and we wont be able to deliver at the location
However, i stay at a distance of 3.2kms from nigdi...

I had placed order for regular BBQ pizza . Pizza Quality was pathetic. Cheesing and itemized topping was not proper.. pizza slapping was bad and there was many bubble on top...

Dominos is the first and last choice
I use to eat dominos pizza 3 4 times a month
But i regret to say that the recent order was disgusting
I ordered 2 pizzas one cheese burst and another large one
There was no extra cheese in cheese burst
And the large pizza was sticked to the box of the pizza
I would not prefer dominos pizza from nowonwards
I will be glad...

Myself anita kulkarni pune. I have placed online pizza order and did online payment of 480 rs. For pizza. Just to confirm regarding my order i called them so the manager said (Vikas keskar) that " mam we have received your payment but your order has not placed due to server problem so can't deliver your order also can't refund your money right now.. It will take 7 days to refund.

I hv ordered pizza at 7:31 pm as per bill but deliver me at 8:20 pm. I tail the delivery boy and he gave discount rs 300. After requesting also. they do not deliver the pizza to our place even they delivered 5-6 times in the same locality.
How are we supposed to know where you would be serving and where you would not.
we use GPS and you take the online payment and do not deliver it.

I was ordering pizza from dominos website. They deducted money from my account. But they did not place any order for me. I have all the bank details that money has been credited to dominos account. I ordered a hot pocket and a medium pizza through online and I choose to pick up option, the called for confirmation of of order and they even messaged.
