I am a regular customer of dominos as you can track my record from my i. D. Today i have ordered my pizza as before but i got my pizza delivery in 1 hr and 20 minutes after i have order. This is the third time that i got the delivery that much late from same delivery center. I have lodged feedback for this before also but nothing happened so this time i cant stop myself to lodge complaint against this. As per your policy you should give pizza for free if it delays more than 30 minutes but its not apply on people like me who always pays advance payment for your pizza. I don"t expect this from international brand like you.
Hope this time you take this seriously and take some appropriate actions against the delivery center.

The pizza was not good at all
On the sake of selling more pizza's they introduce these offers and then delievers low quality pizza's
The pizza was of really very low quality no cheese at all
The guest who came were really disappointed
Feeling very shameful

Pathetic cheese burst crust delivered in buy 1 get 1 offer. If the quality is to be offered such... They better dont make such offers! And the person who took the order on phone said as its offer day... Time limit doesnt play a role... It will surely take time. How abt delivering pizzas in a metro n still giving a guarantee of the time limit?? Wen its juz a mini city!!

Last night i got charge of 283 when i was placing an oder near (10:14pm,[protected]

my tanscation id is [protected] and i was placing oder to dominos pristine mall faridbad.

i really worried because its my hard earn money and it is becoming a issue these days happened to my friend as well.

i contacted the resturant they first said you will get money back in 24 hours,
after that when i call they said it may take 7 days .

its ok i do understand that it may take 7 days, but i should recieve a msg from their said that about that .

these i get late delivery in oder bad pizza quality, dominos was my favourate but i feel they are looting money these days .

I had tried to make a online order (order no 159 Vasant kunj new delhi ) through my credit card after confirming the payment i come to know that given address was wrong. therefore i had cancel the order but my payment didn't received till now.

Sir i have ordered pizza from dominos dugri at 8:56p.M & delivered at 10:00pm. I have ordered 4reg onion &1 reg capscicum. It's too late to serve a pizza. Can i know what is 30 mins guarantee ?? . Guest at home . Felling embarrassed . When i talk to manager he speaks rudely and send back the pizza . I have no other option to send pizza back guest are waiting for long. The quality of pizza's very poor and also chilled . This my bad that i order from domino . Which makes 30 mins guarantee. Fails to service every-times. Mangers also talk rudely . This is great concern regarding your service and quality pizzas . It makes me embarrassed in the eyes of guest. Sir its very poor against your reputation . It is your duty to claim me for poor service.

Tried to use my hdfc insta e-voucher on 11 july, 2016. Was not able to order on dominos website due to network error but coupon status coming consumed. Contacted dominos and was told to try after some time. Tried many times but order not placed. No one willing to help. Order not placed or delivered.

Outlet confirmed non receipt of order but points not reversed.

I ordered two medium pizzas from dominos official website on that night around 9:30 pm, i made the payment through my icici netbanking (Transaction details-bil/[protected]/pizza/[protected]_wwwd). The amount got deducted from my account and the page redirected to the dominos home page, i mean no message like 'your order is placed successfully'.
The money deducted and order not placed. So far i have not got my money back. Please help to get my money back asap.

I have make a order on 18/6/2016 at sector 48 dominos pizza, at the time of placing an order for pizza we checked it online for veg pizza amount is total 556/- including taxes and all in which we place order for 3 veg extreme pizza mania, one veg taco and one half Ltr coke, by when on the other side the guy who is taking the order is wrongly take the order for non veg pizza and deliver it us but on the same time when we checked we returned it to the same guy and the pizza bill was 629/- according to them which is for non- veg pizza, and when we complaint for it they said the guy took wrong order by mistake and they will send us the veg pizza, and they will take another 35-40 minutes to deliver the order, and the guy didn't get the another bill and ask for the full amount according to previous bill or ask for the half amount if it's late and it was obviously late becoz they made a mistake while taking order and it will take one hour to deliver the order. Shame on the guy who are today called up from the no.[protected], and arguing and using unappropriate language. I must say first time I got worse service and behaviour from the dominos and when I ask the guy name he disconnect the call. Shame on the services of dominos

I've ordered pizza through dominoes pizza but due to some technical issues they were not able to process my request but the payment was already made. I got a mail regarding the same. But till now i've not got me refund. Also i got only one call but he told me that he was not able to track the payment made. I cannot find any customer care number to register my complaint.

This is sridhar from gajuwaka visakhapatnam i kindly request to learn ur team that how to behave with lady customers and mr. Amith of visakhapatnam branch was voillating the promise of the company and speakingly rudely with customers while questing regarding 20min of late delivery and delivery was taken back without delivering the order and even though i was not requested for the late benefit also
Kindly train or learn ur employees regarding proper receiving of the order from the customer and dont give promises which you cannot fulfill 30min delivery or dont send any coupon which will not work for any further clarification please contact me on [protected]

I walked into domino's pizza manyata tech park on 20th june 2016. I placed an order for chicken mixicana & coke. The lady in the counter used the card and said that the card is declined and used it again, due to which the amount of 362.27 had been deducted twice. The lady didnt bother to inform the same to me, when i checked my message sent from bank i realised its been taken.
On questioning they informed that its a machine error and will be refunded within 24 hrs or i can call [protected]. I waited to 24 hrs, amount was not credited, so contacted the number. The respresentative who received the call (Aslam) was very rude and started arguing that the amount was taken only once, instead of me telling that i have a bank statement which says twice. Finally i had to hung the call due to the rude behaviour of the agent. Very poor customer service ever.

My amount got deducted but order was not placed.

Its rediculous that idominos people haven't refunded the amount. They called me on last tuesday and said it will take 7 working hours.

Why the refund hasnt come.? Can you please look into this.

In last 3months I have ordered 3 times dominoz pizza. Whenever I have ordered very next day, I am having health issues for min 3days vomiting and loose motion problems. This time the same happened to my wife too. So I request to improve your quantity of pizzas where a normal person abole to digest it as well as enjoy eationg pizza. Moreover, I didn't fine enough cheese layer except cheese burst one pizza.

Today i. E 20th june 2016, last one and half hour trying to order dominos pizza online at kalbadevi and it showing the restuarent is closed, then called on the restuarent they say that u r pc is closed for online order n we just on it so try once again or else place the order on call and we dont have option to do payment online.. What is this need and explaination.In detail.!! Or else i will file a suite

We had ordered a pizza from dominos on 30th may 2016 from Mangalore dominos, lighthouse. But we cancelled last min. So the order was cancelled. We paid via netbanking. Buy have not got the refund yet. We got a msg from dominos on 8th June 2016 that they will refund in 4-5 working days. But its not refunded yet... Can you do the needful asap... Thank you.

I would be glad if some senior can come into action. I am regular eater at domino's paschim vihar and tried ordering on zomato by 10:45 pm but domino's server couldnt respond. Then called customer care at 10:55pm they connected me to store at paschim vihar. I spoke to the person and he said we cant take order at its 11:01 pm which was actually before the time 10:59pm and if already i am connected to call and then i spoke to manager he said oven is off which was already running as i have been there many times and it runs till 11:15 atleast then on my gentle request he agreed i'll

In while. Check the recorde at all ur outlets accross india and abroad. I feel so pitty abt ur company which couldnt live upto itc excellence. You lost a customer

I had ordered a pizza online in agra at sanjay place branch i had ordered online for home delivery ordering time is about 7:30 pm it was delivered at home by 9:30 pm distance from sanjay place is about 3km

Another thing it was not for the first time...

I ordered the pizza on 29 may 2016 and i got it after 2 hour when i compliant with i received attached message and the boy which deliver the pizza, told me that my money will be back in nest 7 days but i still don't received the same.

Sir,
I've received your message of offer i.e. by 1 regular pizza & get 1 free.
Before few days same offer offered by you & at that time i get regular Non-Veg. in Rs. 264/- . Considering those experience, today I ordered same order but the recipient of your outlet located at Vikas Complex, Thane M.S.said that this offer is valid only on Cheese bust pizza which having price Rs. 369/-.
While calling on your customer care number he told that Rs. 264/- offer is still alive but you have order it online. The outlet recipient told me either online or direct order you will never get Rs.264/- offer. Due to his misguides I missed the offer opportunity. Unfortunately say that I accept another non-offered regular pizza & losses more amount.
Therefore I request you shall I get justice about this incidence. Expect your positive response in subject matter.
