Hello my order no is 521, which i have placed from l 17 gurgaon to outlet sector 14 and i have tried to call restaurant but they are not responsding my call..I have waited for whole night as it was showing dispatched but i had not received the parcel
Its been so irritating i could not explain, if you don't want to deliver an item why the hell you accept the order then you tried to show me that it's on the way and an all that. I could have easily order from other restaurants if you wouldn't assure me that the parcel is on the way..

I called on [protected] for order of garlic bread, pasta, cheesy dip and zingy parcel. I called them at 10:50pm on 10th july 2016. First they listen my order and when i confirmed my address they refused to deliver. First they said that it will be delivered in 50 min but when i asked for 30 min guarantee they refused to deliver by saying that the area is outside their delivery area. I had guests at my home suddenly and i feel very shameful in front of them because of this. Its really very annoying and bad things i faced with dominos for the second time. Last time also when i ordered from same outlet they delivered the pizza in 1 hrs and gave 300 rs discount. This time they refused even when i asked them not to give discount.

In 10 july 2016 time 04:30 pm i going to take pizza for nearest dominos shop from 7 seas mall.
I placed my order but after 25 minutes that means 04:55 pm my order is not delivered for my table his front of counter for dominos.
I ask you for staff after 25/minutes his is not able to answering me then i ask for manager but he is also blame me then after take a action.
I have waste my money and time also and take a worst experience about dominos pizza.

I ordered a pizza on mobile app, and the manager on duty called me to abuse me.
He said" Gaand maraa"

And when I called back, the lady on call, transferred my call to the same manager, and he again started abusing and threatening me.

He said that he belongs to some Village Gadhi, and asked me to come to some place named as Lohia Park to have One-to-One with him.

Please teach some manners to your managers atleast

This complain is against dominos pizza restaurant who did not deliver my pizza on 25th june 2016, despite i paid an entire amount of inr 433 to them online on 25th june 2016 10:45pm (via paytm). they promised me to send pizza within 30minutes, but i did not receive even a single call from them. i waited till 26th june 2016 12:30am and post which i had no option except to sleep without dinner and acidity as dominos mentioned in their portal that pizza was already delivered.

I made dozens of calls on[protected] and [protected] but no one attended it. plus i made 3 online concerns with guest feedback reference ids 1401931, 1401915 and 1401931, but none of them were attended the same time.

Worst part was when dominos sent a text message next day morning 10:07am, that i had a great dominos experience last night and asked me to provide my feedback to them. i raised another 2 concerns 1403923 and 1406415, for which they kept asking me my mobile number via mail, but somehow able to contact me by 27th june.

They even offered me to get the same order free of cost to forget the pain of hunger and acidity i faced along with my room mate on 25th june night. i am also yet to receive my paid money back, which they promised me earlier (30 minutes delivery or free).

I want this complain to be registered against dominos and me been given proper justice as per the law so that no other person would be victim of not receiving the meal and not to sleep with hunger and pain as i faced the other night.

This was one of the worst experiences that i had with dominos. It was my kids birthday and booked the order of 11 pizzas and 1 garlic bread to be delivered at 7 pm. Since it was a kids party and i wanted the order to be at 7 pm sharp. The guy at counter confirms the same.In the evening the order came late at ard 7.25 pm, by that time most of the kids were given some other stuff to eat as u could not keep small kids hungry.
Also, with that order they did not deliver garlic bread and when contacted back to dominos, their response was very callous seems that it is ok if one parcel is not delivered. Finally they delivered the garlic bread post 10 pm. I believe nothing could be more than bad then this on my kids birthday.Instead of enjoying birthday party, i was following with the dominos about the delivery... Highly disappointed and frustrated.

This is with reference to invoice no. dpi65957/[protected]/35072. i ordered 8 regular pizzas veg singles, 2 garlic breads, and "3 veg taco and 1 chicken taco" for home delivery. but when i received the order. i got 3 zingy parcel and 1 chicken zingy parcel. i had a talk with the guy gaurav k. who took our order. he told us that he'll send tacos and we have to pay rs.438 extra. so we agreed. the guy came with the order. he didnt have the change. again he went to bring the change of rs 62. and he came and asked the zingy parcels which were first delivered. but we consumed those. so guy from dominos again called that we'll have to pay the bill for those zingy parcels which was not informed that they had already adjusted in that bill and that is to be returned. meanwhile our pizzas were not hot enough. and the cheese become hard. but we somehow ignored and consumed. and now they say we have to pay extra for that. and as this was not our fault so i denied to pay for the same. because we were unaware of it.

So i request you to kindly look into the matter. and i didnt expect this from the brand called dominos. i'm highly dissappointed today with their services.

Outlet called me and said pizza cannot be delivered. because it is out off range.

My concern is,

I placed order online through mobile app.
I have given correct address and correct area.
I have nearest out let at the distance of 200 mt.

But why my order went to other area, and more over outlet manager sunil (hinjwadi, pune) called me up and said i am cancelling order. or come to collect pizza in branch.

If dominos can't give service stop say delivery at home.

This is worst service and pathetic branch managers in dominos.

Next time i won't be ordering from dominos.

Pizza hut is much better.

I would like to bring your attention to the problem I faced. I almost chocked and was about to have a serious health issue of internal bleeding if I would have swallowed the sharp metal piece in the pizza delivered by Dominos-IBC, Piplod, Surat.

I found a sharp metal piece in the pizza which I had home delivered from Dominos-IBC, Piplod, Surat.

On finding the metal piece I informed the Dominos-IBC, Piplod, Surat team (Manager as informed: Swaroop Banerjee) about the problem and they visited our place to have a look at problem.

Persons from Dominos-IBC, Surat who have seen the metal piece:

I have emailed them my complaint but have not received a response from them.

I placed an order of pizza on 6th july, 2016 at 00.15 am. the area from which i ordered was jail road, new delhi. as i am a corporate employee of british telecom in gurgaon which is a premium customer of domino's. however, when i asked for the corporate discount the service boy denied to give me any discount on my bill and when i had finished my pizza i asked for the tissue papers but it was also not available in the counter. the behavior of the staff was very rude and by looking at their behavior it seems that they are doing some favor on the customers. i think these types of acts will makes domino's goodwill value down. i regret that in future i will not go to visit domino's again neither i will suggest anyone to go for the same. as per me this is very big concern that domino's is into a food chain business line and don't have tissue papers for its customers.

Very bad experience on ordering pizza... i have e-vouchers from hdfc bank. on counter they did not receive, from an online order not confirmed, i download app (same problem) i spent 2-3 hours at the branch with my full family. it is the very horrible situation for me. i talk on 6888 6888 about 45 min... but not problem solve. please take action on e-vouchers system. it is very bad system.
(on pizza hut is very comfortable redeem vouchers)

I placed an order of pizza on 3rd july, 2016 at 2.47 pm. the area from which i ordered was safdargunj enclave, new delhi. i ordered through online transaction and made the payment option through paytm.
My transaction id is gpt[protected]. this transaction was not successful but my amount got deducted.
The money got deducted by this transaction is rs.580.
I request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.
I already checked out with paytm customer care. they have shown that money got deducted on dominos transaction.

Dominos promise of delivery within 30 minutes and i have not got my order done since 2 hours. what type of service is this and they took the cash from me also, this is very unfair manner of doing bussiness... and once after confirming my order after two hours they called me that your order cannot be processed. such type of irrelevant and disgusting order i havent seen.

I called at 12:46 and placed my order amounting Rs.363 and the operator confirmed the order. After an hour or so i called again mentioning that the pizza has not been delivered. Then the operator(called himself the manager) said that you have not placed any order with us. I explained him that i called on 68886888 and then the call was redirected to your restaurant and the operator took the order and confirmed it. Then he told me that[protected]domino's number) is not our number and you should have called on the restaurant's number and kept on making a fool of me. I want some strict action to be taken against him.

The delivery boy says you will get only 2 chilli flakes packet, as you have ordered only 1 pizza. I called the branch, the till lady aagni said that, with your order the no of sachets you require are enough, in case you require more, we will send it but it will take 15-20 mins. I convinced her to provide the chilli flakes within 5-10 mins as the store was near by my house. It's been 45 mins but no one yet has arrived, I haven't yet started eating my food.
Third class branch it is, either shut down this branch or provide them training

Today, I had a Worst Experience with Dominos Pizza. I had ordered Pizzas Online on Dominos Portal at 7:48 PM (details attached)and we got these Delivery after 40 minutes, though my house is 100-130 meter from Domino's.

When i want to discuss late delivery issues with Delivery Boy, he is not agree with Domino's promise (30 min or free)

When the Company cannot Stand on their Promise for Delivering within 30 Minutes why the hell they are cheating the Public with the false Promises

i asked delivery boy that i'll raise a compliant against Domino's, he said plz do whatever you want to do.

Please dont ever Buy the Pizza thorugh Online from Dominos Pizza. This is a wrong way of cheating the public sometimes we already would have paid the money and they can Deliver whenever they want and Wish to????

I had the worst experience ordering with Domins today which is not at all expected out of such an established brand. I had place my order with ID 128 online at 8.00 pm for which there was no information provided about the status of order or outlet. The order didn't reach on time and after waiting for an hour I called up customer care thrice who had put me on hold saying we are connecting you to concerned outlet. Finally 4th time call connected and when I spoke to outlet guy he mentioned order would be delivered in 10 min after which order didn't come for another hour. After all that when I received pizza at 10 pm it turned out as if taken out of freezer. I am writing this mail with utter disappointment and demanding refund of my amount at the earliest with a promise of never ordering from Dominos again.

I received a failed transaction page for transaction id GPT[protected].
It was for 705 rs and was done using PAYTM wallet.

I had also verified from local Dominos center and they did not receive the order. Order was done using ph number [protected].

Time of Transaction: 10 PM

Yesterday, I Ordered The Pizzas From Dominos And The Pizzas Were Perfectly Baked And In This, I Also Ordered Taco Maxicana And It Was Very Worst Baked And The Sauce Is Not Present In The Taco Maxicana And It's Taste Is Very Poor And I Throwed In The DustBin. It Was Very Worst Experience To Me. Domino's, From Now I Never Eat Your Any Such Thing From DominosPizza. Pizza Hut Is Much Better Than DominosPizza.
