I received status from my order got dispatched and later after 45min got cal saying my order is not available. When i asked to cancel my order i was told that i will be refunded in 7 days but didnot receive any confirmation about cancellation of order or refunding of money. What kind of service are you people providing to customer.

Dear Sir, i have been receiving unwanted sms relating to offers from DOMINOS which really irritates me a lot. If by mistake i have signed any of your feed back forms which says i agree with the communication you would carry out with me then kindly delete it immediately...Kindly requested to stop sending any type of messages 'whatsoever' on my mobile no.[protected] please. i would appreciate your help in this regard. Assuring you to continue as a frequent guest of Domino's.

I had placed order today online also paid fr the same rs.- 306 then j recd a cal frm worst dominos executive stating my addrees is nt serviceable where as my location pincode is 411057 same as dominos pincode its just 15 min away frm my place. This not the first tym i had ordered but last tym i recd my order n this tym dat lady named deeepaa cancelled it stating out of delivery area.. she was worst in speaking with a customer realy had bad exp
I jst want my money eefunded as soon as possible. I will see to it that i spread this msg of bad customer service in hinjewadi outlet

Orderred twice for dominos pizza amt Rs 334 but transaction did not take place and I got mail from dominos that the same has not been processed . Money got debited twice from my card [protected] (334*2)

I want immediate moneyback for the same to my card

HI Sir,
As per below mail I want to inform you that your team member reached at my delivery address in 44 minutes. So as per your company delivery guideline he reached at my address got 14 minutes late. I Also called to dominos Baddi but they did not give me proper information for reaching late in my delivery address.

As per attached mail I have already faced the same problem.
PIZZA team member reached at my delivery address 14 minutes late .

The complaint is about the Sub- Standard and poor quality of two Pizzas supplied to me by your outlet namely Jubilant Foodworks Limited, I.P. Extension Delhi-110092 on[protected] vide order no. 253 and invoice no. DPI/166106/[protected]/13260 amounting Rs. 698.00 all inclusive at 8.44 p.m.
The pizzas supplied were not baked/cooked fully and there was hardly any cheese and the vegetables and onions were chopped and placed on the top of the PIZZAS without baked. The PIZZA were absolutely cold while my residence is hardly 5 mts walk from your outlet.
I am extremely disappointed from your company and want that the amount paid to you for these sub-standard pizza be refunded to me immediately.
This is without prejudice and my right under the law.

I regular visit and order from Domino's pizza.
Today I visited Domino's pizza, Radhanpur Road, Mehsana, Gujarat at 13:00.
I ordered Meal RS.200 on 13.02. The order taking person name is Sapna and server name in bills is : Priya M.
As per norms i received SGB Stuffed GB at 13:34 while I have inquired when I will receive my meal? I asked them about my Reg HT Mex Gree, they siad it will deliver in 10-15 minutes.
I received my full ordered meal at 13:39.
My order No : 11. and my Invoice number is : DPI66973/[protected]/5710.

i ASKED WHY MY MEAL IS LATE AND AS PER POLICY AFTER 30 MINUTES MY MEAL SHOULD BE FREE SO REFUND MY MONEY.
She replied it is ONLY for Home delivery even she is not sorry for order delay.
I am very surprised by the response that it is my mistake I visited Domino's pizza and asked for serving at restaurant instead of delivery at my place.

Ordered pizza few minutes back with Order No: 108. Made the payment of Rs 490 and got an intimation message that the pizza will be delivered in 30 mins. Right now, i got a call from the Dominos, JP nagar branch that they cannot deliver the pizza as i am staying in Bilekahalli and asked me to place a fresh order for Bannerghatta Road and i should make a fresh payment and that too by cash. The location was selected using Zippr and i had clearly mentioned my address. This resembles of such a low grade service that Dominos is providing by giving false expectations. A person who already made the payment via online mode has to make a fresh order and asked to pay by cash.

Todays order: i ordered and rs 290, i gotcallafter 20min that they cant deliver so they will pass order to st ome other dominos. Then i waited 20 min and no call or message received, again i complained and got message that order is placed and will be delivered in 30 min it was 4:10pm now and no call. Them again i checked and it was that i will get order but after waiting approx 2hours i didnt get any response, my friend came and left.
It was disgusting when my friend said "ohh u didnt get pizza yet and they left for restraunt because they were hungry"...
You guyz are horrible... My words cant express what i m going through..
Apart from paying you guyz money what i got is insult...

Two weeks before i ordered in tesco at that time you guyz delivered pizza after 1hr10min... And delivery boy said because of some 50per offer issue he got late// you guyz sucks man now...

Kindly note that yesterday night I ordered 2 pizzas form Dominos at 09:17 pm, adn i got that pizzas delivered at 10:21 pm. Pizza was so cold that we could not even eat it, and we ordered Cheese burst n extra cheese, that cheese was no where available, & Still we were not given any free pizza, that order we should have got for free but instead 749 Rs were taken from us.

I ordered a pizza online through dominos site. Order no.-228 dt[protected] at 7:05 pm amount rs 553. I got a confirmation call as soon as i placed the order. I was told that 1 item (White pasta italiano veg) was not available so i choose garlic breadsticks with cheese dip instead of white pasta italiano. I was also told that my order will be delivered within 30 minutes. After an hour at 8:05 pm i called dominos and asked why is my order still not delivered. I was then told that due to some problem my order was prepared late and that it has been dispatched and soon the delivery boy will call me. Time passed by but i didnt get a call from anyone. After 15-20 minutes after my first call i started calling dominos but all my calls went unanswered.2 hours have passed but still my order has not been delivered. Kindly register my complaint against dominos and take neccessary action.

I have ordered a pizza worth 553 rupees from dominos. Money was deducted from my paytm wallet but the order couldn't be processed due to some reason. I was informed that I will get the refund within few days. But it's been 16 days I haven't received any refund yet. Please help me out. Please add money in my wallet and let me get updated for the information.

I ordered my pizza using Domino's app n apply for a coupon I was charge 1167 didn't even deduct the coupon plus on top of the da order was not taken I it's was charged den I received n email saying oops we couldn't take ur order some went wrong due to technical problem n da money is Goin to be refunded after 7 working days how is Dat possible???? Ridiculous Food with the ridiculous staff, after giving the intimation in store got the order in absurd condition on top Store People said we have putted 10 gm extra cheese wherein Pizza was like eating unbaked brown bread with overbaked topping. Dominos is like in habit of making concern at every order wherein they proudly said they given their best in making the pizzas. I’m totally distress by your ultimate marvelous services. Thanks for wasting my time with you guys!!

I order a cheese onion pizza at my office because by n order of my pion but I see a in there r no onion n pizza has not in piece so how can I eat
This is very bad service by dominos pizza I will take n action for dominos and I inform every one dot eat a pizza because of this type of service we are not a dog so u give us this type of service

I placed an order no. 390 online at 6.20 pm for delivery time 8.15 pm from domios pizza centre, south x mall – kanpur. Thereafter regular communications elicited rude or no response from kanpur outlet and even delhi office. My first feedback reference id is: 1265106 8.18 pm: second feedback reference id is: 1265168 at 8.28 pm: third feedback reference id is: 1265342 at 8.53 pm and fourth feedback reference id is: 1265741 at 9.42 pm have all went unresponded. When the delivery boy came at 9.40 pm (Delay of 85 minutes with a soggy pizza, i refused the acceptance of delivery and wrote the same on delivery slip. Still no response. Even the advance payment made through credit card is still not reversed by dominos.

I ordered from Dominos on 6th May 2016 at 10:03 PM and got it delivered at 10:50 P.M. The guy told that you won't get refund as well for 30 min delivery.
I have guests at my house and they were waiting for the food. I want my refund.

I went at Dominos Bhayandar West branch on 8 May 2016 and ordered paneer peppy medium size for which I was charged Rs. 575, I paid Rs. 1k for the same. The female in the counter named Soniya returned me 375 back which ideally she did mistake on her end as she had to return me 425 back. I didn't left the counter and questioned her for my money she said she paid me full so I showed her the amount she gave me. She was confused hence went to check CCTV footage to confirm how much she returned me. I was OK with that also, I waited for 10 15 mins this female is still checking footage and when I shouted on counter and in anger cancelled my order she returned me my money back without being sorry for the humiliation she did to me. Is this the way dominos serve customer who support them. I would request to take necessary action against the staff member or else I will give the same feedback for the same in all the portals and would accuse dominos for humiliating me.
