I've ordered through food panda on 30 april, at 12.32. Order no-16, Domino center - Sector-53. This is the worst experience I had till date.
1) From 1pm onwards sector-53 staff called me to take address way as they were not aware, then again in span of 10 minutes 2 more guy called[protected]/86) name dharam. Delivery address was DLF phase-5 golf course road it's famous place even small restaurant knows the place.
2) Your guy have not even left before 1.25 & were just enquring from me regarding the address, I have the recording with me also.
3) I never expected this type of services/ attitude from dominos when I have prepaid the amount also of Rs 2300/-.

Note- Amit the floor manager also was very casual on this matter.

Kindly compensate my amount and also I'll make sure not to order again from you as customer service & respect is very important in service industry.

I had ordered a pizza online at dominos. By default or some error in their website the order went to another restaurant that is not located near my place. Anyhow the order got transferred to a restaurant close to my location. The order took over 50 minutes and therefore I had to cancel it. But on the bill, order time was mentioned differently, maybe to the convenience of the retaurant. I am highly disappointed about this and the lady on call was unapologetic about this and kept blaming me for this. I am disgusted with their services and their so called 30 mins delivery guarantee.

I have ordered a onion pizza worth 49 + tax yesterday with successful payment transaction from payzapp wallet registered with [protected].
but i was unable to get the pizza due to unavailability of order no. with me which was a techincal mistake in procedure of online payment.
Hence i am also giving the snapshot of the successful transaction.
you can check the date and time on the pic with the transaction id too.
So please pay back my payment paid to your billdesk..

This is to inform you I am from mumbai thane nallasopara I have ordered several times for but pizza buy every when order given they hold me and check the status before process the order.
Today I have call for order Executive Shiren nallasopara funfiesta branch who attend me but she told me we can't process your due to refuse the order but I never refuse the order if I am please share the detail but she don't provide the information then I have asked for manager for speak but they try to foul me on the phone only hello hello hello ...no voice and disconnect the line ...I am not expect service from Domino's

While i am complaining we can see an advt over this site showing 25% discount on all purchase above 350/till may 2 nd, i am a regular customer and got the same message, i purchased deluxe vegi medium type pizza cosits 390, i didn't get any discount even after my request, i am complaining about dominos east fort branch, thrissur !Kerala.They are also not issuing regular pizza, and extra cheese
Once it was a good outlet, because of this behaviour the shop seems to be empty most of the time.
My humble request to the company is either you don't send these kind of message s to my mobile or train your staff to behave as per companies terms

I'm new to Bangalore, thus I was not able to guide the delivery boy in a proper manner. When I tried calling the person He did not pick up the call when I asked him about this, he was very rude in his responce. Which made me feel a bit bad as if he was giving the pizzas for free. I would recomed my friends also not to order food from doimons from now. I had a very bad experience from this person. I had previously had orders delivered by other branch of dominos but never had this kind of experience. Thanks for showing me your real face. Do u respect your coustmer how order for a greater amount or is this the same respect you give to all your coustmers.
I'll definitely put this in my Facebook account so that all my friends are aware how pathetic your service is.

I had order pizza in domino online portal. I had ordered pizza at 1:35 pm on 28th april 2016, but i did not get my ordered delivered till 03:30 pm, the outlet manager has delayed the delivery of order by more than 2hrs. I was calling outlet from 02:00 pm, they give excuse of 10 mins, and the story continues till 03:30. They do not regret for the mistake.

Ordering lunch at 01:30 and getting it delivered by 03:30, just think about the quality of pizza..

Dominos should really look into this kind of poor servicing location, as we have had atleast 3- 4 similar instances.

The branch manager - mr. Vijay should really punished for not maintain his outlet properly.

The food chains like dominos should have strict delivery policies, it is not about money but, about the stress and loss of time.!!

Hope dominos take corrective action soon.

The payment amount on bill is 1371 and i got debited by 1408 on the site, and when called back for refund they gave a stupid excuse that its probably bank charges. How can it be bank charges when ur site is generating the bill.

There is a differnce of small amount of 37 but a sinle penny means a lot if cheated.

Dominos really really bad service ...second time im facing problem with same store...even do not have manners ...totally unprofessional ...delivery time 1 hour ...after placing the order online i called them after 15 minutes that time they telling me its out of stock ...not refunding the out of stock product money..
everything a to z fake...the store where my booking was made is sector 22 a dominos pizza and order was placed by 27th april 2016 ...order number was 421 ...it was a online payment from webite

Dominos is one of the most frustrating company on earth who fails to understand that not everyone likes their stupid offers in their mobile everyday. I have asked their customer care representative thousand times to stop bothering me with their promotional sms. But somehow they fail to understand that.

Im aged 67 years and regularly receiving your promotional Text messages in my Mob. no. which is unwarranted and really irritating.
I request you to stop sending such unwanted promotional messages and delete my mob. No from your list.

On 23/04/2016, I've made an order from Dominos and paid Rs 525 by Paytm Wallet options in the Dominos transaction page. Unfortunately, the payment has failed, but amount(Rs 525) was deducted from my Paytm wallet.

Then, I called the desired Dominos branch for my order to confirm, but they told me there is no order has been placed from your number, and told me that in this case, the amount will be credited to your account automatically after some time, but nothing happened, no refund since that day.

Please check into this asap, your prompt response would be appreciable.

It is very sad to say that the quality of your pizzas is degrading.
I always order Cheese burst pizza as it the best one for me and my family.
But since 2-3 months I have observed that the amount of cheese has been reduced drastically and it doesn't taste like before.
Kindly rectify this as such a mistake will ruin your business.

I visited one of your branches in New Delhi i.e., kamla nagar, North Delhi on[protected] at the evening around 8pm. I had a small meals over there and even gave my registered contact no. which was asked during placing the order.
And around 1am I received a call stating that I have placed an order and he was late because his bike got punctured, he also mentioned my residential area and asked me to collect the order even though I didn't place any.
So, can't your management control and handle your staff. If not then for sure I am taking this case at a legal stage.

The amount of bill generated online and by the outlets does not match

The amount as per the online generated bill was Rs 640 and the amount as per generated by the domino's outlet in shimla was Rs 645.

There are other differences as well:-
1. The amount of double cheese margherita with cheese burst is Rs 435 online but in outlet it is Rs 440

2. The amount of Cheesy Dip is Rs 25 online but in outlet it is Rs 21.98

3. The taxes applicable on the online site are :-
Service Tax = Rs 32.19
VAT = Rs 27.75

Whereas, as per the outlet's bill the tax structure applicable is :-
Service Tax @ 5.8% = Rs 32.48
VAT @ 5% = Rs 28.00
VAT @ 13.75% = Rs 3.02

4. The Total as per the online generated bill = Rs 640
As per the outlet = Rs 645

Online pizza not delivered due to order skip, also amount not delivered as per 7 days commitment.already telephone charges for everything should be included

If the policy of late delivery is not to followed by your employees then please don't make it.
Because what happening under your nose is not at all bearable by your regular Clints.

I placed my order 01 reg ht margherita, 2choclavacake on 23rd april, at 9.25 pm at botanical garden, metro station, noida. After waiting for half n hour i requested them to provide the ordered pizza . After 2-3 minutes they provide me the order. As soon as i opened the box, i felt all that is expected is in vain, we found that pizza contained no cheese and it was burnt also. After complaining to the manager, he assured me that he will provided the other better pizza. But to my surprise they again provide the pizza having no cheese and the taste was not good. My son who is very fond of eating dominos margherita pizza refused to eat as it was not tasting good.
This is cheating out with the customers. I have attached the evidence for your ref.

I demand a refund or compensation for this order.

I ordered deluxe veggie pizza but mushrooms were replaced by baby corns. I discovered this late while about to eat but unfortunately the store was closed by then. I cant even take this as exchange of orders coz the pizza delivered does not fulfil any pizza criteria on menu list!!! So what was it.. a silly joke... I am a regular customer of yours and problem of wrong pizza delivered is not new but this time it has been taken to new level.. I request to kindly look into the matter.The store i had ordered from is located in Sanjay Place, Agra.
