I have placed an order of two pizzas today and delivery time was 8:30pm, i have called to store at 8:30pm, he was confirmed me delivery reach with in 5 min time but waiting time was gone increase 25-30 min, as per your commitment it should come within 30 minuets. 5-10 minutes we can adjust but this time its more than double as per your commitment time. And after that also store manager started arguing on this & tell me if you are not taken it return back, domino's & his store is not responsible for that, this was really bad experience for me about your commitment and your store manager behavior, it is so dis casting for customer, i want a proper resolution on this and let me know how to you can compensate it...

I ordered Pizza through foodpanda. I didn't get any Pizza. I made calls to foodpanda. Then called to[protected]. Every time I called to this number- they said please hold let he talk to manager why it has happened. And this hold was for 15 minutes and got disconnected. I called again and this time this hold was for 25 minutes. I called again this time it was for 17 minutes. Almost I wasted above 1 hour with customer. No one came up with solution.
I clearly told them take your time come up with solution and give me a small call, that is all.

I ordered a pizza combo-
1 med bu farmhouse
1 med bu country sp
1 garlic bread
1 sgb stuffed gb

I placed the order at 8:26PM( as mentioned on the bill) and the order reached us at 9 34PM. I asked for 30 min gurantee and they refused. The delivery boy didnt even call the manager and asked us to talk to them. They refused to give us the order and offered 300rs discount. The manager didnt even talk properly and the delivery boy left without giving us the pizza. No body even appologised for the late pizza
This is very frustrating and being a loyal customer of dominos very upsetting. I will never order from dominos again.

I have placed an order of two pizzas at 8:55pm and received it at 9pm. I have called several times but numbers were unreachable.[protected]/84 and 25729683/84/85). As per your commitment it should come within 30 minuets. 10-15 minutes we can adjust but this time its more than an hour. And after that also delivery boy and store manager started arguing on this. This was really bad and the pizzas are also not hot. I want a proper resolution on this and let me know how you can compensate my loss in front of my guests.

Every day i get one or the other promotional coupon from dominos but when i try to use the coupons despite following all their so called terms, still the order does not go through. They only know how to make a fool out of customers and they dont even provide a direct mail ID to register complaints.

I have attached the screenshots indicating the Net Amount and then the pop up coming up with a message that the minimum amount should be 350 although my net amount was already way above that.

I ordered 1 Medium Chicken Lovers and 1 Medium Mexican Green Wave Cheese Burst pizza at Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East branch and my order number is 267. I placed my order by 10.11 PM through online. I again made a call by 10.15 PM to the store to make sure that the pizza is made as a cheese burst pizza. But actually what happened is, the cheese burst pizza contained no cheese . The chicken pizza was awful and its taste was horrible. Cheese burst is charged around 100 rs extra and you people dont add cheese at all. Charging huge in the name of cheese and the pizza doesnt have cheese. I have been having pizza right from my schooling days in Dominos. Recently, I'm damn sure they are cheating out the customers. If this prevails. I'm sure you will lose your customers. If you want to verify about my past orders, use my number [removed] to check out at this store and use [removed] to check my past orders at Dominos nehru stadium branch, Coimbatore.
I was eagerly waiting for the pizza to be delivered. As soon as I opened the box, I felt all that is expected is in vain. I'm really feeling disappointed which made me to put in so much efforts to make a complaint. I have wasted my time making a complaint and attaching evidence and also money is waste on pizza and finally I'm not satisfied.
I demand a refund or compensation for this order. I promise, in future I dont place orders in Dominos. I will also make sure none of my friends and family will get served by Dominos. Thank you.

I am to complain that the name of my town does not appear on the official Domino's India website, in the list of the cities where online ordering at Domiois done. Recently opened Domino's at Hazaribagh shall be informed the same and provide the convenience to all of its customers at Hazaribagh - 825301, India.

I ordered a pizza in ma noida sector 10 office & the moment i had pizza i was been suffering from bad stomach infeaction & vomiting.I called vasundhra outlet from where i ordered pizza & the way they handled the query was so bad & they r feeling like kings because they dont know what the customer services is? Request you all that please not to choose dominos as they provide old bad foods

Last night i visited dominos ashok vihar branch around 8 pm, ordered for pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. The order took 30 minutes or so to arrive and after a long wait, we got garlic bread and 'cheese pizza' from the look of it. I went up to the staff and told the pizza we ordered was pepperoni and not cheese, staff member claims it was pepperoni, when asked to show pepperoni in the pizza, he dug into the pizza and managed to find one piece of pepperoni. Standing there confused with that whole incident i asked him to prepare the pizza properly and asked for pepperoni in which we don't have to look for pepporoni like that. Another 30 minutes of wait and we received the pizza again not satisfactory but we did not have the patience to fight/argue or order for another pizza. Since we have to pay in advance for anything we buy there we had paid already and we did not even receive any apology for the same. I am really disheartened with the quality of food and service of dominos. After this experience i surly will not recommend the same to my friends/family. We all come to dominos to enjoy a good pizza and when we don't receive the same it becomes really disappointing.

I would request you all to kindly look into and make sure these kind of incidents are not repeated in future. Kindly try and give the customers their worth for money kind of food. Kindly ensure the quality is upto the mark and hence you retain the brand image of dominos. Kindly don't lose just because of these issues... My whole evening was spoiled, we had to wait for so long for food and then also the food we received was not upto the mark.

The branch located in Najafgarh ( near Chawla bus stand) is really very incoperative. Usually calls are picked and put on hold for a longer time ultimately getting disconnected. There us no call back, after that they take the order and as soon it is mentioned that it is home delivery, they say the food iteams are not available. Sometimes they say that it can't be delivered. It has happened many a times. Very poor service. Being such an established brand this is not expected at all. They should either change the staff or just shut down the branch.

I am sorry to say ...but the online ordering system is seriously horrible. I ordered online...and the order is sent to the nearest Domino's station, but after placing the order, I get a call saying that the place I have ordered from is out of reach. This is horrible. Online systems are made for our convenience, but this is more of a headache. And this is not the first time this is happening. There are always some problems which arise while ordering online. Fed up of this.

last night we ordered cheese burst medium pizza around 7 pm from ulsoor road dominos outlet by the order name as vatsal modi. I ordered it through dominos android app. The pizza which i recieved is with most of part uncovered with cheese, i spent 450+ rs. And i got worst product from their end. After delivery i called at center from where it is dispatched but busy tones are coming for a hour. After when i gave my feedback on app some of dominos representative called me n said that do purchase new pizza will give you 30 % off, sir/madam i am a loyal customer of dominos and such incident happened with me. I spent a lot money on the bad piece. I need the money back or complimentary pizza. Hoping good response from your side.

It's a regular practice of domino's ​vasundhara enclave branch that cheese burst pizza''s are generally delivered with so little cheese that i feel regret to say that i won't continue using the dominos service's in ​vasundhara enclave, new delhi
Today also before finalising the order i insisted on qty of cheese put in cheese burst pizza but i got pizza with literally no cheese in it.
I don't know how dominos can help in this regard because it's literally a waste of money.

I had ordered a pizza for home delivery at mohali phase 3b2 outlet. I have domino's pizza gift voucher duly valid till 2017. I specifically told the person taking the order that i shall be paying for the order thru these gift vouchers. He said it ok. The delivery was made and i paid for the same by vouchers. But the delivery boy came back after 10 minutes saying that i have to pay by cash as they don't accept these vouchers. I fail to understand that why they issue gift vouchers if they are not accepted by their own store. And it is clearly mentioned on the vouchers that these are valid across all domino stores. I feel like being cheated and am thinking of moving consumer court.

Had ordered for 2 pizzas two days back. Cheese burst, the chicken topping and 5 pepper. The crust was ao dry and could jut see little traces of cheese. But is that what cheese burst is like? We r ur regular customers and mostly go and hve it at the gurgaon outlets.. And ihave never had such rude and awefull eexperience. When i called up to complaint the guy talked so rude as if i waa at fault. Being a lady i dny expect anyone to talk to me like that.

Me and my 3 friends visited domino's outlet located at "652, phase 1, siddapura, whitefield, palm meadows club, varthur rd, palm meadows, siddapura, whitefield, bengaluru, karnataka 560066" on 17 april, 2016 at 10:40 p.M.One of the customer was drunk at the outlet and started abusing us in his local language and suddenly throw a chair at one of my friend.
We didn't respond at he was drunk.After he left we asked store manager that why he didn't did anything.He just said that he cannot do anything on his part.After sometime that drunk person again came and we figure out that person was friends with manager.Under these circumstances i didn't understand how can a customer feel safe.Please look into the matter at highest priority.

This is to bring to your notice that compared to other branches the quality of pizzas served in Dominos Bagalkunte Branch, Hesarghatta main road, Bangalore is very poor and also we have seen negligence in receiving/attending the calls by the service providers in this branch. We have been trying to place order right from 6PM but we are hearing to busy tone for more than a hour.

Kindly look into the issue and support in providing better service to retain the same goodwill and also customers.

Should we pay service tax on take away?

Took a pizza from domino's, near big bazzar sambalpur.

As per indian tax rule, there should not be any service tax on take away or home delivery.

1) request you to let all o[censored]s know why service tax is collected for take away or home delivery?

2) also your home delivery drivers are so rash, they tend to break all traffic rules. Especially the r.T.Nagar branch, bangalore.
