Supertech Ecovillage 1 greater noida. This outlet is getting worse and worse, their system never works, they are always offline so we cannot order online. The AC is not working and the staff works in hot weather. The staff is really good but seems like Domino’s doesn’t care about this outlet even though it’s always full of customers…So many times we couldn’t order and had to go somewhere else due to some issue…please look over this outlet.

I resigned from domino's pizza in the month of 13January of the year 2019 & since that time i have been trying on several times to claim my pf. Around 9 pm I ordered one medium size cheese burst margarita pizza but i received simple medium margarita pizza . Also in bill they type wrong spelling of my name and give me a wrong carry bag.

I have paid rupees 459 on new delhi railway station branch for pizza on 4 august 2022 and the worker told me that my transaction has failed from there end. And i will get my money refunded within 5 to 7 days and now its passed over 10 days they are not refunding my money...

I have order 2 pizzas from Domino's at 2:58 pm on 13 th August and the delevery man was came at 3 47 pm ... So according to the 30 minutes delivery rule of dominos Pizza i should got the pizza free...but this doesn't happen...they charged me for the free pizza... The delevery man take money from me..

Sir, I have placed offline oder at the branch of Domino's pizza Bhuthnath, patna. After 1 hour of wait, one of the staff came and told me that I haven't paid the bill and asking me to pay again. I asked him to check again and after few minutes he told me same. Then I asked to check in security camera so that it will be visible that I had paid or not but he came after few minutes and said same. Then I said that okay! I also want to check security cameraI because I already paid amount but he said that he has already checked in camera and no need to check again.. I feel very humiliated. I said okay I will pay again then he convinced. After eating pizza when some of my friends want to go out then one of the staff stopped them and asked to leave after settlement of dues amount. I asked I'm here let them to go but he didn't. After 30 minutes of argument and asking from every staff of that branch that who has taken my payment, one of the employees agreed that he had taken my payment and after that me and my friends asked to leave. It was very misbehaved move by pizza employees I have felt ever. His act was very insulting and humiliated to me and my friends.
My concerns:-
1) anyone of the employees will take payment in absence of cashier and then they asked customer that he hasn't paid the bill.
2) even after asking to check security cameras he lied to me about payment.
3) His behavior made me feel like prisoners.
4) Humiliation in front of other customers.
5) there is lack of coordination among employees and customer have to paid if anything wrong happen.
6) He didn't said "SORRY" Even when he knew that it was his mistake.

Please take appreciate action in this regard. Thanks🙏

We place order from Domino's site for 9 pizzas and payment was done of Rs 960 from Google pay but not getting order confirmation message.

I ordered three types of pizza from Domino's through zomatto approximately 10:35 pm on 11th of August 2022. My delivery was scheduled at 11:17 pm but i did not received my order till 11:30 pm. Therefore I called customer care but I was told that my order was being shifted to Lakhe Nage from Sunder Nagar and delivery was done in another 25 minutes. But even waiting till 11:55 pm I did not received my order. I again called customer care and I was told by the representative other side " you tell me what I do, the delivery boy is not picking my phone up." Therefore there is compulsion to me for cancelling the order. I haven't get my refund yet. Please expedite my refund.

Made a order @930 pm on 11/8/22 however no number was reachable and tracking was not available. Made the order using zomato. Later post 12 delivery man said will give refund and was rude. No refund. No pizza also brought.

I ordered pizza at 8.26 pm on 11 August 2022 through the Domino's website. The restaurant representative called me at 9.42 pm on the same day to inform me that the restaurant won't be able to deliver my order because it has too many orders. By the time they informed me, eatery outlets near my home were already closed.

First of all I am regular customer of Domino's i didn't had such a bad experience at any unit, but today I was at Domino's Nikol and experience was way below the standards.

When you enter the shop there no precautions for hygiene. Whole floor is messy and tables are untidy. Then i placed order for pizzas and choco lava cake. Pizza quality was very bad in experience, taste wasn't fresh, and garnishing wasn't at to the point at all, also choco lava cake cup was half filled when I opened it. Also there was no tissue papers too.

Hope you take right actions to maintain your own values and to attract more customers to Domino's.

Order was placed for a total of 16 items including several pizza, a garlic bread and some chocolate mousse. All the boxes were pressed down as if someone sat on them and most of the pizzas were sticking to the roof of the box and the garlic bread was spilled into the paper bag outside of the box it should have come in. The order was place on 8th August and after over 2 days of trying to contact the customer care still haven't received a response.
The order was delivered on the train at around 11:30 and we hadn't eaten anything all day and were expecting some good pizza but was faced with disappointment.
The order was placed through the dominos app.

Me md my sister are sitting at the store we order the pizzas but we didn't get the order and the people after us got the order...we are still hoping that we can get our order but they said that it's misplaced we didn't payed attention are we mad to sit here...

I am literally fed up with services of Domino's, nobody will take action against the complaint.
Many times I had complaint to Domino's for my last order, but nobody will revert on the same.
Same on u guys, you are just looting the people's.
And day by day your product quality is going worst and no 30 mins delivery guarantee, no customer satisfaction.

I placed an order on 07 August 2022 but didn't get any invoice over mail or phone. I contacted on this number [protected] they cut my phone in between.
Now how can I get the invoice? it's amount 5972 INR.

Bill not received for my order, also I have doubt on whether they charged extra for my order, they didn't accepted card payment, asked for only cash payment or g pay to their own account, it's again doubt full, they said server issue as the reason for not providing bill and not accepting card payment

I ordered at 5:48pm and waited for almost 1 hour and 30 mins to get a call from the store if i still need the order
Had no update in between and when i tried to contact the store through the app it said "technical error, couldn't contact the store"
I ordered from elsewhere because there was no update about the delivery for more than an hour and in the end had to cancel it.
"So much for 30 mins delivery guaranteed"

Dear sir i ordered pizza from zomato on 6 aug 2022 at 2.16 pm it is dominos policy to delivered within 30 minutes i received this pizza at 5.00 pm now i tell this with domino customer support but they can not call me at that time after that next day they call me about my refund and said that amount is credited in my dominos wallet within 1 hour but they dont credited it yet

Server Irshad M not hearing to us and making fun with his colleagues instead of talking order, worst experiences we will not take any Dominos pizzas in future
