1 august 2022, Today at 8:33 A.M. i paid 505 rs from my paytm wallet for the order on domino’s app. But there was no order history on the app. I want my refund back. Here’s the screenshot of the payment

Would like to bring to your notice on[protected] was my son's birthday and he wants to have the Pizza from Dominos, so I went to your outlet at Deep Shikha Complex, Shop No. 114/23 G, Wazirpura Rd, Near Sanjay Talkies, Sanjay Place, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282003, and I was standing there for 15 minutes to place the order when the girl at the reception told me that it will take time to order at the counter, so I should download the app and order through it, so I wasted the time again to download the App and then to place the order, and I again should her the order this time on the App, and ask her what is the problem there, so instead of getting that rectified, she asked one of her senior to make the offer applicable -then that person came and told that he will just come back in 2 minutes and will see into it -so after almost wasting around 25-30 minutes I was not able to place the order and I walked out and ordered from PIZZA HUT, just next door.

My purpose of writing this is not to put anybody in trouble, but I just want to know how you claim 30 MINUTES or free, when you are not having the capability even to take the orders or to solve the query of a person in 30 minutes .

I hope I will at least get a reply on this email -and again it will not be left like this, and this is for several times I have faced this problem with Domino's in Agra.

Dear sir I am anthoniammal I am exit employee. I was working in Domino's Pizza in goa dabolim restaurant.last month restaurants manager was told to me don' t come to work.than i say okay.after he is taking over advantage of me he black my last month salary also and he shouted to don't come to store with out any purchases.i will to legal action against of Domino's Pizza and restaurant manager.please condider my complaint.

I order one evm for my brother, he always eats the same pizza- Achari paneer and Mexican pasta pizza. He isn't allergic to this but this time after having the pizzas he has got some serious reaction. We will be going through few medical test. But it's definitely because of the pizza. There was something rotten expired or bad on the pizza.

I ordered from dominos app and made payment using googly pay. My account got debited but did not get confirmed on the app and neither received any mail regarding refunds. Attached below is the payment receipt.

I had purchased a Domino's voucher ending with 2165 from Phone Pe on 20th June 2021.

The Phone Pe transaction id is

When I was purchasing the voucher, I was browsing through different denomination and I found that Rs. 3000/- will be of good amount as I am a regular customer of Dominos and I know I will redeem within few days only.

Unfortunately I was so excited to buy as this was my first time of purchasing a Dominos voucher, I overlooked the terms and conditions before buying it.

On 23rd June 2021, I was trying to use the voucher for my order no. 92 and redeemed Rs. 996/-.
I observed that while putting the voucher number, the balance amount was showing Rs. 3000/-. The word 'balance' somehow triggered in my mind that I will use it next time.

Now on 27th June 2021, when I was again ordering from Domino's and put the voucher number, I got a message that the voucher has already been used and can be used only once.
I was totally shocked to see that message.
The first time when I ordered using the voucher, it also did not show me any message that I will be losing the non-redeemed amount of Rs. 2004/-.

Then I went back to Phone Pe app and tried seeing the issue and I saw in the terms and conditions that the voucher can be used only once.
Phone Pe have totally denied helping me in any manner about this issue.

I am very much disappointed that I was not able to redeem the balance amount of Rs. 2004/-.

I am helpless now, so have come to you to request you to compensate this in some way.

I am a very old customer of Domino's and I know the quality of customer service that you guys provide.

Hence, I would request you to put the balance amount of 2004/- in my Domino's wallet so that I can use it for my future orders from Domino's.

I am very much confident that you will help me in this regard.

Domino's in janipur jammu denied me a payment mode n asked me to not to make an order at domino's if i am asking for same n lastly behaved aggressively .

They are increasing their price for nothing now i don't even want to eat it went from 119 to175

Hi, I placed an order at Dominos Chattarpur Delhi yesterday. For an hour the status of the order didn’t change, so I contacted cx care and there was told to contact branch. I called branch they disconnected and then just Wont answer. So I called the 1800 number of cx cr. The rep also tried calling the restaurant but even his calls weren’t answered. So I asked for a cancellation and refund, tge rep said he is raising a request and that I shouldn’t accept the pizza even if they send it. After 2 hrs I got call from the delivery guy and I sd to cancel order and issue refund. He agreed. But marked tgd order delivered. I called him back was told store manager sd he will get this cancelled and issue refund by tomorrow. So far nothing has been done. Can you please look in to the issue? No one is asking you for anything free. It’s service you dint deliver on and you should rightly issue refund. I just dont understand why you people just dont want to issue refund whatever the circumstances. Your cx cr rep and restaurant are unhelpful. Store keeps saying cant issue refund for online payment. If this is the case you should have a warning mentioned against online Payments. This is grossly unethical. Order #250

The Domino's does not open on time every time they give excuse of down server

I placed an order for 2 pizzas amounting to Rs 295 with taxes on the domino's app but the order money got deducted amd order was not placed. Can you please initiate the refund...

For the take away order on I was charge 10 rs for the carry bag. Didnt get any bill for that.
Even the ketchup was chargeable at rs 1 with the pizza.

I have ordered pizzas more than 1700rs worth and I have received it 1 hour after. Domino's Pizza claims to deliver in 30 minutes. I do not get free delivery for late and even no discount.
Now biggest problem is I have paid for extra cheese for each pizza but the pizza comes like dry bread. I am highly unsatisfied with this behaviour. Not a single customer care or complaint number on Domino's Pizza site is working.
Plz refund my money

I had purchased e voucher of Domino's worth 500 INR but while trying to make payment I just get error everytime saying "Payment Option Not Allowed Using This Method. Try another option". I have tried all permutations and combinations like different set of pizzas, choose different Domino's restaurants also for takeaway and delivery options. In fact I'm not using pizza mania, any meals, combos which could justify this error. This is totally ### from Domino's, they don't have proper CUSTOMER support response team. If I have to CONTACT support team then I have to choose some previous orders and those orders were placed from different locations so they end up saying you need to CONTACT the restaurants from where you are trying to place an order and this restaurants upon paying visit says we can't do anything for online order payment options if that's failing and we can't accept e voucher in store. I'm really frustrated with this level of bad experience with Domino's.

Hii myself Abhishek Agarwal and my order I'd is 374. I had ordered pizza from Domino's Pizza saket nagar Kanpur Nagar Uttar Pradesh. The order was delivered improper and the stuffings were broken inside. And the order was delivered late too to me.

I am really disappointed by the behaviour and cleanliness of the below store

On 21st July 2022, I had ordered for a large Pizza from Banashankari 3rd stage, near Kathriguppe Circle branch via their App . Order #175. It was a 30 minutes delivery guarantee order. The place is not even 2km from my home and still they never deliver on time. This time, by the time dellivery executive left the shop, it was already 40 minutes, so directly asked them to not to deliver the Pizza and it was marked undelivered and later marked as cancelled. I had given a delay feedback while waiting for order and the customer support executive Yogesha was such a @$$hole and they never take feedback. I have had multiple issues like this before and nothing happens on their twitter profile if you complain. they simply give you some link to do the complain.
No communication about my refund in any means(message/mail).
Awaiting response regarding my refund.

I received the order after 1 hr and I was supposed to get it for free.
But the delivery boy took money from me and told that it would get credited into my wallet and later when I called him he was very rude and blocked me and my refund is also not done
