Hi,

Yesterday night, I made an order for 2 pizzas and I have received any order number and as well any pizza, it has been more than 24 hours.

I am really furious with the service and need my money back, ASAP...

Today i have ordered pizza of Rs.527 paying through amazon pay, the money has been deducted but the order is not placed. I want refund as soon as possible or ill take this matter to consumer court for regrassal....

I have placed an order on 4/july/2022, my money got deducted Rs 275 but my order was failed. The refund was assured in 3-5 days today is 10 july and I haven't got any refund from dominos...

Today between 5pm to 6pm I was ordering pizza at dominos through their online dominos app.I selected my order and used my Amazon pay upi to pay the amount but after I got a message that the transaction was successful of 355 then I checked the order history but it was not showing my order.

I tried to refresh it several times but I couldn't get the page where it says that your "order has been placed successfully".

Amount is deducted from Amazon pay and i got cash back of 15 rs cash back but my order is not placed on Domino's pizza app and i contacted customer care but they confirmed that they have not received any order from my mobile number

The quality of the pizza is worst. Veggies are all dried up and cheese is extremely sour. Both the pizzas we ordered are so bad and have used expired items. We ended up puking and having stomach ache. When the quality of food is not even monitored time to time, why is the store even open? I tried to CONTACT the store but the number provided says it’s out of network area and CUSTOMER care service is THE WORST. They say they will...

I ordered 2 pizzas from domino's app on 05 July for amount ₹ 295. The order came after 1 hour. So as the 30 mins policy they should've gave me the pizza for free as it's under ₹ 300. But the delivery man insisted on taking the cash and said they will refund me via domino's wallet feature. He said the refund will be done in 24 hours. It didn't . I placed an order kn dominoes app and paid using Amazon pay, the money got deducted and also received 15rs cash back on Amazon pay, but my order is not placed on dominoes?...

I placed order at 8:20 pm n delivery boy came at 10:00 pm. I didn't accept the order as it was too late by the time. I called so many times at store bt the no updated on zamato app Domino's is wrong. I have ordered pizza through swiggy via order no[protected] in 7.05pm from dominos but I have not only been waited for 45 mins but also swiggy said to wait for 90 mins now when asked for refund they are not even attending...

I placed an order @Jun 18, 2022, 4:04 PM but even after 90 mins, I didnt get it. Order no was 109.
I tried to call at store 4 times (initial 2 times none pick call, later 2 times number was busy)....

I placed an order on Domino's app with payment option through Amazon pay because there was a coupon for cashback. At the time of payment it was directed to Amazon website for Amazon pay and accordingly the amount 492 was deducted from my bank account and also a successful transaction order was shown on my Amazon pay transaction but the order was not placed on the Domino's. Even the customer care on the app was not helpful as no order or order...

Sir actually I pay using Amazon pay but after paying the amount when I come back to Domino's app it show me error and order is not placed so please help me...

I placed an order on Domino's Pizza app. Made the payment through Amazon pay UPI and received an email from Amazon that the payment was APPROVED by Domino's Pizza but my order wasn't placed....

Dear team I have register the complaint for the expiry of wallet points before expiry but I haven't got any satisfactory response from the team and also I have register the complaint for the wrong pizza delivery for which also I register the complaint but both the complaints they close without taking any consent from me... I ordered pizza from dominos on 10Jun2022. I ordered it on phone call so as per my conversation I have made payments through the barcode which was I found in my bill. At the time of delivery that payment was not reflected in my order so I have to make another new payment at the time of delivery.

I and my family visited at Dominos RDC Rajnagar Ghaziabad UP yesterday night around 9:30pm with my 6months baby girl daughter and other 2kids too. The condition of store were pathetic and completely unhygienic. The tissues and disposable cold drinks glasses were lying on the floor here n there. And the floor was in untidy condition and ac was not working properly. It’s seems like I would say completely extremely pathetic condition. Nobody...

I tried placing order through Domino's app but the amount was deducted and order NOT PLACED
1ST ATTEMPT : Order paid through Amazon Pay UPI, amount is deducted but NO ORDER PLACED!!!
2ND ATTEMPT : Order paid through Google Pay, amount deducted but Order number displayed as 'FALSE', NO ORDER PLACED!!!
This is unacceptable from Domino's... Never ordering from the app ever !...
