      Pizza is all of onions black and not inside of Cheese where is cheese so my suggestion is domino’s pizza is bad level, not happy eat by pizza so bad

          I placed an order on domino's pizza app on 12 july 2022 for an amount rupees 377.00

          After getting redirected to amazon pay website from dominos app and entering my details, the amount got deducted and i received a flash message on dominos app as 'error'. The order failed.

          I contacted customer care and they confirmed that they have not received any order from my number.

          I got a cashback of rs15.

          I am also attaching a confirmation e-mail from amazon pay balance.

            I attempted to order 2 pizzas worth Rs 394 from the Domino's Pizza App on 10th July 2022, and payment was done through Amazon Pay at 9:34 p.m. However, the aforementioned amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. then I tried Paytm to pay for the order, it was successfully placed and the amount got deducted on the second try. however, The money deducted on my first trial needs to be refunded since the order was not through. Kindly resolve the issue and initiate the refund at the earliest.

                  Hello,
                  I paid twice for an order 1st I was trying to pay via gpay but due to server issue the money didn't deducted from my account at that time so i paid them through my debit card but after a while my gpay money also deducted, so i want a refund for the money I paid the 2nd time.

                  I made an order at Agartala city center dominos on 9 july, 2022 my order no. is 89 and the amount was 1106 Rs.

                          Today between 5pm to 6pm I was ordering pizza at dominos through their online dominos app.I selected my order and used my Amazon pay upi to pay the amount but after I got a message that the transaction was successful of 355 then I checked the order history but it was not showing my order.

                          I tried to refresh it several times but I couldn't get the page where it says that your "order has been placed successfully".

                          My amazon pay upi id is [protected]@apl and Bank Reference ID and upi reference id is[protected]

                            Amount is deducted from Amazon pay and i got cash back of 15 rs cash back but my order is not placed on Domino's pizza app and i contacted customer care but they confirmed that they have not received any order from my mobile number

                              The quality of the pizza is worst. Veggies are all dried up and cheese is extremely sour. Both the pizzas we ordered are so bad and have used expired items. We ended up puking and having stomach ache. When the quality of food is not even monitored time to time, why is the store even open? I tried to CONTACT the store but the number provided says it’s out of network area and CUSTOMER care service is THE WORST. They say they will CONTACT me within 24 hours? What the hell do I do for 24hours with your spoilt pizza? The phone numbers provided for CUSTOMER service doesn’t even work. I personally prefer you close all your outlets rather than spoiling our health, time and money by providing such ### service.

                                I ordered 2 pizzas from domino's app on 05 July for amount ₹ 295. The order came after 1 hour. So as the 30 mins policy they should've gave me the pizza for free as it's under ₹ 300. But the delivery man insisted on taking the cash and said they will refund me via domino's wallet feature. He said the refund will be done in 24 hours. It didn't . I called the store but store number was invalid. I called the delivery man he said the refund will be done around 11 pm on 6 july. Still the refund isn't done. It's july 8 now. The delivery man isn't picking his phone. This is so frustrating. For many ₹295 wouldn't mean anything but as someone who feeds himself on his own money it's really annoying. I want my refund as soon as possible please.

                                    I placed order at 8:20 pm n delivery boy came at 10:00 pm. I didn't accept the order as it was too late by the time. I called so many times at store bt the no updated on zamato app Domino's is wrong. I chat with customer care so many time. Bt no solution. I want my refund back. The delivery boy said u cancell the order now n u wl get refund back.

                                        1. Not getting any helpful action/reply from Dominos support side
                                        2. Day before Yesterday I got a call from Dominos store (Sec-63 Noida) [Manoj: +91 [protected]] and he confirmed that he will update me on it. But didn't get any update or help from him.
                                        3. Today I tried to connect with store
                                        First Call - None picked up
                                        Second Call - Call picked up but I didn't hear any voice and after 27 secs, call disconnected from other side
                                        4. I tried to connect Manoj
                                        Initial 2-3 times, he disconnected my calls..
                                        Supposing that he may be busy at that time so I tried after some time (2 times) but he didn't pick call
                                        I dropped 2 SMSs to manoj but no reply.
