Hi I ordered the Dominoz Pizza from Zomoto app[protected]:16 PM, got the delivery after 2.5 approx. 12.30 after several calls with store manager (Supertechecovill 1, Greater Noida West), Pizza was very cold and not fresh also, request to return delivery boy, he denied for said he can't do anything, his duty only for delivery, After several complaint no update form Dminoz team...

We are ordered a pizza on 14 june but not received any order id and pizza. Payment is already done via gpay. Please check your end and refund my money as soon as possible. I ordered pizza via Domino's app. Kindly check your app functionality. Please refund my money back as soon as possible. We send a email so many times but Domino's team not give any useful information not my payment....

We would like to file a complaint against DOMINOS Pizza, RC Reddy Complex, Uppal (near metro), Hyderabad. I ordered 4 regular pizza from Domino's on 25th June with total bill 604. and I paid the an from Amazon pay but when the amount got paid from amazon the Domino's app showed error and the franchise didn't accepted the order as they said the amount is not placed nor the order was placed. i am attaching my Amazon pay history fir proof...

I ordered on Domino's app of an amount of Rs.409. After redirecting to Amazon pay website and entering the details the money was deducted but the order was not booked

I got a cashback of Rs.15 also for it.

Hi i would like to share my experience with domino's (Manewada outlet)it's been from last 6 month i'm trying to place order with domino's but it always shows as "selected restaurant is offline" when i try to call domino's they never pickup calls, i never expected this from domino's that since 5 days no-one is able to place orders that is ridiculous and the worst customer service ever.
Kindly have a look into this....

I placed order at dominos at 3:30 in dera bassi Punjab. There were no updates about tracking. after half hour i tried to call them at the dominos store. Phone number was invalid. Ordered 2 pizza’s and wings. Pizza was room temperature. Normally don’t order from Dominos. Guess this another reason why....

Yesterday between 9.30pm to 10pm I was ordering pizza at dominos through their online dominos app.I selected my order and used my Amazon pay upi to pay the amount but after I got a message that the transaction was successful of 134 then I check the order history but their not showing my order. and ordered again and the amount of 134 deducted twice from my account.

I tried to refresh it several times but I couldn't get the page...

I visited dominos pizza on 28/050/2022 located at dlf south square block g sarojini nagar, i made an order of value rs. 642.6 and paid it through phone pay. At the same time the transaction was showing successful but the cashier refused that the payment is not received by the company and told to pay again which i did instantly. The manager of the outlet guaranteed me to get my refund within 7 days from that day of payment but still i haven't...

Recently I went Domino's, I scanned and paid money through gpay and Phonepay, in that app, transaction done successfully two times Rs 451. But Domino's side, didn't receive my money, they said "timeout error" but my money is not refunded, please resend my money....

As a loyal patron of your pizzas for the past decade plus, I'll narrate you a real life horror story, in which you play the protagonist or the antagonist depending on your response to my, till now, informal, unofficial complaint.
I went to one of (dominos) your outlets in Anant Nagar phase 2, Bengaluru at around 1:30 p.m on 19th June 2022 with my son....

Paid on Dominos Pizza twice via amazon pay. Money detected but order not confirmed with dominos.

Got cashback of Rs50

Amazon says Contact dominos
Dominos has no order placed on my number

Rs 305 deducted twice on Amazon pay but no order placed during anyone...
