Order no. 112 was placed on 17th august at 4:31 pm from Daryaganj Dominos Branch. My order had a 30minutes delivery guarantee. But my order was delivered 20-25 minutes beyond the stipulated 30-minute time. I was not even informed about the delay, prior. My order had become cold. I placed a complaint and was assured someone from dominos's team will reach out to me within 24 hours. But no one did so. After waiting patiently for 48 hours I called up the store and told them about my complaint. But they didn't pay any attention to it and told me will call me after 5 minutes. But more than 4 hours have passed but, still, no response received from the team.
These people are frauds and sacmsters. They are very inefficient in terms of service. Boycott Dominos.
