    At 10 August, i ordered online to Domino’s app 2 veg pizza, but domino’s delivered nonveg pizza to me. My family is pure vegetarian. My religious sentiments were deeply hurt. I tried to contact domino’s. I want compensation for this blunder mistake. They told me that they will send same order within half an hour, and half refund will given. After some time same order was delivered but no refund issued. I just want compensation, apology, refund. What is the cost of religious sentiments to anyone?

      I have order one medium size pizza on Monday and I deliver expired pizza which have thousands of insect and I have recorded the video and send them I want to close the particular restaurant because earlier also having the same issue but this time this is serious and you can’t imagine how I am feeling after eating such kind of pizza and I want justice I want to close this restaurant immediately otherwise I will raise the issue and filed a case against the Domino’s Pizza.

        I placed an advanced order today (21.08.2022) of 3 items from which the complaint is about medium size margherita fresh pan pizza. I customized it while adding toppings of pepper barbecue chicken and peri-peri chicken which weren't present on it. Full amount was taken at the time of online payment but order isn't complete as toppings were missing. My order no. is 3. I request a refund.

            We have order domino's on 30 july order no: 130. Per the quation it should be diver in 30mins however it takes 45 -50 mins, per customer care they have given us the assurance that the amount will be added in the wallet in next 24 hours however it is already more then 20days namaste still no response received from domino's.               I had ordered for a pizza and sause online from the dominos pizza app The total bill amounted to rs. 299I had paid the amount via my upi. The transaction was successful . The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 20/8/22 Refund was promised within 3-5 days but i haven't received it yet. The transaction number is Could you please look into the details and give me a reply.

                Currently it have been more than 40 mins and my order is showing being baked till now and i ordered from Domino's because of fast delivery i am really disappointed with the service and i am not able to contact any store person

                  Order no. 112 was placed on 17th august at 4:31 pm from Daryaganj Dominos Branch. My order had a 30minutes delivery guarantee. But my order was delivered 20-25 minutes beyond the stipulated 30-minute time. I was not even informed about the delay, prior. My order had become cold. I placed a complaint and was assured someone from dominos's team will reach out to me within 24 hours. But no one did so. After waiting patiently for 48 hours I called up the store and told them about my complaint. But they didn't pay any attention to it and told me will call me after 5 minutes. But more than 4 hours have passed but, still, no response received from the team.

                  These people are frauds and sacmsters. They are very inefficient in terms of service. Boycott Dominos.

                    I have order pizza from your store on 17th aug 2022 at 07:42 pm but it shows more than two and half hours status as baking so i have cancelled the order.I want compensation for the time i have wasted as I can't order from any other stores as I was sure that this store will deliver the Pizza, but this can't happen . I have waited till 10.00 pm . I want about Rs. 50000/- as a compensation . My order number is 76. Waiting for your reply

                        I have ordered pizza on 13th august from bhubaneswar (baramunda) through app.the order number is 83. the order was late by more than 1 hour. As per company policy, if the order is late by 30 minutes, then 300 wallet point will be given. But i did not get wallet point as of now. The restaurant manager is declining to give me wallet points.

                              Not getting duplicate copy of bill

                              On 7th Aug2022 I placed order (198) via application on my registered mobile number ([protected]) and got the order as well.

                              On 10th Aug2022 I requested for Duplicate copy of the bill for above order but till now I've not received any update or satisfactory response from Domino's

                              moreover I've dropped the email also in this regards via my email (ankit.[protected]@rediffmail.com) but issue not resolved yet....

                                  Supertech Ecovillage 1 greater noida. This outlet is getting worse and worse, their system never works, they are always offline so we cannot order online. The AC is not working and the staff works in hot weather. The staff is really good but seems like Domino’s doesn’t care about this outlet even though it’s always full of customers…So many times we couldn’t order and had to go somewhere else due to some issue…please look over this outlet.
