    I placed an order on Domino's app with payment option through Amazon pay because there was a coupon for cashback. At the time of payment it was directed to Amazon website for Amazon pay and accordingly the amount 492 was deducted from my bank account and also a successful transaction order was shown on my Amazon pay transaction but the order was not placed on the Domino's. Even the customer care on the app was not helpful as no order or order ID was available. My order was still in the cart. Amazon customer service also asked to contact the merchant concerned. Finally I sent a mail complaining to [protected]@jublfood.com and they responded with a ticket and are saying to try after sometime for online/network maybe busy and the amount deducted will be credited within 7 days and here I am hungry and angry.

    My deducted amount minus the Amazon cash back (492-15=477) was credited today after 3 working days.

          I had ordered for a pizza and other stuff online from the dominos pizza apps. The total bill amounted to Rs.333.0. I had paid the amount via my visacard . The transaction was successful. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 3 rd July 2022 Refund was promised within 24 hrs but i haven't received it yet.             Wallet points expires before expiry

            Dear team I have register the complaint for the expiry of wallet points before expiry but I haven't got any satisfactory response from the team and also I have register the complaint for the wrong pizza delivery for which also I register the complaint but both the complaints they close without taking any consent from me...             I ordered pizza from dominos on 10Jun2022. I ordered it on phone call so as per my conversation I have made payments through the barcode which was I found in my bill. At the time of delivery that payment was not reflected in my order so I have to make another new payment at the time of delivery.
            I have generate a support ticket with ticket number [protected] about the double payment and refund. But still not found any update and now they are not giving me any answer.
            I have mail copy, bill and double transaction information. Please refer attached images.

              I and my family visited at Dominos RDC Rajnagar Ghaziabad UP yesterday night around 9:30pm with my 6months baby girl daughter and other 2kids too. The condition of store were pathetic and completely unhygienic. The tissues and disposable cold drinks glasses were lying on the floor here n there. And the floor was in untidy condition and ac was not working properly. It’s seems like I would say completely extremely pathetic condition. Nobody was there to manage these pity things .there was a lacking of staff . And we ordered pizza with cheese burst and some cold drinks after 1 hrs around we received our order and the main tortured was pizza was not consist of cheese burst only we received simple and tasteless pizza. It’s really tortured for us to stay more than 1 hrs.

              I connected the call to your customer services but nobody connect my call to your seniors executive. There were no protocols to follow and no hospitality. I was with my daughter and some kids too . You should atleast presume in place of me as mother. Was that situation was good for my baby and other kids too?
              So kindly arrange my call to your senior executive and reply this message asap.

                I tried placing order through Domino's app but the amount was deducted and order NOT PLACED
                1ST ATTEMPT : Order paid through Amazon Pay UPI, amount is deducted but NO ORDER PLACED!!!
                2ND ATTEMPT : Order paid through Google Pay, amount deducted but Order number displayed as 'FALSE', NO ORDER PLACED!!!
                This is unacceptable from Domino's... Never ordering from the app ever !

                There is no way to reach customer service. Amount ₹491 has been debited twice now once from Amazon UPI and second from Google pay. Help us get the amount refunded right away.

                        Ordered a pizza online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs440) i payed via paytm (Upi) money got deducted from my bank account. I request you to refund the said amount to my bank account at the earliest (You can contact me for further details at [ [[protected]@gmail.com).

                                I had placed an order on 15th June 2022.
                                I received the order late, as per companies policy I am liable to get the compensation of 300points or Rs 300.

                                I requested the store manager to credit the points in my wallet but they asked me to wait for 10 days.

                                I did not receive the amount in wallet after 10 days, they said they will give me a discount of Rs.300 on my next order .

                                They did not do so...now the store managers are being ignorant and harrassing me for same.

                                  I ordered 15 pizza's and one garlic bread on june 8 in JMD Megapolis, office- 925-926 and i raised the complaint at that very moment itself but no action was taken which is quite disheartening and disappointing on dominos end

                                      Today evening I tried placing order on dominos website. I added everyday value regular pizzas chose paytm cashback coupon. Proceeded to payment and cannot pay it kept saying add money not allowed to this number. After few more attempts, it said payment limit reached.

                                      I tried using app, failed to place order. I called the restaurant and the person said you cannot use coupon. I then even agreed to place order. Then he said you have to use other number to place order. Then he said you cannot apply coupon to this also. Then he said you cannot order these two pizza together choose some other.

                                      I then tired one time more using app. But could not place order.

                                      I consumed more than an hour of my time. I have to go hungry for 3 hours now.

                                      Dominos why do you always cheat your customers? why did you allowed me to add pizzas to cart if you cannot give me those two? why did you allowed adding coupon if you cannot let me use it? Why did you waste my time? and you always play such tricks.

                                      This time compensate me else I will approach court on consumer grounds and right issue. Supreme Court has said that Right to Food is fundamental right under article 21. Be ready if you do not compensate and start avoiding these tricks
