I have order pizza from your store on 17th aug 2022 at 07:42 pm but it shows more than two and half hours status as baking so i have cancelled the order.I want compensation for the time i have wasted as I can't order from any other stores as I was sure that this store will deliver the Pizza, but this can't happen . I have waited till 10.00 pm . I want about Rs. 50000/- as a compensation . My order number is 76. Waiting for your reply

(in the attached file which I have taken photo at 21.27 showed the ordered time is 7.42 pm

    On 28th Aug ordered for few items from Dominos, Avadi, Chennai. Despite the Original delivery time of 7:20 PM that day, the one at service delayed for more that 30 minutes by staying somewhere in meantime carrying the items. He did call to inform nor respond to calls properly. The quality was chilled and not good for eat. Raised a complaint with Dominos;; A person called and promised of refund and did not happen yet. Very bad service and management

      Dominos model town Ghaziabad branch has untrained, ruthless employee, my issue is my order was delivered late and this branch employee MANISHA KUMARI( +[protected] not want to give me my full refund on my LATE DEVILERED order when I want to talk about my refund then she scream and misbehaved with me and also not processed my refund till now I want written apologies and refund from the employee and branch manager as soon as possible

      Last but not least they also said that due to heavy rush they are not sufficient to delivery on time on weekends

        I have ordere two pizza at 27th August 5:49 PM and received them at 7:35 PM. After that I found I have been delivered wrong item. I have ordered cheese burst pizza but they have provided me fresh pan pizza. I have raised a concern with ref.no. 3673252 but my issue isn't resolved till now. Domino's just made a fake call to convince me verbally and left the issue as it is.

          I have been tricked and deceived by Dominos, in particular, Domino's outlet of Rajouri Garden. Yesterday, at 10.30, I have placed an order at 10.30 by the name of Simmi Gulati and registered number [protected]. Owing to the social media hype, I have ordered 6 pizzas for my family members in order to have a weekend breakfast. I ordered the delivery from the Domino's application, wherein there was advance delivery section. They gave me slots despite knowing that the outer is running offline that day, they accepted money, and the payment was done. My family kept waiting for two hours in order to get the ordered food delivered, but there was no track details, the money got debited but to the dismay the order wasn’t delivered.
          I contacted their customer care, they asked me to wait further, (knowing that it took 2 hours of futile wait), they were helpless, blunt and had no concern whatsoever was a customer going through.
          The customers executive asserted that due to some technical surfacing, the Rajouri Garden, outlet will remain closed, that day. The concern is that if they are aware that the outlet won't accept online orders, why at first place, they showed the time slots that were accepting online deliveries for those slots for yesterday. We wouldn't have paid the amount at first.
          Neither did I got my refund, nor the time, and not the food even.
          Despite me calling their outlets for 3 times, they were reluctant to initiate the refund and keep on mocking the customer for the bestowed faith.
          The degree of the stubbornness was such that till today, I didn’t get my refund and I feel completely awestruck to describe that the entire day went futile but it reaped no fruit as they have the policy of whiling customers’ money and time both.
          Unlike Swiggy and Zomato, Dominos not even once thought to give a message stating the initiation of refund.
          It was utter mockery of money, faith, time and hopes on a weekend to have a feasty meal.
          I request the consumers to not go gaga over social media hype, that’s just one of the ways to ensnare customers and trickering them.
          Off the hassles and concerns, I have decided to take a stringent action unless they won’t initiate my refund.

              27 august 2022, today at 5:43 p.M.My order no. Is 131. I paid 317 rs from my paytm wallet for the order on domino’s app. But there was no order (Pizza) deliver at my home but company app show delivered. I want my refund back. Here’s the screenshot of the payment, after ordering 6.51 p.M. Mr. Amrish call me and said that i am sending your order but after that i asked him that when you have not delivered my order, why is your app showing delivery ?
              Sir the company talks about delivery in 30 min. But does not, to hide its mistake the company shoes the status of pizza delivered on its company app, but the pizza was not delivered. Thus the customer ha to suffer,

                Order was placed online thru Dominos.com. I got an alert saying pizza was delivered when it was not. I never received the pizzas. I tried calling the Dominos where the order was placed, but was kept on hold for more than hr. It is absolutely ridiculous. I need a full refund for the order.

                  Ordered garlic bread and veg parcel with order number 217 at dominis secunderabad through app.it was a 45 minute delivery.its been an hour but dint receive any order and while checking on app it is showing delivered.i am a pregnant lady feeling hungry and had no other option other other than ordering from dominos.amount is also paid already. I want strict action against dominos for keeping people like me in wait and taking my money. If they cannot fulfill order, atleast they should have not accepted order.being heavily pregnant, i have to sleep hungry as i have no other delivery option on other apps right now as its too late after you people made me wait till so long in night.

                          I had ordered for a pizza and coke online from the dominos pizza website. The total bill amounted to rs. 385. I had paid the amount via my UPI. The transaction was unsuccessful. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 21/08/2022. Refund was promised within 3-5 days but i haven't received it yet. Could you please look into the details and give me a reply.

                              The quality of the Pizzas or any domino's item had been degraded compared to when the store was newly opened.
                              The suspect the store is cutting cost. Hence the quality of the food is degraded. I was feeling this from so many months, but got 100% assurance when I visited a domino's store in different state. The food was really tasty & far far better than what we are getting in my city Gulbarga(Kalaburagi). I request you to raise a concern & run a audit for it to maintain food quality across all domino's stores.

                                    At 10 August, i ordered online to Domino’s app 2 veg pizza, but domino’s delivered nonveg pizza to me. My family is pure vegetarian. My religious sentiments were deeply hurt. I tried to contact domino’s. I want compensation for this blunder mistake. They told me that they will send same order within half an hour, and half refund will given. After some time same order was delivered but no refund issued. I just want compensation, apology, refund. What is the cost of religious sentiments to anyone?

                                      I have order one medium size pizza on Monday and I deliver expired pizza which have thousands of insect and I have recorded the video and send them I want to close the particular restaurant because earlier also having the same issue but this time this is serious and you can’t imagine how I am feeling after eating such kind of pizza and I want justice I want to close this restaurant immediately otherwise I will raise the issue and filed a case against the Domino’s Pizza.

                                        I placed an advanced order today (21.08.2022) of 3 items from which the complaint is about medium size margherita fresh pan pizza. I customized it while adding toppings of pepper barbecue chicken and peri-peri chicken which weren't present on it. Full amount was taken at the time of online payment but order isn't complete as toppings were missing. My order no. is 3. I request a refund.
