I ordered a small pizza from Domino’s as it promises to deliver within 30 minutes and i was unwell so wanted to eat early. The delivery person called and asked me to collect my order from gate but since i wasn’t feeling well ac my house was in third floor i told him to get it to the house which he refused and then said i will deliver all the orders and then get yours to which i disputed. He then told ne to come down again but i kept explaining him i was unwell. And then dominos cancelled my order without telling me, asking me is not even close they did not even bother to ask me before cancelling. They did refund the amount but really, are we promoting such services now?? Horrible service, we have spoilt the services of these places which were known for good service and feedback. Now they do not care of what and how the customer feels they just do it for the sake of it. Horrible experience.

    I ordered a Peppy paneer pizza on 9.45 p.m. 05/10/2022 from Domino's outlet at Aliganj, Lucknow. First the order was delivered to me after 1.15 hours and secondly the pizza delivered was cold as if it was baked hours ago. I want full refund of my money as I'm not satisfied with the quality of the pizza delivered.

      I've ordered pizza on 5th October 2022 at 11:39am, which delivered at 12:20pm (41 minutes post ordering)
      After raising the concern on the dominoes app, store manager called and he denied to initiate the refund and was asking me to co-operate as he didn't had proper staff to cater the services and also store manager was facing issues with the delivery persons.
      Although it has been clearly mentioned in the App that refund will be initiated if delivery is made after 30minutes.
      Also, after telling the same to the store manager, he rudely said that sir whatever you'll do, we'll not initiate the refund.

            Yesterday 9:26 ordered pizza, almost 4 hrs past no delivery and no contact nothing. The money already deducted. Now situation is very pathetic - neither the pizzas were delivered nor I got my money back. Pathetic
            Please do the needful and refund back the amount

                  I am regular customer of DOMINOs Kamla Nagar, Delhi. I place order online but everytime get incomplete order even after reminder to the manger(Mr.Manish kumar) of DOMINOs Kamla Nagar to send complete order. I placed order on 22 sep 2022 with order number 56 and order cost is 605 but I got one veg parcel and 6 ketchup lesser than the placed order. On 28 sep 2022 order number 71 and order cost 574, order included 30 ketchups but didn't receive even single one. I contacted to the manger of DOMINOs Kamla Nagar, Delhi, instead of correcting himself he repeats nonsense statement everytime, his behaviour is not pleasing and threatening to block my contact number to prevent me to place order next time. His way of talking is not like civilised person and therefore take legally strict action as soon as possible.

                    I ordered from Domino's branch Khasra No. 915/710 and 711, Plot No. 8, Block No. 8, Desh Bandhu Gupta Road, Paharganj, New Delhi-110055Phone no-[protected] by using my e voucher for 999/- on 25 September 2022. Not only they sent me incomplete food without my Pepsi which I ordered too no any chilli flakes oregano and ketch up sachets. And they given us the worst pizza ever which was smelling, tasting bad savoury and cold this was ok unless we even got diarrhoea no only me every one who consumed it.

                    This is so unacceptable from a renowned company

                    Domino's Pizza is worst for it's bad servicing

                    Since I used e voucher they behaved so bad that I'm no more there costumer for my life time not even my friends.

                          Hello,
                          I would like to lodge a complaint against domino’s for the unfair service i have received yesterday and having to eat poor quality food delivered.
                          I placed my order at 6:47pm on 25th sept, 2022
                          With my order number #183 from my nearest domino’s branch in chennai .unfortunately the order came after 1 hour ie. At 7:50pm
                          Despite there being a 30 minutes guarantee or free policy, the delivery man refused to give me the order unless i paid for it beforehand.
                          Note the unfair service treatment here.
                          Secondly,
                          After opening the pizzas i was shocked to see such visible low quality of the pizzas, the pizza toppings were burned and dry, the base was raw and uncooked, the tacos were raw and uncooked. I personally had to cook the items by myself to be able to eat it to avoid possible stomach issues.
                          Note the quality served here.
                          This has been a really harsh and unfair experience for me and i am appalled at domino’s.

                          I hereby request you to take immediate action regarding my complaint and settle up by doing the needful.

                              Payment deducted no order confirmation from Dominos

                              The payment of 558 was deducted from my mobikwik wallet today successfully and credited to Dominos . However, no order id was generated at Dominos.

                              I then tried again with Amazon pay 558, order 237 was successful and delivered.

                              I am attaching the screenshot of payment done via Mobikwik which lead to no order generation.

                              Kindly check and process the refund. I talked to mobiwik customer service team...

                                This is with regards to Zomato order no [protected] dated 17th sept 2022. Order was placed on 3.43 pm and deliver time promised was 4.14 pm being an outlet next door to my Office and I waited almost 40 minutes waiting for the Pizza to be delivered, no attempts were made for delivery then Finally I had to send my person to collect the Pizza since, there were guests waiting at my office and I made them waited for almost 40 min, they had a flight to catch. .Strange.
                                Also it seems that dominos are least bothered to serve their customer. Order delivered was not at all hot, not cooked properly. Tasteless at all. I think I am losing trust with Domino's.
                                I collected my order from Dominos Pizza and Unfortunately, they looked as though they had been already cooked long time before and then served handed over the parcel to my person. Further, we ordered a combo of 4 different pizza We received 2 pizza which were similar and other 2 were different. The Pizza were already Rotted and not at all hot, it was a cold pizza which tastes so bad and i had to throw all order in the garbage.

                                I personally feel that dominos has no place interacting with the public and they lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness.

                                  Before getting the delivery, I had been informed that out of 2 items, 1 is not available & if its fine to get the only 1 item delivered & the refund for the same will be done in 24 hours.

                                  Order was placed on 29th Aug2022 order no- [protected] prepaid- BTM 1st stage, BLR

                                  Its 17th sep 2022 today & after multiple calls also no updates from the customer care.

                                  Whenever I call, the lady asks me the issue to reiterate & ask me if she can send that 1 missed item right away ...whether it is day or night. & closing the call everytime saying your issue is forwarded to the higher level.

                                  I have mentioned clearly that it was for a guest & sending the item now wont be of any use...still same question is asked 100 times...

                                  They dont have the efficient team who can handle & update the status to the customer properly.

                                  I just want the refund of my amount to the original payment account ASAP.

                                  I never expected this kind of behaviour from such a big name, really shame that customer has to follow up to get their money back & they are just keeping quiet.

                                    I ordered pizza and fries, Delivery guy only delivered pizza and said they will refund for fries. They did not refund until I called hours after. Without my consent added to Domino's wallet and not to my source account. Upon calling night shift manager Narendra, talked rudely said will not refund for missing item as per Domino's policy. After that some Domino's Delivery guy called lecturing on Domino's no refund policy.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      This to let you know that I had made a payment of Rs. 162.75 /- for order no. 127 on 05.09.2022 at Dominoes store located at Baramunda Colony, Bhubaneswar. Pin 751003

                                      The store incharge insisted to make fresh payment as they claimed they didn’t receive payment for the order but my account was instantly debited (Screenshot attached). They assured me that Domino’s will initiate the refund within 7 working days. It’s extremely frustrating to follow up with the store incharge mr. Sovik since they are not willing to resolve this issue on priority and giving same monotonous replies.

                                      Unfortunately, I haven’t received any payment till date. I am attaching all required details for your reference.
