Dominos cancelled my order and has not refunded my miney even after several complaints and now one of the customer helpline staff has lied to me regarding the refund and now refuses to pickup my call. Domino's Pizza has harassed me even after calling them several times calling them....

I ordered Domino's Pizza on grabrath train at secunderabad junction. I didn't get my order delivered and there was no prior information from their side. I tired contacting them they said it will come but it didn't and later on no one picked up calls as well. I paid my order online before so i need my refund...

The cashier send me the link to pay online...but as there was network issue he sent 2nd link...n I paid on 1st link n he didn't received it...so I paid on 2nd link.. my amount got deducted when I paid 1st n still haven't got refund...

I have placed the prepaid order (above details mentioned) to Dominos and after 1.5 hours store called and said they will not be able to deliver the order due to some store issue.

This is unacceptable and now services are going worst in Domino's. It happened earlier also.

Not happy at all with the services....

I have order DOMINOS PIZZA on 02.09.2022 from my registered mobile number I.e [protected]. The order which was really special for me as it has to be paid with my *First Salary* got delayed and delayed to that extent that I have to simultaneously opted and other option to eat unwanted dishes on 11 pm in the Night. It was the CARELESSNESS of Store manager and team that they didn't even bother to atleast tell me about the 2 hour delay in my order....

On 28th Aug ordered for few items from Dominos, Avadi, Chennai.
