I have ordered Dominos Pizza (1 Regular BU Farmhouse) and (1 Veg Classic Burger Pizza) on 11.09.2022 from Dominos App. The order was placed on 09:28 PM with Order ID : DPI65813; Order: 257). The order was placed at Ballygunje Circular Road Branch, Kolkata. I have received the order at 11:02 PM. (Exact after 94 mins). It was 30 min guaranteed by Dominos. Still I had to wait. Also, the restaurant at Ballygunge Branch doesn't have any updated...

The Dominos in Mizoram is charging 45% GST of the food item from the customer.
In the receipt the details of certain charge are not mention also they were taking away the receipt after the token no. is issue. Kindly investigate the present issue of the Aizawl Dominos

      Respected sir
      I ordered pizza from Domino's Bareilly on 26, aug 2022, which is located in phoenix Mall, bareilly.The cost is around Rs350 but due to non functionality of gas pipe line they cancelled my order.they told me that we could not refund you because I made payment through UPI..The store manager told me that your money will refund within 7 days..But it's 10 sept now my money is not refunded and they didn't give proper reason and proper reply to me..i want my refund back as soon as possible

          I have ordered(#148) pizza on 8th Sep 2022 at 8.02pm and delivered at 9pm. App shown as 30mints delivery guarantee for every order. They are not delivering even single pizza on time as suggested in the app. My home is located within 1km from the dominos outlet(New No. 51, Old No. 166 Junction of Gandhi Rd. & Mudichur Rd, Gandhi Rd, Tambaram West, Chennai 600045). Still they are unable to make it.
          Then what is the point & meaning of 30mins delivery guarantee which mentioned in the app. They not even asking sorry for the late delivery. Simply deliver person telling that as instructed by store manager, cancel the order if you don't want to receive. what behaviour is this?
          They think like even if we don't buy, it will not affect their business. they have other customers to sell it.

            Dear Domino's Team,

            I'm Dinesh Kumar, On 8th Sep i ordered pizza from zomato at Gamma 1 greater noida, details and recipt in attached

            There was a kid birthday at my sister home, and we received this order 1-2 hrs late, while we received this pizza it was cold and dry, which is not eatable my sister asked delivery boy this is cold pizza and one item is missing in this order (crinkle fries Rs 75/)

            Delivery boy said you should contact to Domino's and he can't do anything,

            However we'd received this and called to Domino's on[protected], helpdesk executive said, he will provide us complimantory Rs 300 + missing item refund on your registered number ([protected]) Domino's app wallet.

            Today I called they said they has cancelled This request.

            Now today is 11th Sep still there is no ammount I have received, even my missing item amount which was mistake of Domino's only

            We'd thrown this pizza in garbage.

            Pls confirm when I will receive this pending amount

              I went to your Restaurant in sector 38-D Chandigarh yesterday at around 8-45pm for a self pickup of Pizza as I wanted a quick delivery . I went to the front desk and asked the concerned lady to take my order . Her name was Gurleen Kaur . After waiting for nearly 10 minutes she got the time to attend me . I specifically mentioned her twice that I want a spicy Pizza for 2 persons . She suggested me that I should go for Peppy Paneer pizza medium size .I placed the order (order no 258 transaction id 73582599 ref no[protected] and made the payment of Rs 481-95 and kept on waiting for my delivery . After nearly 20 mins of waiting time I got my order . I took it and came home and found my wife waiting for me and asked why it took so long. Anyways to our utter surprise when we opened the box and took a slice we found that it was not the order which she placed for us and infact was a totally non spicy pizza without cheese .My wife had specifically asked for spicy pizza and got infuriated on seeing it . I explained her that I asked for the spicy one but why they sent this one is beyond my comprehension . My weekend got spoiled because of carelessness of your employees and I reported the same at your Toll free number at around 10-15pm.We dont expect such kind of services from a company ofyour status and repute .I expect a prompt corrective action from your side on this issue and resolution of my complaint by either giving refund or replacement

                We have placed the order at 7.45 pm.. now it is 9.00 pm till now it is not delivered.. when we called the toll free number they are unable to tell that whether it will be delivered or not.. when we called the store..it is switched off...how irresponsible they are to keep their phone switch off during working hours...how irresponsible they are that they will not even intimate us any information about the order...
                I would rate it worst...

                  Sir i was at Domino's outlet at fun mall in lucknow on 31st aug and i had an order DPI[protected] and i paid using Paytm (screenshot is attached with this mail) but i was told that the Paytm wasn't received by them and i have to pay them in cash instead, i was told that i will get my money back within a day or two but I haven't received it yet...please help

                    My order no is 129.The date at which I ordered was 5/9/2022.Domino's customer service is non responsive.I was missing Butterscotch mousse cake 1 I had ordered 2 and my topping were off.Please Refund my amount or I would not like to order from dominos anymore.This is not acceptable from dominos.We had cooked properly this is your response.I have pictures to prove it.Please refund my amount.Look at the picture.Please respond.

                    Dominos is just saying please wait we will give a reply shortly and still no reply.I had informed them please communicate through email but they insist on communicating on phone.I don[t want to communicate on phone pathetic service.I have uploaded photos aswell.

                      I placed a order on dominos through their app and made the payment. The amount rs.336 has been deducted but the order was not received. On the page of track order it just shows Order confirmed.

                        I had ordered two pizzas, Veg Moroccan spice pasta pizza and Margherita Cheese Burst in regular size each. The quality of the food is abysmal. The quantity of the cheese is not worth paying extra for cheese burst. The pizzas are over baked and felt like we are eating cardboard. The pizza pasta did not have proper seasoning, not was the sauce even evenly spread out on the whole base. A few pieces of pasta was thrown on it, half of them placed where there was even no sauce. Paying the cost and spending time and fuel and money to get this can not even worth a quarter of it. We have had pizzas from Domino's before and we know the quality of your food but today the food was beyond compare today. The service has been the worst. Even after complaining for the almost inedible food that we paid for, we have been offered a 66 rupees coupon, that too from swiggy. How does a 66 rupees coupon compare to us waiting for half an hour for dinner and recieving almost inedible food? We have contacted swiggy and have recieved the news that they can't reach the outlet and your DOMINOS outlet is not even reachable. Is this the kind of service you are offering?

                          I would like to raise a complaint as a customer. I have been having domino's pizza for a long time. However, today when I received my dominos order, out of four pizzas one pizza did not have a seal, the seal of the other pizza was tampered and the chilli flakes packet was empty. Considering the seal is proof that the pizza is fresh and authentic, the pizzas I received were unacceptable.

                          I have also sent a mail regarding the same.

                            Dominos cancelled my order and has not refunded my miney even after several complaints and now one of the customer helpline staff has lied to me regarding the refund and now refuses to pickup my call. Domino's Pizza has harassed me even after calling them several times calling them.

                              Order ID: 256, Date: 6/09/2022, Time: 9.08.49 PM. And it is 30 min or free with surprise gift After accepting the order, and order prepared and got ready to dispatch. Delivery driver is lokesh. After waiting for more than 30 min. Restaurant cancelled my order. How could they do that, when someone is in hunger.

                                I, Vibha Tiwari have ordered pizza on August 11, 2022 around 10:08 PM via app for a guest at home. Order number was 310. My order was directed to Arza Square Mall at Noida Extension. After waiting for almost 40 minutes tried contacting the company through app in chat box. There I was provided with store landline number but regularly it's showing that the number is busy. After being embarrassed in front of guest and a wait period of more than one and half hour, I have logged a complaint through app on which received a call just after 4-5 minutes where a representative said that he has received the order right now and it's too late. He directly asked me to cancel the order on which I requested him to deliver it and they have already delayed a lot. He disconnected the when I asked his name. Again after 15 minutes I tried to track the order on which I found that they have cancelled my order without my confirmation. I was feeling so bad as a small kid is waiting for the pizza for last two hours and due to the unprofessional behaviour of this outlet employees I couldn't do anything. This is not the first time. I have faced this incident third time but this time due to late night could't do anything whereas earlier it was day time so after struggle have received the orders. Since it was very bas experience next day itself I tried to contact the store manager, Area manager and other senior representatives of this region. Today I am filling my complaint after a wait of almost a month. For a week I did regular follow ups but no response and every day I asked what has happened on my complaint but no response. This problem is not being faced by me only, have heard the same from many other customers. They are just shutting their mouth with a free pizza whereas I denied for the free pizza instead asked them for action this time. I will request to please take action against this outlet and shut it down when in service industry they cannot provide service.

                                    I ordered Domino's Pizza on grabrath train at secunderabad junction. I didn't get my order delivered and there was no prior information from their side. I tired contacting them they said it will come but it didn't and later on no one picked up calls as well. I paid my order online before so i need my refund
