Me and my 3 friends visited domino's outlet located at "652, phase 1, siddapura, whitefield, palm meadows club, varthur rd, palm meadows, siddapura, whitefield, bengaluru, karnataka 560066" on 17 april, 2016 at 10:40 p.M.One of the customer was drunk at the outlet and started abusing us in his local language and suddenly throw a chair at one of my friend.
We didn't respond at he was drunk.After he left we asked store manager that why he didn't did anything.He just said that he cannot do anything on his part.After sometime that drunk person again came and we figure out that person was friends with manager.Under these circumstances i didn't understand how can a customer feel safe.Please look into the matter at highest priority.

I have not received my cash back till, as when i have ordered it show 50% cash back if i pay using paytm. I have paid using my paytm account but there is no cash back.

This is to bring to your notice that compared to other branches the quality of pizzas served in Dominos Bagalkunte Branch, Hesarghatta main road, Bangalore is very poor and also we have seen negligence in receiving/attending the calls by the service providers in this branch. We have been trying to place order right from 6PM but we are hearing to busy tone for more than a hour.

Kindly look into the issue and support in providing better service to retain the same goodwill and also customers.

Should we pay service tax on take away?

Took a pizza from domino's, near big bazzar sambalpur.

As per indian tax rule, there should not be any service tax on take away or home delivery.

1) request you to let all o[censored]s know why service tax is collected for take away or home delivery?

2) also your home delivery drivers are so rash, they tend to break all traffic rules. Especially the r.T.Nagar branch, bangalore.

I visited dominos pizza, ashok nagar, chennai on 16 april 16 and the outlet charged me vat at 14.5% on the gross amount besides 5% service tax, which is irregular. Vat is to be charged as the difference between output vat and input vat. I may be compensated suitably and action may be taken against the company for duping the customers.

I ordered online and paid rs 475/- online. After successfull payment, i got an email saying-
"oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason.".
I am waiting till date for refund...

What the hell is this..
Even talked to manager at sector 48 dominos branch, he keeps on repeating that wait for 7 days...

A complaint was made to their HQ in Bangalore for not taking order and not delivering and the argument was it is not in our area. It is found that they deliver very close to where we live but not to our place. It means they are loosing business. After the complaint, a person calls from Domino Bangalore and Listened to the complaint. He advised that he will sort it out after talking to local Domino Pizza. Then again two persons (Managers) from Local outlets call and finally assured that the outlet at Tikra Para Domino outlet located at Panchmedi naka, infront of Colors Mall will deliver as they serve our area. This was agreed by Manager Incharge of all Domino outlets of Raipur, Chhattisgarh. I felt assured.
Yesterday night at about 7:30 pm we decided to order a Pizza and a person of Panchmedi naka Domino picked up and I explained everything to him. He said he will check up his Manager and called back. He noted my telephone number. He never responded. After 30 minutes I called again the same outlet and this time a girl picked up, but she said we will not deliver at our residence as we do not go there.
So all the exercise of calling, writing through emails in last few days went futile.
This is the story of service at Domino.
Hope some one at Domino will read it and try to sort out the delivery problem.

I had ordered pizzas on april 14, 2016 for inr 808(after discount) and made payment through paytm wallet. The dominos website returned a error message but the paytm wallet showed "success" for transaction. I called dominos to check of they received the order and they said no. So, i ordered again(with no discount offline) paid in cash inr 896.
Now my paytm wallet says "succees" and they r askin to contact dominos who r not giving resolution on twitter. Need refund

I placed my order (order no. 311, KUNAL CHHABRA ) at 9:14 PM (14/04/2016) and it reached my place at 10:45 PM . It was surprising to see such pathetic delivery services and thus I cancelled my order after numerous reminder calls at your Kirti Nagar outlet (had conversations with Jaspreet, Puja and others).

The website showed that the order was dispatched long ago. This is a sheer piece of cheating with a customer showing him the order as 'dispatched' and making him wait even after he has made a pre-paid payment. This led me to face lot of embarrassment in front of my guests who were standing at my door and were just about to go back their respective homes, that is when the delivery guy arrived at 10:45 PM. It was such a humiliating experience in front of 10-12 guests at my place.

Even while I write this complaint right now, I have NOT received any regret call/text from your end. Such services by Dominos have to be termed as miserable and Dominos is not worth its big name if it is NOT capable to serving its customers who are staying just 200 metres away from the outlet.

I want complete refund and please ask the company to arrange to send a large pizza each to 6 couples who were present at my house today.

I ordered a pizza on 14th april 2016, the order was late so i called in dominos restaurant c-7 malviya nagar office to ask why the pizza hasn't reached. The person at the receiver end had no idea about my order no. 236 and also about dominos website. He said due to navratri puja it can take upto 1 hour to deliver, so i told him that i ordered 1 hour ago and it still hasn't reached here. He said then you should not order from home and next time pick it up from restaurant. No need to order from home and hung up the phone immediately.

I have already raised a complaint and the complaint number is 1183459.this was given some 6 days back.but I don't think you value your customer and if al all you did not read the previous complaint I am writing again.I live in Jaipur near mansarovar metro station in UDAY NAGAR B.and there are three outlets near to my place mansarovar, shyam Nagar and vaishali Nagar but none of them want to deliver to my address as if this address is out of India.can you let me know as to which outlet caters to my address.

As far as per law there should not be service tax on take away.

This is cheating customer & charging extra money on take away. Request government to take strict action. Although I am a regular customer of domino's was having a trust that domino's do a fair business & treat properly customer.

Also their home delivery drivers drive rashly & break all the driving rules specially in Bangalore.

I had ordered pizzas on april 8, 2106 for inr 2536 and made payment through paytm wallet. The dominos website returned a error message but the paytm wallet showed "success" for transaction. I called dominos to check of they received the order and they said no. So, i paid again using netbanking which went through.

I am a regular customer of domino's pizza.
Today i want to order some pizza from nearest outlet of domino's pizza situated at anand complex, hb road, ranchi. Manager named "mr. Prince" told me that he is unable to deliver pizza to my present location, which is hardly 5800m from my present residence.My current address is

According to me 5.8km is small distance, pizza can deliver without any problem.
This is totally disregard towards your customer. Please take appropriate and quick action on this issue.

We visited store fifth time this week and were told regular base is not
available and have to pay extra for pan base. So we had our meal at KFC
and just to check we ordered online and we were confirmed on phone for
our online order that regular base is available after 10 minutes after
confirmation of on availability in store. We had a word with the store
manager also .He was just try to cover it up by saying they will give
pan base on same price but we had already received confirmation of
regular base by the girl who called to confirm the order online. At the
time of placing the order at store the team member replied ' Normal base
yadha bikta nahi toh hum rakhte nahi hai'.
Is this the standard of you service that for 20 Rs you are making fool
of your customers. I will make sure none of my family and friends and
their friends visit dominos because money is what you value for not your
customers.

It's very irritating to see promotional messages about dominos. I complaint to please stop messaging nd irritating.

Hi i m in different country want to place a order online for my near and dear ones. Ur website is not taking internation credit card??really pissed off by this. Is there any solution to this. My name is rahul grover.this is like 5th time i want to place an order and invalid authentication error is coming.such a big company does not take international credit cards . Hows that possible. Please solve this problem and i dont have any other issue

My self jigar patel. I am living at kokar chowk, ranchi, jharkhand and my nearest branch of dominos pizza is lalpur branch.but i don'i get one time online delievery form there.they say that at present online delievery is not possible and they give some asques so i don't get any benifit of online discount of you. I suffer this problem since last 2 months so i request to you that please check your system and take some active action.thank you

Bill provided to me includes incorrect details, where cheesy dip price should be 23 is charged at 25, coke mrp is wrong. Sachets are indicated as 0 rupee and charged 1 per rupee.
Not sure what all adds up to 5.8% service tax as bill looks dodgy
