I was trying to place an order for barbeque chicken along with garlic bread and cheesy dip on 02 april 2016. I was submitting an online order and i was taken to that webpage of dominos which says 'order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed. The error came as 'sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again.'

I called up dominos they told me the money will be refunded...

I had ordered for 2 pizzas and garlic bread on 30/03/2016 vide order number 207 and after consuming the same I experienced Extreme Vomiting and loose motion after eating dominos.. I think dominos has started selling adulterated food items.. Their food license should be cancelled. EVEn after registering a compliant, all the company is doing trying to prove themselves right and the victim wrong. What a crap company... They should be held accountable...

Order was taken on online with a credit card payment. Order was delivered in an hour and burnt. The store management blamed it on rush hours and showed inability to compensate in anyway.

A full refund is requested as soon as possible. I had to be on phone 5 times, to get the delivery which was bad quality food and then a refund which was never processed....

I ordered a pizza through online at 8.56 pm and by 9.30 pm i only had to call the pizza shop for still non delivery and they say it is already dispatched but i dint get the pizza till 10.20 pm where by 10.10 i had to recall and scream for a new one. first of all they r supposed to call me once i placed an order and they dint call..i only had to call them and ask for a pizza which is very cold when i got...we know its waste to eat the pizza...

I have ordered the pizza online from mahipalpur delhi. They havent delivered the pizza for 3 hrs and i have called vasant kunj branch on [protected] atleast 5 times, all the times i have got the response that it will be delivered soon but it has not been delivered.

Today I ordered pizza, garlic bread & coke to dominos Pizza but don't get the delivery even after 1.15 hrs. Late time when I ordered then I don't get the delivery.And according to dominos terms after 30 minutes delivery is free. The delivery person asked me to return the order and insisted that he will take it back.

The outlets in the city, even the one which is just a 10 minute drive away refuses to deliver at my address. They did, until around 2 years ago, but suddenly stopped because of some "company policy". Hello few days back I went to the dominos outlet. We ordered Chefs veg wonder (cheese burst) pizza. But the pizza be got had all together different toppings. When asked about it to the manager, he was just laughing and said that it was just a mistake. It was really disappointing for us as he could have offered us the same pizza or money back, but he did nothing. Very poor service. Never want to go there again....

It is kindly submitted that an Order the details whereof are attached herewith was placed online today.
The delivery boy was supposed to deliver in time. When he reached my place, I asked him to come up and give the pizza at second floor as I live in rental accommodation. It is pertinent to mention here that I usually receive the delivery of dominos here at.

He refused with very harsh words nd showed arrogant...

I ordered domino's chicken golden delight pizza, cheese burst and tomato topping from the closest domino's outlet in my area. Delivery is expected to be within 30mins and if it is beyond the given time, it is supposed to be free. I recieved it after 1hr and still had to pay 730rs as the delivery guy gave stupid reason for not being on time. As i said i ordered cheese burst pizza, There was no cheese in it at all. I called the domino's again...

Just now talked to someone named randhir at ild mall. He says guarantee of 30 min doesn't hold. Says u will get ur money in 6 working days. Very poor service and new way of cheating.
