I placed a order on 30 march in ranchi . Then then call me that i have not coke in stock. My guest in my that's why order i think they delivered with right time. Then i go to their outlet and talk to manager they told me that coke is not available please sir i will delivered your order tomorrow then i said okk. Now i called to them they told me that coke is not available. Two pizza and 14 coke. Now i'm review that they their service is too bad. U think that if they not able to arrenge cola then what i say.. 31 march ko jab ko kiye to wo log kahte hai "jab coke aa jayega tb order delivery ho jayegi" paisa lens ke bad is tarak ka baad to koi normal dukan wala to baat nahi krta our ye to unse v gaye jujre hai..

Yesterday I have placed an order on Dominos.

That was my last order with Dominos. The service which has been provided was like I am a servant to them.

I am a frequent buyer of Dominos. You can fetch the record with the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. After placing the order I got a call from the outlet that the area is out of delivery area and we can not deliver the order. I was really shocked to hear because from last 6-7 months I am placing orders from that address. And that address is too reliable that the delivery person will not even call me for helping him with the address. He will be at my location easily and these stupid people says OFD.

The lady on the call do not have any type of manners to talk to a customer. On the starting of th call she said one minutes and that she was not on the call for 3 minutes. Is this the service you people are providing.

She was shouting on me like hell and she has passes the phone to 3 different people without asking me and I was begging everyone for the same thing that the area is serviceable .Please send the order.

Then some how I convenience her. She said we will l try to arrange form some other outlet and then she disconnected the call on my face without my permission.

I was really insulted by your outlet people. Then I tried to track my order (171) but is was not showing any records on your website. I was shocked that I have paid the amount online and what you people are doing.

Then I called d back on the same number. No one picked the call. on the second time on lady picked the call and asked me for my number when I was providing my number. Half number only I have provided then she disconnected the call again. I was too damn annoyed that time. Then I called again and again no one was picking. In between someone picked and then just disconnected.

I tried with my another number the lady picks the call and again says the same thing that we can not delivery as it is OFD. I scolded her badly that on the first call some one has given me assurance that they will try to arrange the delivery and after making me wait for more than 20 minutes you are saying we can not. Really unprofessional behavior.

As it was more than 30 minutes I called again the lady again staring on em that mam it is bu on get one free and order will take 30-45 minutes. I again waited for 60 minutes.

No call form delivery agent and no message for order dispatch or anything. I again called the lady on the call again shouted on me that today is buy on get one. We do not guarantee for 45 minutes. I scolded her badly and the asked for delivery agency's number she again put the call on hold and disconnected.

Then I got a call and I asked why the hell you are disconnected the call, the lady on the call denied to accept the fact. She said we assure you. You will get it. It wa more than a hour and I was too damn frustrated and hungry.

That lady said you will get it if after 60 minutes you will get the order you will get the refund of Rs. 300 and then she disconnected the call.

I was so pissed off and feeling helpless. I ordered online because I do not want to go outside. And is this my problem that you have buy one and get one free. If you people can not handle these many sales then shut it off.

By good luck I got call form the delivery agent AND got my pizza. As it was a cheese burst pizza but cheese was freeze and pizza was also not hot.

I HAVE NEVER ACCEPTED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FORM ANY COMPANY. PATHETIC SERVICE. I NED MY FULL REFUND OR ELSE I AM GONNA TAKE THIS MATTER TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONSUMER FORUM. BECAUSE I M NOT A STUPID PERSON WHO IS SITTING HERE FOR ALL THIS NON SCENCE.

The outlets in the city, even the one which is just a 10 minute drive away refuses to deliver at my address. They did, until around 2 years ago, but suddenly stopped because of some "company policy". We were loyal customers, and never complained if the pizza was late, and yet, even after saying that, they still refused to deliver. But whatever, we got over it and moved on. That's not the reason behind this complaint. The reason behind this complaint are the numerous promotional phone calls and text messages they send. Twice or thrice a week I get text messages, and once a month, a phone call. Why bother with this crap if you're not willing to deliver? It's annoying and a waste of time. And I'm unsure on how to get the text messages to stop. The calls have stopped due to a stiff speech on my behalf. But you guys either need to expand your delivery zones (which are ridiculous btw! The damned place is an almost walkable distance away), or stop with the annoying texts. It is not cool when you hear they're giving out pizzas for free and you know you can't get one anyway.

Hello few days back I went to the dominos outlet. We ordered Chefs veg wonder (cheese burst) pizza. But the pizza be got had all together different toppings. When asked about it to the manager, he was just laughing and said that it was just a mistake. It was really disappointing for us as he could have offered us the same pizza or money back, but he did nothing. Very poor service. Never want to go there again.

Today I ordered a pizza from Sector 61 outlet Noida - ORDER NO 65 amount 2281. The Pizza's served are poor & not good quality & against the standards of dominos (Cold / Burned & not Semi cooked) on the executive taken the order have no courtesy for the client. he banged the phone over me before i completed when called second time to confirm my order no.

this is not the first time it was happened the other day on 17th march order no 35 was placed the same condition was there earlier & a complaint was logged. you can check for reference.

Hi, yesterday I was trying to order pizza from your application but somehow I couldn't do it, hence I ordered it on call. My orders were 1Veg doubles, 1Garlic bread and 1 cheesy dip. Some girl from PVR, Anupam Saket Delhi called me for confirmation . her way of talking was ridiculous like I was talking to some paan bidi shop waala. I neglected it. When my order arrived Garlic bread was missing when I asked for the bill Delivery boy just say They don't have copy and other copy which he was having he has to submit to the store. This actually irritated me. Somehow we asked for the bill and he provided the bill which was ₹493 without Garlic bread. The price for Veg doubles mentioned in the bill was ₹395 whearas on your website and app it was 315₹. And when I called on the store, one of the store agent told that Veg doubles prices have been increased. That was completely intolerable. Is it for achieving March Targets or bluffing Customers. I will put a complaint in Consumer forum too.

I have ordered a pizza from dominos today i.E. 03/27/2016. Pizza was delivered from this address - uttam palace, no. 3 sapru margin hazrat gunj, lucknow 226001. Their contact number is [protected]. The printed time on a receipt is 04:38 pm. It was delivered by a delivery boy durgesh who acted so rudely with me in front of my family and there was guest in my house and they heard it all. It was a great emotional damage which i have experienced at that moment. The delivery guy was arrived at 05:15 pm which was a clear cut violation of dominos 30 min policy. Later on, for registering a complain regarding this i called at their branch and got to know that delivery guy told them that i locked my door for just for the sake of 716 rupees. Guests were watching this so by facing a great embracement i played him the amount because i was talking politely and he had started shouting at me. The tin no. On a receipt is [protected]. I have experience a lot of emotion damage it was like i have been harrased and in this matter i am seeking some help from you guys.

I have bought pizzas frm one o[censored]r shops n as per ur rules if it takes MRE than 30 minutes its free BT I didn't njoy DAT priviledge despite ur delivery man confessing it in front o[censored]r other representative .it was really a bad experience n I ll lyk to have my money back become it WS ur brand who promised it n not I so plz look into d matter n kindly inform me about d actions taken by you

but yesterday my cousin brother has replaced the order as well the same area & domino centre also delivered properly but today he's told will not take ur order at ur home as your domino centre is near by in 800 meter today I'm so appset

It is kindly submitted that an Order the details whereof are attached herewith was placed online today.
The delivery boy was supposed to deliver in time. When he reached my place, I asked him to come up and give the pizza at second floor as I live in rental accommodation. It is pertinent to mention here that I usually receive the delivery of dominos here at.

He refused with very harsh words nd showed arrogant attitude as he was bossing on me. It was very unethical and shows very unprofessional nd naive behaviour on the part of employees.

He didn't deliver at that time and went back without delivering the order.

Later I made a call at the respective dominos branch at Model Town and mentioned the happening. Nd they managed to sent the order again but with adequate delay.

The matter was brought in knowledge of the manager of that branch.

This is nothing but a low and unprofessional act at the part of dominos team.

I ordered domino's chicken golden delight pizza, cheese burst and tomato topping from the closest domino's outlet in my area. Delivery is expected to be within 30mins and if it is beyond the given time, it is supposed to be free. I recieved it after 1hr and still had to pay 730rs as the delivery guy gave stupid reason for not being on time. As i said i ordered cheese burst pizza, There was no cheese in it at all. I called the domino's again n asked for replacment which they agreed to but it took another 1hr to replace. So, in total i had to wait 2hrs for 1 pizza.
I called them 3-4 times in between but got no good replies for late delivery. It is troublesome when one is hungry and good food is expected to be delivered on time but it takes around 2hrs and still have to pay for it. Poor service and fake promises by big brands.

Just now talked to someone named randhir at ild mall. He says guarantee of 30 min doesn't hold. Says u will get ur money in 6 working days. Very poor service and new way of cheating.

As Per Dominos rules if late delivery then they will give 300Rs off, however even after taking to their Outlet Manager - Syed... he was rude and argued stating that the delivery guy reached near main gate on time, I informed that in that case he would have called me and informed the same, He kept on arguing stating that "I don't believe you"

Need you to support on this and take necessary action on this, this is not the 1st time we faced multiple such issues with this TC Palya Outlet earlier also.

As i order one cheeze burst pozza the order no 44 by the name of anshul .. as the order came up by 45 min late and the delivery boy and branch manager was misbehaving .. they gave the cold pizza .. The store manager was abusing and didnt resolve the complaint and ask the delivery boy to take the pizza back also.. plz look jnto the matter . I[censored] cant i will go to the higher authorities. I had a bad experience ordering from Dominos on 20/03/2016. I had placed an order at 19:12 with the order no.136. I have received the order confirmation (SMS screenshot attached) from the Dominos saying that the order is being prepared. To my surprise, I haven't received the product and I started calling the customer care and Feedback division[protected] about this issue, from 20:00 onwards (attached call logs and duration screenshot).

They ensured that the product will be delivered and started talking to other stores, keeping my call on hold. After few minutes, the call is used to either get dropped or transferred to a new customer care executive. This made the explain all the history to the new person, which did not solve the purpose. Finally, I have ordered another product (from another vendor) after 21:30. This is a loss of 3 hours for me just because I choose Dominos.!

The next day I received a call saying that the order is cancelled and the money will be refunded. They also mentioned that 30 minutes delivery promise is not applicable, as I have not received the product.! This is a cheap trick played by Dominos to avoid giving my order for free, as they crossed the promised time.

I feel this is against the business ethics. Please look into this issue.

I want to draw your attention toward two follwing things which make me unable to put up an order neither online nor by phone calls.

First of all dominos franchise at ravipuram, MG road, erankulam, kochi is not responding the customers calls.I called on all the numbers of the restaurant on 22 Mar from 2040 hrs to 2100 but no one picked up call.

Second one, when I tried through dominos.CO.in after selecting the kochi city, its not showing the ravipuram outlet.

As it is the basic service to accept order and deliver but the reputed organisation like Dominos also failing in do so.

Please look into the matter and never disappoint the customer. Would like to know the reason behind such pathetic services by Dominos.

Hello..I am Dr Fakhruddin..Dominos Pizza charges Rs 55 plus taxes for a 600 ml Coke bottle claiming that it is the MRP.But the actual MRP of a 600 ml Coke bottle is Rs 37 all inclusive. This is absolutely cheating the customers..I have attached the Bill photo and the photo of the actual 600 ml Coke bottle..Kindly look into the matter..Thank You

Store persons not delivering on time, asking for full payment after delivering after 30 minutes and then threatening to return the order

I ordered pizza online worth Rs 271 (order#6) on 14th March 2016 for home delivery at Mysore branch i.e Temple Road, VV Moholla- 570002

The branch office called me and said that they can't deliver pizza home due to some riots and it would be good if you can come and collect the pizza.

I already had paid the amount online.

I could not go therefore I cancelled my order. I have not yet received my money back- it's been more than a week.

This is very bad cancellation policy at your end. I won't ever pay online to dominos-infact will avoid having pizza from dominos.

The policy should be that money should get refunded that day- no one has that much of time to see if money has been refunded or not.

Please look into this ASAP.
