Just now talked to someone named randhir at ild mall. He says guarantee of 30 min doesn't hold. Says u will get ur money in 6 working days. Very poor service and new way of cheating.

As Per Dominos rules if late delivery then they will give 300Rs off, however even after taking to their Outlet Manager - Syed... he was rude and argued stating that the delivery guy reached near main gate on time, I informed that in that case he would have called me and informed the same, He kept on arguing stating that "I don't believe you"

Need you to support on this and take necessary action on this, this is not the 1st...

As i order one cheeze burst pozza the order no 44 by the name of anshul .. as the order came up by 45 min late and the delivery boy and branch manager was misbehaving .. they gave the cold pizza .. The store manager was abusing and didnt resolve the complaint and ask the delivery boy to take the pizza back also.. plz look jnto the matter . I[censored] cant i will go to the higher authorities. I had a bad experience ordering from Dominos on 20/03/2016. I had placed an order at 19:12 with the order no.136. I have received the order confirmation (SMS screenshot attached) from the Dominos saying that the order is being prepared. To my surprise, I haven't received the product and I started calling the customer care and Feedback division[protected] about this issue, from 20:00 onwards (attached call logs...

I want to draw your attention toward two follwing things which make me unable to put up an order neither online nor by phone calls.

Hello..I am Dr Fakhruddin..Dominos Pizza charges Rs 55 plus taxes for a 600 ml Coke bottle claiming that it is the MRP.But the actual MRP of a 600 ml Coke bottle is Rs 37 all inclusive. Store persons not delivering on time, asking for full payment after delivering after 30 minutes and then threatening to return the order...

I ordered pizza online worth Rs 271 (order#6) on 14th March 2016 for home delivery at Mysore branch i.e Temple Road, VV Moholla- 570002

The branch office called me and said that they can't deliver pizza home due to some riots and it would be good if you can come and collect the pizza.

I already had paid the amount online.

I could not go therefore I cancelled my order. I have not yet received my...

I ordered pizza worth 2060 RS and selected Cash on Delivery, But it failed.Then I paid the amount with Debit card, After successful payment of Amount I got a message that I need to pay 2060 RS.I went to store to complain this issue but store people told that they have got order for COD and I need to pay the money .Which I have paid .Now when and how do I get the money paid via my debit card .

Today I have placed an order for home delivery around 9:29 PM and I have waited till 10:10 PM but I didnt get any call from the delivery boy. But in the app it was showing the driver is on his way.

I have reached the restaurant at 10:15 PM which is near by and when I inquired the reply from the restaurant boy was they forgot the delivery and they have handed over the pizza box to me. the pizza was not at...

Upon not receiving the order for more than 50mins, called up to check on the order and was told that due to system issue the data was wiped out and the order was not placed. I believe there should be a back up in place which should deals with such errors. In a way had we not called up Dominos wouldn't have bothered to inform ua about the order. This is display of careless attitude from Dominos. Really unhappy with the service....

On the 13th March 2016, I had placed an order via Domino's website for a Pizza (Vegetarian - Extravaganza). Its regarding the Order No. 56 / FMBK[protected] / cd[protected].

The ordering part went well, but the delivery was made after 1:15 hours, which does not work according to their '30 Minutes Promised Delivery' scheme.

For the same I called up the Domino's branch where I checked upon this....

On 11th march, i ordered two cheese burst pizza, order no> 171 from nearest dominoes in my area, i.E sahakaranagara near jakkur. None of the pizza that came was cheese burst. I complaint (First complaint) against this order and got a call from dominoes the next day. Hi this with regard to order number 379 dated 19th march 2016. Order didn't called delivered in Airoli, navi Mumbai.
Worst to it people at store don't know how to address customer complaints indeed their basic service training is an issue where they are not taught to attend the complaint phone call with an empathy .

I have placed an order for pizza through Paytm wallet .But it was not placed
due to some technical reason .But amount has been deducted from my wallet .
I enquired Paytm regarding the same, they provided the Order No as FPT[protected] . Please check and refund my amount to paytm wallet....

I placed an order for 279 INR on 21st Feb 2016 and paid via Paytm(transaction number cd[protected]. The amount was debited but was not processed and I received a mail stating that the same would be refunded. I have not received the amount yet.

First of all I found it very misleading that prices on the menu are without service and vat tax. Why is the price not included these taxes so that you know what you have to pay? When ordering by phone for home delivery you have to asked the exact amount including taxes because change is not being brought by the delivery man, why not?
