Domino's Pizza Complaints & Reviews

I have placed an order on 29th March, 2016 around 2:00 pm. My order number is 21. I received my order 25 minutes late and asked for a refund. I was told that the refund would be credited in my account within 7 working days. I haven't received any refund yet. Please update me with the status of the refund.

So how to start!! I have been avoiding this for so long. But this is it. I don't get it. staffs at Domino's are fraud. Today's case- I asked for 4 veg singles... The lady at other end told me that the total amount is 366. I interrupted her that earlier it was 220. So she ws like Yeah mam that's with the normal Base. When the did I said I want other Base. If you people are so good at begging then we have gt a lot of red lights in Delhi. Stop irritating us. This was just one incident, I could mention 100s like this. Everytym I try ordering at domino's, they do stuffs like this and I regret choosing domino's. Pls kindly look after it or let me know if they have been trained to fool people. I won't, n none of my family or friends will order at domino's.

I had ordered an pizza from domino's, kanakapura road(Yelachenahalli branch).
Due to delay for over an hour I had to cancel the order by calling the branch since thy had told that that it'll take more time to prepare.

So after cancellation I did not receive my refund, this is one branch which has one or other issue in delivery on making delay in preparing pizzas!!

It's a regular practice of Domino's jamnagar branch that cheese burst pizza''s are generally delivered with so little cheese that I feel regret to say that I won't continue using the dominos service's in jamnagar, gujarat.
Today also before finalising the order I insisted on qty of cheese put in cheese burst pizza and after putting the comment "well done" also I got pizza with literally no cheese in it.
I don't know how dominos can help in this regard because it's literally a waste of money.

Respected sir,
Your pizza is best in world, but i than self buy 2 pizza (Ht pm gold) and eating in my home with family so eating test is very bad (3rd quality).
So sir i suggest you, that maintain our pizza quality and test.

The country special pizza i Ordered today is to bad in taste it has not baked properly, When the same was told to the concern person at dominos the person said it was due to cheese burst but the other pizza was good. I had written because it has return there that if you are not satisfied with us please write to us or we will refund the money thats why i have written.

Today I.e. 7 th April I ordered 2 Farmhouse pizzas through online ordering. The order was received by Dominos pizza Dugri, Ludhiana was at 9:56pm and when called they just keep on saying that your order have been departed from the restaurant. When I called again at 11:33pm they said that the delivery men have came back and we have cancelled your order. I was at home with my family just waiting to have dinner but unfortunately we couldn't . The phone attendant didn't have any satisfactory answer and just hang up the phone by saying sorry sorry. So I and my family faced a lot of problem sir to your service. I had my dinner at midnight. It's a lot to worry about. I hope you will understand my problem and look strictly towards the matter and redress our grievances by taking a strict action towards your service and yes employees. Looking forward for your reply and your actions.

In thursday buy one get one pizza offer, this offer is only valid in medium pizza as per sales man over Dominos pizza counter. But this was not mentioned in the messages I got on my phone.
Also, i read the T&C and can't find some thing like that.
This is very misleading and a case of cheating.

Cheese burst pizza is charged extra and I didn't even find cheese in it.
I really became upset and irritated.
This is happening consecutively for the second time even after writing feedback in their website. After receiving the feedback, a person called. Nothing changed after that too.
Heavily charged by printing extra cheese in the bill, but the product served does not have any change from the ordinary.
THIS HAPPENS ESPECIALLY IN HOME DELIVERY OPTION, since I am unable to question them directly. Its literally a waste of money. I want compensation for this.

I ordered Pizza on[protected] around 9.30pm. My order number was 220. I called the following number[protected] and cancelled the order. A lady picked the call and told, the offer is cancelled. But after sometime, a delivery guy came for giving Pizzas. So, I told him I already cancelled the order. He asked me to talk to his Manager. Later I found out, the call we made previously went to another branch. So, I requested the Manager to cancel it. He told it is cancelled and refund will come to my account. I have not received any amount. I wish to know the status of it.

I eaten dominos pizza ( 1 reg. HT Country sp) on april 4. Which was very hard n cheese was also not properly melted it was like a chewing gum and dont have drinking water glass at dominos ..when i asked then for glass they have provided tea cups n drinking water is also not filtered i think as taste of water is also not good.

I dont like pizza which i have eaten and i m feeling pain in stomach.

I ordered a set for four pizzas and found a mosquito baked in between them.The order was from community center road no.44 pitampura with invoice no:dpi66083/[protected]/925.It was complete mismanagement by the outlet employs.Strict action should be taken against the employs.The person bringing the other set of pizza was more interested in knowing about the other remained pizzas.I will be filling against the outlet in consumer court.Thanks

I ordered a pizza on 26 th March and the same was not delivered to my address and the pizza was of poor quality as I believe the Pizza was made earlier and they just put in microwave and delivered and as a result the pizza crust became very soft in that case the taste of pizza becomes useless, as you know pizza is to be served hot.
More over we need to pay huge amount of money for these pizzas, so why we should compromise on quality and services as it's our hard earned money and get cheated.
My request you to guys never buy domino pizza, PIZZA HUT provides better quality.
They want to make only huge profits but not provide quality???

I ordered through dominos website and made payment through Mobikwik of rs. 265, order id- FMBK[protected] the payment was successful and the money also got deducted from my icici bank account but i didnt recieve any confirmation call or message of order by dominos and when i called dominos, they said that they didnt recieve any order or payment later on I received a mail from dominos that your order was cancelled and money will be refunded to you within 7 days...but still I haven't received any amount... I want a revert on the same...

I was trying to place an order for barbeque chicken along with garlic bread and cheesy dip on 02 april 2016. I was submitting an online order and i was taken to that webpage of dominos which says 'order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed. The error came as 'sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again.'

I called up dominos they told me the money will be refunded in 7 working days. I am requesting to process this immediately.

I had ordered for 2 pizzas and garlic bread on 30/03/2016 vide order number 207 and after consuming the same I experienced Extreme Vomiting and loose motion after eating dominos.. I think dominos has started selling adulterated food items.. Their food license should be cancelled. EVEn after registering a compliant, all the company is doing trying to prove themselves right and the victim wrong. What a crap company... They should be held accountable for their actions.

Order was taken on online with a credit card payment. Order was delivered in an hour and burnt. The store management blamed it on rush hours and showed inability to compensate in anyway.

A full refund is requested as soon as possible. I had to be on phone 5 times, to get the delivery which was bad quality food and then a refund which was never processed.

I ordered a pizza through online at 8.56 pm and by 9.30 pm i only had to call the pizza shop for still non delivery and they say it is already dispatched but i dint get the pizza till 10.20 pm where by 10.10 i had to recall and scream for a new one. first of all they r supposed to call me once i placed an order and they dint call..i only had to call them and ask for a pizza which is very cold when i got...we know its waste to eat the pizza when it is cold.. i never saw soo reckless management i definitely want u to file a case. one and half hour late pizza..i dont understand what was that.. my order no was 180 and its dominos pizza vizag phone no [protected] and [protected]. please take an action against them as soon as possible. i want my money back..they looted my 515 rupees and wasted my time.my numb is [protected]

I have ordered the pizza online from mahipalpur delhi. They havent delivered the pizza for 3 hrs and i have called vasant kunj branch on [protected] atleast 5 times, all the times i have got the response that it will be delivered soon but it has not been delivered.
