Upon not receiving the order for more than 50mins, called up to check on the order and was told that due to system issue the data was wiped out and the order was not placed. I believe there should be a back up in place which should deals with such errors. In a way had we not called up Dominos wouldn't have bothered to inform ua about the order. This is display of careless attitude from Dominos. Really unhappy with the service.

On the 13th March 2016, I had placed an order via Domino's website for a Pizza (Vegetarian - Extravaganza). Its regarding the Order No. 56 / FMBK[protected] / cd[protected].

The ordering part went well, but the delivery was made after 1:15 hours, which does not work according to their '30 Minutes Promised Delivery' scheme.

For the same I called up the Domino's branch where I checked upon this. Firstly, the speaker tried to fool me around. But, after a strict note, Domino's promised me to refund the money that was supposed to be highlighted within a week. But, till now, I have not received my money back.

I would request Domino's to kindly look into this matter and refund the amount at the earliest.

On 11th march, i ordered two cheese burst pizza, order no> 171 from nearest dominoes in my area, i.E sahakaranagara near jakkur. None of the pizza that came was cheese burst. I complaint (First complaint) against this order and got a call from dominoes the next day. They had promised a free cheese burst pizza next saturday i.E 19th march as per my convenience and checked in my complaint as done. I was not given any reference number post or during my complaint.
I did not get my pizza yesterday.(Second complaint)
As a consumer, i feel disappointed and cheated. I strongly suggest if you people cannot make sure good consumer service, do not spam our messages with your fake coupons.

Hi this with regard to order number 379 dated 19th march 2016. Order didn't called delivered in Airoli, navi Mumbai.
Worst to it people at store don't know how to address customer complaints indeed their basic service training is an issue where they are not taught to attend the complaint phone call with an empathy .
I need a refund for this prepaid order and written note for this unexpected service issue

I had been to the sakinaka outlet on 19th March 2016 n hve ordered supreme non veg in medium size but after eating the pizza I really felt it was not upto the mark as it was not properly baked n the capsicum n the onions were very raw n we had paid extra 100 RS for the cheese but after paying extra also the amount of cheese which was there in the pizza was not sufficient. I really didn't liked the taste at all as this was not the first tym I had tried the dominos pizza.it was a real waste of money . hopefully I wld never go again.I hoping to hear from your end plz abt my experience.

I have placed an order for pizza through Paytm wallet .But it was not placed
due to some technical reason .But amount has been deducted from my wallet .
I enquired Paytm regarding the same, they provided the Order No as FPT[protected] . Please check and refund my amount to paytm wallet.

I placed an order for 279 INR on 21st Feb 2016 and paid via Paytm(transaction number cd[protected]. The amount was debited but was not processed and I received a mail stating that the same would be refunded. I have not received the amount yet.

I also raised a complain for the same through the feedback section (Reference ID is:: 1108282) but didn't receive any call yet.

First of all I found it very misleading that prices on the menu are without service and vat tax. Why is the price not included these taxes so that you know what you have to pay? When ordering by phone for home delivery you have to asked the exact amount including taxes because change is not being brought by the delivery man, why not? Then when I look at the bill I see again that I have to pay, like last time, for ketchup sachets which I did not order. Then there are 2 service taxes and 2 vat taxes added. Does Dominos think this is something sophisticated, I think you are misleading people and you cheat while adding items on the bill which are not ordered. Make sure that the delivery man has change in his pockets and write the real price that you finally have to pay on the menu!

I had visited dominos pizza with my family on last thursday around 8pm . My wife asked to cashier - do you have pizza maneea in chicken flavour he didn't reply and went to attend the phone order.Its above the 15 minutes nobody response us . After forcing me cashier asked to another person to take our order who was working the backside but the cashier busy with phone. We went first he didn' t attend us but gives important to phone order .When i shouted and asked where is your manager he relied he is not here ok then i asked give me complaint book or number ...? He told me search in internet . Ha ha ha what a answer from your employee's . Do you provide this type of service even you don't care about your doorstep customers you are busy with phone, & i knnooow after getting the good bussines all firms act like this thatswhy you are also doing same...No worry i have many options and i never comes to your any store and i will advice to all my family, friends, colics and neighbours to avoid dominos pizza. Very very very bad experience in your store begumpet branch hyderabad.

On friday 18th march'16 there is an offer buy one get one free, I have ordered a Medium size Farmhouse pizza which comes under cheeze burst but when our order has delivered i found there is no diffrence between a regular pizza (INR 65/-) and in this, although the price is INR 365/- per pizza...when i told to the attender she replied mam -for extra cheez we paid extra INR 95/-, at this price whatever u r having is enough .then my complaint is if there is no quality improvement in higher ranges pizzas then why we go for higher, why not go for the Veg singles of INR 65/- only. today i have paid INR 470/- for friday offer but I Am totally unsatisfied with the quality, now i am thinking that i have wasted my money.

I am swati . I have ordered 4 medium pizzas with dominos, arjun arcade, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam.Andhra pradesh.The contact no with which i ordered was [protected]. The pizza was ordered at 2030 on 18 mar 16. There was no response from dominos till 2300. We had tried contacting them for more than 2 hours. It was only at 2300 they picked up the call and that too when i called from another number.But as it was too late i cancelled the order. This is really not expected out of dominos. I kindly request u to look into the matter and take necessary steps.

Tried to place an order for 2 pizza amounting to rs504 today. Money has been deducted from my account but order has not placed.

Money of Rs. 445 was deducted from my account but the online order which i did was not placed due to some technical problems.
I called the customer care and my reference ID is 1087242.
I was told that the money would be refunded within 2-3 days, almost 2 weeks are completed but still I have not received it back.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

I have placed order for pizza online and opted to pay through cc. The amount is debited but order was not placed. I want dominos to credit the funds deducted back to my account. They should also give tracking number and relevant contact details once the order is placed. Its very difficult to call and confirm if the order is placed.

Yesterday i.e. 17th March, 2016 I tried ordering pizza online and tried to do payment via Paytm. Money was deducted from my paytm wallet but no order was taken. Please refund my money back amounting to Rs. 328/-

On 15th March 2016, 7:20PM Indian Standard Time. I ordered a pizza using Dominos mobile app, on the payment page I selected paytm wallet. Somehow money deducted from paytm but order was not placed successfully. I also did not get any reversal for the same into my paytm wallet.

I am a regular dominos customer.
I had ordered CHEESE & BBQ CHICKEN on 14 march, but as soon as i tookout the first piece ants started coming out of the pizza. I was not able to figure out whether they came out of the pizza or the pizza box.

I was not able to complain this thing on 14 march so i am writing it today.

Please make sure this doesn't happen again.

I have bought dominos e voucher and its not working at all .. When i used the dominos e voucher of rs 500 .. I got email from dominos that my order is decline and my code will be reactivated after 1 hr .. After 1 hr i tried to use this code its says invalid code enter ... Dominos is not answering me properly ... They are fake !!

I tried to order pizza on 12-march-2016 (Saturday) at 10:40pm through net banking. I didn't receive any confirmation message for the order, but the amount for pizza Rs.439 has debited from my account. Kindly, please refund my money.

Plastic(Similar thin plastic used for packing cheese) content we found in our cheese burst Dominos pizza. Even my wife swallowed small piece and have to vomit out forcefully to avoid chocking.
We complained and store manager is offering free pizza instead of commiting value checks for further.
Surely this was our last Pizza from Dominos and will not face towards Dominos across globe for Pizza.
