Today[protected] We orderded for pizzas at Jubilant foodworks limited, N/24, ground, barasat, kolkata-700124, invoice no. DPI 66269/[protected]/52355 order no 17, server lima n at around 3 pm. After I put my pin for my sbi card, I was told there was a problem, transaction failed, I have to pay Rs 1349 in cash. I paid the cash. Now, I find sbi has deducted the amount at 3.03pm for the order, and I was asked to pay again at 3.04 pm in cash. The haste in asking for cash makes me think rather unkindly about the people in the organisation I used to trust for so many years. SBI transaction id is

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I placed my order and I was not communicated any timeline for delivery, when I called back after 40 minutes, I was told that order will take approx.. 90 minutes as they are offering a free pizza as well. When I went to collect my order outside, I was shocked to see that there was no hot case for my PIZZA, and when I told that it’s not HOT, delivery guy said don’t worry sir I ran out of Hot Case hence this is your order. When I opened my PIZZA it was freezing cold which did not leave any room for me to even try this out. I called back the store to complain about the same and they did not even care to hear this and said sorry it was a busy day for us today, so we can’t help you.
I was totally ashamed in front of my guests and felt so cheated about this experience at DOMINOS, Gurgaon.
