We ordered Pizza and Coke amounting to RS 600 on 05/02/2016 at 07;39 PM from Domino's outlet at Rehabari, Guwahati. Got the delivery at 08:30 PM but was not offered free as per the Policy. The order receiver and the delivery boy didn't even bothered to offer any discount and could not justify the delay and were giving lame excuses. We didn't expect such behavior and non-professional attitude

Dominos markets itself its USP as offering 30 mins or free . However most of the times its not so. We want one Free Pizza - Chicken Golden Delight medium Cheese burst with Coke

We ordered 2 medium sized pizza on 20-1-16 at 9:54 pm (Buy 1 Get 1 scheme), order was placed from my landline number 2580214 order given to Vishram Dagar (Manager) who said his name Vikram, they said pizza will be deceived in 50 mins because of Wednesday not in 30 mins, we were ok with it.

We called again after an hour afterthat the person Pradeep whose number is [protected] came to deceive the same at 11:15 pm we asked it to be free because he was not on time he was 1 hr 18 mins late.

I think Dominos maintain it scheme after 30 mins its free.

You can check the call details as well and I want pizza free for which I have already paid.

A simple order could not be delivered in almost 2 hours and then they have automatically cancelled the order.And the people who receive the calls are very non supportive and lack coordination among themselves.

I have ordered a pizza from dominos from college road branch from nashik. The pizza was delivered after 1 hour 20 mins, the behavior of delivery boy was worst and when i called to manager, he was begging to accept the pizza and pay for it.

But the delivery boy delivered it at about 9:00pm, while taking the order, Domino's promise that they will deliver the order with in 30 minutes,
After so much of waiting and repeated calls to the store manager "Yadagiri" received order after 45 minutes
The reason given by delivery boy is the store is very busy and no body are there to deliver
as per the Domino's pizza rules i asked the manager about the refund of 300 rs
Till now there is no refund in my account
From next time me, my family and friends are not going to order any thing from Domino's
It would be great if Domino's answer my complaint

Yelahanka dominos pizza - team lead guru and staff adi lakshmi very bad service and dirty behavior. Ccheating customers totally. Earlier lead and staff were great and pizzas were much much better.. Now i wont ever order in your outlet neother will other 1500 apartment from our soceity next to your outlet. Many have stopped!!!

When dominos online app did not take the coupon code properly and gave errors i had posted a feedback and adi lakshmi in a recorded call that i have promised a free delivery of the same 2 medium thin crust pizaas and i informed her i'll take it later because it is too late a response to now accept your offer after feedback. She promised to deliver next time. On my next visit to the outlet they held back on their promise and forgot what they promised me and also what the error and feedback i had given.. Neither gave me patience to talk to me ..

And gave me regular pizza thick base of their choice as it was no to be charged without asking me properly and patiently and put very less cheese usually in the pizzas even while ordering regularly. I immediately asked them to change it to which they said we cant or will give you only 1 that too they were not comfortable

I tild them that this pizza will gwt wasted and theor salary might get deducted so why dont they ask earlier and confirm before making the order

To which they started laughing and guru from the outlet gave a very dirty answer and rudeness and non apologetic behavior and avoided giving me any option

It was frustrating that i infact left the 2 pizzas in your outlet and requested him to keep it instead and use it and dint even take the pizzas cause he was showing me a big favour and was asking me to eat the pizza that was already cold after our discussion for 29 minutes

Please wath your cctv footage if you have one cause i have the recorded conversation between us with me and i would like to approach the consumer forum

He is spoiling your outlet after the previous lead and manager have left .. There is no manager standing in the outlet as well .. Someone who knows customer service and is educated enough

The previous lead who went to train people in srilanka dominos was fabulously fabtastic guy and initislly your pizaas were the best and now they are not worth or possible for even animals who have a stronger teeth to eat them !!

Very untrained rude insulting staff in your organization specially the yelahanka bangalore branch outlet where business is booming more than mg road !!

I have ordered a pizza and garlic bread online but when the pizza is delivered from your DT CITY CENTER hub the PIZZA WAS TOTALLY WORST BREAD IS ALL BLACK TASTE IS BITTER AND GARLIC BREAD IS TOO COLD no taste in all these items i have thrown up all and i have to made a complaint regarding this to your center they said its done by mistake by employee actully we r not checked at the end when it is packed so it is requested please give a better taste for better satisfaction and what is the response from your side

Discount of 50% going on Veg Cloud 9, normal medium size pizza mrp Rs.455 but billing done as Pizaa mrp Rs 615 then discount n other service/vat tax applied

I order for pizza, paneer onion pizza on 29/1/16 naroda ahmedabad invoice no. dpi66721/2015-16/31967. order no. 86. but today is very bad quailty of paneer and burn onion.. i cant expect ghis type of quilty ftom dominos. very wrost expirance today. i through out pizza in dustbin. i want complimantary pizza for this.. thank you

today I was call to Dominos Pizza Ashok Vihar Brach which deliver near Lawrence road and Keshav Puram for order but there available executive and manager denied for delivery without reason . I got maximum times delivery from Ashok Vihar branch.

My question is Why they order process some times and denied for it without any reason.

I have ordered pizza of total amount 893 on 26 january 2016.I paid through my paytm wallet, money has been deducted but not received pizza.The order id is EPT[protected] for that transaction.I mailed to dominos customer care but they have not responded yet.I want refund of that money as soon as possible.

I am a regular customer of Dominos virar west and I always ask for offers like 50% or buy 1 get 1 free, I have got this offer many times in the outlet but last tuesday 19/01/2016, i was refused by your team member on shift at virar so i took 25% off on pizza as I am TCS employee, On the same day i had some disputes with your staff member but as the offer was not valid so i was refused and i accepted it.

Yesterday on 26/01/2016 I again went to Dominos of Virar west and i asked the same offer but it was not there so i was refused and i accepted the other offer as applicable but one of the team member of last time when i had dispute snatched the bill from your staff who billed my yesterday's pizza just to check what offer I got and also said that this customer has a habbit to ask for buy 1 get 1 free offer every time so dont give it and also insulted me by treating in such a way,

customer has rights to ask any offer and its your staff duty either to give or refuse as per the orders of management but can insult.

I am order 1 veg Singles Com-P vide order no. 588, invoice number: DPI65899/[protected]/105499 at GARG TRADE CENTRE, SEC-11, ROHINI DELHI ON TIME 20:54 and then they delivered at 9:30 but these pizza not prepared properly that's way i am not expect the order and they asked to re-delivered. but they intensely delivered late pizza at 10:35 this one is also not prepared properly.

I placed an order of Rs 457 online on 26th Jan 2016 while paying the amount the website displayed a message saying that the order couldnt be processed because of technical issues. I received the message from the bank saying the so much money was debited from my account. I also got a message from dominoes that they will auto refund the money as soon as possible. I have heard that Dominos doesnt work without complaints hence raising a complaint sooner so that i get back my money at the earliest.

I ordered a medium size pizza today at 3:21 PM and made the payment also.
But did not received my order.
Tried calling but they didn't receive my cal.
Even after paying in advance this was a real unprofessional behaviour that i faced today.
Even when i tried tracking on app it was stuck after baking of pizza.
This is a real hopeless behaviour from domino's.

I have taken a pan pizza on 17/01/2016 night, in that two amount have been deducted one is 269 & other is 279, 269 amount is wrongly deducted and till know I haven't get a refund and the manager Mr. Kubeer khatri is saying we will check and confirm still its more then a week. then after they deliver it at 9.05 pm (after 1 hour)
i took sign of deli.Boy with time, whtn i took to server avinash on that for delivering so late, and as per rules for if delivery time
is more then half hour, you will deliver it free of cost.
But mr. Avinash c, say that, we dont care for such low bill amount it should be higher, after 5 min he said for this area his scheme is nt applicable, so he was in fault but not ready to except it.
This is really cheating case. Of your company
and after one hour of delivery delivered pizza was very cold
